This study aims to examine the quality of public services in Pusakajaya District, Subang Regency, focusing on citizens' basic needs and civil rights. This study used qualitative and descriptive methods, with data collected through interviews and observations. Data analysis is done through data reduction, presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that the quality of service at the Pusakajaya sub-district office was not satisfactory, mainly due to limited physical infrastructure and service facilities, such as the absence of a comfortable waiting room, inadequate service room, and lack of air conditioning facilities. Despite these barriers, service processes generally conform to existing standards. Supporting factors for service quality are employee work motivation while inhibiting factors include employee shortages and inadequate infrastructure. This study suggests improvements in human resource management, acceleration of infrastructure development, and increased employee motivation as important steps to improve service quality. It is hoped that with this improvement, the quality of service in Pusakajaya District can meet the needs and expectations of the community more effectively.

Parking fees are a potential source of local revenue (PAD). Revenue from parking fees is a potential source of local revenue, given the fact that there has been an increase in the number of motorized vehicles in Lamongan Regency, both cars and motorbikes. The problem with parking fees that is often faced is a lack of understanding about parking fees and law enforcement related to parking fees. Based on these problems, the community service team of Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis Ahmad Dahlan in collaboration with the Lamongan Regency Government held a socialization of parking fees for parking attendants in Lamongan Regency with the hope that there would be an increase in understanding of parking fees and their laws, followed by an increase in Regional Original Revenue (PAD) so as to create development growth in Lamongan Regency.

Paguyuban Batik Tulis Langensari (PBTLS) is a community of batik artisans in the area around Embung Langensari, Yogyakarta. Determining the target of enthusiast of handmade batik from PBTLS crafters requires a strategy so that batik results can be right on target. The strategy that will be carried out requires an agreement that becomes a joint agreement in the community, given the current fashion trends that are developing very fast. Along with the development of the main trends in life, namely go green that returns to nature, fashion trends are also following. Today's global fashion trends are shifting from fast fashion to slow fashion. The target of the PBTLS is to determine the meeting point between products that have been produced as supply and market needs/demand. The method used in determining PBTLS targets is carried out through 4 stages. The first stage identifies the range of products that have been produced by PBTLS. The second stage determines the target users of PBTLS products. The third stage determines the direction of product development. Then the fourth step determines the uniqueness of PBTLS products. In carrying out these four steps, a crafter's poll was conducted through a "mentimeter application" conducted on 17 PBTLS artisans and focus group discussions (FGD). Through the application of the "mentimeter" the results of the PBTLS artisans poll can be immediately known to be discussed and formulated together through the FGD. The results obtained by the main target of PBTLS are middle-aged mothers consumers. Uniform fashion / formal batik fashion becomes the main target for the direction of PBTLS product development by developing the unique PBTLS products namely motifs and colors of handmade batik.

Female teachers of SMK Negeri 4 Surakarta have not been able to fill sustainable development, especially in increasing their professionalism in making scientific work. This work is very important in addition to measuring the success of learning as well as to improve the analytical skills of teachers in dealing with problems in the classroom. The problems faced by partners are: (1) lack of understanding and insight into the importance of other libraries that can be used to add teaching material in the teaching and learning process; (2) female teachers are not yet motivated to arrange scientific work as demands that must be met as professionals; (3) not many female teachers take advantage of opportunities and opportunities to develop themselves and increase their creativity as educators to support sustainable development practices; (4) there are still teachers who have not utilized the existence of mass media as partners that can be used to accommodate scientific work to meet the requirements as certified teachers. The targets of the Community Service are as follows: (1) socializing the importance of scientific work as a manifestation of professionalism; (2) holding a meeting to increase the motivation of female teachers in making work of innovation and creativity in order to improve the learning process; (3) provide training in the formulation of opinions based on scientific articles to be uploaded to online mass media. Outputs that can be given through community service are as follows: (1) report on the results of service; (2) making articles for scientific publications that are submitted to the journal of the results of the service; (3) submitting articles to mass media. The method of implementation is through socialization, training, mentoring and motivation. The results of the implementation of the activity showed the enthusiasm and great interest of the female teachers in the socialization and training of the preparation of scientific publications including articles produced to be published in print and online mass media.

Data collection on employee attendance at a company is a must, with the aim of monitoring discipline, calculating employee salaries, and other needs. Data collection on employee attendance at companies that are used today is very diverse, following the development of technology. The United Tronik Semarang office, which employs relatively many employees, currently uses a manual card attendance data collection system that attracts researchers to make the United Tronik Office the object of research.  Fingerprint is one of the hardware used to support employee attendance data collection which is relatively simple and easy to reach, the accuracy and ease of operation make the fingerprint attendance system more and more in demand. One of the human error problems in the attendance data collection system is attendance recording errors, especially for employees with shift work hours. Arrangement of work shifts in programs built with Visual Basic 2010 can minimize attendance recording errors, because it can set the recording time for employees. To support the ease of data access and shift settings, the researcher uses a Client Server database system with SQL Server 2005 Software.

The research in dynamic with the title “attractant Marina shore of Marina Semarang in increased the number of tourist visits” purposes aimed at finding an attractant of the Marina shore of Semarang with the analysis and identified using the tourist methods, accessibility, ameniti and ansilari. This study uses a kualitative method with 10 responses. The scpersonal technique used observation to the field, online interviews with data sources, the visitors and tourism and tourism later were documented in photographs. Kualitative analysis using data processing from data finding, then on alaysis and developed to the conclusion. From research results suggest that the beach Semarang beach is fairly good, but is less optimal in their breeding. In addition it was also found how the development efforts and difficulties in the management of which can be developed and is given advice for completion.

The aim of this study is to design a production accounting information system for the determination of the cost of production that can help the SMEs Jepara carving in the determination of the cost of a product exactly. Information on the cost of a product is very important as a basis in determining the selling price of a product. so far the SMEs Jepara carving in determining the cost of a product is done by estimating the costs of production and often do not include a production cost that nominal little cost. So the cost of production does not reflect actual cost consumption. This can certainly cause the production cost to be undercost or uppercost. The approach in determining the cost of production using the method of ativity-based costing, activity-based costing method is the determination of the cost of a product based on activity. Research methods that Research method using Reseach and Development (R&D) method with prototype system development model. This study was conducted on SMEs carving Jepara. The result of this research is in the form of accounting information system product for determination of cost of production at SME Jepara carving which can assist in determination of cost of product. Implementation of the activity-based costing method as an approach in determining the cost of products is able to provide benefits that the charging over the cost can be more precise. Efficiency in costs can be obtained. The use of activity based costing method can also decrease the selling price of the product, so that Jepara carving SMEs will be better able to compete both for domestic market and international market.

In the data collection of students and the payment process takes a relatively long time, so that during the payment process results in long queues in the administration and requires a long time to make payment reports and arrears SPP and SPI which are needed quickly.Developments in the field of science and technology were developed with the aim of solving problems and making it easier for users to complete work tasks. Based on observations, UKM have limitations in terms of online marketing.This research aims to present a web design that is able to provide information that can be used to improve marketing or promotion of UKM products in Kendal City.the method used to develop the system is R&D (Research and Development).The results showed that this system is said to be feasible as an effective online promotion media based on the assessment of web expert validator with a value of 2.9 and a validator of UKM with a value of 3.4

For this reason, the author makes the design of an electronic filing system (e-filing) management system, using the ALFRED method approach, namely: 1. Administrative Value (Value of use in administration), 2. Legal Value (Value of use in the field of law), 3. Fiscal Value (Use value in finance), 4.Research Value (Use value in the field of research), 5.Educational Value (Value use in education), 6.Documentative Value (Use value in the field of documentation). Making prototype application product Electronic Filing System (e-filing) management system uses Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 software as a design media and as a programming language, and the SQL Server database as a storage media. This research was conducted using the Research & Development Method through a system design stage that was validated by experts and a prototype of a field-tested product involving users. The final result of this research is in the form of a prototype of an electronic filing system (e-filing) management system product that has been declared to function well so that it can produce information that is useful for the archiving process to the stage of making a report that can be done quickly and accurately in accordance with procedures that have been exist so as to make it easier to re-access archiving and provide public services with accurate and integrated information.

The West Batu Layar village has good economic potential because along the coast has developed business activities in the tourism sector. The West Batu Layar village has development as a tourist area with negative effects wich increase the cases of exploitation children such as prostitutes, harassment and promiscuity. The foundation of Galang Anak Semesta (GAGAS) Mataram with the Down to Zero program organize training for children's rights, reproduction health, and prevention of Commercial Sexual Exploitation in Children (Eksploitasi Seksual Komersial pada Anak/ESKA). But, the medical treatment has not been maximally for prevention and handling of victims. The purpose of this activity is to counseling and training of child health cadres. Method: This activity uses the Community Empowering approach, which is approach activity through a member of the LPAD of West Batu Layar village. Evaluation of the activities is carried out by posttest directly and in writing to the participants present. Results: This activity have formed a team of health care with increasing of knowledge the participants after treatment more than 25%, so this activity can be said to be successful. Conclusion: The formation of health cadres caring for the exploitation of children in the village of batu layar barat amountes to 10 people, with the level of knowledge of participants increased by more than 25% after being carried out counselling for 3 days. It is expected that the formed of the health cadres of children can become health cadres for children who experience exploitation to apply the principle of healthy living.

ABSTRAK The development of computer technology helps many aspects of life. One aspect of life that takes advantage of technological developments is the health sector, in order to solve problems including brain tumors. Brain Tumor Disease is the growth of abnormal cells in or around the brain in an unnatural and uncontrolled manner. Patients with brain tumors continue to increase every year, because the initial symptoms are often underestimated. Therefore created a software that can help diagnose brain tumors using the certainty factor method    

The e-commerce market trend is taking place around the world. This trend encourages international trade be more intense. This can be an opportunity for Indonesia to be able to develop its exports rate using e-commerce. Based on this background, this program purposes to provide indeep information to industry and trade players about how to increase their potential and expand the market through international e-commerce. This international e-commerce should be a solution to improve its economic welfare. The method of this program is carried out through assessment and socialization at the location of service, as Kampung Batik Laweyan Solo. Exploration activities were to obtain detailed information about program targets, which are held in August and September 2018. Furthermore, a one-day socialization event is held on 28 October 2018. Family becomes the smallest social unit in a society. The socialization process was first carried outin the family. Educate children to get to know children and how to treat children according to theirneeds and development. By recognizing and understanding their children, parents as educators inthe family will be able to increase their potential as optimally as possible, especially in formingpositive behaviors. Behavior is any form of action taken or planned. While positive behavior is anaction that is in accordance with the character, culture, norms and noble values in the community.In order for children to grow and develop optimally, the family or parents need to increase theirrole. Along with the times and the assimilation of culture in the era of globalization of positivebehavior in children such as manners, tolerance, caring for others and respect for others isincreasingly lost. The effort that can be taken to develop positive behavior of children in the familyenvironment is through a behavioral approach.The target of service is the Beneficiary Family(KPM) of the Hope Family Program in Wonosegoro District. The purpose of this communityservice activity is to provide training methods in enhancing family roles to foster positive behaviorthrough a behavioral approach. The method used in this community service is the behaviorismapproach in increasing family roles to form positive behavior. In this behavior approach usesseveral techniques, namely modeling techniques, reinforcement techniques and Asertive trainingtechniques. The implementation of community service carried out with seminars and trainingthrough lectures, discussions and brainstorming, questions and answers, and direct practice. Theimplementation of the behavioral approach training as an effort to improve the family's role informing positive behavior was Carried out in four meetings. This study aims to find out the participation and the activities of Youth in church life in Tumbang Kaman station. The method used in this research process is a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. With this approach, the author wants to know the experience of informants regarding youth participation in church life. Data analysis technique in this study uses qualitative data analysis of the Miles and Huberman models which are divided into 3 stages, namely data reduction, data display, conclusion / verification. Informants are people who provide data or information to the author in a study. The informants expected by the author to provide information consisted of parish priests, young people, catechists and other adult Catholics. In this study there were 12 informants who provided data and information to the author.

Teacher profession requires certain expertise and skills, where expertise and skills can be obtained from an education or special education training. The reality is that there are still many teachers who have met the qualifications and certified of educators, but their competence is still far from being expected to be able to produce students who have integrative abilities. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work commitment, soft skills and spiritual quotient on teacher professionalismat SMA Negeri 5 Bukittinggi in 2020. This type of research is quantitative research. The study was conducted at SMA 5 Bukittinggi. The study population was all teachers, 63 people. Data management in this study will use the smartPLS software. The results of the t statistic test were found to be 2,727greater than the T-table of 1. 999 with a p value of 0.007 smaller than 0. 05. The results of the t-statistic test were 3,629, greater than the T-table 1. 999 with a p value of 0. 000 less than 0. 05. The t-test results obtained by 3,629greater than the T-table 1. 999 with a p value of 0. 039smaller than 0. 05. The demands of teacher professionalism in the modern era must be balanced with the provision of good competencies through various workshops, competency development and also trainings that are followed on an ongoing basis

Fine motor is the child's ability in relation to physical skills involving small muscles, eye, and hand coordination. Decorative drawing is one of the methods that is used to improve children's fine motor skills by decorating images on paper that involve nerve muscle elements, the brain, and the ability of the child's fingers. The purpose of the study is to apply decorative drawing therapy towards the fine motor development of children aged 4-5  years  in  the  region  of  Puskesmas  Rowosari  Semarang.  This  study  belongs  to descriptive case studies. The subject of this case study used two respondents who had normal fine motor development. Data were collected by observation and measured by Denver II sheet before and after therapy. The results of the case study were found in subject I with normal fine motor development of 70% increasing to a high of 78%, while in subject II with normal fine motor development 73% increased to high by 82%. It is suggested to  Puskesmas Rowosari  Semarang to use  decorative  drawings to improve children's fine motor skills as playing therapy in toddler posyandu activities.
