Conflicts between humans and wild crocodiles still occur frequently in East Nusa Tenggara. Conflicts often occur with residents who live on coastlines and river estuaries, where most of the population earn their living as fishermen and farmers. The objectives of this research are: (1) Want to know the form of legal protection for people who are attacked by crocodiles in crocodile habitats. (2) Want to know the pattern of conflict management between humans and crocodiles in their habitat. This research is a type of empirical juridical research, or what is called field research, namely examining applicable legal provisions and what happens in reality in society. Empirical juridical research is legal research regarding the application or implementation of normative legal provisions in action in every legal event that occurs in society. The results of this research show: (1) Legal protection that protects every human right that is attacked by a crocodile has been clearly regulated in law number 5 of 1990, government regulation number 7 of 199 9, government regulation number 13 of 1994, and ministerial regulations forestry number P.08 of 2008. (2) Efforts to overcome conflict between crocodiles and humans have been carried out by establishing a SATGAS or task force for dealing with conflict between humans and wild animals and consists of two units, where one unit is tasked with dealing with the community and the other unit tasked with dealing with wild animals. There are also several government agencies in it to respond to reports quickly and handle them according to SOPs or standard operational procedures for handling conflicts between humans and wild crocodiles which serve as standard guidelines for handling conflicts reported by the public. As well as efforts from the government, there have also been short-term efforts such as outreach and long-term efforts such as conducting more in-depth research on crocodiles. Based on the results of this research, it is hoped that there will be awareness from all components, both society and government, so as not to excessively convert land so that it destroys the natural habitat of crocodiles and causes crocodiles to escape into public areas.

Background: Destruction is a process of physical destruction of medical record archives that have ended their function and use value. The knowledge of medical record officers greatly influences the ongoing process of shrinking and destroying medical record files. The main problem is the problem of inpatient medical records that are too many, resulting in storage of medical records not on available shelves, which are finally stored in cardboard boxes. Methods: Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The sampling technique used a total saturation sampling technique of 12 PMIK. Research Results: The results of the Chi square test showed that there was a significant relationship between PMIK's knowledge regarding the eradication of Inactive RMs and the effectiveness of inpatient services, with a p-value of 0.003. A p-value of less than 0.05 indicates a significant relationship between PMIK's knowledge regarding the eradication of Inactive RMs and the effectiveness of inpatient services. Conclusion: Extermination is still unscheduled and has not been carried out because there are obstacles, namely medical record officers often work with double jobs where there is no division of tasks so that the extermination has not been carried out.

Carbon monoxide is called the "silent killer" because this gas is colorless and odorless. This gas is produced from incomplete combustion of fossil fuels. Carbon monoxide, referred to as CO, is flammable and very dangerous but is non-irritating and tasteless, making it difficult to detect by the human senses. Carbon monoxide can form naturally or artificially. Human activities are the main source of its formation. Carbon monoxide (CO) which comes from nature is CO gas which comes from oceans, mountains, forest fires, electrical storms and metal oxidation in the atmosphere. The source of CO gas that comes from human activities generally comes from incomplete combustion processes, such as the combustion process that occurs in motorized vehicles, burning coal, combustion products from industrial machines, cigarette smoke or other combustion that produces gas. This research aims to determine the effect of carbon monoxide on the environment and health. The method used in this writing is literature study. The library sources taken in compiling this literature study were through journals taken from the Google Scholar website. The results are based on a review of (number of journals) journals related to the title, namely the effect of carbon emissions on damage to air quality and environmental pollution.

The results of the research show that: First, there is a decline in the meaning of the idea of function contained in rhymes and dances. The message is not conveyed well, because the function of rhymes and dances has shifted from conveying symbolic messages to just being for entertainment. Likewise, the procession is complicated, long, and the additional costs are one of the reasons the Deli Malay community is starting to stop using this culture. In the past, rhymes that were advice in nature were sometimes made humorous, this shifted the sacred nature of rhymes. The openness of the Deli Malay community has adjusted to market tastes.

The results of the research from 4 indicators that regarding communication it is necessary to carry out more socialization because many people do not know about the mechanism in the procedure for handling service cases that exist at PTSP. Resources, in terms of quantity the number of officers at PTSP is still small while the number of cases at the Depok Religious Court is quite a lot. In terms of quality, there is a need for training because there are still officers who are less responsive, and the existing facilities and infrastructure at PTSP have not been integrated all in one door due to limited land. Disposition, the executors have a commitment to carry out this policy by delivering tasks that are good enough in accordance with the contents of the instructions in the policy. Snack bars are processed food products that shaped rectangular or like a bar. Snack bar in this study used ingredients of barley flour and mocaf. Barley is a potential ingredient as a source of dietary fiber and gluten-free mocaf can fix the texture of barley. One of the factors that affects the quality of the snack bar is the baking process. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of temperature and baking time on the characteristics of physical, chemical, and sensory of the snack bar, and to determine best formulation of the temperature and baking time of the snack bar. The design applied was a completely randomized design with two factors consisting baking temperature of 130 and 160°C, and baking time of 20 minutes and 40 minutes. The results showed that baking time had a significant effect on the values of a and b, but not significant on the value of L. Baking temperature and time had a significant effect on the level of preference for texture, color, overall and on texture and color on sensory quality. However, it had no significant effect on aroma and taste. The baking temperature had a significant effect on the moisture content, but roasting time had no significant effect. The best snack bar was that baked at 160ºC, 20 minutes. The best formulation of snack bar contains nutrients, water content of 15%, ash of 1.906%, fat 19.447%, protein 21.012%, carbohydrates 42.635%, dietary fiber 11.262% and total calories 429 kcal.

Cassava is a potential food ingredient that has quite good prospects in the fields of agribusiness and agroindustry. Cassava crackers are made from cassava which is processed into crackers, as well as being another alternative food that contains nutritional value. Based on data from the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of Timor-Leste in 2009-2010, cassava production reached 47,845 tons. However, cassava production has not been utilized optimally by the people of Timor-Leste as a food ingredient for the nutritional value food industry. therefore, it needs to be developed. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of adding soybean concentration to each treatment and to find out which treatment is best for each parameter used in the test. The method used in this research was a Completely Randomized Design (RAL) with 4 treatments, namely 0% soybean concentration compared to 1 kg of cassava, 10% compared to 1 kg of cassava, 20% compared to 1 kg of cassava, 30% compared to 1 kg of cassava. Each treatment was repeated 3 times. The resulting data will be analyzed using analysis of variance and if necessary, will be presented with a follow-up test of the least significant difference (BNT) at the 5% level. The results of the variance statistical test show that the addition of soybean concentration has a significant effect on the color, taste, aroma and texture of making cassava crackers. This research shows that the best results are 10% soybean concentration in color, taste, aroma and texture.
