Immunization serves as the most effective and cost-efficient primary preventive measure against infectious diseases. It not only shields individuals from severe ailments but also averts the spread of communicable illnesses. Drawing from data collection, Olung Hanangan Village ranks among the communities with the lowest coverage of fundamental immunization. The insufficiency in basic immunization may arise due to factors like inadequate education and parental adherence to immunization schedules. The level of education shapes the pattern of shifts in parents' health-related behavior, ultimately emerging as a determinant of adherence to scheduled immunizations. Objective: This study aims to examine the correlation between parental (mothers') education levels and adherence to basic immunization for infants aged 0-9 months in Olung Hanangan Village. Method: Employing a quantitative research approach with a correlational research type and a cross-sectional design, this study involves a total of 32 respondents. Data collection employs a questionnaire as the measuring tool, followed by data analysis utilizing the Chi-Square statistical test. Results: The obtained significant value (p-value) is less than the α value, with a significance level set at α = 0.05. The Chi-Square statistical test yields a significant value of Asmp. Sig. (2-tailed) at 0.000. This finding confirms a relationship between parental (mothers') education levels and adherence to basic immunization for infants aged 0-9 months in Olung Hanangan Village. Conclusion: The study's findings underscore a significant link between parental (mothers') education levels and adherence to basic immunization for infants aged 0-9 months in Olung Hanangan Village. Consequently, the active involvement of healthcare personnel remains imperative in the ongoing provision of immunization information to the community.

During the process of teaching children to pray five times a day, the attitude of children who are so busy with their play world is a common obstacle felt by parents. Because of that, the designer is interested in presenting Islamic literacy that conveys the motivation of prayer for children. Designers obtain data through surveys, observations and literature studies, then designers analyze the data as problem solving with the 5W + 1H method (what, who, when, why, where, and how). This study aims to determine the relationship between post traumatic growth and the quality of life of school-age children who are undergoing palliative care. This type of quantitative research with cross sectional approach method. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a sample size of 63 respondents. Based on the results of the Sperm- rank statistical test, a p-value of 0.013 was obtained with a positive correlation with a result of 0.312, so that it can be interpreted that there is a relationship between post traumatic growth and the quality of life of school-age children undergoing palliative care. Suggestions to parents or families are expected to always pay attention to physical and psychological conditions, as well as provide motivation and enthusiasm in undergoing palliative care so as to improve the quality of life in patients after experiencing a post traumatic growth process.

Youth is the future asset of a nation. But nowadays a lot is happening to teenagers, such as drugs and motorcycle gangs. This is a familiar problem. Juvenile delinquency includes all behaviors that deviate from the norms of criminal law committed by juveniles. There are so many internal and external factors that cause juvenile delinquency that need to be considered. To overcome this, guidance from parents and also a good environment can be a determinant for the development of the teenager. Based on the results of several studies, it was found that one of the causes of juvenile delinquency is the lack of functioning of the role of parents as role models for their children. The atmosphere in the family that causes discomfort for children is also one of the causes, including the divorce of their parents. Often they commit crimes because they feel they are not cared for by their parents who work too often without paying attention to the child's development. Teenagers who commit crimes generally lack self-control, or actually abuse that self-control, and like to enforce their own rules without paying attention to the presence of other people around them.

The aim of this research is to find out the juridical review and legal consequences for the distribution of inheritance to adopted children regardless of the position of the main heir. The method used is empirical juridical research with primary data obtained in the field and secondary data through literature studies and related regulations. The results of this study indicate that based on article 171 letter (c) KHI who becomes an heir must have a blood relationship with the heir, not being hindered by law to become an heir and article 209 paragraph (2) KHI for adopted children who do not receive a will is given a mandatory will 1/3 of the heir's inheritance. However, the facts on the ground are not in accordance with the provisions above, in fact the heir gives more inheritance to the adopted child than the main heir on the grounds that groups 2, 3, and 4 do not object, then the second heir states that the adopted child is older than his biological child. This reduces and closes the share of legal heirs. In adopting a child, it is done in the best interest of the child based on local customs and applicable laws and regulations. This fulfills the elements of article 39 paragraph (1) and article 171 letter (h) KHI. There are three legal consequences of the distribution of inheritance to adopted children, namely: 1) The distribution of inheritance has not been fulfilled in Article 209 paragraph (2) KHI 2) The rights and obligations have been fulfilled for adopted children according to Article 171 letter (h) KHI. However, the adopted child is constrained in terms of legitieme portie cannot sue the position of the main heir 3) Lineage relations, the adoptive parents have severed the lineage relationship of the adopted child with his biological parents where he uses the surname of his adoptive father. This contradicts QS-Al Ahzab: 4 and 5 and does not fulfill article 39 paragraph (2).

One important theme that is rarely discussed is the service towards children. In community life, children are often neglected and deemed unimportant in certain contexts. Children have the smallest place in the social order of life. This is also experienced by children within the Christian community. They are only seen as the future of the church, leading to their current existence being often ignored. This should certainly be a matter of concern for all parties, including parents, pastors, and even Christian teachers or educators. The challenges faced by children in the postmodern era have become increasingly complex. They will confront a reality that perceives no absolute truth, as all truths are considered relative. Therefore, the core focus of this paper is to discuss the steps or roles that Christian religious education teachers take in preparing children, especially Christian children, to face this postmodern era. In the discussion, the author presents various challenges and needs of children in the postmodern era, as well as what a Christian educator should do. The method used by the author in this article is a literary method with a descriptive approach. The author gathers various data sources related to the discussed topic and analyzes them to find a comprehensive and accurate understanding. Through this research, it is found that a Christian religious education teacher is responsible for nurturing and guiding children to know Christ, so that they have faith, acknowledge Jesus as Lord and Savior, and experience a renewal of life.
