This research is based on the economic context that occurs in the people of Bangkalan City in the development of Branding with Islamic terms. This study aims to analyze the opinions of religious leaders in the city of Bangkalan regarding Islamic branding, which still has a question mark regarding its urgency and existence among the people of the city of Bangkalan, especially. The researcher uses qualitative methods, namely research methods that focus on collecting data through observations of around Bangkalan City regarding several local brands that use Islamic Branding and on the other hand also focuses on conducting interviews and documentation to collect data about the views of Bangkalan religious leaders regarding Islamic Branding and Islamic Branding. existence in Bangkalan city to several religious figures in Bangkalan city. From the results of the study, the researcher stated and concluded that the views of religious leaders in Bangkalan city were divided into three groups. There are those who are aware of and acknowledge the existence of Islamic Branding in Bangkalan city, secondly there are those who are aware of but acknowledge the existence of Islamic Branding in Bangkalan city, third are not aware of and do not acknowledge the existence of Islamic Branding in Bangkalan city.

This article reviews the Implications of Multicultural Education on the Religious Mindset of the Millennial Generation. This article aims to explain the impact of implementing multicultural education on the religious mindset of the millennial generation. The writing of this article uses a type of qualitative research with library research methods. The results of this study are to determine the impact of the implementation of multicultural education on the religious mindset of the millennial generation, namely: (1) improving self understanding and self-concept well. (2) increase sensitivity in understanding other people. (3) respecting religious and cultural differences between groups regarding an event, values, and behavior. (4) open our minds in responding to various issues. (5) Stay away from stereotypical views and try to respect others. With multicultural education, a person will become a good human being and more tolerant of diversity, and not passionate about the religion he adheres to. Therefore, a religious mindset based on multicultural education needs to be instilled as early as possible. This includes an appreciation of the existence of cultural plurality, recognition of human dignity and rights, and development of human responsibility towards the inhabited earth.

Financial management ability in terms of financial planning is one of the abilities that must be possessed by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) by increasing their financial planning knowledge. The existence of good financial management capabilities can carry out effective, efficient, and useful financial planning, so that business actors are expected to increase the level of welfare in running their business. This community service activity is carried out with the aim that MSME actors have good financial planning knowledge. This community service activity uses the method of material presentation, discussion and question and answer. The result of this activity is that business actors can carry out financial planning on their business activities. By having good financial planning knowledge, business actors in Tiwulandu Village, Brebes are expected to be more advanced, smooth, and prosperous in running their businesses.

Technological developments at this time are very advanced in various ways, inviting everyone to find new discoveries, therefore an information processing work system that is fast, precise and accurate is expected to improve service to consumers to achieve goals. MA Miftahul Ulum Ngemplak administration includes payment of Education Development Contribution (SPP), extracurricular money (including: scouts, computers, volleyball and drum bands) and Intra-School Student Organization (OSIS) money up to the preparation of financial reports every day, every month to every years to be reported to interested parties, such as the school treasurer, principal and head of the foundation, and all these payments are still recorded manually. This system has a weakness, namely in terms of recording school administration payments it is less effective because it has to record in triplicate, namely on student payment cards, daily data payment report books, and monthly data payment report books, as well as the process of finding data and submitting student payment reports is not fast. The learning process requires the existence of media to encourage the effectiveness and efficiency of learning activities. This study aims to describe the thematic learning process with a scientific approach assisted by digital media which was carried out in class II Bandar 3 elementary school. And to find out what digital media are used and what obstacles are experienced during the learning process. Specifically, this research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study research method. Based on the results of the study, the learning process for class II Bandar 3 elementary school Pacitan was carried out in three stages, namely the planning stage was carried out by the teacher by matching and seeing the lesson plans, the implementation stage in which the teacher carried out explanation activities, asked questions, and gave assignments. While the teacher assessment stage assesses student activities from the aspects of attitudes, knowledge and skills.

Nowadays there are many visual media or other media that influence children's imagination. Which causes a decrease in children's imagination. The child's imagination begins to decline, this is due to the existence of visual media that makes it easier for someone to tell a story through several pictures, or to show the events of a story directly. This study aims to develop children's imagination of stories read, heard, or stories told by someone, and direct them in a positive direction, not in a negative direction. The research method used is the library research method or library research. The results obtained from this study are that a child's imagination can be developed using the story method with a variety of structured stories, using language that is easy to understand, attractive illustrations and designed in such a way. And there are several things that need attention in the story so that it is in a positive direction and not in a negative direction. In developing a child's imagination, it is necessary to pay attention to several things related to the child's imagination, such as the characteristics of the child and some stories that do not contain elements of a sad story.

Character Education of students in an educational institution today is often neglected because of the impact of technology and lack of supervision by parents and teachers. One of the successes in improving the character education of students is determined by the existence of standardized teachers who have competence through the teacher standardization process. This is what underlies the conduct of research at MI Tawakkal Denpasar Bali which has students whose learning achievement is quite good. The research objectives in this thesis were to determine the implementation of the teacher standardization program at MI Tawakkal, to find out the teacher standardization program in improving the character education of MI Tawakkal students, and to find out the obstacles faced and solutions made in improving the character education of MI Tawakkal students. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach with three data collection techniques, namely: observation, documentation, and interviews. The results of the study reveal that: The teacher standardization program at MI Tawakkal is running well because it is guided by the rules set by foundations and institutions, the Teacher Standardization Program produces quality teachers according to teacher competency standards, so as to improve student learning and character education, and factors. the obstacle is the family that does not fully play a role in implementing character education at home, the negative influence of social media, and the negative environment.

This research is motivated by the rise of drug abuse cases, especially in Pekanbaru City which can damage themselves and others. The increasing number of drug abuse cases has become a special concern for the Government and also the people in Pekanbaru City. The existence of a strategy designed by the Pekanbaru City National Narcotics Agency (BNNK) to tackle drug abuse is expected to be able to overcome drug problems in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics. This study uses qualitative research methods with data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. This study aims to obtain data on the strategy for overcoming drug abuse by the Pekanbaru City National Narcotics Agency (BNNK) and the factors that inhibit it. The results of this study indicate that the drug abuse prevention strategy designed by the Pekanbaru City National Narcotics Agency (BNNK) has not fully worked as expected, so that drug abuse cases have not been significantly reduced. This is due to the inhibiting factors, namely the lack of availability of human resources and limited supporting tools.

This study reveals how the relationship between the establishment of the monument and the traditional belief system of the Toba Batak people who still believe in the existence of the spirits of their ancestors. The actualization of this belief is manifested in the construction of an ancestral monument which is considered an embodiment of respect for the descendants of the clan that founded it. To reveal these data, in this study the authors used qualitative research. The data in the field were obtained through participatory observation techniques, interviews, and literature studies. The purpose of this study was to reveal the background of the establishment of monuments in clan groups in Balige District, Toba Samosir Regency which represents the function and meaning of the erection of clan monuments in Balige District. Toba Samosir Regency also describes the organization and implementation of the case for the establishment of the Siraja Nababat, Manurung, Nommensen, Siagian, Sonakmalela and Sisimangaraja XII monuments in and analyzes the conception of the construction of the monument in the Toba Batak community. based on the conception of traditional beliefs that believe in the existence of their ancestral spirits in people's lives. The data collection technique that the author did in this study used the listening and note-taking technique. This study aims to find the moral values ​​contained in the short film Don't Read Pancasila by Rafdi Akbar. While the results obtained in this research are displayed in the real reality, namely the existence of moral values ​​such as courage, humility, lying and compassion.

The community service activity entitled "Socialization of Village Cultural Traditions" was carried out in Kamarora B Village, District. Nokilalaki Sigi Regency The aim of this community service activity is to empower and improve the quality of the existence of traditional villages in the context of preserving culture and strengthening character as national identity. Selection in Kamarora B Village Because Kamarora B Village is a village that has customs and culture which have begun to be eroded by the rapid flow of globalization, efforts are needed to preserve cultural customs as a filter and foundation for development in Kamarora B Village, Kec. Nokilalaki, Sigi Regency. This community service activity is carried out by conducting outreach which aims to increase the understanding and knowledge of Village Government Apparatus, Youth and the community regarding how important it is to maintain the cultural traditions of Kamarora B Village which have begun to be eroded by the times.

This research is motivated by the existence of one marketplace application. This study discusses the style of language in featured advertisements in the application. Advertising language style has the ability to convince readers by playing words or phrases so that readers are influenced to use the product. The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the style of advertising language in the shopee application. The method used is descriptive qualitative method. The data in this study is the style of advertising language and the source of the data in the study is advertisements for shopee features that appear on youtube and television. The data collection technique in this study is the method of listening. Based on the results of the discussion on the analysis of the use of advertising language style on YouTube, it can be concluded that the Shopee application uses persuasive language style in the advertisements that are displayed, namely the use of repetition figurehead.

Pamaris Village is located in the highlands of Gunungtua Village, Cijambe District, Subang Regency. The existence of this area which is located in the highlands makes it difficult for the community to get clean water for their daily needs. Has a river flow that is used for agricultural and fishery water but is not utilized for clean water needs because the community doubts the quality of river water to be used as a source of clean water. With the background of the problems in Pamaris village, the lecturers and students of the Civil Engineering study program, Faculty of Engineering, University of Subang took the initiative to do community service by making a simple water treatment tool to treat river water so that it can be used to meet the community's clean water needs. The planned water treatment system consists of a coagulation tank, a sedimentation tank, a slow sand filter and a fast sand filter. The filter material consists of coral, palm fiber, zeolite, split stone, palm fiber, activated carbon and sand. The results of testing the treated water showed that all parameters of Physics, Inorganic Chemistry and Organic Chemistry were still within the limits of clean water quality standards. The results of bacteriological examination did not find bacteria. Thus, in general, water quality can be used as a source of clean water for the community.

This community service activity is carried out so that people have an understanding of Islamic banking. This service activity is carried out for people who live in the Timbangan Village, North Padangsidimpuan District. This activity was carried out in 3 stages. The first stage is the preparatory stage, the preparation is carried out by asking permission from the Kelurahan where the service is carried out. The second stage is pre-socialization, namely the service volunteer team conducts interviews with the community. The third stage is the socialization stage, carried out by interviews and questions and answers with the community. The results of the activity show that there are still many people who are not familiar with Islamic banks, from this activity the community becomes aware of the existence of Islamic banks, 2) The community understands the concepts in Islamic banks, 3) This activity is a forum for increasing the knowledge and understanding of the community about Islamic banks, which Prior to this activity, most people considered Islamic banks and conventional banks the same and 4) The community expressed an interest in conducting transactions at Islamic banks after gaining knowledge and understanding of Islamic banks.

The culinary in the tourist village has its own characteristics which are influenced by the geographical and cultural location in the tourist village as well as local products which are the advantages of each tourist village. It is felt that the culinary development in the tourist village has not changed because it has not been touched much in terms of innovations that can be done.

This study aims to examine the effect of training, capacity building, and reward provision on improving the performance of human resources at the Kapalo Destination of Banda Taram, Lima Puluh Kota Regency. This study used a questionnaire distributed in the Destination of Kapalo Banda Taram, Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota as many 53 respondents using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) PLS data analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that Training and Rewards have a positive and significant effect on improving the performance of managers at the Kapalo Banda Taram Destination while the capacity building has no significant effect on improving performance at the Kapalo Banda Taram Destination. This research implies that the existence of training and rewards can make performance better, especially in the Destination of Kapalo Banda Taram, Regency of Lima Puluh Kota.
