This study aims to determine the Effect of Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty (Case Study at HP IVAN CELL Store Kediri). The variables of this research are Service Quality (X1), Customer Satisfaction (X2) and Customer Loyalty (Y). This study uses quantitative methods using data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, literature studies and questionnaires. While the analysis used is, multiple linear regression test. Sampling in this study used purposive sampling with consideration of all consumers of HP IVAN CELL Kediri Store, totaling 86 people. The results of this study using the SPSS 22.0 program using a significant level of 5% or 0.05 with the results (1) partially service quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, which means Ha1 is accepted and. (2) partially customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, which means Ha2 is accepted. (3) Simultaneously Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction have a significant effect on Customer Loyalty, a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, which means Ha3 is accepted.  

PT LBP is a manufacturing company that provides products and services, especially specialists in the field of industrial tanks. The products made are dominated by products that function to support production processes in industry, for example Storage Tanks, Pressure Tanks, Silos, Heat Exchangers, and so on. In carrying out its work, PT LBP has a warehouse as a place to store goods, which is an area that functions to store goods or components and makes a very important contribution to the speed of a project. Currently, PT LBP still uses conventional methods in its goods storage system. There is still haphazard storage, there are no procedures for grouping types of goods, such as grouping types of high frequency goods and the like. Items included in the high frequency category are 4 inch grinding stones, 4 inch cutting stones, P80 plasma nozzles, welding wire and welding filler. This causes an irregular buildup of goods or components and even blocks the process of entering and exiting the road. Therefore, the 5S method is very suitable if applied to PT LBP, the 5S method will improve the system for structuring, sorting, cleaning and storing goods with the aim of reducing searching time for inventory in the warehouse storage area. The results of the design carried out were rearranging the placement of goods, cleaning goods, and implementing procedures in accordance with the 5S concept.    

This study explores key aspects of the Apolo Chicken Porridge business through vendor interviews. The results show that focusing on ingredient quality, recipe innovation and taste consistency are the most important foundations in creating unique and attractive products. Effective service, responsiveness to customer input and strategic selling points also increase customer satisfaction. In conclusion, it is necessary to maintain product quality, improve service, respond to customers quickly and pay attention to the cleanliness and metode of the service area. At the same time, implementing loyalty programs and store evaluations can be additional strategies to strengthen the company's position in the culinary market. 

Blockchain platforms propagate into every facet, including managing medical services with professional and patient-centered applications. With its sensitive nature, record privacy has become imminent with medical services for patient diagnosis and treatments. The nature of medical records has continued to necessitate their availability, reachability, accessibility, security, mobility, and confidentiality. Challenges to these include authorized transfer of patient records on referral, security across platforms, content diversity, platform interoperability, etc. These, are today – demystified with blockchain-based apps, which proffers platform/application services to achieve data features associated with the nature of the records. We use a permissioned-blockchain for healthcare record management. Our choice of permission mode with a hyper-fabric ledger that uses a world-state on a peer-to-peer chain – is that its smart contracts do not require a complex algorithm to yield controlled transparency for users. Its actors include patients, practitioners, and health-related officers as users to create, retrieve, and store patient medical records and aid interoperability. With a population of 500, the system yields a transaction (query and https) response time of 0.56 seconds and 0.42 seconds, respectively. To cater to platform scalability and accessibility, the system yielded 0.78 seconds and 063 seconds, respectively, for 2500 users.

Product packaging design is an important factor that can strengthen MSME branding in increasingly competitive business competition. An attractive and quality packaging design differentiates it from competitors. For this reason, community service was carried out to find out the extent to which Galo-Galo Village UKM players understand the importance of product packaging redesign. The aim of this activity is to build brand awareness from the redesign of the product packaging being launched. The method of activity is through socialization and assistance in redesigning product packaging that is more attractive to consumers by choosing one of the superior products. The external target is to create alternative product packaging, one of the superior products, namely Natural Soap, produced by UKM Galo-Galo Village. The results of community service regarding packaging redesign are related to shape, structure, materials, colors, images, typography and design elements with product information so that the product can be marketed. Packaging redesign in the form of redesigning old packaging into new packaging to make it more attractive, so that it has maximum function to wrap, protect, send, issue, store, identify and differentiate a product on the market.

the purpose of this research to determine and analyze the influence of Store Atmosphere (X1), product variety (X2), service quality (X3) on consumer buying interest (Y). The population in this study were all potential SVS Karangjati consumers, totaling 100 respondents. The type of research used is Non Probability sampling because the population is not yet known. Researchers then used purposive sampling focusing on consumers who bought at SVS Karangjati, with a quantitative approach. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using the Likert scale method. The research results can be concluded that : 1). Store Atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest, 2). Product variety has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest, 3). Service quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest. Based on the results of this research, it would be better for the owner of SVS Karangjati to continue to maintain and improve his business, especially the store atmosphere, product variety and service quality so as to increase interest in buying among more potential consumers.

Background: Medical records at Udayana Denpasar Level II Hospital that exceed capacity are caused by double medical records, misfiles occur during the implementation of retrieval, the retention process has not run optimally and the increasing number of patient visits. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of medical record storage overload on the response time of medical record provision. Methods: The research design used is a quantitative method with a cross sectional approach. The data analysis used is the Chi Squere test. With a total sample of 16 medical record officers and medical record documents contained in 30 medical record storage shelves where each shelf consists of 5 sections.   Results: The results of the Chi Squere test show that the p value is 0.002, the value is less than 0.05. So it can be concluded that there is an impact of overload of medical record storage on the response time of providing medical records, thus impacting the quality of hospital services, the services provided become long because they wait for medical records to be delivered to the polyclinic. Based on these results, it is necessary to transfer media by scanning medical records then stored in sharing folders and uploaded to the interface system. This media transfer is expected to provide a solution in dealing with the overload of medical record storage so that it can be more efficient in providing medical records.       Conclusion: The conclusion in this study is that there is an impact of overloaded medical record storage on the response time of medical record provision, which has an impact on the quality of hospital services, the services provided will be long because they wait for medical records to be delivered to the polyclinic, so that doctors experience problems in patient examinations because they cannot see the patient's previous examination history.

Technology has a very important role in creating quality human resources. In this case, technology also does not escape incoming and outgoing goods transactions, as happened with Dolphin Corp. Dolphin Corp is one of the printing companies in Jambi City which serves various types of printing, both small and large scale. The services provided by Dolphin Corp, such as printing invitations, books, calendars, food packaging, brochures, magazines and so on, are all carried out based on requests from consumers after the consumer makes payment. The system used to store data on incoming goods still uses physical records in books, where there is no system that functions optimally to increase the amount of stock, reduce the amount of stock and record stock reports.

Drug information services were activities that carried out by pharmacists to provide information about drugs that is impartial, critically evaluated, and with the best evidence in all aspects of drug use to other health professionals, patients, or the public. Providing drug information has an important role in improving the quality of life of patients and providing quality services for them. The purpose of this study was to determine drug information services for outpatients in the pharmaceutical installation of Imelda Pekerja Indonesia Public Hospital. This study used qualitative research methods with a sample of pharmaceutical officers who provided drug information services to outpatients, as many as 100 patients. Data collection was carried out by interview, direct observation, and using a check list sheet of drug information components. The results showed that the percentage of components conveyed when delivering drug information, including the name of the drug, drug dosage, type of preparation, rules of use, how to use, time of use, amount of drug, and efficacy or indications, had a percentage of 100%. While the drug information component that is rarely conveyed is how to store the drug with a percentage of 8%, the drug information component that is not conveyed is the side effects of the drug. The results of this study indicate that drug information services to outpatients carried out by pharmaceutical officers in the pharmaceutical installation of the Imelda Pekerja Indonesia Medan Public Hospital have been well implemented, with a percentage of 80.80%. The results also concluded that the drug information services carried out by the pharmacist of Imelda Pekerja Indonesia Public Hospital, Medan, were in accordance with hospital procedures and Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 72 of 2016 concerning Pharmaceutical Service Standards in Hospitals.

World civilization with very rapid changes in various countries is characterized by the unlimited use of information systems based on computing and big data. Information technology utilizes computers and computer software to convert, store, process, protect, transmit and obtain information securely. Designing an administrative service information system to assist students and final assignment coordinators in the registration process, filing requirements and submitting titles for final assignments and obtaining supervisor assignment letters. Therefore, this problem can be solved by building an information system design for final assignment administration services that will be implemented in the Industrial Engineering Study Program, namely SIMENTARI (Industrial Engineering Final Assignment Management Information System). In this research, the SIMENTARI design method used was waterfall. The waterfall method suggests systematic and sequential software development starting from the highest system level and continuing to the analysis, design, coding, testing and maintenance stages. The existence of a SIMENTARI Information System can make it easier for the Final Assignment Coordinator in the Industrial Engineering Study Program to serve students who will submit their Final Assignments more easily and systematically and the data entered by the user can be stored neatly in the system. In this research, the tools used to create a SIMENTARI information system were Xampp and Php MySQL software.

The type of research used is qualitative research, qualitative research is research that produces several findings that cannot be obtained using statistical procedures or quantitative methods. With the existence of International Business in Indonesia, Economic Growth will increase. The reason is that the supply and increase for foreign products from the Indonesian people will continue to increase. For this reason, companies or industries in Indonesia will often experience increases and growth, such as the development of the textile, shrimp, coffee and so on industries. With the existence of international business, the prosperity and welfare of society in Indonesia is developing well due to the opening of various kinds of employment opportunities, so that there can be a reduction in the level of poverty in Indonesia.

This can be done either through online chat applications (Whatsapp, LINE, telegram, etc.), social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.), online stores on various e-commerce platforms (Bukalapak, Tokopedia, Blibli, etc.), own websites, to the use of various applications or other business support software. ESQ Business School (STIMIK ESQ), with the University's tri dharma program namely Community Service, ESQ College of Management Science and Computer Science, the Information Systems study program provides coaching, strategy workshops, and information technology for the management of a business/business. This strategy direction can be used in the future by MSME managers/participants in carrying out their business or business processes. The significant changes in daily life patterns, driven by technological advancements, particularly in the transportation sector, are evident through the emergence of on-demand services such as Gojek. This research aims to explore users' perspectives and opinions regarding service quality, focusing on aspects like driver behavior, responsiveness, and reliability within the Gojek platform. The Naive Bayes method is employed to analyze user sentiments toward the driver services, supported by the Orange software to comprehend the complex patterns in user reviews. Evaluation is conducted on reviews from the Play Store, resulting in an accuracy of 87.4%, F1 score of 87.6%, precision of 87.9%, and recall of 87.4%. These findings indicate the success of the model in identifying and predicting predefined variables. Through the combination of methods and software, the study concludes that sentiment analysis of Gojek's driver services can be performed efficiently and reliably, providing valuable insights for online motorcycle taxi service providers.

Milkfish is one of the potential fishery products in untia village, biringkanaya sub-district. The abundant production of milkfish causes the selling price of fresh milkfish to be cheaper, besides that fresh milkfish is also prone to damage if stored for too long. The lack of understanding and skills of the local community in processing milkfish is the main obstacle faced by the community. The purpose of this service is training on diversification of milkfish preparations to improve the productive economy of the community in untia village, biringkanaya sub-district. The method of implementing community service activities is through counseling and training. This counseling is a way to convey knowledge to housewives about the benefits, nutritional content and potential of milkfish. Training with the practice of making shredded milkfish, The results of community service activities are the growth of an entrepreneurial spirit for local housewives and training community creativity in giving innovation by producing new products that have economic value.

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze how much influence Product, Price and Strategic Location have on Purchasing Decisions at the MCP Royal Plaza Surabaya Muslim fashion store. This study used a quantitative method with a descriptive type with a random sampling technique and the number of respondents was 52 people. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, while the results of this study are that price has a significant and significant effect on purchasing decisions as seen from the t count > t table (4.426 > 1.661), and a significant level lower than 0, 05 which is 0.000, it can be seen from the value of t count <t table (-0.064 <1.661) then it can be seen that the significant value is lower than 0.05 which is 0.000 , Service Quality has a significant and significant effect on purchasing decisions seen from t count> t table (2.625 > 1.661) and a lower significant level than 0.05, namely 0.000, Price and Service Quality have a significant and significant effect on the decision to purchase MCP Store products, as seen from the t count > t table f count > f table (19,548 > 2,699) and the value sig 0.000 <0.05 the percentage value that influences the independent variables (Product, Price, Strategic Location) to the dependent variable (Purchase Decision) is 38%. Thus the variable price, strategic location and product quality affect the consumer purchasing decisions of the MCP Muslim fashion store at Royal Plaza Surabaya.

In the type of ordering goods, it is known that the customer generally has to come to the place to order the goods needed. But many customers feel dissatisfied with the system, technological developments are currently growing rapidly, namely making web orders that are easy for customers to understand. With advances in technology in Indonesia, the development of the e-commerce industry has made it easier for people to order goods online. This application was made using the waterfall method and built using the PHP programming language, BOOSTRAP. In developing this system through several stages, namely: needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing and development of the system. For the testing phase, a functional test is carried out using the Visual Studio application, used to test the function of the application that has been built, whether it meets what is needed. If the results of application testing have gone well and there are no problems. This web-based printing service system was created to make it easier for customers and owners to place orders and transactions. After the application is made and implemented, it can be concluded that in terms of customers, it is easier to place orders and make payment transactions at CV printing services. Sinar Karya. Each fruit merchant has a different business plan to boost sales in his or her store in the face of this tough competition. Companies that produce goods or services can gain a competitive advantage that is sustained by applying marketing strategies. One of the pillars underlying a comprehensive business plan is the marketing plan. Because of the mostly fierce competition umkm faces, these businesses need to have a marketing plan to fight the competition. The purpose of this study is to know and evaluate marketing strategies and to improve competitiveness. The research was done on the ayu sulastri and amri's fruit shop. A technique used for data collection with observation, interviews, and documentation. In the sulastri stores each year increases, in the last year up 21%. Whereas at the amri store, income increases by 2023 from 2020 to 2023 begins to increase little by little and by 2023 gets an increase by 11%. The availability of blood is needed as an effort to cure disease and restore health. Efforts to provide blood are carried out through blood donations, namely the process of taking blood from someone voluntarily to be stored in a blood bank as blood stock and then used for blood transfusions. Blood donation services are only carried out by health workers who have the competence and ability and are only carried out in health facilities that meet the requirements. This is necessary to prevent various risks that can arise, such as disease transmission.

A medical record folder is a thick paper cover that unites all of a patient's sheets so that they become one complete history, protects the medical record files inside so that they are not easily damaged and makes it easier to store, search and transfer medical record files (Heltiani, 2020). Designing a medical record folder has physical aspects, anatomical aspects and content aspects. The physical aspect consists of materials: Ivory paper, the shape resembles a rectangular book, there are folds to increase the capacity to store medical record forms accompanied by color coding. Anatomical aspects include the Header, which contains the logo, name, address and telephone number, Introduction, Instructions, which contains confidential information from the medical record folder, Body contains the Name and Medical Record Number. Register Number and Year of Visit, Font using Time New Roman, form title size 40, patient identity and year of visit size 12, while Arial font size 14 is used for instructions, Ruler has a ruler on the medical record folder to limit the heading and body of the map, Border there is a border in the medical record folder. Content aspects include the identity of the health service facility, the identity of the name of the health service facility, the patient's name, the medical record number, the year of the last visit and the row available in the year of the last visit in the medical record folder. Socialization is given to medical record officers using discussion, lecture and question and answer methods. It is hoped that the results of this socialization will be for the Bestari Community Health Center to redesign the medical record folder which refers to three aspects, namely: anatomical aspects, physical aspects and content aspects so that the medical record forms are not damaged or scattered.

UPT Karanganyar Health Center Karanganyar Regency is a type urban non-inpatient health centers, so they only serve outpatient care and emergency. Based on the results of the survey and introduction of researchers, at UPT Karanganyar Health Center found a medical record document missfile. The Missfile was due to a lack of non-RMIK officers in the filing department careful in returning medical record documents in place, and amount the medical record staff in the filing is inadequate. This research aims to find out the medical record document storage system at UPT Puskesmas Karanganyar.This type of research uses descriptive research methods, with approach. The subjects in this study were medical record filing officers. The object of this study is a medical record document storage system in UPT Karanganyar Health Center. This research instrument uses guidelines interviews and observations. Data processing by collecting, editing, and data presentation.The result of this research is based on record numbering system medical uses UNS (Unit Numbering System) with Family Numbering, for alignment using SNF (Straight Numerical Filling) and storage using centralization with personal folders. Factor the cause of the missfile is the inaccuracy of the clerk in returning the document medical records to the filing rack, the impact of the missfile is service delays and duplication of medical records efforts made namely socialization with color coding.The author suggests that a tracer should always be used when retrieval of medical record documents, so that they are stored again medical record documents faster, and avoid missfiles. It is necessary control by medical record officers when non medical record officers put DRM back on the shelf. Conduct HR recruitment with competence and qualifications from D3 Medical Records.
