Pramudita is a company that operates in the field of parking lot management services at one of the Regional General Hospitals in East Sumba, where CV. Pramudita still records manually in a book, namely recording financial data in the form of income and expenditure of parking financial data every day, so there are often errors in recording financial data. CV. Pramudita needs a financial data management system to help store financial data in the form of daily income and expenses and also various issues that include financial matters. The system design that will be designed includes a website-based financial information system. This system was also built using the waterfall method with PHP, HTML and MySQL programming languages. From the SUS test results, this parking financial data management information system is included in the marginal category, acceptability ranges and high, the scale grade obtained is D and the level of user satisfaction is OK.

Dengan pesatnya kemajuan teknologi informasi, banyak perusahaan, terutama di sektor perhostelan, mulai menaruh minat dan mengembangkan sistem reservasi menggunakan teknologi informasi. Neu Hostel adalah sebuah hostel yang berlokasi di Cisarua, Kabupaten Bandung Barat, dengan alamat Tugu 1 No 1, RT 02/RW 08, Tugumukti, Kecamatan Cisarua, Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Saat ini, proses reservasi kamar di Neu Hostel masih dilakukan secara manual, tetapi pelayanan kepada para pengunjung hostel belum optimal karena terbatasnya informasi mengenai ketersediaan kamar dan fasilitas yang tersedia di hostel. Dalam rangka mempermudah proses reservasi kamar dan meningkatkan pelayanan kepada pengunjung hostel, penulis telah mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi berbasis web menggunakan kerangka kerja CodeIgniter dan metode Prototype. Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan di Neu Hostel. Sistem informasi reservasi hostel ini dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan kerangka kerja CodeIgniter, dan didukung oleh sistem manajemen basis data MySql dan editor teks Sublime Text. Dengan menggunakan sistem informasi reservasi Neu Hostel, pengunjung dapat dengan mudah melakukan reservasi kamar dan mendapatkan informasi yang tepat mengenai ketersediaan kamar dan fasilitas yang tersedia. Sistem ini memberikan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan pengalaman para pengunjung hostel dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional di Neu Hostel.

BUM Desa Podho Joyo Sukorejo has an integrated information system in 1 website application, starting from HR, operations, and finance. However, the staffing information system is still less effective and efficient. The purpose of this research is to comprehensively describe the design of the staffing information system implemented at BUM Desa Podho Joyo Sukorejo. The solution that can be applied to overcome this problem is to develop a website-based staffing information system. The process of designing this system is done through direct observation method to BUM Desa Podho Joyo Sukorejo to collect accurate staffing data. The author chose to apply the waterfall method, a model in the System Life Development Cycle (SDLC) that involves system analysis, design, coding, and testing in sequence. The programming language used in this system is PHP, using Bootstrap as a web design library and MySQL as a database server. After performing a series of steps, including observation, design, and system development, it can be concluded that this system can assist employee staff in carrying out real-time recording of personal data, attendance, work history, and performance evaluation that can be accessed by related parties.

This research focuses on the development of a web-based Computer Based Test (CBT) Application for Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Faqih Hasyim in Sidoarjo, East Java. This application aims to overcome conventional evaluation problems with paper and pen, such as cheating, scoring errors, and data management difficulties. Using web technologies such as HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript, the application integrates the Fisher-Yates Shuffle algorithm to randomize the order of questions, reducing the possibility of cheating during the exam. Equipped with session tokens, exam timing, and result reports, the app improves the overall efficiency of the evaluation process. This study refers to previous research and highlights the importance of adopting technology to simplify assessment and facilitate online data management. The Fisher-Yates Shuffle algorithm, used to generate a unique sequence of questions for each student during the exam, minimizes the risk of cheating. The app implements a staged exam, ensuring students who meet the minimum criteria proceed to the next stage. In addition, the app achieves a degree of randomization of the exam content, eliminating patterns that may affect the exam results. The feasibility testing results show that the app is highly feasible, with a feasibility percentage of 92.4%. This conclusion signifies the app's success in achieving its development goals and making a positive contribution in easing the exam grading process. It is recommended to simplify the interface for senior users, improve the responsiveness of the website display for mobile access, and add a time limitation method in future research.   Keywords: Fisher-Yates Shuffle Algorithm, Computer Base Test, Question Randomization.

World civilization with very rapid changes in various countries is characterized by the unlimited use of information systems based on computing and big data. Information technology utilizes computers and computer software to convert, store, process, protect, transmit and obtain information securely. Designing an administrative service information system to assist students and final assignment coordinators in the registration process, filing requirements and submitting titles for final assignments and obtaining supervisor assignment letters. Therefore, this problem can be solved by building an information system design for final assignment administration services that will be implemented in the Industrial Engineering Study Program, namely SIMENTARI (Industrial Engineering Final Assignment Management Information System). In this research, the SIMENTARI design method used was waterfall. The waterfall method suggests systematic and sequential software development starting from the highest system level and continuing to the analysis, design, coding, testing and maintenance stages. The existence of a SIMENTARI Information System can make it easier for the Final Assignment Coordinator in the Industrial Engineering Study Program to serve students who will submit their Final Assignments more easily and systematically and the data entered by the user can be stored neatly in the system. In this research, the tools used to create a SIMENTARI information system were Xampp and Php MySQL software.

This research aims to develop and modernize the employee payroll administration system at PDAM Batiwakkal Berau through the implementation of the Payroll System Website (SIMPEG). Previously, the process was conducted manually, leading to various challenges in the efficiency and accuracy of payroll data. In addressing these issues, we designed and implemented SIMPEG using the PHP programming language. The results include a significant improvement in the efficiency of the payroll process, minimizing human errors, and ensuring data accuracy. The use of SIMPEG also provides easy access and data management, making it an effective solution for modernizing employee administration at PDAM Batiwakkal Berau. It is expected that the findings of this research will contribute positively to enhancing performance and transparency in employee payroll data management.

Extracurricular activities are an integral part of every educational institution throughout a year of learning. In the current era where information is demanded at an accelerated pace, this research aims to develop a web-based extracurricular attendance information system for SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Benjeng. The current extracurricular attendance system at SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Benjeng is manual, prompting the need for this research to construct a website-based information system to facilitate students, supervising teachers, and staff at SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Benjeng. The extracurricular website serves as a source of information for the school principal, class teachers, and extracurricular supervisors. It provides information about students participating in extracurricular activities, the schedule of extracurricular sessions, and generates attendance reports for students over a semester and a full academic year. The system is designed using the waterfall method, implemented through (PHP) and MySQL. This research has successfully created a web-based platform for the management of extracurricular attendance. It is anticipated that this system will offer support to stakeholders responsible for overseeing extracurricular activities.

Rice plants (Oryza sativa L.) are rice-producing plants which are a source of carbohydrates for most of the world's population. Almost 95% of Indonesia's population consumes rice as a staple food, so every year the demand for rice increases as the population increases. Therefore, farmers must choose quality seeds. In this era of fast and efficient technological progress, this is a very good thing for all progress in various fields. more and more fields of knowledge are developing, one of which is the existence of a decision-making system. a set of model-based procedures for processing and valuing data to help managers make decisions. This decision-making system uses several variables as input consisting of: type of variety, seed shape, seed color, root, seed age. The method used by the author is Fuzzy Tsukamoto. In the Tsukamoto method, it is explained that each consequence in IF-Then must be explained with a fuzzy set that has a membership function that does not change or is monotonous and for programming it uses PHP. The results obtained from the research that the authors conducted were in the form of a decision-making system to get the best seed yields.

The Majasari Village Official is one of the Government institutions located in the Majasari sub- district. The way public administration services are currently carried out is stil running with a manual system, which stil uses Microsoft Word and Excel document processing applications or notebooks in public administration services. So that in the public service process errors often occur and the reporting process and report results are late. This application was built using a web with the PHP programming language and Mysql informasi base, and to print the repost using a pdf component. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that this system is able to provide fast and accurate services because it is well computerized and easy to use.

Currently, various industries see the increasingly rapid development of modern technology, almost all institutions need a government information system, one of which is to automate data storage more quickly and easily. The levy receipt system is an example of information technology. One of the government agencies in Gresik Regency that has not implemented an information system for data processing is the Cooperative Service, located in Gresik, Kembangan, KEC.kebomas, Gresik Regency, East Java 61121. assisting other officers who handle administration in the Market Tax Sub-section, namely data processing Daily or monthly Market Tax payments still use a Tax Control Card or. To overcome this problem, an information system was developed using the PHP and HTML programming languages ​​and MYSQL DATABASE. The research methodology used in this research uses data collection methods. The conclusions are expected to help simplify the management of market services, such as managing traders, processing kiosks and losses, and processing fee data and reports, it is also hoped that it can reduce the risk of damage.

The purpose of the research conducted was to design an Academic Information System (SIAKAD) at SMA Negeri 2 Rambang Dangku. Data processing at SMA Negeri 2 Rambang Dangku has not utilized the use of information technology to support operational activities, data processing is still recorded manually, such as in processing student assessment data, teacher data, lesson schedule data and student final report data (Raport) and data storage is still done conventionally using paper and cabinets. In collecting data, researchers used qualitative descriptive methods including conducting interviews, direct observation, and literature study. The system development method uses the Prototype method. At the design stage using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling which consists of use case diagrams, class diagrams, and activity diagrams. This system is built using PHP, Mysql, Xampp, and database. The results of this study are a web-based academic information system using the Codeigniter Framework. From this application it is hoped that it will make it easier to process Academic data for SMA Negeri 2 Rambang Dangku so that it is faster and more detailed, and makes it easier to make final data reports on student scores (Rapot).

Rossama Pratama Clinic is one of the health service providers for the community, which is located on Street Taman RT/RW 01/03 Sukajadi Village, East Prabumulih District, Prabumulih City, South Sumatra Province. The lack of information conveyed to the public has resulted in a lack of public knowledge about the Rossama Prabumulih Clinic Pratama Prabumulih because the information administration system carried out at this clinic is still manual, namely people who want to know about the latest information about the clinic must come directly so that it is more effective and efficient, because take a lot of time to arrive at the clinic. Therefore, the researcher will create a web informationsystem for the Rossama Pratama Clinic which will be accessed via a browser using the PHP programming language with the help of UML design to help design the system that will be created. The method of developing the system is using the Waterfall method. With this website, hopefully it will help people save time when they want to go to the clinic or seek treatment from home.

A network is a system in which computing devices are connected to each other and can share data and resources. To establish a connection, these network devices follow certain rules called communication protocols, both through physical and wireless technology. The performance level of a Wi-Fi network, for example inside a building, can be measured by how well users receive the Wi-Fi signal. The goal of this network is to establish timely and precise communication between users and data senders. A successful Internet connection often depends on receiving a strong and consistent signal, while a fluctuating or weak signal is undesirable. A commonly used approach to measure the average Wi-Fi signal level in a building without needing to understand every detail of the building layout is to use Single Slope Modeling (1SM). This model bases its calculations on the distance between the sending and receiving devices, so it can be used to analyze the performance of Wi-Fi networks, as is done in the case of educational institution buildings. Apart from that, in an effort to optimize network performance, a genetic algorithm was also created which was implemented using the PHP language. This algorithm is based on the principles of genetic algorithms to overcome optimization problems that may arise in the context of such networks.

The development of print media is now more advanced, starting from ordering wedding invitations, business cards, letterheads, etc. offline, now it can be ordered online via the web. Currently, increasingly advanced technology, CV. Sinar Karya still uses the manual method to receive orders via telephone/walk in store. In the type of ordering goods, it is known that the customer generally has to come to the place to order the goods needed. But many customers feel dissatisfied with the system, technological developments are currently growing rapidly, namely making web orders that are easy for customers to understand. With advances in technology in Indonesia, the development of the e-commerce industry has made it easier for people to order goods online. This application was made using the waterfall method and built using the PHP programming language, BOOSTRAP. In developing this system through several stages, namely: needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing and development of the system. For the testing phase, a functional test is carried out using the Visual Studio application, used to test the function of the application that has been built, whether it meets what is needed. If the results of application testing have gone well and there are no problems. This web-based printing service system was created to make it easier for customers and owners to place orders and transactions. After the application is made and implemented, it can be concluded that in terms of customers, it is easier to place orders and make payment transactions at CV printing services. Sinar Karya. Companies in making a decision require good consideration, therefore we need a system that helps provide information from good data processing so that it becomes the basis for decision making. This analysis aims to create a decision support system that can help the company to provide an overview of the decision to procure a new fleet that the company wants to buy.This decision support information system is implemented using the Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming language and MySsql as the database application so that the desired features are created and neatly stored in operating the information system.This decision support information system also uses the Weighted Product method which is used to assist in decision making in determining the procurement of new fleets.The end result of this decision support information system is to combine a programming language with the Weighted Product method which can be used for decision making in determining which new fleet to buy, where the calculations are based on several predetermined criteria so that their use is on target.

The Kuantan Singingi Regency General Election Commission Office is a government agency that organizes general elections in Indonesia, including members of the DPR/DPD/DPRD, General Elections for President and Vice President as well as General Elections for Regional Heads and Deputy Regional Heads. Design of an information system for managing official travel documents specifically for the Finance Department where the system currently used is still manual. During designing the information system, the methodology used was the first stage, namely Analysis and the second stage, namely Reporting. The aim of this Practical Work Report is expected to be able to help the Kuantan Singingi Regency KPU in improving the existing system, so that the management of official travel documents that have been done manually can be facilitated by the system Application.

The problem with  Dony Computer is that sales transactions still use a manual system using ledgers for each recording, so that errors often occur which will cause losses for Dony Computer and inefficient reporting to shop owners. The aim of designing a sales information system is to make it easier for the administration to process existing data. Application tools that have been created with PHP and a MySQL database can provide a smooth process for inputting and storing data and reports provided to shop owners. By using a system development method, namely the System Development Life Cycle. The results of this research create a sales application design that can make it easier for stores to collect data on goods and sales data to make it better and more accurate. Apart from that, the level of effectiveness of this application is quite high as seen from customer satisfaction with a good and fast transaction process.

The process of recording sales transactions, which currently still uses manuals through books, creates a lot of risks of data errors and data loss. Toko Roti Bakar Pelangi is an MSME business that operates in Semarang and sells more than 100 pieces every day, with the recording of sales done manually causing many sales report calculation errors. So the authors designed a website-based sales information system that can be used to facilitate recording and preparation of sales reports. The development method used is the prototype method. System design uses UML models such as use case diagrams and class diagrams and activity diagrams. The system is built using the PHP programming language and Mysql database, which is analyzed using White Box, Black Box, Hypothesis Testing, Normalization Testing, Validity Testing, Reliability Testing, and Benefit Testing. The result of the system created is a Website-Based Sales Transaction Information System at Roti Bakar Pelangi Semarang Stores. The purpose of the information system is to produce a system that assists in the process of recording reports at Roti Bakar Pelangi Semarang to make it more efficient.

Dental erosion is described as the loss of the enamel on the teeth. At first, people who experience tooth erosion will not feel that their teeth are experiencing tooth erosion, until when tooth erosion has reached the dentin. Tooth erosion that has reached the dentin is characterized by, among other things, a feeling of pain in the teeth. However, there are many people who are unfamiliar with dental erosion, so a system that can be accessed online is needed to help patients or the public to consult independently. This expert system is designed using the PHP Programming Language and MySQL Database and the method used is a certainty factor. The result of concultationtest with the system is able to determine the disease along with the intial treatment or treatment that be must be carried out based on the symstoms selected by the user.

Information technology is growing rapidly from year to year. In the field of education, learning processes based on information technology are no longer unavoidable. Online learning is a scheme called e-learning that has the effect of transforming traditional education into a digital system. In this study, the data collection method used was interviews, observation and documentation to obtain information or data related to the research focus. The design of this application system uses an approach with the waterfall method which consists of the requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing/verification, and maintenance stages, with a web-based programming language including HTML for display design, PHP for creating dynamic websites and SQL as a data storage container. . The results of this research are that this e-learning application can optimize students' understanding of learning, images, animation, audio and video and the teaching and learning process continues when students or teachers are unable to attend..
