Cervical cancer is the second largest cancer in women with an estimated 445,000 new cases (84% of new cases in the world) and causes 87% of deaths in women in developing countries. This is due to the behavior of women who do not routinely detect cervical cancer, one of which is the IVA method. The coverage of IVA examinations in West Java province until 2016 was 205,421 people (3%). In Cirebon Regency from 2015-2016, 289 people were recorded who had been examined for early detection of cervical cancer, which means that the coverage of early detection examinations in Cirebon district was still below 1%. This research is a type of analytic observational research. The design used is cross sectional. The sample of this research is 40 respondents. The research instrument used was a questionnaire. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the level of knowledge, attitudes, age characteristics and employment status with early detection of cervical cancer. There is no significant relationship between education and parity with early detection of cervical cancer. The conclusion from this study is that there is a significant relationship between the level of knowledge and characteristics of WUS with early detection behavior. It is hoped that midwives can carry out health promotion efforts to increase knowledge so that women of childbearing age carry out early detection of cervical cancer to prevent cervical cancer.

This study aims to analyze the use of Bloom's Taxonomy in identifying the difficulty level of questions in mathematics in elementary schools. Bloom's taxonomy is a classification framework used to classify learning objectives into six different levels, namely knowledge, understanding, application, analysis, synthesis, and evaluation. The research subjects were 15 students in class V at SDN Karet 2, Tangerang Regency. The research method used was content analysis, in which questions in mathematics textbooks for elementary schools were analyzed based on Bloom's Taxonomy categories. The data collected included the difficulty level of the questions based on Bloom's taxonomy and the distribution of the difficulty levels of the questions in mathematics textbooks. The results showed that the level of difficulty of the questions in mathematics in elementary schools varied and could be classified based on Bloom's taxonomy. Most of the items focus on levels of knowledge and understanding, with a few items testing students' abilities to apply, analyze, synthesize, and evaluate mathematical concepts. This shows that there is a tendency to emphasize understanding concepts rather than applying concepts in learning mathematics in elementary schools.

Such a nation community is a big investment to struggle out of the crisis in the face of a globalized world. In facing today's global world, the task of educators as professional teachers is not only to carry out learning in the classroom, but besides educating, nurturing and guiding the most important thing is to shape the personality of students who have the ability to prepare and develop themselves as critical and creative human resources. . most important is to educate and As educators, teachers convey knowledge and skills to students using certain methods so that knowledge or skills can belong to these students, therefore professional educators are educators who are always trying to improve their performance, by increasing their competence as educators. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational capital on the firm life cycle. The sample used is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2009-2017 period, with a total of 580 observations of data from 116 companies and using a purposive sampling method. This study uses the independent variable organization capital which is proxied by OC/TA and the dependent variable company life cycle which is proxied by the dummy life cycle classification based on cash flow, retained earnings to total assets, and retained earnings to total equity. In addition, the control variables used are company size, market-to-book ratio, leverage, return on equity, company sales growth, capital expenditure, and asset turnover ratio. The analysis technique used is multinomial logistic regression. The results showed that organizational capital has a significant effect on the firm life cycle, where companies with high organizational capital are in the introduction and decline stages, while companies with low organizational capital are in the growth and maturity stages. Development requires quality human resources (HR). This human resource can act as a factor of labor production that can master technology so as to increase economic productivity. To achieve quality human resources requires the formation of human capital (human capital). The formation of this human capital is a way to obtain a number of people who have strong characters who can be used as important capital in development. This character can be in the form of level of expertise and level of community education. The concept of human capital investment that supports economic growth has existed since the days of Adam Smith (1776), Heinrich Von Thunen (1875) and other classical theorists before the 19th century who emphasized the importance of investment. human skills. Schultz (1961) and Deninson (1962) then showed that the development of the education sector with human resources as its core focus has contributed directly to a country's economic growth, through increasing the skills and productive capabilities of the workforce.  These findings and perspectives have stimulated the interest of a number of experts to research the economic value of education (Nurulpaik, 2005). Human capital is a stock of productive abilities and knowledge found in society. Alfred Marshal once said "the most valuable of all capital is that invested in human beings" (Becker, 1975). In this case human capital is a long-term investment in the development of human resources to increase productivity. The importance of human capital is that the knowledge that exists in human resources is the driving base in increasing productivity. Human capital can be distinguished from human resources management, but can also synergize. Human capital views humans more as intangible assets and human resources management views humans as costs or costs that are detrimental to the company. The concept of human capital emerged, due to a shift in the role of human resources. Human capital arises from the idea that humans are assets that have many advantages, namely human capabilities when used and disseminated will not decrease but increase both for the individual concerned and for the organization, humans are able to transform data into meaningful information. The concept of innovation has been continuously developed by a number of experts and institutions in the last 50 years. This is based on Resource Based Theory (Barney, 1991). In the perspective of Resource Based View (RBV), internal resources and the internal environment are the main keys for determining strategies to achieve high performance (Hitt et al., 2011). Resource Based Theory (RBT) focuses on the concept of attributes of excellence that are difficult to imitate as a source of superior performance and competitive advantage (Barney, 1991). Resources based theory is the company's resources as the main driver behind the company's performance and competitiveness. Based on this resources based theory, an organization can be assessed as a collection of physical resources, human resources, and organizational resources (Barney, 1991). Barney (1991) categorizes three types of resources: Physical capital resources (technology, plant and equipment) Human capital capital (training, experience, and insight), and Organizational resource capital (formal structure)

Islamization is to make or bring something into Islam and make it Islam Beginning and several decades. Syed M. Naquib al Attas developed that idea into the "Islamisan" project which he introduced at the First World Conference on Islamic Education in Mecca in 1977. The goal and Islamization of science itself is to protect Muslims from knowledge that has been tainted and misleading, causing confusion, and there are 12 systematic steps to apply science to the implementation of science on education in Islam namely on the institutional aspect that is the institutional aspect of mu and the intention is the unification of the two educational systems, and on the aspect of kumkum namely studying kunkulam is not left to just one team, but requires ahh ahh in their field , this discussion must start from the beginning of Islamization, on the aspect of educators, namely in terms of educators being placed at the appropriate level, meaning that competent and professional they are valued as they should be. The method used in writing this journal is using the Yakm library research method by weaving various sources. references to get the right data in explaining the topic of discussion.
