This research aims to examine the planning, implementation, and follow-up of the principal's supervision at SD Negeri 60 Palembang in improving teacher professionalism. The focus of the research includes how the supervision planning is carried out, the implementation applied, and the forms of follow-up that contribute to the development of teacher professionalism at the school. This research is a qualitative study using ethnographic research methods because the study was conducted in a natural setting. The results of the research at SD Negeri 60 Palembang show that educational supervision is conducted according to management, with an approach of open discussion and constructive feedback principles. Although constrained by limited resources, teachers and the school investigated it creatively. The evaluation shows the implementation of directed supervision, with realistic follow-up plans and individual initiatives as strengths in improving the quality of education. Research results at SD Negeri 60 Palembang indicate that educational supervision is conducted according to management principles, with an approach of open discussion and constructive feedback. Although constrained by limited resources, teachers and the school investigated it creatively. The evaluation shows the implementation of directed supervision, with realistic follow-up plans and individual initiatives as strengths in improving the quality of education.

This study aims to measure the Community Satisfaction Index  for PT INALUM's CSR program in Kuala Tanjung Village, Batu Bara Regency, North Sumatra Province. The Hikayat Si Kuta program serves as an evaluation instrument and basis for sustainable planning, which contributes significantly to improving the community's quality of life through an integrated program of education, training, and local capacity building. The research approach uses a quantitative method by distributing a Community Satisfaction Index questionnaire to program recipients. The study results show high satisfaction scores in most aspects, but there are critical challenges in the program's independence and sustainability, indicating potential dependency. This is because one of the programs has only been running for 1-2 years, so in the early stages the impact of its independence is not yet clearly visible. These findings confirm that corporate social responsibility (CSR) has had a tangible impact, but strategies are still needed to strengthen the program's social resilience. This article recommends the development of a roadmap for strengthening the capacity of assisted groups so that the implementation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs can have a more sustainable and inclusive impact.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are a major pillar of the national economy, but Rengginang MSMEs in Dolok Kahean Village face challenges adapting to the digital era, characterized by limited market reach through traditional methods and minimal product exposure due to not utilizing digital media. In fact, a digital presence is crucial for achieving positive benefits such as higher income. The main objective of this community service is to provide intensive assistance in implementing digital marketing strategies for Rengginang MSMEs. The implementation method is based on the principle of Participation with a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach. Concrete actions include intensive Capacity Building Training on digital marketing fundamentals, branding strategies, and product photography techniques, followed by direct assistance in creating and managing social media accounts. The results of the community service demonstrate the successful transformation of Rengginang MSMEs into digitally literate MSMEs. Key achievements include increasing partner digital capacity, activating new digital marketing channels, and strengthening product visual branding. Evaluation through FGDs confirms that this implementation triggers a significant expansion of market reach beyond village boundaries and increased consumer awareness. The conclusion confirms that intensive mentoring is a vital strategy to bridge the digital divide at the village level, thereby effectively supporting the development of the local creative economy and accelerating economic growth.

This community service activity aims to provide insight and training to teachers and lecturers who are members of the Multimedia and Information Technology Professional Association (PPMULTINDO) regarding the use of the Quizizz application as a learning evaluation medium. The background of this activity is that there is a challenge for educators to continue to innovate in the digital era, but there are still obstacles in the form of a lack of introduction and insight into Quizizz, as well as the assumption that the development of technology-based evaluation media is complicated. This training was carried out online through the Zoom application with tutorial, guidance, and consultation methods. The results achieved are that the trainees gain basic understanding and skills in using Quizizz to support a more effective and interactive learning process. This activity is expected to motivate teachers and lecturers to develop technology-based evaluation media and contribute to the advancement of education in the future.

This study examines the management of Village Funds in supporting infrastructure development in Sumurgenuk Village, Lamongan Regency. The main focus of the study is the effectiveness of Village Fund management through planning, implementation, evaluation, supervision, and accountability based on the principles of good governance. The method used is a case study with a descriptive qualitative approach. The results show that the management of Village Funds in Sumurgenuk Village has been running well and in accordance with applicable regulations. The planning process was carried out in a participatory manner, although not evenly distributed across all hamlets. The implementation of physical activities, such as road construction, irrigation, and cash-for-work programs, has had a positive impact on accessibility, agricultural productivity, and community welfare. Evaluation, supervision, and accountability are carried out in layers, although there are obstacles in the equal distribution of public information and the capacity of village officials. Overall, the management of Village Funds reflects the principles of transparency, accountability, participation, and effectiveness, but increasing the capacity of officials and community participation is still needed for sustainable development.

The main problem faced in the community is the limited access and understanding of digital educational tools that can practically and accurately support early childhood growth monitoring. The program was carried out through training and mentoring activities, which included: (1) socialization on the importance of monitoring child growth and development; (2) training on the use of the Webalita application; and (3) evaluation of participants’ understanding through questionnaires and hands-on practice. The results showed an increase in participants’ knowledge and skills in accessing, operating, and utilizing the Webalita application, with a score of 81.5%. Participants also responded positively to the application as it was considered helpful in providing educational information related to child growth and development. Therefore, this training can serve as a solution to support community health digital literacy through technology-based approaches.

This study aimed to analyze the influence of brand trust and brand image on the purchase decisions of Somethinc products in Tasikmalaya City. The research employed a survey method with a quantitative approach and involved 100 respondents who had used Somethinc products. Path analysis was used to examine the simultaneous and partial effects of brand trust and brand image on purchase decisions, as well as the role of brand trust as a mediator. The results indicated that brand trust and brand image simultaneously had a significant effect on purchase decisions. Partially, brand trust and brand image also had a positive and significant influence on purchase decisions. Brand trust influenced the purchase decision through the brand image of Somethinc products in Tasikmalaya. It was suggested that companies strengthen brand trust and brand image by conducting periodic evaluations of the effectiveness of their strategies and monitoring the development of brand trust and brand image and their impact on purchase decisions.

This study aims to analyze Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning at SMP NU Muara Sugihan from the perspective of the National Education Standards (SNP), focusing on the integration of NU values. A qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and school documentation. The findings indicate that the school curriculum adopts the Merdeka Curriculum combined with local content of kitab kuning, so that learning emphasizes not only academic mastery but also the development of religious character, moral integrity, and tolerance. The learning process is conducted collaboratively involving teachers, the principal, staff, parents, and students, supported by routine spiritual activities such as congregational Dhuha prayers. The assessment system integrates formative, summative, and religious practice-based evaluations. These results demonstrate that value internalization at SMP NU Muara Sugihan is effective, consistent with the internalization value theory of Muhammad Alim and Ahmad Tafsir, and supports the balanced achievement of students’ academic, spiritual, and social competencies. Practically, the findings can serve as a model for NU-based schools in designing curriculum, learning strategies, and value-based extracurricular activities.

This study explains the relationship between law, legal science, and regulations in building a national legal system that is effective, fair, and responsive to societal needs. As a state based on the rule of law, Indonesia utilizes law as the basis for regulating all aspects of national and state life. Legal science plays a crucial role as a guide in the law-making process, from planning, drafting, deliberation, ratification, and evaluation. This study uses a normative juridical approach by studying various legal theories, such as the Stufenbau des Recht (The Law of Law) by Hans Kelsen and Hans Nawiasky, the theory of law as a tool for community development by Roscoe Pound, and the principles contained in Law Number 13 of 2022 concerning the Formation of Legislation. The results show that legal quality is highly dependent on the application of legal science principles, such as clarity of purpose, transparency, and public participation. However, challenges remain, such as poor coordination between institutions, low-quality academic papers, and minimal public participation in the legislative process. Therefore, the consistent application of legal science is essential to produce legal products that are consistent, non-contradictory, and capable of guaranteeing justice and legal certainty. In conclusion, collaboration between law, legal science, and legislation is key to creating a democratic national legal system based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution.

This study aims to describe the role of digital media in the dynamics of teaching and learning interactions in educational environments. The development of information and communication technology has brought about significant changes in the learning system, where digital media has now become an integral part of teaching and learning activities. The research method used was descriptive qualitative, with data collected through journals and books related to digital-based learning. The results indicate that digital media plays a significant role in increasing the effectiveness and flexibility of the learning process. Digital media helps teachers deliver material more engagingly, facilitates two-way communication between teachers and students, and supports faster and more efficient learning evaluation. However, the use of digital media also creates new dynamics, such as reduced direct social interaction and the emergence of challenges in maintaining student learning motivation. The effectiveness of digital learning is greatly influenced by teachers' digital literacy readiness, student discipline, and the support of school infrastructure and policies.

The rapid development of Islamic banking in Indonesia faces significant challenges in maintaining liquidity and profitability amidst dynamic capital market conditions. The urgency of this study arises from the need to examine whether traditional financial ratios, such as the Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) and Return on Equity (ROE), play a decisive role in influencing investment decisions, which are proxied by the Price to Earning Ratio (PER). The main objective of this research is to empirically test the effect of liquidity and profitability, both partially and simultaneously, on investment decisions in Islamic commercial banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2021–2025 period. This study adopts an associative design with a quantitative approach, utilizing secondary data from financial reports obtained from the IDX, and analyzed using multiple linear regression on 68 observation samples. The findings reveal that neither liquidity nor profitability significantly influence investment decisions, either partially or simultaneously. These results suggest that investors in the Islamic banking sector tend to prioritize non-financial factors such as sharia compliance, governance, macroeconomic conditions, and ESG trends, rather than conventional financial indicators. In conclusion, this research extends the understanding of the limitations of Signaling Theory in the sharia context and recommends the development of a more holistic investment evaluation model. Future studies are encouraged to incorporate non-financial variables for a more comprehensive analysis.

The rapid advancement of digital technology has significantly influenced how small and medium enterprises (SMEs) connect with consumers. Kampung Lawas Maspati SMEs encounter obstacles in expanding their market due to limited online visibility and reliance on conventional sales approaches. This study aims to develop an e-commerce website that addresses these challenges by focusing on user-centered innovation. Using the Design Thinking method, which includes stages such as empathizing, defining, ideating, prototyping, and testing, user needs and challenges were explored through interviews, surveys, and observations to inform the website development process. The resulting platform is intuitive, responsive, and accessible, enabling SMEs to display their products, manage transactions, and engage with customers effectively. The application of this method not only improves market reach but also strengthens the competitiveness and digital literacy of Kampung Lawas Maspati SMEs. Evaluation results show a high level of consumer satisfaction, reaching 91.87%, indicating that the developed website effectively meets user expectations and supports SME digital transformation.

The implementation of educational policies in schools plays a pivotal role in improving the quality of teaching and learning processes. The success of these policies is determined by the readiness of educational institutions, the professional competence of teachers, and the active involvement of various supporting stakeholders. Each of these elements significantly contributes to the effectiveness of learning outcomes in the classroom. However, policy implementation often faces challenges such as inadequate infrastructure, lack of comprehensive teacher training, and a mismatch between national policies and the specific needs of local educational contexts. In this regard, schools must be able to adapt policy frameworks to suit their unique environments, ensuring that the goals of the policy are effectively aligned with students’ learning needs. Teachers play a central role as key implementers who are not only required to understand the substance of educational policies but also to apply them creatively and contextually in their classrooms. Their ability to interpret and operationalize these policies directly affects the quality of educational delivery. Furthermore, continuous evaluation is essential to measure the extent to which policies have been effectively implemented. This evaluation process serves not only as a feedback mechanism but also as a basis for future policy adjustments and improvements. It enables stakeholders to identify gaps, assess outcomes, and refine strategies to ensure sustainable educational development. In conclusion, effective policy implementation requires a holistic approach that involves institutional preparedness, teacher capability, stakeholder support, contextual adaptation, and ongoing evaluation. Without these elements working in synergy, even well-formulated policies may fall short in achieving their intended impact on educational quality and student success.

The Child Friendly School policy is an important instrument in protecting children's rights and preventing violence in educational environments. This research aims to evaluate the implementation of the Child Friendly School policy at SD Negeri Kandangan, Krembung District, Sidoarjo Regency using William Dunn's policy evaluation approach. This research uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation studies. Research informants were selected using purposive sampling techniques consisting of school principals, teachers, school committees, and students. Data analysis techniques use the Miles and Huberman model which includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the evaluation of policy effectiveness achieves a fairly good level of success in creating a safe and comfortable learning environment, although there are still some teachers who use conventional disciplinary methods. The efficiency evaluation shows that schools optimize limited resources through community participation and village government support. The adequacy evaluation identifies the need for improved facilities such as prayer rooms and special rooms for students with special needs. The equity evaluation shows the school's commitment to providing inclusive educational services without discrimination. The responsiveness evaluation shows high stakeholder satisfaction with child-friendly school programs. The accuracy evaluation confirms that this policy is appropriate for inclusive schools that have students with special needs. This research contributes to the development of educational policy evaluation with a focus on child protection in inclusive schools.

Assessment and evaluation of sanitation programs that directly involve community participation are crucial for program sustainability. The Community-Based Total Sanitation (STBM) program in Indonesia aims to foster independent hygienic behavior. Participatory approaches such as PHAST (WHO, 1998) emphasize continuous community-led monitoring and self-evaluation as a feedback mechanism. Literature studies show that empowering citizens to evaluate healthy sanitation programs enhances both knowledge and program ownership. For instance, community engagement at SD Kalidadap (Yogyakarta) reported increased participation in waste management and sanitation facility development, as well as improved sanitation awareness and behavior after outreach activities. However, challenges such as limited funding and health resources often hinder optimal participation. This article discusses a participatory evaluation framework and community strengthening strategies, including the establishment of local indicators and the role of facilitators, to support self-assessment in sanitation initiatives. Recommendations include community training, provision of simple evaluation tools, and cross-sector collaboration to improve accountability and sustainability of sanitation programs at the community level.

The rapid development of digital technology has encouraged public institutions to adapt their communication strategies to social media platforms. This study aims to analyze the digital communication strategy of Perumda Transpakuan Bogor through TikTok as a medium for public service communication. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through observation of the official TikTok account, in-depth interviews with the Public Relations Division, and documentation. The findings show that Perumda Transpakuan Bogor applies three main pillars in its TikTok communication strategy: setting communication objectives, developing a light and informative communication style, and maintaining content consistency through a monthly content plan. The role of the Social Media Specialist is central in managing production stages from pre-production to post-publication by aligning creative trends with institutional messages. The results also reveal that TikTok effectively increases public awareness and engagement through interactive, educational, and entertaining content. This research implies that strengthening digital communication capacity and continuous evaluation of media strategies are essential for improving public service innovation and institutional credibility in the digital era.

This study aims to develop an innovative learning medium in the form of a board game titled “ReproQuest: Adolescent Reproductive Health” to introduce and enhance students’ understanding of adolescent reproductive health at SMP Negeri 16 Kota Serang. The development process employed the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) with eighth-grade students as research subjects selected through purposive sampling. The stages included analyzing student needs, designing an interactive game concept, and conducting feasibility and effectiveness tests. The feasibility assessment results showed an average score of 86.3% (categorized as highly feasible), consisting of 72.87% from linguists, 92.85% from media and material experts, and 87.5% from practitioners. A limited trial involving 10 students demonstrated improved understanding of reproductive health, with 70% of students achieving a moderate level and 30% reaching a high level of comprehension. These findings indicate that the “ReproQuest” board game is feasible, engaging, and effective as a learning medium and guidance tool to promote reproductive health education among adolescents. Moreover, it serves as an enjoyable and participatory learning alternative that fosters positive attitudes and awareness of reproductive health among junior high school students.

This study aims to analyse the design and optimization of digital marketing to increase the brand awareness of the IdRink MSME through the integration of a website and Instagram. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the Four-D model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate), combined with prototyping techniques and evaluation through blackbox testing. Data were collected through interviews, literature review, observation, Google Analytics, Instagram Insight, and A/B testing questionnaires administered to 100 respondents. The results show that the development of a WordPress-based website and a structured Instagram content plan significantly improved IdRink’s digital performance. Within one month, the audience growth rate increased by 256%, average post reach reached 216%, and website traffic recorded 298 users. Brand awareness measurement indicated brand recognition of 74% and brand recall of 79%, higher than the comparison brand in the local beverage category. These findings indicate that integrating a website and Instagram as a digital marketing strategy is effective in moving IdRink from the unaware-of-brand stage to recognition and recall, expanding market reach, strengthening customer engagement, and building a more professional brand image among young urban consumers. The study recommends maintaining content consistency and utilising digital analytics to support future marketing decision-making.

Learning evaluation is an essential component of the Islamic education system as it serves to assess the achievement of learning objectives and measure students’ development. This study aims to examine the concept of learning evaluation according to the Hadith of the Prophet Muhammad Shallallahu ‘Alaihi Wasallam and its relevance in modern educational contexts. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach with a literature study method, using sources from hadith collections, Islamic education books, and scientific journals. The findings reveal that the Prophet’s hadith provides a strong foundation for the implementation of learning evaluation based on three main domains: cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. Furthermore, the hadith emphasizes sincerity, justice, and exemplary behavior as essential principles in the evaluation process. The implementation of these values in modern education requires teachers to assess not only academic performance but also students’ moral and spiritual aspects. Thus, learning evaluation based on hadith serves as guidance for achieving a balanced education between knowledge, morality, and skills.
