The implementation of Hospital Management Information Systems (HMIS) has become a strategic imperative to enhance operational efficiency amidst the ongoing global digital health transformation era. This study aims to analyze the determinants of successful HMIS implementation and its impact on service efficiency and patient outcome quality. Employing a narrative review approach with thematic synthesis of literature from PubMed, Scopus, and ScienceDirect databases between 2016-2026, the study evaluates the relationship between technology investment and organizational performance. The synthesis results indicate that while HMIS significantly reduces administrative burdens and medication errors, a "digital paradox" exists where technical efficiency may disrupt interpersonal interactions between healthcare providers and patients if systems are not user-centered. Key success factors include data interoperability (HL7/FHIR standards), human resource readiness, and governance policy support. This study concludes that a patient-centered efficiency model is the fundamental basis for ensuring technology investments yield sustainable added value within the healthcare delivery system.

This research focuses on the creation and implementation of a web-based Geographic Information System (GIS) to map the position of Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) in Wonomulyo District, Polewali Mandar Regency. The rationale behind this research is rooted in the rapid economic and demographic development in the area, which requires easy access to financial services. However, the distribution of existing ATM points is still uneven, where people in rural areas often have to travel long distances to reach the nearest ATM. The method of creating this system involves the use of the PHP programming language along with a MySQL database. This system aims to present spatial information about the current ATM location accurately, thereby helping the public in finding banking services with high accuracy through an interactive map interface. In addition, this system offers optimal paths to ATM locations to improve user time efficiency. System evaluation was conducted using black box techniques to verify that the menu operations and application procedures function as intended. The findings indicate that the implementation of GIS improves public access while offering data assistance for financial institutions and local governments in developing a more equitable and systematic public facility allocation strategy in the future.

This study analyzes an innovative, energy-efficient chicken egg incubator made from Styrofoam waste, developed within the 2024 Appropriate Technology Competition Program in Sidoarjo Regency. The aim of this study was to explore the diffusion of this energy-efficient Styrofoam-based chicken incubator, its background, benefits, process, and challenges and supporting factors in its implementation. A qualitative case study method was used, involving structured interviews with the innovation owner, the tool user, and the competition organizer, direct observation, and document analysis. The results indicate that the innovation is effective in reducing electricity consumption, lowering production costs, and increasing hatching rates by 80–100%. The incubator is easy to use, affordable, and environmentally friendly. It also contributes to community empowerment by supporting small-scale poultry farming. Despite initial public skepticism regarding the innovation as a “Misguided Sect” and limited institutional support, it’s practicality. and efficiency have led to its widespread acceptance. The innovation demonstrates the potential of local, low-cost solutions to promote sustainable rural development.

Although cryptographic security is often the main concern in e-voting system development, practical implementation failures are frequently associated with poor user interfaces that increase cognitive load and voting errors. This study evaluates the effectiveness of User-Centered Design (UCD) interventions in improving usability and voter confidence in an e-voting system. A one-group pretest-posttest design was applied to 36 respondents representing novice voters. Usability was measured using the System Usability Scale (SUS) before and after the interface redesign. The intervention focused on visual hierarchy, navigation consistency, status visibility, and error prevention. The results show a statistically significant improvement, with the mean SUS score increasing from 69.10 in the marginal category to 95.76 in the excellent category. The paired sample t-test produced t(35) = -7.3441 with p < 0.0001, while Cohen's d reached 1.2130, indicating a large practical effect. The standard deviation also decreased from 21.98 to 3.09, demonstrating a more consistent user experience. These findings indicate that interface optimization is essential for strengthening accessibility, voting accuracy, and user trust in digital democracy systems.

Waste management remains a critical environmental issue due to the lack of public awareness in separating organic and inorganic waste, resulting in accumulation and environmental pollution This study aims to analyze and evaluate the development of automatic waste sorting systems based on proximity sensors with full-capacity notification using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach.. The proposed system utilizes a combination of sensors, including proximity sensors for material identification and ultrasonic sensors for detecting object presence and bin capacity, integrated with a microcontroller for real-time processing. Additionally, the system is equipped with IoT-based monitoring that allows users to receive notifications when the waste bin reaches its capacity. The research method involves system design, hardware and software integration, and functional testing to evaluate system performance. The results indicate that the system is capable of sorting waste automatically with a high level of accuracy and responsiveness, while also providing real-time monitoring to support waste management operations. The implementation of this system can reduce manual intervention, increase operational efficiency, and promote better waste segregation practices. Furthermore, this study highlights the potential of integrating smart technology into environmental management systems, contributing both theoretically and practically to the development of sustainable waste management solutions.

This research aims to design and develop a simple Dino-themed game based on a microcontroller, with the display using an I2C LCD. The game is inspired by the offline Dino game on Google Chrome, adapted to run on an Arduino Uno microcontroller. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D), consisting of stages such as needs analysis, system design, simulation using Wokwi, hardware assembly, programming, and testing. The system uses push buttons as input and a 16x2 I2C LCD as the output display. The testing results show that the system can respond quickly to user input and display character movement and score updates dynamically on the LCD screen. Although the graphical capability of the LCD is limited, the game runs well and successfully demonstrates the basic concepts of microcontroller programming as well as interactive input-output processing. Further development is recommended to enhance the graphical interface and add features such as sound effects and progressive difficulty levels.

The development of social commerce has encouraged the integration of content-based marketing strategies with transaction mechanisms that enhance consumers’ perceived security. TikTok Shop, as a video-based e-commerce platform, introduces new dynamics in consumers’ purchase decision-making processes. This study aims to analyze the effects of content marketing and the Cash on Delivery (COD) system on consumers’ purchase decisions on the TikTok Shop e-commerce platform. This research adopts a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 101 TikTok Shop users in Indonesia who have made purchases on the platform. Data were collected through an online questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS. The results indicate that content marketing and the Cash on Delivery (COD) system have positive and significant effects on purchase decisions, both partially and simultaneously. Partially, the COD system exerts a more dominant influence than content marketing. The coefficient of determination shows that the independent variables explain a substantial proportion of the variance in consumers’ purchase decisions. These findings suggest that purchase decisions on TikTok Shop are influenced by a combination of content quality and payment mechanisms that reduce consumers’ perceived risk.

This study aims to determine the influence of service quality on the satisfaction of mothers with toddlers at Posyandu Melati Mekar RW 05, Margajaya Village, Ngamprah District, West Bandung Regency. The method used is a quantitative approach with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 70 respondents using a saturated sampling technique. The results showed that the service quality at Posyandu Melati Mekar was in the "very high" category with a score of 3,007 out of a maximum of 3,500, while the level of satisfaction among mothers was in the "high" category with a score of 2,900. The t test showed a t value of 9.592, which is greater than the t table value of 1.995, with a significance level of 0.001, indicating a significant influence of service quality on mother satisfaction. A correlation coefficient of 0.758 indicates a strong and positive relationship, while the determination coefficient of 57.5% shows that service quality greatly contributes to customer satisfaction. Thus, improving service quality can directly increase user satisfaction with posyandu services

Furniture is an item needed to complete the needs at home or residence, furniture helps the process of household chores become easier, as a place of storage, and creates comfort for its occupants. In this increasingly environmentally conscious era, product design is here to integrate the principles of sustainability. One of them is waste from industrial HPL (high pressure laminate) which is often thrown away without being utilized, Plywood waste and High Pressure Laminate (HPL) are by-products of the furniture industry that hold potential for reuse through sustainable design practices. This study aims to design a coffee table using plywood and HPL waste by applying the Design Thinking method, which includes the stages of empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. This method enables user needs analysis, idea exploration, and iterative prototype development. The results indicate that waste materials can be transformed into a coffee table that is strong, aesthetically appealing, and functional. The use of HPL enhances surface durability and visual value, while the plywood structure can be reinforced through simple joinery systems. The final product meets ergonomic, stability, and aesthetic criteria. In conclusion, Design Thinking is effective in transforming waste materials into high-value furniture and supports sustainable design practices

This study aims to analyze the influence of perceived enjoyment and perceived playfulness on intention to continue using the Netflix application, focusing on Generation Z users in Kolaka Regency. The rapid development of digital technology has transformed entertainment consumption behavior from conventional media toward streaming-based services that are more flexible, personalized, and easily accessible. Netflix has become one of the widely used digital entertainment platforms because it offers diverse content, personalized recommendations, and viewing experiences that align with users’ preferences. In the context of Generation Z, enjoyable and engaging user experiences are particularly important because this group is characterized as digital natives, tends to prefer varied content, and is likely to switch to other platforms when the experience does not meet their expectations. This study employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The sample consisted of 100 Netflix users residing in Kolaka Regency, selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results indicate that perceived enjoyment has a positive and significant effect on intention to continue using. This finding suggests that the higher the comfort, satisfaction, and enjoyment perceived by users, the stronger their intention to continue using Netflix. Furthermore, perceived playfulness also has a positive and significant effect on intention to continue using. This means that an interesting, curiosity-arousing, and attention-focused experience can strengthen users’ continuance intention. This study confirms that the continued use of digital entertainment applications is influenced not only by functional aspects but also by emotional value and interactive experiences perceived by users.

This study aimed to examine the influence of promotional strategies and user-friendliness on consumer purchasing decisions on the ShopeeFood platform in Batam City. The research used a descriptive quantitative approach, involving 100 actively transacting respondents, selected through purposive sampling based on Lemeshow's calculation guidelines to ensure sample representativeness. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire and analyzed using a series of validity and reliability tests, classical assumption checks, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing using t- and F-tests. The research findings indicated that promotions contributed 42.4% to purchasing decisions, while user-friendliness contributed 26.0%. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 78.9% confirmed that these two variables collectively explained most of the variation in purchasing behavior. The results of the t- and F-tests confirmed that promotions and user-friendliness had a significant influence, both partially and simultaneously, emphasizing the importance of integrating effective digital marketing strategies and an intuitive application interface to drive consumer decisions on ShopeeFood in Batam City.

Children in Tambak Osowilangun Village have high access to digital technology, but their digital financial literacy remains very low. Technology is generally used only for entertainment and social media without an understanding of its economic value. This condition is exacerbated by limited supervision from parents, the majority of whom work in the industrial sector, leaving children vulnerable to uncontrolled consumer behavior online. This community service activity aims to equip children in Tambak Osowilangun Village with a basic understanding of modern economics. The main focus is to improve their ability to manage their finances wisely, introduce the concept of digital savings, and develop critical thinking skills so they can distinguish between needs and wants in the technology era. The program uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, which involves the active participation of children through a spiral of stages: planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data was collected through participant observation to monitor the learning dynamics of participants during the educational sessions. The implementation of the activity showed a significant increase in participants' financial understanding. Children became more aware of the risks of digital fraud and began to understand how financial applications work. Through interactive discussion sessions, high enthusiasm was generated, shifting the children's mindset from mere entertainment users to financially savvy technology users. The synergy between students and the community has succeeded in fostering a disciplined and responsible economic character in the young generation in the village.

This study aims to analyze the role of the local value To’o Jogho Waga Sama in improving public services in irrigation governance in Aesesa District, Nagekeo Regency. The research employed a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation involving village governments, Water User Farmers Associations (P3A), traditional leaders, and farming communities. The findings reveal that the value of To’o Jogho Waga Sama plays an important role in building social trust, strengthening social networks, establishing collective norms, and enhancing the legitimacy of public services. The values of togetherness and mutual cooperation also encourage community participation in the construction and maintenance of irrigation channels without relying entirely on formal bureaucratic mechanisms. In addition, conflicts related to water distribution are resolved through customary deliberation and kinship-based approaches, which help maintain social harmony within the community. This study concludes that the local value of To’o Jogho Waga Sama represents a form of social capital that supports participatory, responsive, and sustainable public services based on local wisdom.

This study aims to examine the influence of advertising appeal, influencer marketing, and online customer reviews on purchasing decisions in Tokopedia’s e-commerce platform. The research applied a quantitative method using survey questionnaires distributed to 109 Tokopedia users in Jakarta. Data were analyzed using path analysis with SmartPLS. The results indicate that advertising appeal and influencer marketing significantly and positively affect purchasing decisions, while online customer reviews show no significant impact. These findings suggest that Tokopedia consumers, particularly in electronic products, are more influenced by attractive advertising and influencer endorsements than by online reviews. The study is limited by its sample size, geographic scope, and product focus on electronics. Future research is recommended to expand respondents and product categories for broader insights.

The practice of adulterating RON 92 (Pertamax) fuel has the potential to violate consumer rights and is contrary to applicable laws and regulations. The practice of mixing lower-quality fuel and then marketing it as RON 92 results in material and immaterial losses for users, including reduced vehicle performance and a loss of trust in business operators. This research aims to analyze the legal protections available to consumers regarding the practice of adulterating fuel based on Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection and related provisions in Law Number 22 of 2001 concerning Oil and Gas. The research method used is normative legal research with a library research approach, through analysis of relevant laws and regulations, scientific literature, and secondary legal sources. The results indicate that the practice of adulterating fuel violates consumers' rights to comfort, security, safety, and accurate information as stipulated in Article 4 of the Consumer Protection Law, and violates the obligations of business actors as stipulated in Articles 7 and 8 of the Consumer Protection Law. Business actors can be held accountable for civil damages, dispute resolution through the Consumer Dispute Resolution Agency (BPSK), or subject to administrative and criminal sanctions in accordance with the Oil and Gas Law. Therefore, legal protection for consumers in cases of fuel adulteration requires an interconnectedness between effective government oversight, firm law enforcement, business actor accountability, and increased consumer legal awareness to ensure legal certainty and fairness in trade activities.

This study aims to design and develop a web-based New Student Admission System (PPDB) Website at MIS Chairul Bariyyah Medan Krio to overcome the limitations of manual registration systems. The method used is Agile, as it supports iterative, flexible, and adaptive system development according to user needs. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, literature study, and documentation. The system is developed using the Python programming language with the Django framework and MySQL database. The results show that the developed system improves the efficiency of the registration process, minimizes data recording errors, and facilitates real-time management of applicant data. In addition, the Website also serves as an information and promotional medium for the school that can be accessed anytime. Based on Blackbox testing and User Acceptance Test (UAT), the system is proven to run well and is easy to use. Therefore, this web-based PPDB system is effective in improving the quality of Administrative services at MIS Chairul Bariyyah.

Libraries play a crucial role in broadening the public's knowledge horizons by improving literacy skills. However, the reality at the Samaturu Library in Jambu Malea Village shows that manual management still dominates, leading to various administrative obstacles such as data irregularities, the risk of losing important information, and inefficiencies in tracking daily activities. This condition demands digital transformation to optimize public services at the village level comprehensively and sustainably. This research focuses on the development of a web-based library information system specifically designed to modernize administrative processes to be more systematic, fast, and organized. Built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database, this platform offers an intuitive interface for both staff and members. Its superior features include book data management, membership, activity agendas, announcements, and digitizing the borrowing and return process. Furthermore, the system is capable of automatically generating periodic reports to facilitate library performance evaluation. Based on the results of comprehensive testing using the Black Box Testing method, all system functionality was proven to operate optimally according to the required specifications. Direct user trials also showed very positive responses regarding aspects of ease of navigation and operational time efficiency. The implementation of this system is expected to improve the effectiveness of internal management, accelerate the quality of services to library users, and become a major catalyst in realizing superior digital literacy governance in rural areas

This research aims to develop an information system for the Imam Malik Koppe Mosque in Darma Village, Polewali District, Polewali Mandar Regency, utilizing the eMasjid platform as a solution for digitally managing mosque activities. The problem faced was the suboptimal recording of activity data, financial data, and service information for the congregation. The system development method used the Waterfall model, which consists of needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The result of this research is a mosque information system capable of presenting information on activities, financial data, reports, and communication between administrators more efficiently, transparently, and accountably. This system is expected to be an effective and user-friendly means of digitizing mosque management.

This study was conducted to examine the extent to which product price and quality influence consumer interest in purchasing MMTC Tax. These two elements are believed to be the main considerations in the purchase decision-making process. This research applied a quantitative method using a survey technique, in which data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires to MMTC Tax service users. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression to measure the effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable. The findings show that both price and product quality have a positive and significant impact on purchasing interest. Together, these two factors were found to significantly influence consumers' willingness to make a purchase. Based on these results, it can be concluded that competitive pricing and superior product quality can drive an increase in the purchasing interest of MMTC Tax consumers.

This literature study aims to analyze the strategies of local cosmetic brands in providing product variants for different skin types, setting affordable prices for the teenage segment, and minimizing side effect risks to increase purchase intention among beginner users. The method used is qualitative library research with a thematic synthesis approach following systematic literature review procedures. The results indicate that complete product variants enable beginner users to find products suitable for their skin conditions, reducing confusion and increasing confidence. Affordable prices are crucial for the teenage segment with limited budgets, allowing them to try products without excessive financial burden. Minimizing side effect risks through safe formulations, dermatological testing, ingredient transparency, and usage education builds a sense of security essential for beginner users. These three strategies are interconnected and collectively create a foundation of trust that drives purchase intention. Beginner users who feel their needs are understood, products are affordable, and risks are minimal will be more motivated to purchase and have the potential to become long-term loyal customers. This study contributes theoretically to enriching cosmetic marketing literature with a teenage and beginner user segmentation perspective and practically provides foundations for local brands in designing products, pricing strategies, and safety communications targeting this segment.
