The Utilization of GPS and GSM technology in operational vehicle monitoring offers convenience and efficiency in management. This research designs a GPS-based vehicle monitoring system that is integrated with vehicle maintenance management to assist companies in making decisions related to fuel efficiency, predictive maintenance scheduling, and safety aspects. By monitoring vehicle position and condition in real-time, companies can optimize travel routes, reduce travel time and reduce operational costs. The system also includes tire pressure and fuel percentage monitoring, which serve as important indicators in an accurate and sustainable vehicle maintenance strategy. This research uses quantitative methods to analyze various aspects in designing a GPS-based monitoring system that is integrated with operational vehicle maintenance management. With the resulting data, managers are able to identify trends that support predictive maintenance as well as preventive steps to reduce the risk of sudden damage. The research results show that the integration of GPS and GSM provides significant benefits in improving performance and reliability for vehicles, especially in the distribution and logistics sectors. The implementation of this system is expected to support the company in maintaining optimal vehicle performance and contribute to operational sustainability.

Indonesian tourists are one of the largest groups of travelers visiting Thailand. The high interest of Indonesian travelers in tourist destinations in Thailand is not supported by the number of tour guides skilled in the Indonesian language. The purpose of this international community service is to improve the competence of local tour guides in Thailand, particularly in terms of Indonesian language skills. The urgency of this service is to address the need for local Thai tour guides who are proficient in Indonesian. Skilled Indonesian-speaking local Thai tour guides are expected to provide optimal service to the increasing number of Indonesian tourists. The method of this service involves intensive assistance by Thammasat University students as tutors and translators. Thammasat students who are already proficient in Indonesian will provide Indonesian language training to local Thai tour guides. This assistance includes interactive learning sessions, conversation simulations, and direct practice in real tourist situations to enhance the communication skills of the tour guides. The results of the service show a significant improvement in the Indonesian language skills of 15 local Thai tour guides. This is evident from their ability to communicate more fluently and confidently with tourists from Indonesia. The group of local Thai tour guides also reported increased satisfaction in the services they provided, as well as positive feedback from Indonesian tourists. Based on these results, the assistance provided by the service team, supported by Thammasat University students, was effective in enhancing the language competence of local Thai tour guides. This service activity has a positive impact on the experience of Indonesian tourists and strengthens the bilateral tourism sector of both countries.

Dairi Regency has a favorable geographical location, Sidikalang is the capital of Dairi Regency and has enormous industrial potential. The purpose of this study is to determine the potential for industrial development in Dairi Regency. The research method used is a qualitative research method that is library research using books and other literature as the main object. The results of the study show that geographical conditions, climate, and natural resources support various types of plants. The leading commodities are curly chilies, shallots, ginger, turmeric, corn, paddy fields, durian, Siamese oranges, Arabica coffee, and Robusta coffee. The potential for developing the fisheries industry with a focus on tilapia, carp, catfish, and jurung. The potential for developing tourism with ecotourism; trekking, mountain biking, observing flora and fauna, relaxing at Lake Toba. Agrotourism: visiting coffee, tea, orange plantations, learning about cultivation, then farming. Culinary and cultural tourism; art and cultural performances, cooking classes, culinary tourism. This study aims to analyze the E-Relationship Marketing strategy implemented by PT. Travel Al-Amar Madani Masyhur Medan through social media in an effort to maintain pilgrim loyalty amidst the increasingly competitive Umrah travel industry in the digital era. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews with management and pilgrims, observation of social media activities (Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp), and documentation. Data analysis used data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing techniques. The results show that the implementation of E-Relationship Marketing is carried out through four main dimensions: service personalization, digital community building, responsive interaction, and consistency of Islamic brand character. The use of social media is proven effective in increasing trust and emotional closeness of pilgrims, leading to loyalty in the form of repeat orders and recommendations (advocacy). The main obstacle found is the digital literacy gap among elderly pilgrims, which the company addressed through simpler and more intensive communication approaches on the WhatsApp platform.

This study aims to analyze the internship experience of UINSU students at PT Amar Madani Masyhur Islamic Tour and Travel in the context of professionalism in serving Umrah pilgrims by tour leaders. The analysis focuses on four main aspects: the company’s profile and history, tour leader service management, forms of services provided, and the effectiveness of services in enhancing pilgrims’ satisfaction. Tour leader professionalism plays a crucial role in ensuring a smooth spiritual journey through responsive, structured, and integrity-based assistance. The research employs a qualitative-descriptive method with a field study and participatory observation approach, including interviews, documentation, and service evaluation during the internship program. The findings indicate that PT Amar Madani Masyhur implements a well-organized tour leader management system, covering administrative services, manasik guidance, ritual assistance, as well as accommodation and transportation services that effectively meet pilgrims’ needs. The novelty of this study lies in integrating institutional profile analysis with students’ practical experiences in understanding professional standards of competent, integrity-driven, and service-oriented tour leaders.

The transport industry stands out as a crucial domain in bolstering Indonesia's journey toward economic revitalization, swift progress, and equitable distribution. At present, Indonesia is in the process of establishing a high-speed railway sector that adheres to global benchmarks. Rail-based transit systems exert considerable influence on the mobility of both individuals and commodities. Trains possess the capacity to convey substantial volumes of commuters and freight in one journey, thereby playing a role in diminishing operational expenses for transportation fleets. Braking is an important aspect of driving because it affects safety, vehicle control, and vehicle efficiency. In order to develop braking research, high-speed train braking test equipment is needed to describe the actual conditions during braking. High-speed trains are a type of train capable of traveling at speeds above 200 km/h. The braking applied to these high-speed trains involves several combined forces, including regenerative braking and pneumatic braking. In regenerative braking, deceleration occurs due to the conversion of kinetic energy into electrical power. This mechanism is carried out when the train is at an operational speed of 220 km/h until it decelerates to 160 km/h. Next, pneumatic braking was applied at a speed of 160 km/h until the train slowed down and came to a stop. This study shows how the calculation process was carried out using a scale of 1:4 at a speed of 160 km/h.

Films or drama series are highly favored by many people, especially among teenagers. One of the most popular foreign drama series in Indonesia is Korean drama. Korean dramas depict fictional strories and portray Korean life. One of the Korean dramas that attracted public attention was Twinkling Watermelon. This drama directed by Son Jung-Hyun carries the genre of fantasy, romance, and time travel. The author's goal in analyzing this drama is to find out the meaning of denotation, connotation, and myth, as well as the moral messages contained in the Korean drama. This research employs qualitative research methods using Roland Barthes’ semiotics theory. Data for this study are based on scene and dialogues from episodes 14-16 of the Korean drama Twinkling Watermelon. The data collection techniques used are observation, documentation, and literature study. The results obtained from this study indicate that in the Korean drama there are moral messages seen from denotation, connotation and myth. The moral messages are (1) Being serious in doing something. (2) Parents' responsibility towards their children. (3) The importance of communication in every relationship, especially family. (4) Sincere love. (5) Do not force ourselves to bear burdens that are not our responsibility. (6) Never give up and keep fighting.

The long distance traveled and the lack of infrastructure such as roads and public transportation have reduced the interest of tourists to visit the Mangrove Forest Marine Tourism object. The lack of resting places for tourists such as cottages and lodging places also triggers the lack of interest of tourists to visit. Conversely, if the availability of infrastructure such as good roads and easy to pass, signposts, and the availability of comfortable and quiet resting places can be the main attraction for tourists who want to visit these attractions. This study aims to determine whether the value of natural beauty, educational value, facilities and infrastructure, tourists, promotions, fees, handicrafts, and income are relevant to improving the welfare of the community in Lubuk Kertang Village, Langkat Regency and to determine the role of the government in developing ecotourism attractiveness in improve the welfare of the community in Lubuk Kertang Village, Langkat Regency. What is examined is whether the value of natural beauty, educational value, facilities and infrastructure, tourists, promotions, fees, handicrafts, and income are relevant to improving the welfare of the community in Lubuk Kertang Village, Langkat Regency and what is the role of the government in developing ecotourism attractiveness in improving people's welfare. in Lubuk Kertang Village, Langkat Regency. With a sample of 207 respondents, which were collected by distributing questionnaires and processing data using Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of the Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) test in the KMO and Bartlett's test table, it shows that promotion, tourists, educational values and income significantly affect the welfare of the people in Lubuk Kertang Village, while the value of natural beauty, infrastructure, user fees and handicrafts has a negative effect. or not significant to the welfare of the community in Lubuk Kertang Village. And the results of multiple linear regression testing show the partial hypothesis test results that the value of natural beauty, retribution, tourists and income is significant for the welfare of the people in Lubuk Kertang Village.

The backpacker tourism trend in Southeast Asia has grown rapidly in the past few decades, with Thailand becoming one of the top destinations for budget travelers. This study aims to identify the factors that make Thailand a favorite destination for backpackers in the region. The research methodology involves literature analysis, interviews with backpackers, and tourism statistics. The results show that the combination of natural beauty, cultural diversity, affordable cost of living, good tourism infrastructure, and easy access to various attractions are the main factors that attract backpackers. In addition, Thailand's image as a friendly, safe, and open country for foreign tourists also contributes to its popularity. The study also compares Thailand with its neighboring countries such as Vietnam, Cambodia, and Indonesia to understand Thailand's competitive advantages. The findings provide insights for the government and tourism industry players in developing sustainable strategies to maintain and enhance the attractiveness of the destination for the backpacker tourist segment  

This article aims to explain the implementation of socialization activities on factors for choosing transportation modes, especially at the Gunung Harta Autobus Company (PO), with the dominant factor being passenger comfort. The socialization method used is direct counseling for staff, drivers, and passengers at PO Gunung Harta. PO Gunung Harta's commitment to passenger comfort can be seen in various initiatives and consistency, such as the number of passengers carried according to bus capacity, main facilities in the form of luggage racks, and additional facilities in the form of window film and audiovisual facilities placed in the passenger room. It is hoped that this commitment will become a reference for other POs in improving services to provide a comfortable mode of transportation. It is hoped that the results of the outreach will increase public awareness about the importance of driving safely and wisely when choosing modes of transportation in order to create safer and more comfortable travel for all.

Nowadays, many people spend their vacation time traveling to a new destination or a destination that has already been visited. This potential must be used by a destination to increase the interest of tourists to visit again. This research was conducted at Bali Dive Resort and Spa Tulamben which is located in Tulamben village, Karangasem. The purpose of this study was to test and explain the role of destination image, perceived value, experiential marketing on revisit intention in domestic customers of Bali Dive Resort and Spa Tulamben. The sample in this study were 120 respondents. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires via google form. The collected data were analysed by classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that the variables of destination image, perceived value, experiental marketing have a significant positive effect on revisit intention. The implications of this research can be taken into consideration and input for Bali Dive Resort and Spa Tulamben in maintaining the revisit intention domestic customers by considering the variables of destination image, perceived value and experiential marketing.

When viewed from the number of residents, Traveler especially the city of Medan, have increased from year to year. tourism in the Medan Selayang sub-district continues to be planned to attract more visitors, therefore this research is carried out by analyzing problems and solutions in developing tourism in the Medan Selayang sub-district, such as data collection and tourist objects and attractions in the Medan Selayang sub-district, Analyzing tourism conditions related to issues as well as tourism potential and problems in the Medan Belawan sub-district, and proposed tourism development for the Medan Selayang sub-district. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a data search process that is carried out by means of literature studies through books, related research journals and through internet pages. The final result of this study is the identification of proposals for maximizing and improving facilities as tourism development in the Medan Selayang.

PT Rizma Tour & Travel is a company operating in the travel agency sector. The problem in this research is that recording cash receipt and disbursement transactions still uses a manual and semi-computerized system using Microsoft Excel to create cash receipt and disbursement reports. This problem can result in incorrect recording or incorrect input of transactions, resulting in inaccurate cash receipt and disbursement reports.The research method used in this research is qualitative research with a case study approach. This research aims to build a cash receipt and disbursement application for PT Rizma Tour & Travel which is used to assist in recording cash receipt and disbursement transactions.The results of this research are in the form of a web-based application for cash receipts and disbursements that can help PT Rizma Tour & Travel in recording cash receipt and disbursement transactions so that they run effectively and efficiently, including creating cash receipt and disbursement reports.  

The purpose of this article is to examine the current issues and difficulties that Nigeria's four main transportation modes are facing. The data utilized in this research were gathered by field observations, oral interviews, and a thorough literature search of books, journals, and pertinent government documents. After discussing the difficulties and issues affecting each mode's ability to continue contributing to the nation's economic development, the historical evolution of each mode and its historical role in that development are provided. The main effects of driving being preferred over other modes of transportation are the environmental issues associated with driving and the high rate of traffic accidents on Nigerian roads. There are numerous inland waterways of capacity that is underutilized as a result of the antiquated railway system. Despite being widely utilized, the airways still require significant development and refinement. In order for these modes to continue contributing to Nigeria's economic development, the study offered viable solutions to these issues and obstacles.  

Transportation is very important for our daily lives when we want to travel. Rental cars are one of the current solutions when we don't have a vehicle. However, the convenience provided by car rental is often misused by irresponsible parties. Starting from damaged returns, theft and embezzlement. The research carried out by researchers is Empirical Juridical legal research which is research that directly obtains data in the field. By doing research in the field, researchers will understand better and be able to find out more clearly the actual events related to the title of the research being studied. From the results of this research, the author can conclude that one of the modus operandi of embezzlement in the jurisdiction of the Riau Islands Regional Police is the crime of embezzlement and/or fraud and/or malicious assistance. This way the car is rented and then pawned to someone else without the knowledge of the original owner of the car. For this reason, the police have two efforts to overcome this, namely by preventive and repressive methods. The police's obstacles in uncovering cases are two factors, namely internal and external factors. The suggestions put forward in this research are the need to increase the budget in the context of investigating and investigating criminal acts of embezzlement of rental cars, providing education to car rental businesses to install GPS to increase car security and providing more telescopic services for rental cars.

This study explores the impact of cultural tourism industry policy on travelers' usage satisfaction. As a cornerstone of the industry that advances the cultural sector, tourism plays a crucial role in promoting the realization of high-quality culture and tourism goals and significantly contributes to overall economic development. The potential insights on tourist satisfaction, essential for upgrading scenic spots, attracting tourists, improving service quality and user satisfaction, building an independent tourism brand, driving employment, and promoting regional economic development, are revealed in this study involving 380 respondents. The results show that tourists’ usage satisfaction with cultural tourism industry policy is influenced by policy perception, policy implementation, and overall policy development.      

This analysis examines how price and trust influence the decision to book a room through online travel agencies in Daima Hotel Padang (Traveloka case study). with two independent variables consisting of price and trust, and the dependent variable consisting of the booking decision. This research is quantitative and uses a causal-associative approach. The sample consists of 194 respondents and a Likert scale was used for data collection. SEM-PLS 3 as data analysis. The hypotheses showed that ordering decision has no significant effect on price, with a t-statistic of 1.740 < 1.96 and a p-value of 0.083 > 0.05. On the other hand, ordering decision has a significant effect on trust, with a t-statistic of 5.922 > 1.96 and a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05.

One of the Tik Tok users of the @Mojokerto account goes for a walk using creative videos in tourism marketing in Mojokerto. This research aims to find out how the Tik Tok @Mojokerto account works in marketing tourism in Mojokerto. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a content analysis approach according to Klaus Krippendorff and uses content analysis theory, tourism theory and message theory. The results of the findings of this research can be concluded that the Tik Tok account @Mojokerto provides marketing via video by conveying informative and persuasive messages related to tourism with effective and easy to understand message delivery so that the audience can give Likes, Comments, Shares. Thus, the role of the Tik Tok @Mojokerto traveling account in increasing visitors to tourism in Mojokerto can be seen as a result of effective promotion through social media platforms such as TikTok.

Background: The e-commerce industry in Indonesia has experienced extraordinary growth in recent years.  The rapid growth of e-commerce then gave birth to e-commerce in the form of a travel agent service called Traveloka.  Currently, the tagline #DontWorryNoLoss is the latest benefit offered by Traveloka to its consumers.  The #DontWorryNoLoss campaign by Traveloka on Instagram is aimed at getting the target audience interested in buying their products online, which in this context is travel agent services through their application or website.  Purpose: This research aims to examine the influence of the #DontWorryNoLoss campaign on the Traveloka Instagram account on online purchase intention.  The background to this problem is the rapid growth of e-commerce and the role of social media in product promotion.  The problem formulation focuses on how attitude toward the behavior, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control influence consumer purchasing intentions.  The theory used in this research is the Theory of Planned Behavior developed by Ajzen (1991).  The aim of the research is to determine the significant influence of these three variables on the online purchase intention of Instagram followers @traveloka.id.  Method: The research method used was an explanatory survey by distributing questionnaires to 81 respondents.  Results: The results of this research show that there is a positive and significant influence of the #DontWorryNoLoss campaign on the online purchase intention of @traveloka.id followers.

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of product service quality, price, rental car complaint handling system on the decision to use car rental services at Botana Transport Rent Cars & Tours travel. This research was conducted at Botana Transport Rent Cars & Tours travel located on Jl. Raya Kemang, Cilegon City. The sample in this study consisted of 100 respondents using Accidental Sampling. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results of the research are that product quality and the complaint handling system have a positive influence, while price has a negative influence on the decision to use a rental car at Botana Transport Rent. Cars & Tours travel. Simultaneously or at the same time, product quality, price and car rental handling system at Botana Transport Rent Cars & Tours travel. Meanwhile, the R Square value explains the decision to use car rental services at Botana Transport Rent Cars & Tours Travel is influenced by product quality, price and complaint handling system by 44.2% while the remaining 55.8% is influenced by other variables not used in this research.
