This research text the novel Rasa by Tere Liye as the basic reference of the research. The problems studied in this study are related to the figurative language style found in the novel Rasa by Tere Liye. This study aims to (1) describes the style of figurative language contained in the novel Rasa by Tere Liye and (2) describe the implicit figurative language style in Tere Liye's novel Rasa towards novel learning texts in senior high schools. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method through content analysis approach. The resulting data is in the form of words in quotations. The data found in this study are in the form of phrases, clauses and sentences that contain elements of figurative language in the novel Rasa by Tere Liye. The author's most dominant style of language used is personification of 25 quotations. The results of the analysis of figurative language style are implied in learning Indonesian in the 2013 curriculum in senior high schools

The rapid growth of e-commerce in Indonesia has generated a massive and continuous volume of product reviews. This user-generated content is vital for business intelligence, yet its sheer scale makes manual analysis inefficient, subjective, and practically impossible. Automated sentiment analysis is therefore crucial for businesses to efficiently understand customer feedback and market perception. This research addresses this gap by implementing the Naïve Bayes Classifier (NBC) algorithm to automatically classify the sentiment of Indonesian-language e-commerce product reviews. This study utilized a dataset of 2,000 reviews collected from a major e-commerce platform's "Electronics" category. The data underwent critical text preprocessing stages (case folding, tokenizing, stopword removal, and stemming using the Sastrawi library) to handle the complexities of informal Indonesian text. The dataset was split using an 80/20 ratio, resulting in 1,600 training reviews and 400 testing reviews. Model performance was then evaluated using a Confusion Matrix, focusing on the key metrics of Accuracy, Precision, and Recall. The test results showed excellent performance, achieving an Accuracy of 90.00%, Precision of 91.93%, and Recall of 95.00%. These results demonstrate that the Naïve Bayes algorithm, when supported by robust preprocessing, is a highly effective, reliable, and computationally efficient method for this task, providing a valuable tool for e-commerce stakeholders.

This article discusses the poem "Democracy" by Agam Wispi through a semiotic approach. According to Tinarbuko (2008), semiotics is the study of signs in order to find out how these signs function and produce a meaning. Meanwhile, according to Christomy and Yuwono (2004), argue that semiotics is the study of signs (signs), sign functions, and sign production. In semiotics there is a signifier (signifier) ​​which is a sign that can be seen by the eye, visible form / physical form while the signified (signified) is the meaning contained in the message that has the concept, function, and value contained in the sign. So the purpose of this study is to find out the signs of meaning in the poem "Democracy" through the method. In this study using semiotic analysis. Semiotic analysis is a qualitative data analysis technique that aims to find or analyze symbols or signs in a text systematically. And the conclusion in this study is that based on the analysis above, it can be concluded that the poem "Democracy" by Agam Wispi strongly ties its meaning to Indonesian political life. In discussing the poem, it tells about the people's struggle to burn and replace the rights they should have received for the hard work and sacrifices that have been made.

Transformational leadership performance occurs when leaders broaden and enhance the interests of employees, when they raise awareness and acceptance of the goals and mission of the group, and when they mobilize their employees to look beyond their own self-interest of either the group or the individual. This Systematic Review is prepared based on Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews, full text articles and uses English and Indonesian. The keywords used in the search for articles are “Transformational Leadership” AND “Performance”. Analysis of the 13 articles explains that transformational leadership has benefits and effectiveness on employee performance. Based on the results of available literature, it can be concluded that transformational leadership style has a positive influence on employee performance. kind to employees. This can increase employee confidence, commitment, and involvement in achieving organizational goals. In addition, transformational leaders also have the ability to develop employee potential and strengthen the working relationship between employees and leaders.
