Plastic bottles are a problem in society because every bottled drink after drinking, will become bottle waste. Bottle waste takes a very long time to decompose with the soil. So it needs to get special treatment so that it can be useful. Family Empowerment and Welfare Wonolopo village have a program to collect plastic waste for environmental cleanliness. Behind this environmental cleanliness, it turns out that plastic bottles can be used as a medium in planting plant seeds such as chili seeds, eggplant seeds, and tomato seeds. This community service activity is expected to be able to increase the spirit of independence and economy in Family Empowerment and Welfare to be able to utilize bottle waste so that it can be useful both in planting plants and reducing waste. The results of this activity are expected to increase self-awareness of plastic bottle waste pollution to be utilized for useful things. In addition, Family Empowerment and Welfare (PKK) can also reduce the kitchen shopping budget by utilizing bottle waste as a medium for planting chili, eggplant, and tomato plants.

The system (OSS RBA) is a platform for administering business licensing that is digital-based and has been issued for business actors who will carry out business activities assessed based on the level of risk of business activities. The purpose of this study is to find out the Application of the Policy Contents of Government Regulation No. 5 of 2021 Concerning the Implementation of Risk-Based Licensing Services for MSME Actors by the DPMPTSP of Bintan Regency. The related indicators in this study are: 1). Government Regulation, 2). Resources, 3). Communication, 4). Disposition or Attitude of Executors, 5). Assisted Services Clinic. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive analysis technique with 8 informants. The results of the research (1) In Government Regulation No. 5 of 2021 the Bintan Regency Investment and One-Stop Services Service already has Standards, Goals and Targets in implementing the OSS RBA system. (2) Resources which include, Human resources that are adequate and have obtained BIMTEK in providing services to business actors, Financial Resources are still inadequate because DPMPTSP applies a budget priority scale for OSS RBA system policies, and Adequate Resources for Facilities and Infrastructure in the process implementation of OSS RBA system services. (3) Communication, DPMPTSP has collaborated with DKUPP Bintan Regency which has been granted derivative access rights for the OSS RBA system and socialization has been underway to business actors who are micro, small and medium enterprises

Tujuan pendidikan  islam  adalah peningkatan  akhlak mulia.  Indikator  dalam peningkatan akhlak adalah berkurangnya perilaku buruk, salah satunya adalah perilaku korup. Penanaman nilai    antikorupsi    dalam    pendidikan    islam    yang    berorientasi    kontekstual    dengan mengembangkan kompetensi pendidikan yang bersifat moralitas pribadi dan moralitas publik adalah tujuan utamanya. Korupsi pada hakikatnya berawal dari kebiasaan-kebiasaan korup yang dilakukan secara kontinu yang kemudian tanpa disadari menjadi hal lumrah. Upaya pemberantasan tentunya diimbangi dengan upaya pencegahan. Salah satu upaya pencegahan itu dengan internalisasi nilai antikorupsi dalam Al-Qur’an  sebagai bagian dari kurikulum pendidikan islam adalah strategi terbaik dalam memerangi korupsi. Pendidikan antikorupsi secara jelas  diarahkan untuk memupuk kesadaran peserta didik dalam menentang bentuk kemungkaran sosial, kejahatan kemanusiaan yang komunal dan melibatkan publik. Secara eksplisit lebih diarahkan kepada peningkatan iman dan takwa dengan menjalankan perintah Allah  SWT  dan  menjauhi  larangan-Nya  serta  penyemaian  nilai-nilai  kemanusiaan  yang universal dan aplikatif.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of non-physical work environment, reward and punishment on the work productivity of employees of the Jombang Investment and PTSP Office. This study uses a quantitative approach, with a sample size of 35 respondents. The sampling method uses saturated sampling. Data collection was done through distributing questionnaires. Data analysis techniques in this study used validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination (R^2). The results showed that the non-physical work environment, reward and punishment partially had a significant effect on work productivity and the non-physical work environment, reward and punishment simultaneously had a significant effect on work productivity.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of information quality, information systems and the quality of service interaction on employee satisfaction.  This research took the object of 50 employees of the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Office of Pati Regency. The researcher's sampling technique uses saturated sampling. Data analysis method using multiple regression The results of the study found that there was a positive and significant influence of information quality on employee satisfaction, there was a positive and significant influence of information systems on employee satisfaction and there was a positive and significant influence on the quality of service interaction on employee satisfaction.

Discipline is a very important thing to instill in a person, especially in a student. Students must be careful to be disciplined in managing time, disciplined in carrying out tasks and obligations, and disciplined in interacting with the kholiq and with fellow creatures. Religious values ​​need to be instilled in children, because religious values ​​themselves involve the concept of divinity, worship, and morals. All of that can be given early on so that these religious values ​​are able to shape the child's personality and can measure strongly and have an influence throughout his life. The approach used in this study is qualitative, in collecting data the authors use the method of observation, interviews, documentation. This research was conducted at MTs Al-Ihsan Tanah Grogot. The objectives to be achieved in this study are: 1) to find out the reality of discipline at MTs Al-Ihsan Tanah Grogot, : 2) to find out the efforts to improve student discipline through the provision of religious values ​​at MTs Al-Ihsan Tanah Grogot. The results of this study are that the discipline in MTs Al-Ihsan is good, this is evident from the results of data presentation and interviews. Whereas in an effort to increase student discipline through deepening religious values, the school has programs or activities that are directed at the subject matter above, namely the habituation of Duha prayer and recitation of the Qur'an which is carried out before the lesson activities begin.

The aims of this study were 1) to find out about inculcating environmental care character values through inorganic waste management into crafts in the P5 program, 2) to find out the obstacles in inculcating environmental care character values through inorganic waste management into crafts in the P5 program, 3) to find out the solution to the obstacles in inculcating environmental care character values through inorganic waste management into crafts in the P5 program. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The research location was at SMPN 18 Surakarta. The research subjects were teachers, school principal, and students. The method of collecting data in this study was through interviews, documentation, and observation. To check the validity of the data in the research, source triangulation and technical triangulation techniques were used. The data analysis technique was to use descriptive qualitative with an interactive model starting from data collection, data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that 1) teaching students about inculcating of value of environmental care character through the P5 program on managing inorganic waste into crafts, 2) obstacles in inculcating character through the waste management program into crafts occurred from within or from the conditions of the students and the limitations of tools and material. While external obstacles were from the family or environment. 3) the solution to these obstacles was to make rules and punishments, provide counseling to students' families and the environment to actively participate in environmental care activities.   Keywords: Character Education, Environmental Care, Waste Management Programs into Crafts

This article is entitled Planting a Learning Culture for Santri for Nurul Muhajirin Sukatani-Banyuasin Islamic Boarding School, with the aim of how the process of cultivating a student learning culture at Nurul Muhajirin Sukatani Islamic Boarding School. The type of research used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques start from collecting data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. While the technique of checking the validity of data is by data triangulation techniques. The results obtained that the cultivation of a learning culture for Santri for Nurul Muhajirin Islamic Boarding School has been carried out well, including making a schedule of activities, time and place of study, which is in accordance with the needs of education at Ponpes Nurul Muhajirin, Ponpes has also provided education to get used to reading and taking notes for Ponpes students, Ponpes also makes schedules and rules for students to repeat learning materials when returning home from formal learning classes, then concentration in learning is also a serious concern for Ponpes in order to get maximum results, and has also instilled the value that the importance of carrying out or doing the tasks given by the ustad / ustazah.  

This research is entitled "Inculcation of Character Education in PAI Learning in SMP N 12 Palembang". This study aims to determine the inculcation of character education in PAI learning in schools and the supporting factors and inhibiting factors in inculcating character education in PAI learning in schools. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research. Data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. This type of research approach is descriptive qualitative. The techniques used in data analysis are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Test the validity of this research data using method triangulation and source trianulation. In this study it was found that pie learning at this school was carried out face-to-face where previously it was done online. So that the findings in this study are PAI teachers find that students' technological abilities are getting better. But sometimes in the learning process sometimes become lazy and not disciplined with time. So that in PAI learning at school, PAI teachers instill four positive values ​​in learning that will have an impact on student character. The four values ​​are honesty, discipline, hard work and wisdom.

Tangggung jawab sosial lingkungan  merupakan komitmen usaha untuk bertindak secara etis, beroperasi secara legal dan berkontribusi untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup dan komunitas luas.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengkaji mengenai tanggung jawab sosial lingkungan yang dilakukan oleh PT GARAM PERSERO berjalan sesuai dengan undang undang,tanggung jawab sosial dan lingkungan dalam bentuk apa yang telah dilakukan oleh PT GARAM PERSERO. Studi ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif. Pendekatan Undang-Undang dan konseptual merupakan pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Pengumpulan bahan hukum dalam jurnal ini menggunakan studi kepustakaan. Metode analisis bahan hukum yang digunakan didalam jurnal ini merujuk pada deduktif yaitu menarik kesimpulan dari suatu permasalahan yang bersifat umum terhadap permasalahan konkret yang dihadapi..Hasil dari penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa tanggung jawab sosial dan lingkungan oleh PT GARAM PERSERO melakukan sesuai perintah Pasal 74 UU No 40 Tahun 2009 Undang undang no 25 tahun 2007 tentang penanaman modal serta Peraturan pemerintah no 47 tahun 2012 tentang tanggung jawab sosial dan lingkungan perseroan terbatas ini dilakukan dengan beberapa tahap dan jenis,diantaranya dari segi tanggung jawab sosial dan tanggung jawab lingkungan.

Foreign investment in Indonesia is one of the efforts to develop the country's economy. Foreign investment is carried out by doing business in Indonesia, which is to invest in the form of foreign capital entirely or collectively with domestic investors. This practice is carried out by foreign investors with the existence of international treaty between Indonesia and its country as legal protection when investors invest in Indonesia, which can also choose a dispute resolution forum as a preventive action agreed by both parties. Through the Washington Convention, Indonesia ratified Law Number 5 of 1968 which is a form of Indonesia's commitment to resolved at the International Centre for the Settlement of Investment Disputes or ICSID. ICSID is an international arbitration institution that can be chosen based on certain provisions. This research was conducted using normative juridical method. The results are found that ICSID becomes a forum when Indonesia is in dispute with foreign investors who are also countries that ratify the Washington Convention. The Government of Indonesia has several times defended its international standing on the investment climate in the country through the ICSID forum. Therefore, this paper will examine ICSID as an investment dispute settlement institution and its practices.

Student discipline has a very important role in the learning process at school. Students who are not accustomed to discipline and are not handled by the school immediately, will develop habits in themselves so that they always commit violations of every existing rule. Efforts made by schools to discipline students are the existence of rules that are made so that these regulations can be obeyed. However, the existing rules at school are only used as a display without wanting to apply them concretely. So from this it is necessary to instill the value of discipline in schools, namely by giving light punishments so that students will not repeat the violation a second time. This research is a literature review research with a descriptive approach. The literature reviewed in this study comes from research journals. The conclusion in this study shows that the inculcation of discipline at SD Pertiwi Makassar has gone quite well, but still needs to be improved

Indonesia sebagai negara yang masih tergolong ke dalam negara berkembang tentu sangat membutuhkan pertumbuhan ekonomi yang lebih pesat lagi. Guna mengembangkan perekonomian di Indonesia, pemerintah memerlukan adanya kegiatan investasi atau yang dikenal sebagai kegiatan penanaman modal di Indonesia. Untuk menjaga agar kegiatan penanaman modal di Indonesia dapat memberikan kepastian hukum khususnya terhadap Penanam Modal Asing yang akan menanamkan modalnya di Indonesia, maka pemerintah Indonesia mengeluarkan sebuah peraturan perundang-undangan yang dikenal dengan Undang-undang Nomor Nomor 25 Tahun 2007 tentang Penanaman Modal. Di dalam peraturan itu diatur jelas mengenai prinsip non-diskriminasi yang akan diberikan oleh pemerintah Indonesia kepada Penanam Modal Asing ataupun Penanam Modal dalam Negeri untuk menciptakan kegiatan investasi yang adil bagi para pihak. Lahirnya Undang-undang Nomor Nomor 25 Tahun 2007 yang memuat tentang prinsip non-diskriminasi membawa manfaat bagi kegiatan investasi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan agar bisa memberikan manfaat kepada pembaca baik mahasiswa ataupun masyarakat umum terkait dengan manfaat prinsip non-diskriminasi di dalam kegiatan investasi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menemukan hasil bahwa memang prinsip non-diskriminasi di dalam Undang-undang Nomor Nomor 25 Tahun 2007 memberikan berbagai dampak yang positif bagi kegiatan investasi di Indonesia.

The characteristics of coastal plants in the form of river estuaries, estuaries, and deltas in protected areas in the sub-tropics and tropics are the notions of mangrove plants. It can be concluded that mangrove plants are ecosystems that exist between sea and land with conditions in the form of productive and extensive forests. Mangrove plants are also often called coastal forests, mangrove forests, brackish forests, tidal forests because mangrove plants live near the coast and have an important role in their ecological value to support coastal development activities and marine conservation. This research aims to find out the benefits and functions of mangroves, the types of mangroves, the meaning of mangroves, their role in overcoming some of the existing problems, as well as the differences before and after the planting of mangroves on the coast of Sine Tulungagung. This research method uses qualitative data which is a method for collecting and conducting observations, interviews, documentation, and analysis of various documents such as written documents, namely various journal reference sources and others in a descriptive way.

Latar belakang peneliti membuat tulisan ini adalah pentingnya penenaman nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter di MTsN 6 Agam. Pembentukan dan penanaman karakter yang positif terhadap siswa sangat diperlukan, melalui implementasi pendidikan karakter di lembaga pendidikan, dan sekaligus sebagai upaya pembangunan manusia Indonesia yang berakhlak budi pekerti yang mulia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi pendidikan karakter di MTsN 6 Agam (1) disiplin, (2) mandiri, (3) bersahabat/komunikatif, (4) peduli sosial, (5) tanggung jawab di MTsN 6 Agam guna mendeskripsikan implementasi pendidikan karakter. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif, artinya penulis akan melihat fenomena yang terjadi di lapangan. Peneliti menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan didukung dengan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi pendidikan karakter di MTsN 6 Agam dengan cara memasukkan pendidikan karakter ke dalam kurikulum sekolah. Pelaksanaan implementasi dengan mengintegrasikan karakter dalam mata pelajaran, kegiatan rutin, kegiatan spontan, keteladan. Dalam mengimplementasikan pendidikan karakter di MTsN 6 agam para pendidik selalu berupaya untuk menanamkan nilai-niali karakter terhadap siswa/siswinya agar menjadi pribadi-pribadi yang berkarakter.

Youth is when humans are in their twenties. During youth, humans cannot be called adults, but they cannot also be called children. However, as the next generation, some Christian youths do not understand the importance of cultivating spirituality in building a close relationship with God. There are various models that can be implemented nowadays in order to produce young people who build a close relationship with God, one of which is the spiritual cultivation of Christian youth in building a close relationship with God. This learning certainly utilizes various youth spirituality that are relevant in the world of education. The goal is to improve the outcome and quality of their Faith process. The method used in this writing is a qualitative method. Through qualitative methods the authors use library research (library research). Spiritual formation is very important for young Christians. Because youth has a very important role for the growth of the church, and youth is the backbone of the church in carrying out the functions and roles of the church it is very necessary. Therefore the church needs to foster and direct youth. In accordance with God's word in Proverbs 22:6 "Educate a young person according to the path that is proper for him, so that even when he is old he will not deviate from that path." In conclusion, youth is the next generation in the family, church and society in the future. So it is necessary to know that it is very important spiritual cultivation for young Christians to build a close relationship with God.

Technological developments that are currently happening have an impact on church planting, thus with digitalization it makes fulfillment of all aspects of human life, otherwise it will be left behind, and this acceleration is also triggered by the covid-19 virus, while the core problem that will be put forward is what Church Planting Strategy, what is the Success of Church Planting for Christian Youth in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 Era, and seeing the Urgency of Church Planting for Christian Youth in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 Era. The purpose of writing this scientific paper is to put forward strategies and successes for Christian youth to carry out ministry in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. The research method used is data collection qualitative method. The strategy and success of planting this church also includes the role of the Holy Spirit in every believer so that they continue to fulfill God's call. Therefore, we need Christian youth who open their hearts to serve God, especially in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0.

This paper discusses the potential and opportunities for investment in Indonesia's new capital city, Nusantara, in relation to Government Regulation Number 12 of 2023 concerning the Granting of Business Licenses, Ease of Doing Business, and Investment Facilities for Business Actors in the Capital City of Nusantara (PP 12 of 2023). It will also discuss the property investment sector which is an investment opportunity for investors to invest in the Capital City of the Nusantara in phase I of 2022-2024. In addition, matters regulated in PP 12 of 2023 will also be presented in relation to investment arrangements in Indonesia as stipulated in Law Number 25 of 2007 concerning Investment.

This article is based on the declining awareness of church ministers about what the congregation needs from the church. The lack of God's servants in seeing and feeling the needs of the congregation, so that the congregation has a great opportunity not to grow in quantity and spirituality. The aim of this research is to find out the key to the success of a Servant of God in carrying out church planting. The method used is descriptive qualitative, namely analyzing and concluding various opinions from source books/journals from various experts regarding the secret of the success of the Servant of God in church planting. A church that can meet the needs of its congregation, provides spiritual growth for His congregation and quantity growth for the existence of the church.

Dalam proses pembelajaran, guru PAK memiliki peran yang sangat penting untuk mendidik anak-anank dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai moral yang sangat baik serta mendidik anak menjadi anak yang taat beriman Kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa. Berdasarkan pengamatan peneliti pada anak usia 7-12, bahwa  guru mempunyai peran  penting dalam memfasilitasi peserta didik dalam proses penanaman nilai  karakter  religius dilingkungan sekolah. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengetahui peran guru PAK dalam mengembangkan moral peserta didik SD. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode study literatur research atau studi kepustakaan dengan mengkaji berbagai jurnal yang memiliki kaitan atau hubungan dengan peran orangtua dan guru dalam mengembangkan moral peserta didik sekolah dasar di era revolusi industri 4.0. Metode studi kepustakaan menurut Sugiyono (2018) adalah suatu metode yang mana mengumpulkan kajian teori dan referensi yang bersumber dari literatur literatur ilmiah. Kesimpulan: yaitu guru PAK perlu mensosialisasikan dan membudayakan lingkungan sekolah dalam menegakkan nilai-nilai akhlak dan moral yang benar melalui contoh dan teladan yang baik. Selain itu dalam pengembangan dan penanaman moral pada peserta didik perlu dilakukan control dan bimbingan, pengawasan, evaluasi dan tindak lanjut dari perilaku moral anak tersebut.
