Under Law No. 32 of 2004, a village is a unit of legal community with territorial boundaries that has the power to regulate and manage the interests of the local community in accordance with local origins and customs recognized and respected by the government system. Indonesia. This study was conducted to collect sufficient information on innovation strategies for underdeveloped village development in the era of industrial revolution 4.0. The method used in this study is a literature study that reviewed related journals to answer how innovative strategies for rural development are lagging behind in the era of Industrial Revolution 4.0. The results of this study suggest that the strategy for the development of vulnerable villages should be carried out in stages, calculations are required, and the assistance of all parties is required. All problems in each field must be developed in line with the changes in the era of Industrial Revolution 4.0. In addition to implementing innovation strategies, communities must balance this with computerization or digitization

Technological developments at this time have an impact on all groups to be more competent in their use. Unfortunately, the use of this technology is still used as an object of communication and consumption, does not provide economic productivity for business development. The community should be aware of and make a big contribution to poverty alleviation activities through digitalization. One of them is that the community needs to increase business knowledge through non-formal business training/education. Along with digital developments and business knowledge, it is hoped that the community will be able to improve the welfare of their families by carrying out creative economic activities. The creative economy in this study is the management of a business in making decisions and implementing them related to the allocation of limited resources among its various members by taking into account the abilities, efforts and desires of each. Even though at first the creative economy was carried out more by the community as a side job and to increase household income, in its development it has become the main source of income if done seriously. The purpose of this study was to find out the portrait of digital-based non-formal business education in improving the creative economy. The method used in this research is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by collecting and analyzing journals related to keywords. Based on the literature study conducted, it was found that digital business knowledge can improve welfare by carrying out creative economic activities. Another fact is that it has a big role in the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Indonesia, especially in the context of poverty alleviation. Technological developments also have a positive impact on practical digital business opportunities. The results of this research have implications for the government and non-formal educational institutions to continue to make programs related to the digital-based creative economy, be it seminars, webinars, training or mentoring.

Bamboo waste is a type of waste or waste generated by development projects that still has the potential to be utilized, one of which is as a raw material in the manufacture of handicraft products. The use of bamboo waste as a raw material in the manufacture of handicrafts is still not optimal. The potential of bamboo waste as a raw material for making handicrafts is still wide open. The method used in this journal is first, an initial survey by identifying the potential for bamboo waste in the Kepanjenkidul Village. Second, collecting data through observation and interviews. Third, data analysis using quantitative and qualitative methods. Fourth, product development which aims to develop handicraft products from product waste. Fifth, evaluation of results to evaluate the success of implementing bamboo waste utilization. The MBKM 25 Thematic Community Service Group provides assistance and development of MSMEs in the form of implementing community service activities. The activity is to assist and assist in carrying out the production process to the packaging process.

E-government which can be broadly defined as the utilization of information and communication technology and the internet which has the ability to transform relations with citizens, business people and other government institutions. The development of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is currently very rapid and of course it must be addressed positively to increase community participation in realizing the principles of good governance (Good Governance). This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. Sources of data in this study are observation, literature, articles, journals, scientific research and sites on the internet. The Ministry of Home Affairs has a public service unit, one of which is the Directorate General of Population & Civil Registration, of course it is required to provide optimal service to the community. The implementation of e-government, related to service and dissemination of public information at the Ministry, especially at the Directorate General of Population and Civil Registration is already good and in the medium category, and still needs to be repaired and improved. The Ministry of Home Affairs in implementing e-government fulfills the first stage, namely information publishing and the two "official" two-way transactions based on the Deloitte & Touche framework and from the Government to Citizen (G2C) sector are included in the category, namely e-governance, e-service, and e-knowledge

Diversity in culture, ethnicity, language is not only a wealth or treasure in living together, but can also threaten unity, harmony and harmony. Conflicts between cultures, ethnicities and languages ​​often occur in social life. This had a negative impact not only on inter-ethnic life, but also on religious life. The purpose of this research is to examine the threat aspects of cultural diversity, as an opportunity to build and strengthen a sense of brotherhood, love for one another and uphold mutual respect and respect for differences as a capital of religious and social life by students of SMAK Bhakti Luhur Malang. The method used by researchers is a qualitative method. Researchers use a descriptive approach. Data sources are students of grades 1, II and III. The researcher chose 3 students as representatives of the population. In addition, data was also taken from teachers and school principals. The technique of determining informants uses purposive sampling technique. Researchers also refer to research results that have been published in national journals in order to map the novelty of this research. The data collection technique is an open interview. The instrument used by the researcher is a list of questions. The analysis technique goes through three stages namely reduction, display and data verification. The author concludes that tensions and conflicts are caused by low understanding and awareness in responding to differences in ethnicity, language and culture. Development of local culture in schools as a constructive step in developing religious values. Therefore, it is necessary to revive local cultural values ​​as a living laboratory for students so that they can be used as a basis for developing an attitude of religious moderation in the wider community.

Community welfare is an indicator of developme t goals. In its implementation, economic development will be faced with various problems that can hinder the success of such development. One of the complex problems related to the prosperity of the population is poverty. High poverty can have an impact on the emergence of various other social problems. It is difficult to know the exact cause and how effective control is to reduce poverty in Pandeglang Regency. The use of analytical tools in this study was carried out to identify and determine specific problems as a factor in the occurrence of poverty in Pandeglang Regency. In addition, this analysis method will contain information about events that must be considered in the scope of poverty alleviation that occurred in Pandeglang district. The final part of this journal discusses the design of poverty control procedures in Pandeglang Regency in approximately five years. Finally, it is hoped that the final results of this research will be very important to prevent poverty in Pandeglang Regency.

Female teachers of SMK Negeri 4 Surakarta have not been able to fill sustainable development, especially in increasing their professionalism in making scientific work. This work is very important in addition to measuring the success of learning as well as to improve the analytical skills of teachers in dealing with problems in the classroom. The problems faced by partners are: (1) lack of understanding and insight into the importance of other libraries that can be used to add teaching material in the teaching and learning process; (2) female teachers are not yet motivated to arrange scientific work as demands that must be met as professionals; (3) not many female teachers take advantage of opportunities and opportunities to develop themselves and increase their creativity as educators to support sustainable development practices; (4) there are still teachers who have not utilized the existence of mass media as partners that can be used to accommodate scientific work to meet the requirements as certified teachers. The targets of the Community Service are as follows: (1) socializing the importance of scientific work as a manifestation of professionalism; (2) holding a meeting to increase the motivation of female teachers in making work of innovation and creativity in order to improve the learning process; (3) provide training in the formulation of opinions based on scientific articles to be uploaded to online mass media. Outputs that can be given through community service are as follows: (1) report on the results of service; (2) making articles for scientific publications that are submitted to the journal of the results of the service; (3) submitting articles to mass media. The method of implementation is through socialization, training, mentoring and motivation. The results of the implementation of the activity showed the enthusiasm and great interest of the female teachers in the socialization and training of the preparation of scientific publications including articles produced to be published in print and online mass media.
