Breast milk contains various nutrients needed in the process of growth and development of infants. Exclusive breastfeeding, namely that babies are only given breast milk, without any liquid or solid food except vitamins, minerals or drugs in the form of drops or syrup until the age of 6 months. The main obstacle to achieving correct exclusive breastfeeding is the lack of proper knowledge about exclusive breastfeeding for mothers. Objective: A mother must have good knowledge of breastfeeding. The purpose of this study was to reveal the effect of social support on exclusive breastfeeding behavior, the influence of knowledge of breastfeeding mothers on exclusive breastfeeding behavior, as well as the effect of social support, knowledge of breastfeeding mothers on exclusive breastfeeding behavior. Methods: The research method used is quantitative, namely cross sectional analytic survey method. Results:The results of the analysis show that first, the direct effect of social support on exclusive breastfeeding behavior is 34.6% and the remaining 63.4% is influenced by other variables. Second, the effect of social support on the knowledge of breastfeeding mothers is 11.8%, the remaining 88.2% is influenced by other variables. Third, the effect of knowledge of breastfeeding mothers on exclusive breastfeeding behavior is 9.9% and the remaining 90.1% is influenced by other variables. Conclusion: this study is the influence of social support, knowledge of breastfeeding mothers on behavior of giving exclusive breast milk.

This study aims to determine the strategy for developing the natural tourism potential of Kebon Kopi tourism as a camping ground located in the Sumber Gogor area, Mangirejo Hamlet, Wonosalam Village, Jombang Regency. This research will use qualitative methods, observation, interviews, and literature study. The results of the study indicate that the supporting factors in the Kebon Kopi tourist attraction as a camping ground are very supportive for further development, while the deficiencies that exist need to be considered and handled seriously so as not to hinder the development of Kebon Kopi tourism as a camping ground. In addition, the strategy that needs to be carried out in developing Kebon Kopi tourism objects as camping grounds is the presence of new ideas and collaboration with the government, private sector, and academics.

Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) do not understand the importance of accountability, they have not been able to prepare financial reports based on financial accounting standards for micro, small and medium enterprises (SAK EMKM), and the use of digital technology in preparing financial reports has not been properly utilized by business actors. MSMEs. This community service activity aims to increase the perceptions of MSMEs in Cupak Village, Ngusikan District, Jombang Regency, East Java Province regarding the urgency of financial accountability for the business being carried out along with literacy in implementing SAK EMKM using digital, user-friendly accounting media. The method uses lectures, training and mentoring, the objects of community service activities are MSMEs actors in Cupak Village, Ngusikan District, Jombang Regency, East Java Province. The results achieved from this activity are increased understanding of the importance of business accountability and the implementation of financial records in accordance with SAK EMKM with user friendly digital accounting media. The mentoring fund training program makes MSMEs actors in Cupak Jombang understand the importance of accountability, this mentoring program makes MSMEs actors familiar with digital accounting information systems.

This study aims to determine the effect of e-service quality, price perceptions, and sales promotions on customer loyalty (a study on Grab online transportation service customers at KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah University, Jombang). This research uses quantitative methods with type research used, namely surveys. The population in this study are students of the economics faculty who use the Grab online transportation service. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, with a total sample of 80 respondents. The data collection technique uses an online questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression, coefficient of determination R2, T-test, and F-test. The results of this study show 1) There is no effect of e-service quality on customer loyalty study on Grab online transportation service customers at KH University. A. Wahab Hasbullah Jombang. 2) There is an influence of price perceptions on customer loyalty study on Grab online transportation service customers at KH University. A. Wahab Hasbullah Jombang. 3) There is an effect of sales promotion on customer loyalty study on Grab online transportation service customers at KH University. A. Background: Surgery or surgery that has been planned can bring about a stress reaction in patients, both physiological and psychological stress. The occurrence of this stress can lead to a condition of preoperative patient anxiety. Planned surgical actions can cause physiological and psychological responses in patients. The psychological response that usually occurs in preoperative patients is anxiety. Research Objectives: Knowing the effect of giving spiritual therapy guided by prayer on the level of anxiety in preoperative patients with spinal anesthesia in Jombang Hospital. Research Methods: This type of research uses a quasi experimental method with a pre post test research design with a control group design. Respondents were given pretest and posttest treatment using the APAIS scale measurement. The sample in this study was 22 respondents in the intervention group and 22 respondents in the control group. The sampling technique used consecutive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out in November - June 2021. Research Results: The results of data collection were processed using the Wilcoxon test in the intervention group of 0.000 and in the control group of 0.014 and using the Mann Whitney test. Results The Mann Whitney test yielded p=0.006 (p<0.05), so Ha was accepted. Conclusion: There is a significant effect of prayer guidance therapy on the anxiety level of preoperative patients with spinal anesthesia.  

Sub Arachnoid Block (SAB) regional anesthesia produces a sympathetic block of muscle relaxation, and a sensory block against peripheral temperature receptors thereby inhibiting the compensatory response to temperature. A factor that can cause a decrease in core temperature and disruption of the information pathways coming from the first receptor is a sympathetic blockage that causes peripheral vasodilation. This research is a non-experimental quantitative research with correlational analytical research methods and cross sectional research design. The study sample amounted to 72 respondents of spinal anesthesia patients. Sampling with consequential sampling techniques, the statistical test used is distribution frekuency. Of the 16 people who experienced high blocks, (75%) experienced shivering and (25%) did not experience shivering. Of the 36 respondents who experienced moderate blocking, (58.3%) experienced shivering and (41.7%) did not shivering. Of the 20 respondents who experienced low spinal block, (70%) did not experience shivering and (30%) experienced shivering.. In conclusion, there is the height of the anesthetic spinal block and the incidence of intraoperative shivering at the Central Surgical Installation of RSUD Jombang.

Revolusi industry 4.0 menuntut dunia pendidikan melakukan penyesuaian. Pada Pendidikan anak usia dini, kesiapan anak merupakan faktor penting dalam proses pembelajaran agar generasi mereka mampu bersaing secara global demi menjawab tantangan abad 21. Namun hasil riset menunjukkan bahwa Pendidikan di Indonesia masih membutuhkan banyak ruang untuk perbaikan, khususnya pada pembelajaran matematika dan sains.. Guna mengatasi masalah tersebut adalah dengan memberikan pendekatan STEAM. Tujuan penelitian dengan pendekatan STEAM adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi, diantaranya keterampilan memecahkan masalah dan berpikir kritis di TK Dewi Sartika Kecamatan Mojoagung Kabupaten Jombang. Model penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan desain quasi eksperimental dengan nonequivalent control group design. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 56 anak berusia 5-6 tahun. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara observasi dengan nilai pretest-posttest sebagai jumlah yang akan diuji. Dari uji besarnya pengaruh variabel didapatkan bahwa antara nilai pretest-posttest mengalami peningkatan sebanyak 14,43. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Pembelajaran Berbasis STEAM dapat digunakan sebagai stimulasi untuk meningkatkan Keterampilan Berpikir Tingkat Tinggi Pada Anak Usia Dini.

Pada umumnya media yang sering digunakan di sekolah antara lain media gambar dan media abstrak lainnya, media laptop atau komputer, proyektor, pengeras suara, dan alat sejenis lainnya. Kadang-kadang guru lalai menggunakan sumber belajar yang tersedia di daerah terdekat untuk mempromosikan kegiatan belajar.Namun pada penelitian ini peneliti bertujuan menumbuhkan keaktifan siswa dengan menerapkan pemanfaatan barang bekas sebagai media pembelajaran matematika pada materi bangun ruang. Pendekatan yang digunakan pada penelitian yaitu kualitatif, untuk metode penelitiannya peneliti menggunakan metode deskriptif yang mana dalam pengumpulan data peneliti menggunakan teknik yaitu observasi dan dokumentasi. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SDN Cilegon IX yang beralamatkan di Jl Tumenggung No.9, Jombang Wetan, Kec. Jombang, Kota Cilegon Prov. BantenSaat melakukan pengumpulan data di lapangan peneliti juga melakukan analisis data. Semua data yang telah di dapat kemudian diolah melalui tiga tahap analisis data kualitatif yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yang ditemukan pada penelitian ini bahwa penggunan barang bekas sebagai media pembelajaran ini dapat membuat situasi kelas menjadi hidup karena media ini sangat menarik minat dan perhatian siswa terutama jika siswa dilibatkan langsung untuk berkreasi dan membuat media pembelajaran itu sendiri sehingga siswa menjadi lebih aktif dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Pemanfaatan barang bekas sebagai media pembelajaran pada pembelajaran matematika ini dapat mempermudah siswa dalam memahami materi bangun ruang karena dengan menggunakan barang bekas ini siswa dapat mengeksplorasi dan berkreasi membuat media pembelajaran sendiri.

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of using scrabble game in students’ vocabulary mastery in seventh grade of junior high school. The study was carried out at SMPN 1 Gudo Jombang. Pre-experimental research techniques and a quantitative research design were used in this study. A one-group pretest-posttest design was adopted by the researcher. Thirty students from class VII-H of SMPN 1 Gudo made up the sample for this study. Tests were utilized by the researcher to gather data. The findings of this study suggest that playing scrabble can help students learn more vocabulary. The significant value obtained from the data analysis utilizing the paired sample t-test and normality test in SPSS version 25 statistics supports this. From normality test a significance result of 0.106 > 0.05, indicating that the data are normal. The paired sample t-test additionally displays a significance value of 0.000 0.05, indicating that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected. Given that the scrabble game has a considerable impact on students' vocabulary knowledge, it is advised that it be used to help students learn vocabulary.

Besarnya pengeluaran biaya pakan konsentrat pada usaha ternak masih menjadi masalah umum bagi para peternak. Memilih alternatif pakan memiliki kandungan protein lebih tinggi seperti pemanfaatan larva Black Soldier Fly dapat dijadikan solusi permasalahannya. Oleh karena itu, kelompok 02 KKN-T UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur mengadakan sosialisasi dan pelatihan budidaya larva Black Soldier Fly (BSF) di desa Nglebak, kecamatan Bareng, kabupaten Jombang. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah adanya budidaya larva BSF akan menjadi solusi pakan ternak yang secara berkelanjutan. Metode pelaksanaannya yaitu dengan melakukan penyuluhan dan pelatihan secara langsung tentang cara perawatan dan budidaya larva BSF kepada kader PKK desa Nglebak. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah adanya produksi maggot BSF sebagai pakan ternak alternatif, pupuk organik dalam bentuk cair dan padat, reduksi sampah rumah tangga dan modul budidaya BSF. Hasil monitoring dan evaluasi juga menunjukkan adanya antusias warga untuk mengadakan budidaya yang sama.

Perubahan zaman membawa gaya hidup belanja masyarakat bergeser dari konvensional menuju penjualan online. Metode penelitian memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan pelaku UMKM untuk memasarkan produknya ke On line atau digital di Desa Jombang, Kecamatan Ciputat, Tangsel, Banten sebanyak 60 pelaku UMKM. Kesimpulan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, apabila pelaku UMKM berubah ke pemasaran digital adalah; (a). Mudah Terhubung dengan Konsumen, (b). Mudah Melacak Perilaku Konsumen, (c). Dapat Meningkatkan Pendapatan Bisnis, (d). Bisnis Dapat Lebih Kompetitif, (e). Teknik Marketing Lebih Mudah dan Simple, (f). Dapat Menghemat Biaya Promosi, (g). Teknik Pemasaran Lebih Bervariatif, (h). Hasil Promosi Dapat Dilacak dengan Mudah, (i). Dapat Mempercepat Terjadinya Penjualan dan (j). Dapat Membantu di Dalam Pengelolaan Bisnis.

Carangwulung village located in Wonosalam sub-district, Jombang district has the potential of abundant natural resources from plantation products ranging from bananas, durian, salak, to coffee. The large number of products produced in the Segunung Traditional Village is an interesting addition for implementers to focus on increasing promotions and marketing activities that can be carried out independently by the Segunung Traditional Village. The facilities owned by the Segunung Traditional Village ranging from coffee plantations, coffee shops, and springs should be able to make economic potential and tourism education potential that can be offered and make Segunung Traditional Village into a village that has independence in terms of the creative economy. However, the potential possessed by this Traditional Village is still not a tourism product that is well packaged and attractive for tourists who visit in a sustainable manner. This is partly due to the fact that activities have not been documented, village products are not properly published and are not published in an interesting way. Dusun Segunung has several social media options, but partners feel that creative content ideas are very difficult to grow. Starting from how photos, videos of creative products and designs can be managed properly and produced sustainably. The method of implementing community service is in the form of consultation, socialization and assistance on digital marketing strategies, especially in the form of creative videos and social media management. The socialization and mentoring covered material and practice on videography and video editing techniques using simple technology, smartphones. Through this activity, partners are expected to be able to optimize social media in promoting the potential of their villages, events and business products in order to reach a wider market so that business development and progress can ultimately increase the income of the Segunung Traditional Village.

Latar Belakang: Kehamilan merupakan suatu kondisi yang akan dialami oleh setiap perempuan yang sudah menikah, namun pada masa kehamilan tidak selalu bisa dilalui dengan kondisi tubuh yang fit. Permasalahan yang biasanya muncul adalah ketidaknyamanan selama kehamilan misalnya mual muntah, sakit kepala, sering kencing, keputihan, nyeri punggung dank ram pada kaki. Tujuan: laporan tugas akhir ini ditujukan untuk member asuhan kebidanan secara komprehensif terhadap ibu hamil, bersalin, nifas, bayi baru lahir dan KB. Metode: penelitian deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus. Asuhan kebidanan menggunakan  Continuity of Care serta data dikumpulkan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, serta penatalaksanaan asuhan. Subyek yang digunakan yaitu Ny. H G2 P1A0 usia kehamilan 32 minggu dengan kehamilan normal keluhan sering kencing di PMB Lilis Suryawati, M.Kes. tempat penelilitian Desa Sambong Dukuh Kecamatan Jombang Kabupaten Jombang. Hasil : asuhan kebidanan terhadap Ny H G2 P1A0 dengan kehamilan normal keluhan sering kencing, asuhan persalinan dengan persalinan normal spontan belakang kepala tidak ada penyulit maupun komplikasi, asuhan nifas dengan nifas normal tanpa penyulit dan komplikasi, asuhan keluarga berencana dengan metode kontrasepsi MAL, asuhan bayi baru lahir dengan bayi baru lahir normal. Kesimpulan: Asuhan kebidanan komprehensif ini mencakup pemberian asuhan dan penatalksanaan secara mandiri dan kolaborasi, tidak ada penyulit selama pemberian asuhan pada masa kehamilan, persalinan, nifas, keluarga berencana dan bayi baru lahir.Kata Kunci: isi, format, artikel.

Dalam bidang pendidikan, manajemen sumber daya manusia perlu melaksanakan fungsinya dengan baik agar dapat menghadirkan para guru, karyawan serta tenaga kependidikan yang berkualitas. Kualitas sumber daya manusia yang ada dalam suatu sekolah juga akan menghasilkan output yang berkualitas sesuai dengan visi sekolah. Manajemen sumber daya manusia di SDI Abu Dzar, Jombang, Tangerang Selatan menjalankan fungsinya melalui indikator perencanaan, rekrutmen dan seleksi, peningkatan kompetensi pegawai, pengembangan karir, penilaian kinerja, dan kompensasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif. Adapun implementasi manajemen sumber daya manusia di SDI Abu Dzar berdasarkan hasil analisis penelitian, sudah terlaksana dengan baik yang ditandai dengan terlaksananya fungsi manajemen sumber daya manusia. seperti adanya perencanaan, pengembangan karir, peningkatan kompetensi yang baik dan dalam hal kompensasi yang sangat menyejahterakan pegawai. Walaupun dari segi rekrutmen belum sesuai dengan ketentuan yang diakibatkan oeh beberapa factor, salah satunya banyaknya jumlah peserta didik baru yang tidak dapat diprediksi setiap tahunnya namun sedikitnya jumlah pelamar saat pembukaan rekrutmen guru. Maka itu dalam proses rekrutmen, jika ada yang tidak sesuai ketentuan masih bisa diberi kesempatan. Manajemen sumber daya manusia menjadi hal yang penting untuk dimiliki oleh setiap organisasi maupun perusahaan dalam berbagai bidang Baik buruknya kualitas sumber daya manusia juga merupakan faktor penentu kualitas organisasi tersebut. . Dalam bidang pendidikan, manajemen sumber daya manusia perlu melaksanakan fungsinya dengan baik agar dapat menghadirkan para guru, karyawan serta tenaga kependidikan yang berkualitas. This study aims to predict the effect of customer experience on word of mouth either directly or indirectly using a mediating variable, namely customer satisfaction, this study uses an instrument, namely a questionnaire distributed to 100 customers of Bank Mandiri Syariah Jombang. and the results of the study show that the variable customer experience has a direct and indirect effect on word of mouth through customer satisfaction, and the variable costumer satisfaction directly affects word of mouth

Competition in the business world is increasingly diverse, encouraging companies to compete in competing markets and consumers. This is what happened to the Takoto UMKM. This study aims to determine the marketing strategies used by UMKM Takoto to increase sales. This type of research is conducted using descriptive qualitative methods in the form of case studies on the Takoto UMKM business. This study aims: (1) to study the marketing strategy (marketing mix) of products at UMKM Takoto. (2) provide alternative marketing suggestions for UMKM Takoto products. The conclusions of this study are: (1) the product is considered good by consumers and already has 5 elements of product strategy such as product attributes, brand, packaging, and labels, but the product does not last long because it uses ingredients that do not contain preservatives; (2) the pricing strategy is oriented towards production costs so that in the future it can be considered for pricing by looking at the prices of competitors' products; (3) the promotion strategy of Takoto's UMKM pastries is still limited because it uses more personal selling rather than intense promotion through advertising; (4) Takoto's UMKM pastry products are marketed directly to consumers and through retailers, however the dominant marketing is direct to consumers so that the bargaining position is stronger because it does not depend on retailers.

           Many strategies that can be used to increase sales and attract consumers to buy products offered by manufacturers. One strategy that is widely used by companies is the marketing mix strategy. Marketing activities that focus on product self-focus, pricing, distribution policies, and means of promotion are known as the marketing mix or Marketing Mix. This study aims to evaluate the internal evaluation and indicators of the appropriate marketing mix strategy and is applied to increase the sales volume at Griya Manik-Manik Kaca Plumbon. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis method, by collecting data directly from the company by making observations, interviews according to the research subject. The results showed that the strategy adopted by Griya Manik-Manik Kaca Plumbon has worked well, where the four marketing strategy variables support and complement each other, and have different roles in marketing their products. We recommend that the owner of the Plumbon Griya Glass Bead UMKM should be upgraded with the marketing mix that has been applied. The strategy used by the company is good, but it would be better if the company plans to continue to improve strategies considering that many other competitors have issued similar products.
