This research was carried out against the background because currently food and beverage companies are growing rapidly and many investors are starting to invest their capital in companies in this sector. Before investing capital, what you need to look at in companies in this sector is their company value, however there are several companies whose company value decreases every year. The purpose of this research is to find out how much investment decisions, funding decisions and activity ratios influence company value in food and beverage companies included in ISSI. In this study, researchers used a 5 year period/time period from 2018-2022. Researchers used a quantitative approach in this research. The sampling technique used in this research is the purposive sampling method/using certain criteria. Then the population used in this research was 61 companies, and after conducting sample criteria, 12 food and beverage companies were included in the ISSI for the 2018-2022 period. Furthermore, the data analysis used/used by researchers in this research is panel data analysis which combines cross sections (observing many companies at one time) and time series (time series). This test shows the results that variables X1 (investment decisions) and X3 (activity ratio) have a significant positive influence on company value, while variable X2 (funding decisions) has an insignificant negative influence on company value. And the results of the simultaneous test of variables X1 (investment decisions), X2 (funding decisions) and X3 (activity ratio) influence Y (company value).

Financial management is a key aspect in achieving financial well-being of the community. However, the level of financial literacy in Indonesia is still low, requiring education and development of financial literacy to reduce ineffective financial decisions. The Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) are actively encouraging the improvement of financial literacy, with a focus on education, national campaigns, strengthening infrastructure, and developing affordable financial service products. Financial literacy, which includes knowledge, understanding, skills, and motivation in making financial decisions, has a positive impact on financial management behavior. Individuals with higher levels of financial literacy tend to make better financial decisions, avoid investment fraud, and understand the principles of financial planning. However, income also plays an important role as a moderator, influencing the relationship between financial literacy and financial management. Individuals with low incomes tend to have lower financial literacy, which can affect their financial management practices. Therefore, challenges such as behavioral bias and external factors can affect financial literacy and its management implementation.

The agricultural sector plays an important role in Indonesia's capital markets, making a significant contribution to the economy despite facing the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. The consistent growth of this sector, marked by an increase in contribution to GDP by 2.20% in 2020 and 12.4% in 2022, has attracted investor interest. To support better investment decisions, agricultural companies need to improve the quality of the financial information they present. The implementation of PSAK 69, which requires disclosure of the fair value of biological assets, is an important step in increasing corporate transparency and accountability. This research aims to empirically test the influence of the fair value of biological assets and disclosure of biological assets on  firm value in the Indonesian agricultural sector for the 2018-2022 period. The research was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that disclosure of biological assets has a positive effect on increasing firm value, while the fair value of biological assets does not have a significant effect.

Profitability, capital structure, and company size simultaneously affect firm value. Based on the results of the analysis and conclusions obtained, it is hoped that future companies can manage their debt in order to reduce their interest expense. For future researchers, it is recommended to add other variables such as dividend policy variables and CSR. For investors, it is advisable to consider profitability and capital structure factors in making investment decisions because it is proven that they have an effect on firm value.

The phenomenon of investment in the capital market is increasingly developing, especially the sharia capital market. Establishing a sharia capital market is the right decision considering that Indonesia is the country with the largest number of Muslims. The sharia capital market should be helped by the presence of a large Muslim community. However, in reality the level of public interest in the Islamic capital market has decreased. Irwan Abdullah as Head of the IDX Sharia Capital Market Division said that the market share of the sharia capital market decreased after the Covid-19 pandemic. Determining investment decisions is related to several things, such as financial literacy, risk tolerance, and religiosity. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of financial literacy, risk tolerance and religiosity on the decision to invest in the sharia capital market among FEBI UIN K.H Abdurrahman Wahid Pekalongan students. This type of research is field research or field research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was 2569 FEBI students. The data collection method is a questionnaire that has been tested as valid and reliable using a sample of 100 respondents. This research uses a multiple linear regression test data analysis method with the help of SPSS 21. The results of this research show that financial literacy and religiosity influence investment decisions. Meanwhile, risk tolerance does not influence investment decisions. Then simultaneously financial literacy, risk tolerance and religiosity influence investment decisions.
