Background: Schizophrenia is a disease that affects various areas of individual functioning, including thinking, communicating, receiving, interpreting reality, feeling, and showing emotions. Based on data from 32% of schizophrenics who commit acts of violence, and 16% of violent behavior towards clients results in death. One of the treatments that can be done is Sensory Stimulation therapy which is an effort to stimulate all the five senses (sensory) in order to provide an adequate response so as to increase the ability to control violent behavior in schizophrenic patients. schizophrenia Method: applying sensory stimulation therapy applied to 2 patients in the form of a case study. Results: The results showed that there was an increase in the patient's ability to control violent behavior which resulted in an increase in the score of the ability to control angry behavior by 10 and 9 points. Conclusion: Based on the data generated by the two patients, after the sensory stimulation therapy strategy was carried out, the risk of violent behavior decreased. With different amounts but with the same treatment.

This study aims to describe and describe 1) the causes of changes in the role and function of dancers' positions by using women in Galombang Kreasi dance. 2) the role and function of female dancers in Galombang Kreasi dance performances. This type of research is qualitative research with descriptive methods. The instrument of this study is the researcher himself and assisted by supporting instruments such as stationery and cameras. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of literature studies, observations, interviews and documentation. The steps of analyzing or analyzing are data reduction, data presentation and inferring data. The results showed that the Galombang Kreasi dance is usually performed by men who can number up to dozens of people and then divided into two groups, where each group seems to be a group of bodyguards. Galombang Kreasi dance has a little element of pencak silat in its movements, so that when it is performed there will be a little martial arts attraction in the series of dances performed, in contrast to pasambahan dance which highlights elegance in every movement and can also be performed by women. This research is based on the background of rule violations that often occur by officers during On The Job Training (OJT) at Sultan Muhamad Salahuddin Bima Airport, for example, such as not being on time and wearing incomplete uniforms. The purpose of this study was to determine the performance strategy of AVSEC officers in checking passenger goods on X-Ray machines and how AVSEC officers handle malfunctioning X-Ray machines. The method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation and using SWOT analysis variable weighting. Respondents in this study were security officers in the X-Ray machine section of the Aviation Security unit at Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Airport in Bima. The results of this study are: 1). The performance strategy of AVSEC officers in checking passenger goods on X-Ray machines at Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Airport is in accordance with existing handling standards and can support the continuity of discipline of duties and responsibilities that are better. 2). The way AVSEC officers handle malfunctioning X-Ray machines at Sultan Muhammad Salahudin Airport in Bima is by checking goods manually using Walk Through Metal Detector (WTMD) and Hand Held Metal Detecor (HHMD) machines.  The performance strategy of Aviation Security officers shows in quadrant one, namely aggressive growth (grow oriented strategy).

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Product Design and Process Design on Product Quality at PT. Wijaya Agape Tasikmalaya. The research method used is survey, while the type of data used is primary and secondary data. The population in this study are all employees at PT. Wijaya Agape Tasikmalaya numbered 60 people. By taking total/census sampling, the data analysis technique uses path analysis using SPSS software. The results of the study show that good product design has a significant impact on product quality. Aspects such as aesthetics, functionality, and product usability have a positive influence on consumer perceptions of product quality. In addition, effective process design also contributes to product quality. Structured and standardized processes can reduce product defects and improve reliability. This research provides a better understanding of the importance of product design and process design in achieving the desired product quality. The results of this research can be used by companies to improve their design processes and ensure that the resulting products are of good quality. By paying attention to product design and process design holistically, the company can meet customer expectations and maintain a competitive advantage in the market.

Service quality is one of the main things that are considered in the company. Customer assessment of service quality is very important for service providers, because it affects the company's performance and position in the market. Service quality as a result of the perception of the comparison between customer expectations with the actual performance of services. In other words, there are two main factors that affect service quality, namely expected service (expected experience) and perceived service (service received). Meanwhile, the total quality of a service consists of 3 main components, namely: technical quality (consisting of: search quality, experience quality, credence quality), functional quality, and corporate image. This study aims to determine the effect of Service Quality and Brand Image on Consumer Satisfaction and Consumer Loyalty. This type of research uses quantitative as many as 170 respondents. With the analysis technique in this study using SEM analysis. The results of this study partially show that the service quality variable has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction. Brand Image has no effect on Consumer Satisfaction. Service Quality has no effect on Consumer Loyalty. Brand image has no effect on Consumer Loyalty. Consumer Satisfaction has no effect on Consumer Loyalty.

The rapid flow of scientific and technological developments requires an increase in the quality of human resources. This study aims to know the cost of designing maintenance using the Reliability Centered Maintenance method. Based on the results of the flexural strength test of concrete after 28 days of age, the highest test results obtained for the flexural strength of concrete were the addition of 100 grams of granulated sugar worth 3.00 MPa for the second was the addition of 50 grams of granulated sugar worth 0.515 MPa and for the third was the addition of sugar sand 70 grams 0.454 Mpa. This composition cannot be said to have decreased due to immersion in sea water, because there is no proven comparison with immersion using ordinary water.

CV Dafista Mulia is a drinking water producer company located in Lamongan Regency. The problem that is often faced by companies is the amount of waste that occurs in the process of producing bottled drinking water. The most critical percentage of waste in the bottled water production process (AMDK) is waste overproduction with a weighting percentage of 25.4%; waste defet with a weighting percentage of 16.2%; waste inventory with a weighting percentage of 14.9%; waste unnecessary motion with a weighting percentage of 14.1%; waste transportation with a weighting percentage of 11.7%; waste waiting with a weighting percentage of 9%; and waste excess processing with a weighting percentage of 8.7%. The initial activity time before the repair was 466 minutes (7 Hours 46 Minutes) and after the repair was reduced to 416 minutes (6 Hours 51 Minutes). Based on the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), it is known that the root cause of the problem with the highest waste is Overproduction, namely production planning that is not quite right with a Risk Priority Number (RPN) score of 396. Recommendations for improvements that can be proposed are to carry out production planning using data - historical data that exists and is adjusted to balance the purchasing of raw materials with orders from consumers so that the results of the Overproduction can become a safety stock so that the Overproduction can function in the next consumer order.

Accounting is a process of recording, classifying, and concluding every financial transaction that occurs and is the main thing in the hospital's finance department. The finance department is also used as a reference by the directors in making policies and decisions. The existence of an Accounting Information System will make it easier for the finance department and other related parts such as cashiers and accounting to collect data.    This study aims to determine whether the accounting information system for inpatient income at Benyamin Guluh Hospital, Kolaka Regency, is good or not. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive research while the processed data sources are secondary obtained through documents, notes, reports, archives and other supports according to the needs of the author. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of observation, interviews, and documentation which will be analyzed qualitatively and described in descriptive form.    The results of the data analysis show that the organizational structure contained in the Benyamin Guluh Hospital, Kolaka Regency, has separated the duties and authorities of each work function. The procedures used are also in accordance with generally accepted standard operating procedures.

This research was started because there was a problem where the economic existence of the people who were members of the Fish Processing and Marketing Group (Poklahsar) in Pangandaran Regency was still not optimal. Their income is still fluctuating. There are many obstacles, especially raw materials and nature, which greatly affect the process of implementing the processing and marketing of these fish, considering that not all fish can be processed and marketed, only certain fish can be processed and marketed, and even that is constrained by the season. Thus, the purpose of this study is to determine the strategy of the Department of Maritime Affairs, Fisheries and Food Security in improving the economics of the Processing and Marketing Group (Poklahsar) in Pangandaran Regency, the obstacles and efforts it has made. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study concluded that the Department of Marine Affairs, Fisheries and Food Security implemented the main generic, main and functional strategies in improving the economics of the Processing and Marketing Group (Poklahsar) in Pangandaran Regency. The obstacles faced by the Office of Maritime Affairs, Fisheries and Food Security in implementing strategies to improve the economics of the Processing and Marketing Group (Poklahsar) in Pangandaran Regency are human resources, raw materials, funds and prices. Efforts made by the Office of Maritime Affairs, Fisheries and Food Security to overcome obstacles in implementing strategies for improving the economy of the Processing and Marketing Group (Poklahsar) in Pangandaran Regency are conducting training and developing HR competencies, providing injections of funds and assistance with processing infrastructure facilities to Poklahsar, and set prices. Therefore, one of the efforts for waste management is needed to increase the knowledge of the community in the village of Suka Damai, namely additional information and knowledge and awareness of the community group will make EE as one of the multi-functional products, which can overcome the problem of a lot of waste or organic waste, especially in households, The effort is to overcome and protect the environment, which has a good positive effect that can also be used to fertilize the soil. . The method of this activity was carried out using lecture and discussion methods, as well as hands-on practice. The results of this EE making training can help the community in managing organic waste, both fruit and vegetable waste.

Background; Stroke is a blood circulation disorder in the brain which results in the death of brain tissue. Stroke patients who experience hemiparesis can result in functional impairment, impaired mobility, impaired daily activities and irreversible disability. Purpose: This study aims to determine the results of implementing rubber ball ROM exercise on muscle strength in non-hemorrhagic stroke patients. Methods: The application was carried out using a descriptive method with a case study design in non-hemorrhagic stroke patients who are at risk of experiencing muscle weakness. The application of the rubber ball rom exercise was carried out for 4 consecutive days by holding the rubber ball for 5 seconds and repeated 7 times. Results: There was an increase in muscle strength of 1 degree in both respondents after the rubber ball ROM exercise. Conclusion: The results of the application to the two respondents between before and after being given the rubber ball ROM exercise showed an increase in muscle strength. So that rubber ball ROM exercise can be used as a non-pharmacological technique to increase muscle strength in stroke patients.

Maximum implementation of nurse work in quality health services occurs when the nursing care implementation system supports professional nursing practice according to standards (RI Law No. 38, 2014). This study explains the steps for choosing the right strategy based on the Routweer concept approach by comparing the performance of the strategy before the new strategy is introduced, which is the development strategy or known by the name Restructurisation. By using a semi-structured interview method, SWOT analysis and QSPM, there will be found an effective strategy that can help achieve the organization’s objectives effectively and efficiently to support the vision, mission and the goals of regional development. From this research, based on QSPM calculation results, it can be concluded that the strategy improves coordination with various work partners (7,8), increases the partnership with UPR to increase the seed production, increases the cooperation with universities, research institutes and other partners (6,25), and becomes a priority strategy.

Warunk AIUEO is a place to eat that provides menus are usually served by food stalls. This restaurant usually crowded with young people, provides main menus such as noodles, bread, and various kinds of rice. Warunk AIUEO established since 2014, is able to increase fast food noodles but still at affordable prices. Therefore, this study aims to see what factors motivate consumers to visit this place based on the profile characteristics of consumers. This study used questionnaire as a tool for data collection, respondents are limited who live in Bandung. The number of respondents in this study amounted to 40 respondents. The variables in the questionnaire are 14 manifest variables which are processed using factor analysis to reduce the number of variables to 3 factors which represent the 14 initial variables. These three factors are reliability, assurance, and serviceability. The results of the factor analysis are then used to input cluster analysis data, which aims to group respondents based on their characteristics when deciding to visit Warunk AIUEO. Cluster analysis shows that 3 clusters are formed which are labeled modern, functional, and simple.

IDBB was obtained from the infusion technique with distilled water and then the infusion was used on 25 diuretic rats which were divided into 5 groups. Group I (negative) Na-CMC 0.5%, group II, III, IV, IDBB doses of 10, 20, 40%, and group V (positive) Furosemide 3.6 mg/kgBW were given orally. Rats were given aquadest orally at a dose of 15 ml/kgBW. Mice were placed in metabolic cages, then a physical examination of urine was carried out every 1 hour for 6 hours. The results showed that the IDK with the best dose was 40% which gave an increase in urine volume, had an effect on urine pH, had an effect on urine specific gravity, had an effect on urine color, and had an effect on urine clarity.

Manifestations that can be found in patients with Parkinson's Disease can be assessed through the Hoehn and Yahr Scale (HY). Current treatment for Parkinson's disease aims to reduce motor symptoms and slow the progression of the disease.

Crew Boat is a ship used to transport crews and supply food, water, and equipment to support offshore oil drilling activities. The crew boat 40 M was built at PT. FGH has a hull of 12 people and a passenger carrying capacity of 70 people. This ship also has 3 prime movers so that the ship can go at speeds of up to 25 knots. When the ship operates from the port to the oil drilling site carrying full passengers and other equipment that supports the oil drilling, it is expected that this Crew Boat ship is expected to be able to carry passengers and other equipment stably or not sway. So this research was conducted to determine the stability of the Crew Boat. Ship stability is obtained by modeling using the Maxsurf modeler to make a ship hull model and also using Maxsurf Stability with 3 different loadings. Obtained from the research results of the Crew Boat 40 M ship built at PT.FGH meets the modification criteria with IMO Intact Stability and the ship is suitable for use according to its function.

The application of VE in the construction sector is a systematic process by a multidisciplinary team focused on value and function.
