Gross motor development is an essential aspect of early childhood education because it contributes to body coordination, balance, muscle strength, and children’s readiness for physical activities. One of the activities that can be used to stimulate gross motor skills is dancing, particularly regional creative dance. This community service program aims to implement the Janger creative dance as a medium to develop gross motor skills in kindergarten group B children. The method used was evaluative with the CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, Product), involving observation, interviews, and documentation. The activity was carried out once a week through stages of rhythm introduction, basic movements, body coordination, and simple dance sequences. The results showed that more than 80% of the children experienced improvement in aspects of balance, movement coordination, agility, and large muscle control. In addition, the activity also enhanced children's self-confidence, courage, and social interaction. Therefore, the Janger dance is proven to be effective as a gross motor stimulation and is suitable to be used as a culturally based learning strategy in early childhood education.

Diabetic nephropathy is a chronic complication resulting from hyperglycemia, which triggers oxidative stress and inflammation, leading to progressive structural and functional kidney damage. Orange peel and Aloe vera contain bioactive compounds with antioxidant and antifibrotic properties that may protect the kidneys from diabetes induced injury. Nanoemulsion delivery systems can enhance the bioavailability of these extracts in the body. This experimental study aimed to analyze the nephroprotective effects of orange peel and Aloe vera nanoemulsion in a diabetic nephropathy rat model, including glomerular morphology and kidney function. A post-test only control group design was used on Wistar rats divided into five groups: positive control, negative control, and three treatment groups receiving varying nanoemulsion doses. Glomerular structure was evaluated by assessing the number of glomeruli exhibiting synechiae and analyzed using the Kruskal–Wallis test due to non-normal data distribution, yielding p=0.2387 (p>0.05), indicating no significant differences among groups. Urea levels were elevated above normal, whereas creatinine levels remained within normal limits. Although not statistically significant, the treatment groups demonstrated nephroprotective tendencies, shown by improvements in glomerular synechiae in the diabetic nephropathy model.

Early childhood is a critical period for growth and development, characterized by rapid changes in neurological, motor, sensory, and emotional systems. Stimulation during this stage plays a vital role, and non-pharmacological interventions such as massage and aromatherapy may enhance developmental outcomes. This quasi-experimental study employed a pretest–posttest control group design to evaluate the effectiveness of infant massage combined with aromatherapy. Twenty infants aged 3–12 months who met inclusion and exclusion criteria were recruited and assigned to either a control group (infant massage only) or an intervention group (infant massage with aromatherapy). Growth parameters (weight, length, head circumference) and developmental outcomes were measured using the Developmental Pre-Screening Questionnaire, covering gross motor, fine motor, language, and personal-social domains. Infants in the intervention group demonstrated significantly greater improvements in body weight, body length, head circumference, and developmental scores compared to the control group. These findings indicate that the addition of aromatherapy to infant massage provides measurable benefits for both physical growth and developmental progress. Combined infant massage and aromatherapy represent effective non-pharmacological strategies for early stimulation, supporting optimal growth and developmental trajectories in infants.

This study examines how changes in company value are affected by profitability, liquidity, and asset structure using a case study of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk from 2017 to 2024. The Fixed Asset Ratio (FAR), which serves as a proxy for asset structure, the Return on Assets (ROA), which measures profitability, and the Current Ratio (CR), which measures liquidity, are the independent variables in the Price to Book Value (PBV) ratio. The study data came from BCA's public annual financial reports, and SPSS software was used to do multiple linear regression analysis. The findings demonstrate that changes in firm valuation are significantly positively impacted by profitability, suggesting that improved profit performance fosters favorable investor attitudes. On the other hand, throughout the observation period, changes in the company's value are not significantly impacted by liquidity or asset structure. This result is consistent with some earlier research, although it varies in the area of liquidity's impact, indicating a lack of consistency among investigations. Practically speaking, banking management may utilize the study's findings to develop financial plans that emphasize boosting profitability in order to optimize business value. Academically, this study adds to the body of knowledge on the elements that influence corporate value, particularly in the Indonesian banking sector, and addresses the present research gap on the impact of liquidity and asset structure.

This study discusses the design and development of an automatic safety system for a wood cutting machine using Arduino Uno, a PIR (Passive Infrared) sensor, and a servo motor as the main components. The system is designed to automatically stop the movement of the wood cutting machine when human motion is detected around the cutting area, thereby minimizing the risk of work-related accidents. The research method includes hardware design, microcontroller programming, and system response testing using two types of test objects: the human body and a wooden block. The results show that the system operates according to the programmed logic. When the PIR sensor detects human motion, the servo motor stops and the red LED lights up as a danger indicator. In contrast, when no human motion is detected, the servo motor continues to move normally and the green LED remains on as a safe indicator. The system’s average response time is 0.6 seconds, indicating a fast and accurate performance. Therefore, the designed system is considered effective and can serve as a prototype of a simple safety tool to enhance operator safety in wood cutting machines.

Nutritional problems in toddlers remain a public health challenge in Indonesia, including in Tarakan City, North Kalimantan. The 2018 Basic Health Research (Riskesdas) data shows a high prevalence of malnutrition, severe malnutrition, and stunting in toddlers, with data showing that based on the body weight index (BB/A) the prevalence of malnourished toddlers is 3.9% while 13.8% of toddlers are undernourished. Based on the height-for-age (H/A) index, there are 11.5% of toddlers with very short nutritional status and 19.3% of toddlers with stunted nutritional status. Meanwhile, based on the weight-for-height (BB/H) index, the proportion of very wasted children is 3.5%, undernourished children are 6.7%, and overweight children are 8% (Riskesdas, 2018). Because of these problems, early nutrition education efforts are needed. This community service activity aims to increase the knowledge of toddler mothers about the importance of balanced nutrition for children, especially through the use of UHT milk as a nutritional supplement, as well as strengthening the role of integrated health posts (Posyandu) in monitoring child growth and development. Thus, this community service activity contributes to raising public awareness of the importance of meeting toddler nutritional needs and is expected to support government programs to reduce the prevalence of stunting in Tarakan City.

Advocates are law enforcers whose professionalism depends on a structured organization. Following Constitutional Court Decision No. 112/PUU-XI/2013, advocate organizations in Indonesia have experienced fragmentation (multi-bar). This situation has created disorganization, differing recruitment standards, education, and enforcement of codes of ethics, weakening national oversight of the profession. This study aims to analyze the legal standing and organizational form of the National Advocates Council (DAN) to address this disorganization, specifically in light of Law No. 18 of 2003 concerning Advocates. The method used is normative juridical with a statutory and conceptual approach. The study concludes that to maintain freedom of association and achieve professional unity, DAN should be established as a federation, not a single body (single bar). DAN's primary function is to establish uniform national professional standards, enforce codes of ethics, oversee legal aid, and strengthen the integrity of advocates as law enforcers. The establishment of DAN requires a revision of the Advocates Law to ensure strong legal standing.

Ironing activities in the laundry service industry are performed repeatedly and for long periods, creating a high potential for non-ergonomic work postures. At Laundry Cio’ta, ironing is carried out every day from 08:00 to 21:00 by two workers, which increases the risk of fatigue and musculoskeletal disorders due to continuous and repetitive movements. This study aims to analyze workers’ ironing postures using the REBA method to determine the level of ergonomic risk. Data were collected through direct observation and measurement of body posture angles during the ironing process. The assessment results showed a Score A of 4 and a Score B of 2, producing an initial REBA score of 4. With the addition of an activity score of +1, considering the repetitive nature of the task, the final REBA score increased to 5. This score indicates a moderate level of risk, suggesting that corrective actions are necessary to prevent long-term strain or injury. Based on these findings, ergonomic improvements such as adjusting the ironing table height, modifying the work layout, and encouraging workers to adopt better posture are recommended. Implementing short rest breaks and task variation can also help reduce physical strain and improve worker comfort and productivity.

Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a metabolic disease characterized by elevated blood glucose levels. This condition includes several types, such as type 1 and type 2 diabetes. It occurs when the body is unable to produce enough insulin, experiences impaired insulin function, or faces a combination of both. As a result, glucose cannot be effectively absorbed by the body’s cells and accumulates in the bloodstream, leading to high blood sugar or hyperglycemia. If this condition persists, the buildup of glucose can cause various disorders in different organs. Without proper management, diabetes may lead to severe and life-threatening complications. Chronic hyperglycemia in diabetic patients is associated with long-term damage, dysfunction, and even failure of vital organs such as the eyes, kidneys, nerves, heart, and blood vessels. In this activity, percentage-based methods and demonstrations of blood glucose testing were used as educational tools for students. The results showed that students’ awareness of the dangers of elevated blood sugar levels remains low. Many of them are still unfamiliar with the importance of regular blood glucose monitoring and maintaining a healthy lifestyle to prevent diabetes. Therefore, continuous efforts are needed to provide education and outreach on the prevention and early management of diabetes mellitus.

Persistent elevation of blood glucose levels defines diabetes mellitus, a chronic metabolic disorder that occurs when insulin production is insufficient, diminished sensitivity of insulin receptors, or a combination of both factors. The medicinal properties of red ginger (Zingiber officinale var. rubrum) are attributed to its rich content of bioactive compounds, including gingerol and shogaol, which are considered key contributors to its various therapeutic effects. The effectiveness of red ginger extract in lowering blood glucose levels in experimental mice was evaluated in this study. A true experimental design with a quantitative approach was applied, employing a pretest–posttest control group format. The study involved twelve samples, which were randomly allocated into four separate groups. The treatment phase was conducted over a period of seven days. Findings revealed mean values of 10.4 prior to the intervention and 15.2 afterward, indicating a notable increase. A significant difference between pre-treatment and post-treatment measurements in group K1 was revealed by the statistical analysis, which yielded a P-value of 0.001 (P < 0.05). It was observed that red ginger extract, given at 100 mg per kilogram of body weight, effectively reduced blood glucose levels in the mice studied..

Coffe is one of Indonesia’s leading commodities, known for its diverse flavors and aromas. Traditionally, coffee quality assessment is conducted manually through cupping tests performed by expert panelists. However, this method is subjective and requires considerable time and cost. This study aims to implement an Artificial Neural Network (ANN) using the backpropagation algorithm to classify coffee types based on sensory parameters such as flavor, aroma, acidity level, and body. Simulated data were generated from five common Indonesian coffee varieties: Arabica Gayo, Robusta Lampung, Arabica Toraja, Liberica Jambi, and Excelsa. The results show that the ANN-based classification system with a 4-8-1 architecture achieved an accuracy rate of 93% after 500 training epochs, with a final error value of 0.07. The implementation of this method provides an efficient and objective technological alternative to assist the coffee industry in maintaining product quality and automatically identifying coffee types.

Instagram has become one of the most influential digital platforms for the construction and dissemination of lifestyle meanings, particularly through the presence of social media influencers. Among various lifestyle narratives, luxury is one of the most dominant and ideologically loaded representations circulated by influencers. This study examines how luxury is represented, constructed, and naturalized in the Instagram content of female Indonesian influencers using Roland Barthes’ semiotic framework. The object of this research consists of visual and textual Instagram posts that display luxury-related lifestyles, including fashion, travel, leisure, and consumption practices. The main problem addressed in this study concerns how signs of luxury operate at the levels of denotation, connotation, and myth to shape audience perceptions of success, femininity, and social status. The objective of this research is to reveal the ideological meanings embedded in influencer content and to explain how luxury is transformed into a normalized and desirable lifestyle. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method with semiotic analysis. Data were collected through purposive sampling of Instagram posts from selected female Indonesian influencers with significant follower engagement. The findings show that luxury is represented not merely through high-priced commodities but through symbolic systems involving aesthetics, body presentation, spatial settings, and narrative captions. At the mythological level, luxury is naturalized as the result of personal effort, self-discipline, and modern femininity, thereby obscuring structural inequalities and reinforcing consumerist ideology. This study concludes that Instagram influencers function as cultural agents who reproduce dominant myths of success and luxury in digital culture.
