The implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has evolved into a crucial business strategy for building consumer trust and enhancing brand loyalty, particularly in the post-pandemic era. This study aims to analyze the impact of CSR on consumer trust and brand loyalty, as well as to evaluate the role of emotional involvement as a moderating variable. Using a quantitative approach and Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), this study collected data from 300 respondents who had interacted with companies actively engaging in CSR programs. The findings indicate that CSR has a positive and significant impact on consumer trust and brand loyalty. Furthermore, emotional involvement strengthens the relationship between CSR and brand loyalty, where consumers with high emotional attachment are more responsive to CSR initiatives. These findings emphasize that CSR is not merely a reputation-building tool but a key factor in fostering long-term consumer relationships. This study provides practical implications for companies to emphasize transparency and authenticity in their CSR practices. Future research is encouraged to adopt a longitudinal approach and explore different industry sectors to better understand the long-term effects of CSR on consumer behavior.

The research aims to understand market dynamics, identify advantages and disadvantages of official iPhone Inter and iPhone, and formulate effective marketing strategies to increase official iPhone sales in Indonesia. The study uses qualitative methods with in-depth interviews and targeted group discussions to gain insight into perceptions, preferences, and factors that influence consumer purchasing decisions. Research results show that the smartphone market in Indonesia is heavily influenced by price sensitivity and consumer awareness of warranty and after-sales service. The iPhone Inter attracts consumers because of its cheaper price, although without official warranties and reliable after-sales service, while the official iPhone is more in demand by consumers who value quality assurance and trusted technical support. The study found a gap in consumer understanding of the risks and benefits of each category of iPhones. Therefore, marketing strategies for official iPhones should focus on consumer education about the risks of buying an iPhone Inter and the benefits of purchasing an official iPhone. Marketing campaigns that emphasize quality, authenticity, and after-sales support, as well as increased accessibility and financing variations for official iPhones, are expected to change consumer perceptions and encourage them to choose official products. With the right approach, Apple and its distributors can strengthen the official iPhone position in the Indonesian market, reduce the iPhone Inter market share, and win competition in this competitive market. Based on these findings, the study recommends marketing strategies that focus on consumer education about the risks of purchasing an iPhone Inter and the benefits of buying an official iPhone, as well as improved after-sales services to strengthen the official iPhone position in the Indonesian market.

Several countries have implemented electronic notarial deeds in their national legal systems, mainly to ensure the authenticity of electronic information. The authentic deed rules in the UUJN and Civil Code show that the use of notarial deeds and the creation of authentic deeds are difficult to implement due to the absence of procedural changes. The definition of an authentic deed is included in both UUJN and UU ITE. The research findings show that the creation of electronic deeds using artificial intelligence (AI) has become a legal basis. For example, Article 15(3) of the UUJN and Article 17 of the UUPT cover electronic registration of trust deeds, electronic registration with notaries, amendments to the articles of association of legal entities, and so on. Obstacles in the implementation of electronic deeds are influenced by many factors, such as legal substance, legal structure, and legal culture.

The results showed that based on an Islamic perspective, the informants' consumption behaviour can be explained as follows: 1) They choose products based on cleanliness, quality, and authenticity. 2) Informants buy goods based on rating, price, description, user reviews, and bestseller status so that online transactions become transparent and honest. 3) Informants shop simply, according to their needs and financial capabilities, and shop 2-3 times per month on average. 4) Informants do not buy goods that are prohibited in Islam and help the economy. 5) They avoid impulsiveness by putting items in the basket first before buying, and the majority use the pay-on-site (COD) and ShopeePay methods to comply with religious rules. The conclusion of this study is that the majority of informants behave in accordance with consumption ethics in Islam, although there are a small number who are not yet in accordance due to the influence of changing times and lack of self-control in making economic decisions.

The relationship between philosophy and Christianity is a complex subject that has been the focus of debate for centuries. Essentially, both philosophy and religion play important roles in shaping human thought and worldview. However, there are various views and approaches to the relationship between them. On one hand, there is a traditional view among some Christians who see philosophy as something potentially dubious or even threatening to faith. They may argue that Christianity is the primary source of truth, and therefore, efforts to understand reality through the lens of philosophy may lead to deviations from religious teachings. On the other hand, philosophers often question the compatibility between philosophical intellectualism and religious belief. They may emphasize the importance of using reason and rational methods to achieve a deeper understanding of the world and truth, which may not always align with religious dogmas.History records attempts to reconcile philosophy and Christianity. Some figures such as Justin Martyr and Clement of Alexandria sought to integrate ideas from classical Greek philosophy into the framework of Christian thought. They viewed philosophy as a useful tool for defending and explaining the truth of the Christian faith to skeptics or critical thinkers. However, not all Christians embraced this approach warmly. Some believe that such efforts could cause confusion or even undermine the authenticity of Christian teachings. This could lead to conflict between those who adhere to the traditional approach and those who are more open to dialogue between philosophy and religion. Nevertheless, the debate between philosophy and Christianity continues to this day. Despite tensions between them, this interaction has also enriched our understanding of both fields. Through continuous dialogue and reflection, we can gain deeper insights into the origins, meanings, and relevance of Christian teachings in the context of the modern world.

This research investigates the implications of not reading out the legal consequences of a sale and purchase deed prepared by a Notary/PPAT in front of the concerned parties. It employs a descriptive approach, drawing from various literature sources such as books, research findings, journals, and articles. The study underscores the Notary/PPAT's responsibility to orally communicate the deed's content to the involved parties. Failure to do so diminishes the deed's authenticity. Although the deed remains legally valid regarding the transaction, its authenticity suffers, likening it to an underhand deed. Consequently, Notaries/PPATs who overlook this obligation may face sanctions as per the relevant ethical codes for their negligence.
