Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar bahasa Inggris dan strategi pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan. Data penelitian diambil dari buku fonologi, dokumen, dan literatur pendukung lainnya. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa ada dua poin yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini. Bahan ajar disusun dengan mencakup semua materi yang diajarkan dan juga dibuat sesuai dengan KKNI yang berorientasi. Pembahasan kasus-kasus lokal mengenai hambatan pengucapan bunyi bahasa Inggris oleh masyarakat Indonesia juga dimasukkan dalam bahan ajar sebagai bentuk pembelajaran pemecahan masalah. Strategi pembelajaran yang dikembangkan dalam mata kuliah ini adalah implementasi metode blended learning. Metode ini difokuskan pada proses kegiatan pembelajaran dan pada tugas. Metode ini dipilih agar mahasiswa dapat memanfaatkan teknologi yang ada saat ini dan mempertajam literasi digitalnya. Kesimpulannya, bahan ajar yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini berorientasi pada KKNI dan strategi pembelajaran menggunakan blended learning.

The essence of guidance and counseling itself is to provide understanding, knowledge and skills to individuals in order to achieve optimal independence and potential. The development of guidance and counseling has been increasing rapidly to date not only in schools, but also in society, especially in social institutions, namely orphanages. This happens due to the development of an increasingly advanced world of technology, so orphanage children must have the insight and skills to deal with it. The purpose of this activity is to help and provide understanding to orphanage children regarding the difficulties they face both in the personal, social, learning, and recovery fields. Guidance and counseling services are carried out at the Kisaran Timur Muhammadiyah (daughter) orphanage. The type of research conducted is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques by observation and interviews. The results of the study revealed that the need for guidance and counseling services in orphanages as a place to complain about their ups and downs in living a life that is certainly different from children in general, this is evidenced by the enthusiasm of those who are passionate about participating in guidance and counseling services.

The Internet is of great help in many areas of life, including government, business, commerce, and the economy. The development and progress of the internet is now also marked by the progress of social media in society. Social media is now increasingly penetrated into various aspects of everyday life. As well as advocating for causes (educational, social, religious, environmental, health, and so on), as well as promoting and marketing certain goods or services, social media can be used for various things as it develops. Therefore, as a businessman and company, the use of social media is also something that is effectively implemented in marketing activities and then becomes one of the factors for increasing industry and production. So this research is present to see how the use of social media as a driving force for global marketing to increase promotion, in this study the focus of research is social media tikTok.

The progress of science and technology of a nation is certainly inseparable from the success of the learning process in higher education institutions and institutions in that country. The stages of change are expected to be able to bring the nation towards the progress of a higher civilization and permeate as a whole as the identity of the nation. The level of mastery of science and technology is clear evidence of the success of development. Improving mastery of science and technology is not only carried out in formal education, but can also be carried out through non-formal education. Information technology has developed very rapidly and covers various fields. The field of education is one of the fields that is influenced by information technology, both in the formal learning process at school and non-formal in the form of training outside of school  

The implementation of Community Service is intended to provide socialization to the community about the existence of various MSME business opportunities and the creative economy during the time when the Covid-19 pandemic ended. The main target of this Community Service is the community or residents in Suci Village, Karangpawitan District, especially those affected by the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. This PKM activity was carried out to share knowledge about various business opportunities in times of crisis, as well as to distribute information related to the socialization that was carried out. With the socialization program for various MSME business opportunities and the creative economy post-Covid-19, it is hoped that the target community for this PKM activity will be aware of various MSME business opportunities and the creative economy to be used as motivation in an effort to take advantage of all available opportunities. Campus academics are also expected to become a source of knowledge, liaison or interface with MSME stakeholders and become a center of excellence in MSME business development through the creative economy.

This research was carried out to find out how the strategy for empowering MSMEs in Kerawang Gayo village, Bebesen district in dealing with free trade in the ASEAN region. By using qualitative methods and based on emerging research strategy patterns. To understand and provide an explanation of the pattern of MSME development methods. For Indonesian MSMEs MEA is a big challenge as well as a market opportunity as well. Indonesian MSMEs, which so far are mostly inward looking, will likely experience quite tough challenges. Foster parents play an important role in exploring and developing the creative potential of foster children. Foster parents play a very important role in motivating children, as well as directing the activities of foster children so that they are useful in the future. One of them is motivating and directing children to participate in creativity development activities in the form of handicrafts. Creativity is an important thing in a person's life because it can make a person more productive and improve the quality of life and make it easier to find a way out of a problem. Through children's orphanages with various activities that are able to develop themselves both physically and spiritually. Orphanages can also form children's personalities to become independent and accustomed to things that train children to be more perfect. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of foster parents in developing the creativity of orphanage children through training. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods and data obtained through observation and interviews. The location of this research is located at the Yatim Putri Bhakti Orphanage, Ms. Lubuk Attitude. With this research, it can be seen that the role of foster parents in increasing the creativity of orphans through training at the Yatim Putri Bhakti Orphanage, Mrs. Lubuk Kapaning, is by providing handicraft training, orphanage children can develop their creativity and become independent.

This study aims to improve social skills based on entrepreneurial motivation in the processing of sambal sagel at PKBM Plamboyan Gorontalo City with four main objectives: knowing the objective conditions of developing social skills, designing a conceptual model for developing social skills, implementing the model for developing social skills, and evaluating the effectiveness of the development model. social skills. This study uses a qualitative and quantitative approach with the R and D method and post-test evaluation showing the effectiveness of developing an empowerment model by increasing learning achievement of members and entrepreneurial behavior

This research was conducted at the Office Tranportastion Depatment in Takalar Regency. This research has the character of which gives description and clarification concerning strategy of human resource development at Transportation Department in Takalar Regency, and also factors pursuing strategy of human resource development at Transportation Department in Takalar Regency.             The basic of research was survey approach. This research aim to know the strategy of human resource development and also factors pursuing strategy of human resource development in Transportation Departemen in Takalar Regency. This research used saturated samples all population at become sample.             The conclusion of this research that namely strategy of human resource depelopment in Transportation Department in Takalar Regency was through formal education, training and officer. Execution of officer location in Transportation Department in Takalar Regency was during the time assumed less compatible. Factors pursuing strategy of human resource development in Transportation Department in Takalar Regency consisted of the resistance eksternal covering legislation change, and political area growth. While internal resistance include the plan strategy which not precise of the goals, organization structure which centralistic and mecanistic, technology growth which quickly, and also finite budget.    

Based on observations made at SMA Negeri 1 Gunuang Omeh District, the problem found was the low interest in learning of students in PAI and BP subjects due to the large number of students who did not pay attention to the teacher's explanation, and the lack of use of learning models and media used in learning , one of which is the Problem Based Learning learning model. The role of the learning model is very important, because using visual media will be able to influence students' learning interests. The purpose of this study was to find out the use of the Problem Based Learning learning model in increasing students' learning interest in PAI and BP subjects on Da'wah Strategy and Islamic Development in Indonesia Class XII.MIPA at SMA Negeri 1 Gunuang Omeh District. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK). The process of implementing PTK has four main components, namely planning, action, observation and reflection carried out in 3 cycles. The results of data analysis obtained the percentage of students' learning interest using the Problem Based Learning learning model of 44.83% in cycle I. The process of applying the Problem Based Learning learning model in PAI and BP learning increased in cycle II by 65.52% and 79.31 % in cycle III. So it can be concluded that the implementation of PAI and BP learning by using the Problem Based Learning learning model can increase students' learning interest.

The Sultanate of Langkat is one of the richest kingdoms in East Sumatra, besides the Sultanate of Deli and the Sultanate of Serdang which have several roles. This article aims to find out the initial process of the spread of Islam in Langkat through the Langkat Sultanate, historical heritage evidence, and who are the figures who played a role in spreading Islam in Langkat. The method used is the historical research method, namely the method by reviewing the themes surrounding historical research methods in detail which is strengthened by presenting the views of historians. The findings show that in the development of Islam, the role of the Langkat sultanate included, namely, in the aspect of Education, the Langkat sultanate built several madrasas as places to study religion and figures who played a major role including Sultan Musa, Sultan Abdul Aziz, Dewa Sahdan, and others .

Background: Social problems that often arise in preschool-aged children are excessive fearful behavior such as fear of separation, fear of new people and withdrawn behavior described by children as not wanting to socialize, being alone, not wanting to play with other children, being busy with their own toys. This behavior can be caused by environmental factors that do not encourage and stimulate children to socialize, so that this behavior is not experienced by children, it is necessary for parents and the environment to consider and give more love and attention to children, to spend time with children, to be good listeners. , involve themselves in children's activities, maintain attitudes towards children (Ashary, Rahamma & Fatimah, 2015). Social problems in children such as maladjustment, namely self-adjustment to a new environment also often occur and children who feel satisfied with their behavior but the social environment cannot accept it, for example children who have bossy behavior, are arrogant, the child feels that he is not wrong but the environment around him feels disturbed with this behavior (Tirtayani, Asril & Wirya, 2014).

Environmental issues in Bumi Ayu Subdistrict are characterized by a low level of public awareness and understanding of the impacts of environmentally unfriendly behaviors, including the use of single-use plastics, water pollution, and waste burning. This condition presents a significant challenge to the implementation of sustainable development at the community level. This community service activity aims to enhance community participation in environmental conservation and to strengthen social awareness of sustainable development. The methods employed include interactive presentations and the development of informational media as accessible and effective educational tools. The results indicate an improvement in community understanding of the relationship between daily behaviors and environmental degradation, accompanied by the emergence of collective awareness and active participation in environmental conservation initiatives such as waste management and greening programs. Overall, this activity contributes to encouraging behavioral change toward environmentally responsible practices within the framework of sustainable social development.

his article examines how the development of Islamic economics is based on the Book of Bintang Perniagaan Pada Kelebihan Perusahaan by TGH. M. Shaleh Hambali Bengkel with a thematic approach (Al-Qur'an and Hadith). Including three domains traced: How is the concept of Islamic education in the development of Islamic Economics, the interpretation of the Qur'an used and the sanad al-Hadith used. This article ultimately leads to the concept of Islamic education in Economic Development in TGH's M. Shaleh Hambali Bengkel's book; those are 1. Education as a Wasilah for Islamic Economic Development; 2. Using the Quran as a basis for proof agrees with Asbabun Nuzul. 3. Sanad al-Hadith in the book can be traced through several mu'tabarah books.

This research aims to explore strategies for cultivating exceptional talent in the era of artificial intelligence (AI). The study employs a mixed-method approach, integrating interviews, surveys, and case studies to gather comprehensive data. The sample selection includes individuals from various industries known for fostering talent development, such as technology, education, and business. Through thematic analysis, the collected data are systematically examined to identify recurring patterns, emerging themes, and innovative practices in talent cultivation. Results reveal multifaceted strategies encompassing personalized learning, mentorship programs, continuous feedback mechanisms, and proactive skill development initiatives. Furthermore, the study highlights the significance of human-centric approaches in leveraging AI technologies to enhance talent development efforts. The findings contribute to a deeper understanding of how organizations can harness human potential effectively amidst technological advancements, paving the way for sustainable talent management practices in the AI era.    

Legal protection of children refers to all actions that ensure and safeguard children and their rights so that they can live, grow, develop, and engage maximally in line with human dignity and honour, as well as get protection from violence and discrimination within legal laws. In Indonesia, the proportion ranges from 22 to 100%, indicating that the aforementioned conditions occur often. As a result, researchers are interested in performing this study utilising normative research methodologies. Legal protection for minors who distribute pornographic videos on social media, choosing to release minors, is regulated by Law No. 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection, Article 16 (1) Every child has the right to receive protection from being the target of abuse, torture, or inhumane punishment, (2) Every child has the right to obtain freedom in accordance with the law, and (3) Arrest, detention, or incarceration of a child must be carried out in accordance with relevant legislation and only as a last option. And advocate LPKA in the form of independence coaching, which includes instruction for foster children in skills that may be developed after the foster time ends, such as sewing. Meanwhile, personality development is moral development, with the goal of providing foster children with an understanding of social norms as well as an understanding of themselves so that they can accept responsibility for all actions they take and refrain from repeating illegal actions. Suggestions in this protection are expected to be safeguarded by anybody, regardless of circumstance, and the local government needs to get to the field to inspect the status of special child development institutions so that any deficiencies may be corrected quickly, allowing development to proceed correctly.

Farmer group institutions play a strategic role in supporting agricultural development; however, many farmer groups still face limitations in data management and institutional administration. These limitations affect planning, decision-making, and access to agricultural development programs. This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to enhance farmers’ understanding and skills in data management and institutional administration through extension activities at the Agricultural Extension Center (BPP) of Bukit Kapur Subdistrict, Dumai City. The methods applied include lectures, interactive discussions, and hands-on practice in preparing and managing farmer group administrative records. The results indicate an improvement in participants’ knowledge and skills related to group administration, increased awareness of the importance of orderly administrative management, and a collective commitment to implementing sustainable record-keeping practices. Furthermore, the program encouraged the emergence of local leadership and strengthened farmer group institutions as social capital toward farmer independence and welfare.

Stunting remains a chronic nutritional issue affecting human resource quality in Indonesia, particularly children under five years old. High prevalence of stunting impacts long-term cognitive development, physical growth, and productivity of the young generation (Ministry of Health, 2023). This community service aims to optimize the role of public administration in disseminating policies and programs to reduce stunting through education, training, and direct community assistance. Activities were carried out through coordination with government officials, community health cadres, and local leaders, using local communication media to raise awareness about nutrition. The results indicate an increase in community knowledge on stunting, balanced nutrition practices, and active involvement of both officials and residents in stunting reduction programs. Optimizing public administration through capacity building, cross-sector coordination, and information technology utilization supports program targets. This service recommends strategies for sustainable, participatory, and data-driven program implementation. Enhancing community concern for orphans is an essential aspect of inclusive and sustainable social development. This community service activity aims to implement strategies of empathetic communication and social management to improve the quality of social interactions and community attention toward orphans. The method applied was a participatory and qualitative descriptive approach, involving both the community and orphans in all stages of the activity, from planning, implementation, to evaluation. The results indicate a significant improvement in social interaction quality between the community and orphans. The children exhibited positive emotional responses, such as comfort, acceptance, and appreciation, while the community demonstrated increased participation, collective responsibility, and structured social management skills. The integration of empathetic communication and social management produced dual impacts: enhanced emotional well-being of orphans and strengthened social empathy within the community. These findings suggest that this strategy can serve as a sustainable model for social care activities and can be replicated in other communities. Therefore, the application of empathetic communication and social management has the potential to support inclusive social development, foster community solidarity, and improve the welfare of vulnerable groups sustainably.

This community service activity aims to enhance the human resource capacity of Dasawisma members in effective administration management as a family development data base at the sub-district level. The assistance was conducted using a participatory approach and hands-on practice, including socialization, technical administrative training, and reflective discussion. The results indicated an increase in Dasawisma members' understanding of the importance of orderly, systematic, and integrated administration in supporting social activities. Members' technical skills in managing family data, filling administrative books, classifying information, and preparing simple reports improved significantly. Furthermore, the assistance strengthened communication and coordination between Dasawisma and sub-district officials, promoted group independence, and strengthened Dasawisma's role as a key data source for family development. These findings confirm that planned and participatory higher education assistance plays a strategic role in community empowerment, supports good governance at the local level, and can serve as a replicable model for other community development programs.

This Community Service Program (PKM) was motivated by the limited understanding and skills of farmer groups in managing administrative systems, which are essential prerequisites for developing agribusiness partnerships. Farmer groups under the supervision of the Agricultural Extension Center (BPP) of Dumai Timur District, Dumai City, have not yet implemented well-organized data recording and administrative management, resulting in low institutional readiness to establish agribusiness partnerships. This program aimed to apply administrative management practices to strengthen farmer group institutions and support the development of agribusiness partnerships. The methods used included extension activities through lectures, interactive discussions, and hands-on practice in preparing and managing farmer group administrative records. The results indicate an improvement in farmers’ understanding of the importance of administrative management in agribusiness partnerships, enhanced skills in organizing and maintaining administrative records, and the emergence of collective awareness of institutional governance. Furthermore, the program contributed to behavioral changes within farmer organizations, increased leadership roles among group administrators, and initiatives to develop more structured and sustainable agribusiness partnerships.
