This paper discusses the evaluation of educational programs in learning in schools where the implementation of education as part of educating the life of the nation must receive full attention from policy makers in this country, as stated in article 31 of the 1945 Constitution, amendment 4 that every citizen country has the right to education. The main goal of education is to develop human beings from an intellectual, emotional and spiritual perspective. In terms of its objectives, the output of education should be able to produce human resources who have advantages in terms of intellectual, emotional and spiritual. Education must be able to answer the challenges of the development of science and technology which is accompanied by a flow of information that is increasingly developing rapidly. The writing of this article uses the method of literature analysis (library research), namely the study of various scientific sources such as articles in both national and international journals and books that are in accordance with the themes and titles discussed. The literature analysis method makes the writer to read and find sources of reading material that are appropriate to the themes being discussed or are relevant. In this case the method of literature analysis is an appropriate and effective step.

This study aims to determine the environmental impact and natural damage from the production activities of the industrial sector grouping the areas of Ngoro District, Mojokerto Regency for public health in managing environmental cases of alleged waste pollution and natural damage in Mojokerto Regency. The method in this study uses a qualitative approach through observational data collection techniques and also uses a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. According to (Kitchenham & Charter, 2007) SLR is the process of identifying, evaluating, and interpreting all research evidence to answer certain research questions. The results showed that grouping industrial production activities had an impact on the provision of jobs and also infrastructure development in Ngoro Subdistrict and also had an impact on the environment such as waste that was disposed of polluting the watershed and causing fish to die due to contamination of the waste content and polluted residents' well water. In handling these impacts, it is expected that industrial companies in Ngoro can carry out routine monitoring and evaluation activities to see developments in environmental and community conditions, in this case the implementation of policies related to handling the impacts of industrial production activities carried out by companies for public health, especially around Ngoro District, Mojokerto Regency.

Democracy as the basis of state life allows recognition that, at the last level, the people regulate the main issues that concern their lives, including evaluation of state policies because they determine their lives. ) to the Constitutional Court regarding Law Number 7 of 2017 concerning General Elections regarding an open proportional system. The purpose of this study is to examine the closed proportional system discourse which is suitable to be reapplied in the 2024 General Election from a democratic perspective. The research methodology used is a normative juridical approach. Implications A closed or open proportional system cannot be said to be ideal for several reasons, namely, (1) In an open proportional system many candidates engage in money politics by secretly distributing money to the public. However, in a closed system, one cannot guarantee that this practice will be prevented and gain internal support within one's party. (2) Very suitable, each party can provide the best candidate in accordance with the development and progress of community needs. However, it is possible for the party to create other objectives for its own interests. (3) The principle of open proportionality, anyone who has fame and popularity but without proper background can easily be elected to a seat in parliament.

PKM activities were held in Ngaduman Hamlet, Kel. Title, Kec. Getasan, Semarang Regency. This activity involves several stakeholders. The implementation of Argo Potential Development activities in Ngaduman Hamlet was carried out in four stages, namely; Socialization and preparation stage, implementation stage, and evaluation stage. In the first stage, internal coordination was carried out by the activity implementing team as well as external coordination involving activity partners. The implementation stage was a coordination process through FGDs in Ngaduman Hamlet which were present and several communities and also the relevant government, Field Practice Stage through direct field observation, Last stage in the form of activity evaluation, namely technical evaluation and evaluation through direct discussions with several parties to reach conclusions

One of the supporters of the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy in improving the economy, especially in the field of tourism destinations, namely the Hospitality Industry. The main objective of the hospitality industry is as a means of accommodation for temporary accommodation for guests who come from various places. In competing in the hotel industry, a strong management structure is needed, especially in the human resources (HR) department. The implementation method is carried out through the dedication and assistance method in the Human Resource Development (HRD) and Engineering Administration departments. The results obtained show that the role of the Department of Human Resource Development (HRD) and the Department of Engineering in the hotel industry is an effort to improve the performance and quality of the performance of its employees because they play an important role in the hospitality industry, which aims to increase the productivity of the company's work, because a company can to develop and progress, of course, not only due to capital factors and a strong business strategy, but also great human resources (HR) and also fixing facilities if something is damaged or has an error.

Efforts to reduce stunting rates in Sibalaya Selatan Village are carried out through data collection on stunted children, provision of supplementary food, socialization, and monitoring and evaluation. The POAC function (planning, organizing, actuating, Controling.) method is used to ensure that the activities carried out are planned, coordinated and measurable. Implementation of activities is carried out by involving the community, government, and related institutions. The results of the evaluation show that the implementation of the activity has succeeded in increasing community awareness about the importance of good nutrition for child development and reducing the stunting rate in the village. It is hoped that the results of this report can provide an overview of the implementation of POAC management in handling stunting rates and provide inspiration for other villages to implement similar programs.

This article reviews and attempts to confirm the marketing management strategy for sustainable tourism destinations. In the marketing management of tourism destinations, it is necessary to carry out good planning that involves the role of the central government, regional governments, the private sector, business actors and the surrounding community. In planning it is necessary to carry out an analysis, namely: (a) Analysis of the macro environment which includes the political, economic, social, legal and cultural environment;,(b) Analysis of the microenvironment including producers, supplier, competitors, tourists and community; (c) Competitor analysis including similar tourits destinations, and (d) Market analysis, namely the potential of tourists and the tourist market.  The marketing strategy consists of analysis, development, implementation and evaluation of activities in the development of tourist destinations. Likewise in the development of sustainable tourism management there are several aspects that need to be considered, namely; (a) Aspects of the attractiveness of tourist attractions; (b) Access to tourist spots; (c) Main and supporting facilities such as hotels, restaurants and others; and (d ) Institutions such as travel agents, travel agents, tours guides and others.

Improving the quality of education for an educational institution is currently a top priority. This is the most important part in building sustainable education, therefore educators/educational staff must have a management principle in carrying out the level of change or development towards quality education. The purpose of writing this scientific article is to find out and review from a theoretical point of view and conduct discussions with previous theories. The method used is a theoretical review by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The result of this theoretical review is that the factors that affect the improvement of the quality of education quality are influenced by internal and external factors and in terms of resources. It can be concluded that the factors that influence the quality of education in educational institutions are an integral part that cannot be separated. These factors support the improvement of higher quality education and become indicators or standards of education and teaching. For educational institutions, it is necessary to develop teaching materials, develop learning strategies and methods, develop learning media, assessment, evaluation and assessment systems as well as educational curricula to improve the quality of teaching quality. It is also necessary for educational institutions to conduct monitoring and evaluation in as well as a more modern development program.

Bamboo waste is a type of waste or waste generated by development projects that still has the potential to be utilized, one of which is as a raw material in the manufacture of handicraft products. The use of bamboo waste as a raw material in the manufacture of handicrafts is still not optimal. The potential of bamboo waste as a raw material for making handicrafts is still wide open. The method used in this journal is first, an initial survey by identifying the potential for bamboo waste in the Kepanjenkidul Village. Second, collecting data through observation and interviews. Third, data analysis using quantitative and qualitative methods. Fourth, product development which aims to develop handicraft products from product waste. Fifth, evaluation of results to evaluate the success of implementing bamboo waste utilization. The MBKM 25 Thematic Community Service Group provides assistance and development of MSMEs in the form of implementing community service activities. The activity is to assist and assist in carrying out the production process to the packaging process.

Learning media can be defined as an important element in a learning process. One example of learning media is teaching materials in the form of Emodules which in Emodules in this study use momentum and impulse material. This type of research uses Research and Development (R&D) in the Tessmer development model which is also contained in the appendix. The stages are divided into two, including self-evaluation which is a determinant of the design features or specifications of the module. Prototyping where there are teaching modules will later be validated, evaluated, and revised. From the results of the module validation carried out by the examiners as experts, a review was carried out and a score was given to the module, namely, 91.2% consisting of image actualization of 75 points, in the aspect of modernity of the library, a score of 100 was obtained.

This study aims to develop learning media based on Android using iSpring Suite in informatics subjects, with a focus on computer hardware material. This study uses a multimedia development method which consists of five stages: needs analysis, design, development, evaluation, and implementation.   The results showed that the android-based learning media using the iSpring Suite in informatics subjects received positive responses from media experts who were involved in the development process. This article defines the process for developing a speaking syllabus for flight attendant school in a Flipped Learning Network (FLN), which increases student engagement and learning by assigning watching videos at home followed up in pre-teaching discussions, and requiring the students to work on live practices in face-to-face classroom activities. Considering that the syllabus is designed to develop the students' oral competence, the target speaking skill is aimed toward developing students' ability to engage in procedural communication in the workplace. Therefore, the topics/themes are chosen to meet the needs of flight attendants consistent with Project-Based Learning (PBL) by Forum Group Discussions (FGDs). In order to achieve this objective, the development of a syllabus begins with a need analysis, topic selection, syllabus prototype production, expert evaluation, and revision for the final product. The syllabus is organized such that the learning experience is explicitly stated for two formats: online meeting (through Google Classroom for the video analysis) as the lecture homework for pre-discussions followed by classroom face-to-face meeting (through FGDs with peers, individual work, and the teacher) to comprehend students' understanding though some units. Each unit has 2 (two) topics. Each topic consists of 60 (sixteen) minutes or 1 (one) meeting. This syllabus development is considered to be implemented in terms of  FLN for instructional activities in flight attendant school resulting higher-order thinking skills such as collaboration, design and problem solving as students tackle difficult problems, work in groups, research, and construct knowledge with the help of the teacher and peers.

Parenting is a technique used by parents to educate, protect, and supervise their children in the family. Balanced parenting implementation is very important for the growth and development of children. This study used a descriptive method with a community health nursing approach including the assessment, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. The study on parenting patterns of parents was carried out on an elementary school children aggregate in the Meuraxa Public Health Center area, Banda Aceh using the windshield survey, questionnaires, and interviews with program administrators, parents, teachers, and elementary school students. The assessment was carried out based on Pender's theory (Health Promotion Model/HPM). The study results showed that 104 parents (43.15%) used authoritarian parenting, 137 (56.85%) used democratic parenting, and 0 (100%) used permissive parenting. It is advised that this study be put into practice to support healthy parenting practices through the use of community nursing care processes.

This study aims to determine and describe the Implementation of Cultural Arts (Music) Learning Singing Material Based on the Independent Curriculum Class VII B SMP Unp Laboratory Development. This type of research is qualitative, with a descriptive approach. Research instruments are researchers themselves and are assisted by supporting instruments such as stationery, cameras and mobile phones. Data collection techniques are carried out through literature study, observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are collecting data, classifying data, clarifying data, analyzing data, describing data and inferring data. The results showed that learning planning has not been fully guided by the teaching modules in the independent curriculum, the impact of these conditions, the learning outcomes of students are still not optimal. Then, at the stage of implementing learning, it has not been carried out optimally because when carrying out learning the teacher is not fully guided by the teaching modules made. Assessments, methods and learning strategies used by teachers have not been implemented in accordance with the stage of cultural arts learning outcomes based on the independent curriculum. Teachers who are too fixated on the material and lack of teacher intervention in the learning process of students Furthermore, at the evaluation stage, a full summative assessment has not been carried out, such as teachers do not do.

This research aims to provide reinforcement to the community so that they can further strengthen their faith, namely through the development of Islamic law on the Islamic jurisprudence of prayer with the Sanad. Bersanad prayer is an activity that begins with learning and deepening and understanding the meaning of fardu prayer both from the perspective of the Shari'a and from the essence. Prayer is the pillar of religion. Praying with a sanad does not mean that people have not had a sanad during their prayers. What is meant by bersanad prayer is that we try to connect our prayer practice to our teachers and the ulama who themselves got it from their teachers up to the prophet Muhammad SAW. We carried out this research by observing the people of Cermen village, Kedamean sub-district, Gresik district. The method used in this research is the PAR (Participatory Action Research) method. The stages of assisting the implementation of the PAR method in the Cermen village community use 3 stages, namely the preparation stage, implementation stage, and evaluation stage.

Technological developments today make it easy for people to use social media as a means of expressing opinions, including Twitter. The case study taken by the researcher is the sentiment towards the performance of the mayor of Medan. The case was taken because it was widely discussed by Indonesian people, especially the city of Medan on Twitter social media. One of the uses of this research is to find out the trend of Twitter user comments on the performance of the mayor of Medan by conducting a sentiment analysis. Sentiment will be classified as positive, negative and neutral. The algorithm used in sentiment analysis is Naïve Bayes. The stages in conducting sentiment analysis in this study are data preprocessing, data processing, classification, and evaluation. The results of this study are using the SMOTE method, the training and testing ratio is 80:20 because it has the highest accuracy, which is 78% compared to other ratios. The prediction results resulting from the classification turned out to be more dominant towards neutral labels. In addition to classifying for sentiment analysis, this study also measures the performance of the model created. The results showed that the Naïve Bayes algorithm has a precision value of 78%, a recall of 78%, and an f1-score of 77%.

Customer service innovation is a response to service problems that do not satisfy the community as customers. Customer dissatisfaction with customer complaints, information services and new connect services is very dominant for customer complaints. The Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) is one of the indicators of accountability for service performance in the public sector that cannot be ignored. The Community Satisfaction Index is an evaluation of the community as a customer for the performance of services provided to the community as customers that should be the basis for each service provider institution to make adjustments to customer expectations and service innovation. The rapid development of information technology also increases public awareness of its right to good service.

The teaching profession is generally recognized as a very respectable, noble and noble profession because the purpose of education is to develop a virtuous and competent human personality. PAK teacher professional development takes place with reference to the description of the profession and life of Jesus as an archetype. The purpose of this article is for PAK teachers, which refers to professional educators whose main task is to educate, teach, guide, train, and evaluate student learning outcomes.

               Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Karawana Village are one of the community's priorities in increasing economic income. MSMEs that are developing in Karawana Village include culinary, trade, animal husbandry and agriculture businesses. This study aims to implement a marketing mix that is directly related to UMKM Karawana Village, Dolo District, Sigi Regency. The implementation method used in this community service activity is carried out in several stages, namely observation, interviews, and evaluation. Based on the results of the interviews, there is an exposure to the 4P Marketing Mix variables that have been implemented in Micro Business actors in Karawana Village, Dolo District, Sigi Regency, product (Price), distribution or place (Place), and promotion (Promotion). Prospects for the Development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises have several comparative advantages over large businesses.
