The aim of this study is to describe the development of an innovative art-based analytical method in portrait methodology. This article exemplifies how forms of multimodal analysis can be integrated into portraiture frameworks and provides a fluid qualitative "recipe" for researchers interested in applying the portrait method. The study described in this article examines the teaching of vulnerability and resilience using poetry and the visual arts as integral elements of the portraiture process. Portraiture is a qualitative, feminist, artistic method based on ethnography and phenomenology for depicting, understanding and interpreting complex human experiences. This study leads to the methodological development of the three steps of analysis in the portrait process: Sketch, poetic expression and artistic expression. This phase of data analysis emphasizes the richness of the methodological snapshot and focuses on engaging the researcher in creative, intuitive and associative processes. – The studies presented in this article are examples of qualitative research that pushes methodological boundaries and focuses on the role of intuition, association, and creativity in research

Early age is a golden age which is very effective in instilling various beneficial knowledge. The importance of character education in early childhood requires teachers to be creative and innovative in using learning media. Various learning media motivate children to learn. Not only forming a smart character but also being able to instill good values. This study aims to analyze various types of learning media in shaping the character of children in RA Normal Islam Rakha. This study used a qualitative method by taking the research location at RA Normal Islam Rakha. This type of research is descriptive research. Data collection was carried out using observation, documentation and interview methods. The results of the study show that teachers have a big role in children's character education. As role models as well as mentors in building children's character, teachers provide references or tools that can foster curiosity and not get bored in learning. The concept of playing while learning that children like is very effective when using a variety of learning media. The results of the research findings at RA Normal Islam Rakha carried out the formation of children's character through various learning media through educational toys and teaching aids.

The large number of young people's interest in entrepreneurship needs to get support and facilities, one of which is through entrepreneurship education. In entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial values ​​are taught as a value that must be upheld in running entrepreneurship. The purpose of this study was to determine entrepreneurial learning at SMK NU Sunan Ampel Poncokusumo, the values ​​of entrepreneurship education at SMK NU Sunan Ampel Poncokusumo, and the values ​​of entrepreneurship education at SMK NU Sunan Ampel Poncokusumo to form young entrepreneurs. This research has the aim of knowing and studying religious moderation for the unity and integrity of the Indonesian state. This research uses a qualitative approach by describing the importance of religious moderation to maintain the unity and oneness of the Indonesian nation. This study uses the library study method where the results obtained will be described. From this study it was found that religious moderation in maintaining the unity and integrity of the Indonesian nation has a fairly important role. From the results of this study it was also found that forms of religious moderation to maintain the unity and integrity of the Indonesian nation can be implemented in everyday life including bringing an attitude of tolerance to each individual, holding deliberations to achieve common goals, having tolerance, having different thoughts. innovative and dynamic.

This study aims to find out how to apply the marketing mix strategy and to find out the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in implementing the marketing mix strategy at PT. This study aims to improve student learning outcomes by applying the inquiry learning model during teaching and learning activities in Civics Education (PKn)  SD . This study aims to develop a leadership theory that builds innovative capabillity for organizations in the modern era. Innovative Capabillity is the mechanism that underlies the effect of transformational leadership on creativity. Innovative Capabillity aims to improve the performance of lecturer human resources who work in the education industry such as lecturers. This study involved 100 lecturer human resources. Data was collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using Smart PLS analysis. The results showed that there is a significant positive influence between Transformaional leadership on lecturer human resource performance and individual performance. In addition, Innovative Capabillity is also proven to moderate the relationship between transformational leadership and lecturer human resource performance. The implication is that transformational leadership will be proven to increase the performance of lecturers' human resources, if organizational leaders are able to build lecturers' innovation capabilities.

WHO in 2018 noted that of the 675 million elderly deaths in the world due to degenerative diseases, 225 million (33.33% proportion) were in developed countries and 450 million (66.66 proportions) were in developing countries. The elderly population is estimated at almost 600 million people, which is projected to be 2 billion in 2050. Problems that often occur in the elderly include physical changes: cell decline, changes in the cardiovascular system, decreased respiration. Efforts to improve the health status of the elderly in the community are through Posyandu services for the elderly. Utilization of Posyandu for the Elderly is low even though it provides the benefits needed for the health of the elderly. This study is an analytic observational study with a cross sectional approach to analyze whether or not there is a relationship between knowledge and attitudes of the elderly with the use of posyandu for the elderly. The elderly population in Ujung Labuhan Village, Namorambe District, Deli Serdang Regency in 2021, as many as 72, the sample was taken by purposive sampling with a total of 45 elderly. Data analysis using chi square test. Most of the respondents have a low level of knowledge, namely 26 respondents (57.8%), a small proportion have good knowledge, 19 respondents (42.2%). Most of the respondents had a positive attitude towards the elderly posyandu as many as 23 people (51.1%), a small number of respondents had a negative attitude as many as 22 people (48.9%). Based on the results of the chi square test, it is known that the value of p = 0.000 <0.05 means that there is a relationship between attitudes and the use of posyandu for the elderly. There is a relationship between knowledge and attitudes of the elderly with the use of posyandu for the elderly. The elderly population in Ujung Labuhan Village, Namorambe District, Deli Serdang Regency in 2021. It is hoped that health workers will take a more innovative approach in providing health services to the elderly while still implementing health protocols.

Role of Entrepreneurship in Eastern Seroja very important in the realization of an increase in economic welfare. The purpose of this study is to see how far the entrepreneurial role in improving the economic welfare of residents in the Village East Seroja Mergosono Kedungkandang District of Malang. This study uses the Cognitive Evaluation Theory which aims to examine the effect of inclusive leadership on innovative work behavior mediated by psychological empowerment. This study involved 229 educational staff spread across several cities in Indonesia using the convenience sampling method. The results in this study show that inclusive leadership and psychological empowerment are able to provide a positive and significant influence on innovative work behavior so that psychological empowerment is able to mediate the effect of inclusive leadership on innovative work behavior.

The findings of this study show that factors inhibiting graduate creativity include an overly structured curriculum, monotonous teaching methods, and limited resources and facilities in the form of infrastructure, which are among the most significant barriers to students developing creative ideas..

This study aims to develop and determine the effectiveness of the "Rainbow Learning Box" learning media in fostering scientific literacy in early childhood. This media is designed as a simple, experiment-based science learning tool using colorful colors to help children understand the concepts of color, color mixing, and simple changes through play-and-learning activities. The study employed the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model, which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The study subjects consisted of 20 children aged 5–6 years at a pre-school (PAUD) institution. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, documentation, and child development assessment sheets. The results showed that the use of the "Rainbow Learning Box" increased children's engagement in learning, curiosity, observation skills, and simple communication skills related to experimental results. Children appeared more active and enthusiastic during learning activities because the media was engaging, interactive, and suited to the learning characteristics of early childhood. Furthermore, teachers responded positively to the media's use, citing its ease of use, safety, and affordability. Therefore, the "Rainbow Learning Box" can be an alternative, innovative science learning media to optimally support the development of scientific literacy in early childhood.

This paper focuses on unlocking the creative potential of architecture students through an exploration of the Four C model of creativity. This model extends the traditional understanding of creativity and offers a comprehensive framework for fostering innovation in architecture. It introduces "mini-c" and "Pro-c" dimensions, highlighting creativity within the learning process and the attainment of professional expertise. Architecture demands a blend of technical skills and artistic expression for effective communication of ideas. However, nurturing creative thinking among architecture students faces challenges, including fear of experimentation and traditional teaching methods. To address these obstacles, the paper suggests integrating problem-based learning (PBL) and mind mapping techniques. PBL encourages collaboration and critical thinking, while mind mapping stimulates visual and associative thinking, aiding idea generation and organization. Additionally, the role of technology in architecture education is explored, emphasizing the benefits of mixed learning environments that enhance collaboration and creativity. Embracing technology readiness equips students with tools to tackle real-world challenges and create innovative designs. In conclusion, this paper underscores the importance of creative thinking in architectural design and its implications for the discipline's future. By adopting the Four C model, implementing PBL with mind mapping, and leveraging technology, educators can revolutionize architecture education, nurturing a new generation of architects prepared to shape the evolving world with imaginative and visionary designs.

Teachers' literacy teaching creativity is the ability of teachers to constantly develop literacy materials or lesson materials and be able to create an interesting and active atmosphere and be able to modify lessons.  Creativity development in literacy learning is also very important and teachers are required to demonstrate and show the creativity process. One alternative that teachers can do is to create, compile and develop effective, efficient and creative literacy teaching materials.  This study aims to determine the development of teacher creativity in making reading, writing and counting teaching materials. The method used was descriptive qualitative method. The research subjects were teachers in Cimanggu sub-district. The results of this study indicate that: creative teachers are teachers who are able to develop pedagogical skills, namely being able to compile more varied teaching materials. In addition, they are able to improve pedagogical skills in developing reading, writing and counting literacy teaching materials so that learning becomes more innovative and effective. The development of quality literacy teaching materials can support human resources who are more competent, creative, productive and have high fighting values to face the era of globalization.

The goal of this research is to audit and compare the innovation management capabilities of the two organizations using the audit tools proposed by Tidd and Bessant (Managing Innovation: Integrating Technological, Market and Organizational Change, 5th ed. Wiley, West Essex, 2014) which consists of from five dimensions: Strategy, Innovation Process, Learning, Innovative Organization, and Linkages. The sample was selected from each organization from the High Suggestion Department (HSD) and the Low Suggestion Department (LSD). Audit questionnaires were distributed to respondents. The results obtained from this study were processed and analyzed. Comparisons were made between the two organizations in terms of their innovation management capabilities. In addition, comparisons were made between HSD and LSD in each organization. Of the five tested dimensions of Audit has a high score; Therefore, it can be concluded that the organizations in this study have a higher innovation management capability. In addition, every organization must keep the various components of innovation management in balance to maintain them.

To provide a new alternative in the form of t-shirts with designs that have local uniqueness, it is planned to partner with CV. Service methods in the form of training and assistance in making innovative designs for tourist souvenirs; lectures to increase knowledge about survival strategies in business; expansion of marketing through participation in exhibitions; documentation of product samples and procurement of shelves for product documentation that has been produced. The results are 5 innovative designs, namely the design of a tourist attraction patterned t-shirt combined with classic batik motifs, as well as the production process for tourist souvenirs, 2 t-shirt designers have increased their knowledge and skills in making designs to meet the needs of tourists.
