In today's modern era of development, human resource training is very important, because the formal education that employees have undergone is not enough to meet the demands of jobs and positions in organizations and companies. In addition, placing human resources directly at work does not guarantee that they will understand their duties and responsibilities well. New human resources often feel less confident and feel they do not understand their roles and responsibilities in the organization or company where they work. Therefore, new employees should receive training in the form of training that leads to an introduction to corporate culture and values, regulations, and policies, as well as their main tasks, which support the achievement of the vision and mission of the organization or company. Human resources who lack self-confidence are unlikely to carry out their duties and obligations to the fullest, especially in educational institutions. In addition, human resources professionals who have worked in organizations and companies for a long time also need to receive training to improve their skills, insights, and motivation in supporting the achievement of the organization's vision and mission.

The purpose of this study is to provide convenience during the processing of sales, purchase transactions, goods data, supplier data and customer data, minimizing errors in recording. The research method used in this research is using the R&D (Research and Development) method. This method is used to produce a certain product that is analytical and can be tested for effectiveness so that it can be used in the wider community. In designing the system the tools used are Flowcharts, Entity Relationship Diagrams and Context Diagrams, while for data collection using observations, interviews, and literature studies. The database application development tool uses MySQL and the programming language uses Visual Basic 6.0. With this information system transaction data processing can be done computerized so as to reduce errors in reporting.

With the development of using social media in gaining more information, a cosmetic product potential buyer will search for more information from various sources, including reviews from beauty vloggers on YouTube. Beauty Vlogger existence can be a form of information exchange that can affect the sales of a product. Miss “X” becomes one of beauty vlogger in Indonesia who also makes review of cosmetic brand, including cosmetic brand “S”. Purpose of this research is to find out how much a beauty vlogger’s credibility can affect the decision purchasing of “S” cosmetic products. This research used Trustworthiness, Expertise, and Attractiveness as independent variables. The research methodology used in this research was a quantitative method that calculated by SMARTPLS 3.0. The population of this research was the subscribers of Miss “X”’s YouTube channel. In collecting data, the writer used non probability sampling with some criterions. The study sample of this research was 100. The result of the study shows that beauty vlogger Miss “X”’s credibility affects the purchasing decision of “S” cosmetic products by 33,8%. Trustworthiness has a positive and significant effect towards Purchasing Decision. However, Expertise and Attractiveness do not have significant effect towards “S” cosmetic products despite being positive.

Analysis of the influence of positions on the performance of Cilacap Tengah District Office Employees, 2). The influence of career development on the performance of Cilacap Tengah District Office Employees, and 3). Analysis of the influence of positions and career development on the performance of Cilacap Tengah District Office Employees. Therefore, this study uses quantitative research which then interprets the data to produce descriptive data. While the data collection technique uses a questionnaire, and data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that job analysis and career development have a positive effect on the performance of Cilacap Tengah District Office Employees. If job analysis and career development are better, then the performance of the members will also be better, and vice versa if job analysis and career development are worse, then the performance of the Cilacap Tengah District Office Employees will also decrease.

PUD's development strategy includes measures such as identifying local potential, improving product quality and innovation, effective marketing, and cooperation and collaboration between governments, entrepreneurs, and other stakeholders. The aim of the research is to determine the level of capability of the Human Resources (HR) apparatus at the Maros Regency Youth Sports and Arts Service (DISPORI). The research methods used are quantitative and qualitative research methods. The results of the research are that the Human Resources development policy for the apparatus at the Maros Regency Youth, Sports and Arts Service has been running well in accordance with applicable personnel procedures and regulations. The development of information technology provides opportunities for educators to create more efficient and interactive learning evaluation media. This study aims to design and develop a computer-based test media using Wondershare Quiz Creator as a tool to support online learning. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with a waterfall model, which includes the stages of needs analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation. The results show that the developed test media is capable of providing various types of questions, such as multiple choice, short answer, true-false, and matching, and is equipped with features such as automatic feedback, time settings, and exportable test results. User testing indicates that the media is easy to use, responsive, and effective in supporting the learning evaluation process in online learning. In addition, educators can quickly create, manage, and distribute tests through digital platforms without requiring advanced technical skills. Thus, the use of Wondershare Quiz Creator has proven to be an alternative solution for providing practical and interactive computer-based test media that supports improving the quality of online learning. This research is expected to serve as a reference for educators in utilizing technology to enhance the effectiveness of learning evaluation

This study aims to determine and describe the strategy model for increasing the Village Development Index (IDM) in Ciamis Regency, with a focus on environmental resilience, economic resilience, and social resilience. The method used is qualitative descriptive research. The results of the study indicate that the strategy model for increasing IDM in Ciamis Regency still needs improvement in several aspects. In terms of environmental resilience, although there is no pollution, both underdeveloped and developing villages have the potential to be prone to landslides, with developing villages having disaster response efforts, while underdeveloped villages do not. In terms of economic resilience, developing villages show better livelihood diversity compared to underdeveloped villages, although both have sufficient access to trade facilities, but access to financial institutions is limited. In terms of social resilience, although access to education and health is relatively good in both types of villages, the BPJS membership rate is still low, and access to clean water, sanitation, and electricity has reached 100% in developing villages. Access to information and communication already exists, but is not optimal in both villages. This study concludes that increasing IDM requires strengthening environmental, economic, and social resilience that is more integrated and targeted.

Increasing the creativity of Christian religious education teachers through the development of digital learning materials is urgently needed because without developing digital learning materials, PAK teachers will experience a lag in digital information. This study aims to investigate the development of digital learning materials that can increase the creativity of Christian religious education teachers. In the digital era that continues to grow, the use of technology in Christian religious education has great potential to create a more interesting and effective learning experience. This study uses a type of qualitative research and involves literature studies to gain an in-depth understanding of the integration of Christian religious values in digital learning. The results of the study show that the development of digital learning materials can provide significant benefits in increasing the creativity of Christian religious education teachers. By integrating Christian religious values, teachers can create more innovative and creative teaching methods. The use of technological resources such as multimedia, video, and interactive software allows teachers to extend learning materials and create more engaging learning experiences for students.

In the very rapid development of technology like now we are required to be able to become people who have more creativity. This Community Service is carried out at the Al-Wasliyah Hamparan Perak Vocational School, where the author will help younger siblings to be able to make simple games from power point. But it doesn't demand the possibility for them to recreate it into games that are more creative, innovative and useful.

This journal discusses the implementation of character values of Papuan culture in civic education learning. This research discusses how to optimize marketing through social media at Sugarbelly_id SMEs. Currently Sugarbelly_id is facing fierce competition from other MSMEs selling similar products. This obstacle was factored in by the owner's lack of understanding of the latest business strategy developments which caused sugarbelly_id to have little engagement from target consumers and a brand image that had not yet been formed. So this study aims to provide an understanding regarding good Social Media Marketing strategies for sugarbelly_id SMEs and help optimize the use of social media and online platforms to build a more effective and attractive Brand Image and increase promotion using digital tools that guarantee increased engagement. The method used is descriptive qualitative analysis which is collected through interviews with the owner, surveys through questionnaires and observations which then analyze the appropriate strategy. The results obtained are that Sugarbelly_id SMEs already have a good brand image and the number of followers on the Sugarbelly_id Instagram account has increased from before, which was 350 followers. In addition, the number of Profile Visits on the Sugarbelly Instagram account has also increased, reaching 1,801 visitors in the last 6 days.

The prevalence of stunting is one of the biggest nutritional problems among toddlers in Indonesia. The proportion of short and very short nutritional status in babies under two years old (baduta) reached 29.9% or higher than the 2019 RPJMN target, which was 28%. Stunting due to malnutrition that occurs in the First 1000 Days of Life (HPK) notonly causes obstacles to physical growth and increases vulnerability to disease, but also threatens cognitive development which will affect children's intelligence and productivity levels.Objective: To know the nutritional status of children under five, especially related to stunting, to increase parents' knowledge about stunting, to raise public awareness of the dangers of stunting.The activities consist of preparation stages, implementation of counseling which begins with filling in the pre-test questionnaire and ends with filling in the post-test questionnaire, as well as the evaluation stage.
