This study aims to determine the inhibiting factors on service quality in the Development, Safety, and Enforcement (PKP) at the Makassar City Transportation Service. The type of research used in this study was qualitative descriptive data using quantitative data. The research findings are that there are several factors that become obstacles in the quality of Services for Development, Safety and Enforcement (PKP) at the Makassar City Transportation Service, including; Law Enforcers or Officers have not been alert in carrying out services, public awareness is still low, and facilities and infrastructure are not yet adequate.

At this time the unemployment rate is increasing, even among scholars, unemployment reaches thousands of people. One of the reasons is that their bachelor's degree is not followed by reliable skills to enter an increasingly competitive world of work. Currently, along with the development of technology and  science,  we are required  to be able  to compete  in the  world  of  work  by improving the quality of human resources who have good quality knowledge and good personality competencies and have skills that can be used in roles in society and the state in the field of education. the job he does.

Making evening party dresses that must be considered is the pattern. Patterns are used as examples to avoid mistakes when cutting fabric. Pattern making must be adjusted to the size of the body shape of the clothing model. Patterns are very influential on the results of the clothes that will be made, therefore this study uses two different types of pattern techniques, namely draping pattern techniques and construction pattern techniques. This study aims to determine which pattern technique is good for making evening party dresses. This research uses the R&D (research and development) method or can be called research and development. The trial results show that using the draping pattern is more efficient than the construction pattern technique. The practical construction pattern technique has a weakness at the waist, namely the location of the waist that rises from the original waist. After making an assessment through the validator, the author makes evening party dresses using the pattern technique that has the highest value. The making of evening party dresses uses two pattern techniques, namely on the body pattern using a draping pattern technique and on the skirt using a construction pattern technique.

Abstract: Financial institutions have a role as intermediary institutions or a process of transferring funds from savers to borrowers or those who need funds. The role of financial institutions is very large in the growth and development of the community's economy. Currently, non-bank financial institutions also have the influence to develop the businesses of the surrounding community that cannot be reached by banks. One of them is in the Sharia Savings and Loans Cooperative (KSPPS) Kramat, which provides financing with rahn products. Researchers conducted research on the implementation of rahn products and strengthening the business of members in KSPPS Kramat. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of Rahn products and to determine the effect of Rahn financing in increasing income and strengthening businesses that were built or even being run by members. The research conducted at KSPPS Kramat uses qualitative research methods, by interviewing several members of KSPPS Kramat and their administrators. While the data collection techniques carried out by researchers are interviews, documentation and observation. In this study the researchers found several things. In the application of the Rahn product at KSPPS Kramat using a sale and purchase agreement, but it does not take advantage of the goods that are pawned and the application for financing is also easy. With the financing of rahn products, businesses around the village of Jatiarjo have increased, this is because the installments at KSPPS Kramat do not have usury. And the monthly installments are quite light, making it easier for the community to pay off the proposed financing. Keywords: KSPPS, Rahn Products, Income Increase.

Children's behavior patterns are vulnerable to environmental influences. The attitudes and responses given by children are very much determined by the patterns of upbringing and the patterns of students from their environment, especially in the toddler years (0-5 years) which is called the golden age. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Sijeruk village, Banjarmangu district, Banjarnegara regency have shown significant development. However, there remain several challenges faced by UMKM entrepreneurs, including limited marketing outreach, financial reports intertwined with household finances, and inadequate innovation in product development and packaging. This community service initiative aims to address these issues effectively.

Character education strengthening occurs not only theoretically in the classroom but also through habituation in daily life. Using drama as a method for character education can be effective because drama is closely linked to character development. This article aims to discuss the affirmation of drama appreciation learning in relation to the importance of character education for fourth-semester students at STKIP Darussalam Cilacap. The researcher applies a literature review methodology, focusing on the use of texts and library literature as primary sources. The results indicate that regular drama appreciation learning activities have a positive impact on students' development. The findings highlight the significant contribution of drama appreciation learning to character education at STKIP Darussalam. It teaches students moral values, ethics, and responsibilities. Additionally, interaction during drama activities plays a key role in enhancing students' tolerance towards differing opinions, backgrounds, and cultures, creating a holistic educational environment. The presence of drama as an art form, both at the elementary school level and as part of higher education curricula, should impact by reflecting the reinforcement of character education in the digital era, which increasingly overlooks essential foundational aspects of life, such as efforts to build good personal and moral character.

Pregnancy can cause the body to be very susceptible to low hemoglobin levels, which during pregnancy require sufficient iron for the body. If the body loses iron, anemia will occur, because the body requires the intake of foods that contain iron. Anemia itself where the value of the hemoglobin level is less than the normal value or below the normal value. So if a pregnant woman has a hemoglobin level below the normal value, she will be prone to anemia. The risk of anemia during pregnancy can occur in the fetus because it can affect the growth and development of the fetus and baby, as well as babies born prematurely or with reduced body weight. The results of the study of hb levels before being given dates with an average result of 11.94 and after being given dates the average result was 12.65 which showed an increase in hb levels. Data analysis using the Paired Sample Test statistical test obtained the results of sig (2 tailed) of 0.207 or > 0.05. From the results of the statistical analysis of the Paired Sample Test, it can be said that Ho is accepted, which means that there is no significant effect on the administration of dates on hemoglobin levels before and after.

Research with the title "The Influence of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) on Company Financial Performance”. This research uses a population of pharmaceutical sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2017-2018 period. The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of Institutional Ownership on Company Financial Performance, to examine the influence of Managerial Ownership on Company Financial Performance and to examine the influence of Institutional Ownership and Managerial Ownership on Company Financial Performance. The data sources used are secondary data and a purposive sampling method to determine the sample. will be used and produce a final sample of 10 manufacturing companies. After carrying out the sampling criteria, 6 companies were used as samples. The data in this research were analyzed using the SPSS program. The analysis used was descriptive analysis, classical assumption testing, statistical analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the data analysis carried out, it was concluded that institutional ownership had a positive effect on financial performance, managerial ownership had no significant effect on financial performance, institutional ownership and managerial ownership had a positive effect on financial performance. 

Along with the development of technology, almost all activities that require knowledge of information systems, including health services. Health services to support the process of technological advancement, namely medical records. To support these technological advances, electronic medical records are needed. In the electronic medical record, a technique and method is needed to maintain the security of the system in the electronic medical record. This research was conducted by literature study method. Eleven articles were found that matched the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The selection was taken with the PICOS framework, then the articles were analyzed one by one. There are several techniques and methods that can protect the privacy system in electronic medical records, namely the mIBE, AES, DES, RC4, and RSA methods. As well as techniques such as Cryptography, Firewall, Cloud Computing, Client-Server, and Access Control. The results of the literature review show that the safest technique to use is the cryptographic technique, because the technique is standardized, can be used without limits and the cost is low. And the safest method used for electronic medical records is mIBE-AES because this technique has been proven safe and fast for storing medical record documents.

Background: Social and emotional development of young children is affected by many stimulating factors, and one of those factors is early childhood education however, not all preschool children have the opportunity to attend early childhood education. This study was aimed at comparing children’s social and emotional development of those who attend and do not attend early childhood education. Method: This comparative study was carried out using cross sectional approach among 72 participants divided into 2 groups: 36 participants who attend early childhood education and 36 participants who do not attend early childhood education. Consecutive sampling technique was applied to select samples. Results: Non-parametric statistical test employed was Mann Whitney test, whose comparison value of children attending and not attending early childhood education was Pvalue 0.000; the emotional comparison value was Pvalue 0.040, so it can be concluded that there were differences in social and emotional development between children who attend early childhood education and those who do not attend early childhood education. Conclusion: Early childhood education can help stimulate development on children. Parents should pay more attention to their children’s social and emotional development, whereas if parents cannot be the medium to support children’s social and emotional development, they should engage their children to early childhood education.

Background problem: AI is composed to take the film industry by the cyclone, its application helps streamline production practices, and its increasing work in film scripting and visuals convolutes the notion and function of creations and the aesthetics of NM. Novelty: By analyzing how three films were co-written with Artificial Intelligence arranged with “Foucault's theory” of the duty of the creator or producer, and the aesthetics and state of current NM, this research establishes an identity for the cinema form of Artificial Intelligence films. Research Method: This study uses a qualitative exploratory methodology to combine various perspectives that are developing on new media streams where this research is crossing 2 major areas in Film & Media, and Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning. Finding/Result: Patterns discovered as curated data sets reveal trends in cinematic narratives, opening the door for a more creative agency. Artificial Intelligence films transcend the boundaries of technological convergence, offering a more essential way to recognize the special behavior and opportunity of NM forms as self-reflective and demonstrating the versatility of film. Conclusion: This research makes Artificial Intelligence films an emerging media with a different tendency from the media and is directly related to its contribution. By involving the theorization of NM technology and its developmental tuff simultaneously, Artificial Intelligence films are presented as an inventive design of film in phrases of digital production, virtual placement, historical preoccupation, and producer duty.

At the present time of the pandemic, it is difficult for the world's most unusual cuttlefish to market its products. Thus, umkm needs to be provided with facilities to market the products online. Special-based backends are one of the media for selling by-products on the catapult. The purpose of this research is to construct typical web-based appendage by-by-products. Research methods used in the construction of systems on this research are the methods of research and development (R & D). This study provides several design systems, the design of system architecture, the DFD system, the design of the interface, and the design of system testing. The system was created using the framework laravel. As for the results of the final assignment research "typical web-based appendage". In this system, there are two users, the user as the store and the user as the buyer. On the user as a store there are several features that include input from store products, editing from products, confirmation of deliveries, responding to comments given by the buyer on the product, viewing the order data done by the buyer, and editing the store's data. While the user's features as the purchaser look at the product's data, see the store's data as a souvenir, order a by-product payment, confirm the order has been accepted, give an assessment of the product's already received, and edit the customer's data. The system was tested by using black box methods testing to see the effectiveness of a system built with test variables was 100%.

Community service is carried out to the general public, and the target of the service is the al-bayyinah Muslim study group, Yosorati Village, Kec. Sumberbaru Kab. Jember. This service is in the form of training in reading the Koran properly and correctly through the Qira'ati method, the executor first surveys the field what are the current needs of the community. In an effort to popularize the Koran, currently there are various methods that are quite helpful in facilitating the process of learning to read the Koran properly and correctly. However, the general problems encountered in teaching the Koran today are: Quality of Education, Qualifications of Ustad Teachers, Uncertain Study Time, Learning Methods used are lacking/not mastered. Based on the implementation of good and correct Qur'an reading training through the Qira'ati method in Krajan Lor Hamlet, Yosorati Village, Kec. Sumberbaru Kab. Jember is the standard for the quality of learning outcomes for mothers who are not the same. Between one and another, due to differences in educational background and also the family environment, each Muslim congregation must be different in absorbing material, it shouldn't be 100% uniform. but the levels of differences that are too far apart indicate that something is lacking in the learning process, be it from the elements, teacher, means, or methods used. The development of various methods of reading the Koran at this time indeed enriches the variety of the learning process, but if the use of the method chosen by the Koran teacher or institution does not comply with the standards required by the method maker, then from the learning process to the product produced it is definitely not standard. It is often found in our society that the ratio of the teacher of the Koran to the number of students is not balanced. The number of Koran teachers is less than the students who are ready to be taught, and even then the quality of teachers is not evenly distributed, there are even ustad who are reckless because there are no Koran teachers who are ready to teach.

Efforts to increase economic growth in Indonesia, the discourse that is often discussed is the use of the creative economy concept. In connection with the government's efforts to realize creative economic development and create halal products, the position of the government in increasing MSMEs is urgently needed. The purpose of this community service is to provide training on the latest insights to all parties involved in developing micro-enterprises through the creative economy. The method of implementing the activity consists of several stages. In the preparatory stage the team conducted a location survey, strengthening and determining target locations, and preparing socialization materials. In addition, participants participated in assistance in making halal products. The implementation stage of the program is in the form of lectures or outreach, tutorial activities, discussions and MSME training assistance. The material presented in the socialization is in the form of an introduction to the production process of halal products and provides direction in making halal labels. The results and outputs of the activities after the socialization was carried out, namely first, introducing the production process for halal products to the public, in this case the socialization team provided an understanding of how important the distribution of industrial potential is through the creative economy. Second, provide assistance in the form of making halal labels where at this stage the socialization team provides an understanding that in Islam products cannot contain harmful ingredients because they will have a negative impact on consumers and society.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan e-modul interaktif matematika pada materi lingkaran kelas VIII. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu Research and Development (R&D), dan model yang digunakan yaitu model pengembangan 4-D, namun pada penelitian ini hanya sampai pada tahap 3-D saja yang meliputi: tahap pendefinisian (define), tahap perancangan (design), dan tahap pengembangan media (develop). Penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas ahli media oleh dosen dan uji validitas ahli materi oleh guru Matematika dengan menggunakan skala likert dan prosentase validasi. Hasil validasi ahli media didapatkan rata-rata nilai validasi sebesar 3,71 dan prosentase validasi sebesar 92,74, sedangkan hasil validasi ahli materi didapatkan rata-rata nilai validasi sebesar 3,87 dan prosentasi validasi sebesar 96,7. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa e-modul interaktif berbasis AR matematika pada materi geometri untuk kelas VIII teruji kevalidan dan kelayakannya.

Company training and development are disrupted and methods must change with the aim of adapting training and development in a pandemic situation like this. The method used in this study uses qualitative methods and uses a literature review approach. Meanwhile, the target audience is companies that have started using new methods in training and development. By holding research like this, it is hoped that it can become an example for other companies in changing their training methods and development during a pandemic like today

Rapid technological advances make print communication media begin to be shifted by information media that utilizes computer technology as a means of delivery. Technological developments change the teacher's task from being a teacher to a facilitator who provides convenience in learning. SD Negeri 004 Bangsal Aceh is one of the schools that still applies the mathematics learning process using textbooks so that students do not understand the lesson. Teachers are required to make changes in teaching patterns in the classroom, one of which is with animated videos. This study uses the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method covering concept, design, collecting material, assembly, testing and distribution. The final result of this research is an animated video of mathematics learning about the material of flat shapes. Animated videos are used as an interesting and effective means of information and learning media. Besides that, it can also improve students' understanding and skills in learning mathematics, especially the material of flat shapes
