Institutional Economics is a school of thought in economics which contains the view that economic behavior, where a person or party is greatly influenced by certain institutions. In this case, institutions themselves have a fairly broad meaning and can be briefly defined as the "rules of the game" in a community group, both formal and informal, which are deliberately designed to limit or regulate relationships between people within that community group. Formal institutions can be in the form of rules, regulations, statutory law and others; while informal institutions can be conventions, trends, culture, and so on. Thus, institutions here are not the same as organizations. The Institutional School initially emerged as a refutation of the neo-classical economic view or school which states that a person's economic behavior is solely based on each individual's desire to maximize profits (maximizing profit behavior). The term "institutional economics" was first introduced by Walton Hamilton in 1919.

Learning innovation is something that is important and must be owned by teachers. The teacher's willingness to try, discover, explore and search for various learning approaches, methods and strategies is one of the supports for the emergence of various new innovations. Social studies as a subject at elementary school level is essentially a complete integration of social science disciplines and other relevant scientific disciplines to realize educational goals at school level. From the results of teacher observations, several problems were found in social studies learning, including: (1) in the teaching process teachers only use lecture and question and answer methods so that students tend to get bored because they find learning less interesting; (2) the learning that takes place is always teacher-centered so that student involvement is less active; (3) students' understanding and memory are still minimal. To overcome problems in learning in class VI, learning is implemented at SD Negeri Temon using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) method regarding Economic Activities in ASEAN Countries. The choice of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) method in the learning process is adjusted to the basic competencies in social studies learning. The teacher gives a number of trigger problems, then students continuously develop their knowledge in groups and individually.

The Covid-19 pandemic has a huge impact on economic aspects, one of which is economic growth. BPS Indonesia noted that in February 2021 Indonesia's economic growth contracted by 2.19% which could lead to an economic recession so it must be overcome by recognizing the factors that influence it. The economic growth of a region can also be influenced by the economic growth of other regions.  Modeling the economic growth of each province in Indonesia needs to incorporate spatial effects into it. The purpose of this study is to model the factors that are thought to affect Indonesia's economic growth in the covid-19 pandemic using spatial regression analysis. The form of cooperation in muamalah is the leasing activity that is common in society. This transaction is basically permitted in Islam if it fulfills the pillars and conditions because not everyone is able to meet their needs without the help of others. but whether the lease is legal or still violates sharia economic law. While the data analysis used is descriptive analysis, to test the validity of the data and researchers use source triagulation. From the results of this study, the lease agreement with the rice field rendeman system in Sukowono village from the perspective of Islamic economic law is not justified because it violates the pillars of Ijarah, namely Muta'aqidain which can be called mu'jir and musta'jir, namely the person who has the benefit of the Ijarah. This means that there are two actors renting rice fields based on Islamic law, there is no second party (third tenant / musta'jir shani) in the pillars of ijarah.

Abstract. Village development had a significant tendency to be handled uniformly by the central government throughout the New Order era. Village development programs are more top-down in nature. Village development was increasingly delegated to the community itself throughout the reform era. Central and local governments take on facilitator positions and functions, offering financial support, mentoring and supervision. Many initiatives to reduce poverty have been undertaken, including the Assistance Program for Disadvantaged Communities and Education for Presidents of Disadvantaged Villages. Village development programs are more bottom-up or a mixture of bottom-up and top-down. This research is included in qualitative research, namely research that does not use mathematical calculations, statistics and so on, but uses scientific emphasis or findings that cannot be achieved using statistical procedures or other methods of quantification. In spurring economic growth, economic policy must embrace a new paradigm where people's economic empowerment must be the main concern. Because most people in rural areas live in the agricultural sector and this sector still makes a large contribution to the regional economy, empowering the people's economy also means building a better rural economy. Industrial development must pay attention to backward linkages with the agricultural sector or primary sector, while forward linkages must pay attention to processing to increase added value and good marketing so that the products produced are not wasted.
