With increasingly advanced technological developments, some of these problems can be minimized with the latest technology in the construction sector known as Building Information Modeling (BIM). With BIM, all parties involved in the project (stakeholders) can collaborate from the planning stage before the project is carried out, thereby reducing the potential for errors in development implementation (Mafrul, 2022). The use of BIM can provide the various functions necessary to model the entire life cycle of a building, while also providing a basis for dealing with changes and construction progress in positions and correlations between project teams. Proper implementation of BIM enables increasingly integrated design and construction processes, creating buildings with better quality, more efficient production costs, and shorter project completion times (Khairi et al., 2022b).

Since its invention in the 19th century until today, reinforced concrete has become a leading construction material due to its qualities; it is a strong and durable building material that can be used in any form of architecture at an affordable and reasonable cost. Thus, humanity has abandoned traditional building materials (stone, earth, straw, lime, wood and hemp, etc.) to benefit from the many advantages of reinforced concrete (Yasser et al., 2013). The purpose of this research is to determine the determinants of choice variables for MSME companies in Cimahi when it comes to using e-commerce. In this study, the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) is used as a theoretical framework to construct research hypotheses. The earliest stages of the research began with the collection of primary data in the form of questionnaire responses from Cimahi chips SMEs, with a total of 148 respondents filling out the questionnaire. The acquired data will next be processed using various linear regression methods. According to the findings of the study, Cimahi chip SMEs have a favorable attitude toward e-commerce adoption. They also include the influence of social norms as a factor to consider when adopting e-commerce. Perceived behavioral control influences e-commerce adoption as well. Based on the findings of the research, footwear MSMEs that have not used e-commerce should analyze the benefits of e-commerce for business, while MSMEs that have used e-commerce can assess the benefits and restrictions of utilizing e-commerce. The government can also help MSMEs adopt e-commerce by giving training, constructing suitable infrastructure, and establishing applicable legislation.

Innovations in concrete design continue to be made to obtain maximum strength. The granulated sugar can be an added ingredient that functions to inhibit the concrete setting time so it doesn't dry out too quickly. The experiment was carried out by adding a variety of granulated sugar to the concrete mixture of 50 grams (2% by weight of water), 70 grams (3% by weight of water) and 100 grams (4% by weight of water) then all the samples were immersed in sea water. Based on the results of the flexural strength test of concrete after 28 days of age, the highest test results obtained for the flexural strength of concrete were the addition of 100 grams of granulated sugar worth 3.00 MPa for the second was the addition of 50 grams of granulated sugar worth 0.515 MPa and for the third was the addition of sugar sand 70 grams 0.454 Mpa. This composition cannot be said to have decreased due to immersion in sea water, because there is no proven comparison with immersion using ordinary water.

Society will more often give a negative label to married couples who do not have children, especially to women who are the center of motherhood without seeing the causal factors or conditions that are being experienced by the married couple. In this study, researchers used qualitative research, with the research location in Sungai Besar Village, Lingga Regency. Determination of informants by pupose sampling, namely a sample that is chosen deliberately by considering that the selected informants are considered capable of providing the information needed. The informants in this study totaled sixteen informants, informants from married couples who did not have children, families and the community of Sungai Besar Village, Lingga Regency. This research was conducted to find out the impact of community stigma for married couples who do not have children. The theory used in this study is the theory of stigma by explaining the form of stigma and self-concept and the view of society by Erving Goffman. The results showed that there is an impact of community stigma for married couples who do not have children in Sungai Besar Village, Lingga Regency. Community stigma is inseparable from the process of detection and community interaction. The causes of stigma are patriarchal culture in society, education level, age, gender, and social conditions. Among the many statements regarding the success factors of VE implementation in Indonesian construction, the knowledge and experience of VE of the construction parties is a key success factor as stated by the consultant and provided by the contractor.

Through this program, it is formed in people's minds that waste is something that is useless and is simply thrown away, converted into something that also has value and price. This study aims to find out how the impact of the waste bank program on the socio-economic community in Sememi Village, Benowo District, Surabaya City. In this case the impact is aimed at the socio-economic life of the community at the Eka Jaya Garbage Bank, Sememi Village, Benowo District, Surabaya City. Based on the results of data analysis, it was concluded that there was a positive impact on the socio-economic life of the people in Sememi Village, Benowo District after the construction of the Garbage Bank. This is indicated by an increase in people's income, although it is small, it provides significant benefits for the community. Not only income has increased, but health and better social interaction among people, most importantly, a cleaner environment has also increased from time to time.

Discipline is something related to someone's control of various forms of regulation. The purpose of this research is to direct students so that they learn about good things as a preparation for the future, when they are very dependent on self-discipline. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. With a large number of samples ± there are 51 UHAMKA students in the teaching and education faculties of the 2019/2020 academic year. The research instrument used a questionnaire or questionnaire and library literature in the form of journals and books. And this validity approach is tested using construct validity and for this reliability approach using internal consistent reliability testing. The procedure for taking this sample was carried out by systematic random sampling. And the data collection was used by distributing questionnaires which were distributed via Google Formular to students analyzing data for variable and reliable testing using IBM SPSS 26. And using a one-sample t-test statistic. The results showed that: there were 33 students (78%) who had a very high level of discipline. There are 16 students (56-77%) who have a moderate level of discipline. There are 2 students (55%) who have a low level of discipline. Based on the explanation above, it can be said that the level of student discipline is included in the high category. This result is the possibility that students choose good answers or indeed good discipline. Based on the data above, the high level of student discipline shows that students at FKIP Uhamka have good obedience, obedience, and order. This is in line with Susanto's statement (2018) that discipline is influenced by factors including: students following and obeying applicable regulations, self-awareness, educational tools, punishment, exemplary attitude, disciplinary environment, and disciplinary training. However, there are still students who adhere to a low level of discipline (55%). This can be spread by the background of the students themselves who are less disciplined about the rules applied by the university and because there is no awareness about the importance discipline.

The rapid expansion of construction activities has led to increased concrete consumption, resulting in excessive exploitation of natural aggregate resources and growing environmental concerns. To mitigate this issue, ceramic waste has been investigated as an alternative material in concrete production. This study examines the effect of ceramic waste powder used as a filler on the workability and compressive strength of concrete. Ceramic waste powder was applied as a partial replacement for fine aggregate at proportions of 0%, 15%, 25%, 35%, and 45%. The concrete mixtures were produced using Ordinary Portland Cement Type I, natural sand, crushed stone as coarse aggregate, and potable water, all conforming to Indonesian National Standards (SNI). Workability was assessed through slump tests in accordance with SNI 1972:2008, while compressive strength tests were performed on cylindrical specimens at 28 days following SNI 1974:2011. The compressive strength for each mixture was determined from the average of three specimens. The results show that increasing ceramic waste content slightly reduced slump values, from 17.20 cm in the control mix to 16.60 cm at 45% replacement, although all mixtures met the required workability standards. A gradual decrease in compressive strength was also observed, from 17.79 MPa to 16.65 MPa at the highest replacement level. However, this reduction was not significant, indicating that ceramic waste powder can be used in normal-strength concrete without substantially affecting performance. The utilization of ceramic waste therefore represents a sustainable alternative to reduce natural aggregate consumption while maintaining acceptable concrete properties.
