MSME business performance has not been very encouraging due to various obstacles and weaknesses in managing the business and the lack of capital support to support the business. Attention to growing micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) is based on at least three reasons. First, MSMEs as a survival strategy in times of economic downturn. The second reason, the tendency to absorb a lot of labor force makes many MSMEs also intensive in using local natural resources. The progress of MSMEs in reducing poverty and equalizing people's income.

Then the monetary sector, such as inflation, the money supply and the balance of the exchange rate. In addition, the condition of the Indonesian economy can also be seen from external conditions which are reflected in the development of the balance of payments which illustrates the condition of the Indonesian economy in the real and monetary sectors. The balance of payments also measures the ability of the economy to support international transactions, especially transactions related to debt obligations and export-import transactions, and informs the government about the state of the economy, especially in this regard. On the results of economic relations with other countries. Thus, the balance of payments can assist in decision-making in the currency sector. Indonesia's balance of payments often fluctuates from time to time. A current account deficit does not result in a balance of payments deficit because the financial account increases capital and compensates for the current account deficit.

The problems of Islamic education that are developing in schools today are numerous, one of which is capitalism Islamic education, education that the rights of each individual person are limited by financial ability. That is the high cost of private education, which in fact is an Islamic educational institution that usually has the word Islam behind the name of the school, such as Islamic elementary school, Islamic junior high school and the like. make education has come out of its true purpose. The paradigm of Islamic education does not distinguish between social groups in society, because learning is the right of every individual, everyone has the right to get a school education. It is time for us to implement the "social justice" paradigm, using the "human empowerment approach". approach to placing humans as humans. Humans are not adapted to goods. Humans are independent-autonomous beings, have potential that can be developed and realized. So it's fair that education will be implemented if we are all serious about transforming education with the concept of "humanizing humans".

The Power of the State Apparatus As a government institution in the perspective of moving the State Capital becomes part of the practice of social reproduction. Various considerations wrapped in political consensus are a challenge for bureaucrats. It is suspected that his involvement in carrying out his duties and responsibilities simultaneously has an impact on the domino effect that arises as a response to transcendental transformation. The grand factor driving the transfer of IKN is such as population agglomeration on the island of Java, which has an impact on economic stagnation which is increasingly apprehensive. In other words, the underdevelopment experienced by regions outside Java will soon be resolved. The symptom of duality in the structuring of agent behavior becomes so essential considering that the agent, namely the bureaucrat, is the key person as well as a vessel for social reproduction. Thus, it is hoped that Giddens' conception in the corridor of internal bureaucratic structuring in the search for resources as a nation accelerator can be realized properly. This is in line with the transformation of community development which requires institutional elements to accommodate all levels of stakeholders. Giddens' concept emphasizes how patterns of power relations, systems and structures unite in building the evolution of a theologically patterned society. The duality approach between the possessors of power and their powers will influence each other on an ongoing basis. More than that, the connection between political phenomena in creating opportunities will be very radical when an actor expects to optimize the capacity of his actions to influence other elements. Various speculations from minority groups to the voice of environmental elements over the transfer of the national capital are purely based on an oligarchic profit-sharing project. This skeptical assumption overshadows the fact that the development transformation synergy is fraught with risks for the possibilities that will occur. Especially regarding investment-motivated funding for the state capital project, it will confront the role of bureaucrats in a metaphorical setting in the growth of national economic capacity. It is claimed that the megaproject will participate in mobilizing supporting resources that cannot be separated from the comparison of science and technology development.
