Empowerment of family medicinal plants in the cultivation and utilization of TOGA can be a way to overcome these problems, especially in the city of Surabaya. The purpose of this community service is to increase public understanding of the efficacy of TOGA and to create facilities for nature conservation, especially the cultivation of TOGA greenery. The form of community service activities is providing education, giving and planting TOGA, and monitoring TOGA maintenance. The resulting output is increasing public understanding of the efficacy of TOGA and creating facilities for nature conservation, especially cultivating reforestation for special TOGA gardens (Kencur, turmeric, temulawak, and binahong) so that they can help realize preventive and promotional communities in overcoming disease problems that often arise during the transition season.

The purpose of this activity is to provide students with understanding and skills related to the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) on the Theme of Local Wisdom in Traditional Sports for SKOI East Kalimantan Students. The advantage of this activity is completing school programs related to P5 in the independent curriculum. The method used is 1) Preparatory stage, preparing material from guidelines, PPT and Project Module Strengthening Pancasila P5 Student Profile, 2) Implementation stage, delivery of material and demonstrations related to traditional sports games, 3) Evaluation stage, sharing or discussion of values and students' understanding in implementing the socialization of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5). The results of the implementation of the Community Partnership Program (PKM) were in the good and responsive category, meaning that there was an understanding of students about the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5). Meanwhile, students looked very enthusiastic in paying attention to the explanations conveyed by the service team with a positive response and were not ashamed ask if there is a misunderstanding in the service team's explanation. Students are very enthusiastic in terms of listening to traditional sports, which are media for introducing local wisdom values such as game sports, stilts, Bakiak, Asin Naga/Gobak Sodor, and Gasing and the monitoring results of the service team, as a whole the students have done the task given quite well. This can be seen from the results of understanding and demonstrating items from all types of traditional game sports

This service aims to introduce a hydroponic vegetable cultivation system using the wick method in Sungai Pagar Village. The environment in Sungai Pagar Village is characterized by sandy soil due to the accumulation of peat soil, so plant cultivation activities are still limited. In this context the wick method is adopted as a relevant solution. Training activities were carried out through several stages, including field surveys, delivery of materials, sowing seeds, making AB mix nutrition, making a hydroponic wick system from used plastic bottles, and monitoring and evaluation. The results of the training showed an increase in participants' knowledge about hydroponic cultivation and their abilities in caring for hydroponic plants. Each training participant succeeded in making a hydroponic wick system using used plastic bottles and was given a hydroponic cultivation package to continue cultivation at home. In order to improve food security and the community's economy, this training made a positive contribution by introducing an environmentally friendly and hydroponic vegetable cultivation system. efficient. In conclusion, this training was successful in introducing and training the public in hydroponic vegetable cultivation using the wick method.

The selected participants were 10 people who had bitter melon gardens in their yard. The activity stages were lecture and practice. PKM activities were carried out well, participants were very enthusiastic in taking part in PKM activities. Monitoring results showed that the amount of increase in participants' knowledge and skills increased from 100%, from 10 participants who answered that they did not know before the training activity in making bitter melon chips, it increased to 100% or 10 participants answered that they knew and were able after the training. This shows that training activities can be said to be successful because there is an increase in the knowledge and skills of the training participants.

Growth and development disorders are a problem that is often found in society, so it is very important that all components involved in children's growth and development, namely parents, teachers and the community, can work together in early monitoring. The determining factors for the quality of a child's growth and development are constitutional genetic-heredo potential (intrinsic) and the role of the environment (extrinsic). Child growth and development disorders occur when there are genetic factors and/or environmental factors that are unable to meet the child's basic growth and development needs. Factors that influence a child's growth and development are genetic factors, and are more influenced by environmental factors and the diseases experienced by the child. Appropriate detection and intervention can optimize the quality of the child's subsequent growth and development. Babies who experience delays in development will make the baby's parents feel anxious and worried, which will affect how parents meet their baby's needs, such as mothers who do not encourage their babies to talk and mothers who do not exercise their hands and feet regularly at certain times. So that the baby has difficulty walking and lacks language, the lack of stimulation given to the baby will worsen the baby's developmental delays (Hurlock, 2002).Based on a preliminary survey conducted at the BP Nauli Community Health Center on 10 mothers who had babies, there were 5 mothers who did not provide stimulation to their children when their children were not going through the crawling phase and did not know the effect on the child's development, so based on these problems the researchers wanted to conduct research with the title "The Effect of Assisted Crawling Stimulation on the Crawling Ability of Babies at the BP Nauli Community Health Center, Kec. Regular blood sugar monitoring is necessary, especially for diabetics. Guava, a tropical fruit, includes a variety of phytochemicals that have been linked to pharmacological benefits such as antibacterial capabilities. This research uses an extraction process involving solid-liquid extraction or maceration, with methanol being the optimal solvent. The extract yields 9.51%. Wistar rats are used to investigate its antidiabetic efficacy. The rats are divided into three groups: positive control, negative control, and extract treatment. Diabetes is induced by subcutaneous injection of Alloxan, followed by oral administration of the methanol extract. Blood glucose levels are assessed after fasting for 6-8 hours. The extract from dried Guava leaf powder yields a concentrated extract with a 9.51% yield. In vivo assessments showed a significant reduction in blood glucose levels in rats treated with guava leaf extract, suggesting potential anti-hyperglycemic effects. The phenolic compounds in guava leaves contribute to antioxidant and anti-hyperglycemic effects. The study highlights the potential therapeutic effects of guava mint leaves and their extract components for diabetes management and antioxidant health benefits.

This research aims to describe the application of the academic supervision model to supervisors in developing Islamic religious education teachers in Pondok Jambi City Faith Islamic Boarding School and Jambi City As'ad Islamic Boarding School. This research is a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The subject of this research is the supervisor, chairman Madrasah, teachers and students at the Nurul Iman Islamic Boarding School, Jambi City and As'ad, Jambi City. Data collection The techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. Broiler chickens are livestock whose growth is influenced by environmental temperature. The temperature of the chicken coop that is not suitable can affect the decrease in productivity and cause death in broiler chickens, so that the temperature setting of the cage must be considered. The design of this temperature and humidity monitoring system uses a nodemcu ESP8266 microcontroller and an arduino uno. If the measured temperature exceeds the set temperature limit, the system will send an SMS to the smartphone so that the cage officer can take appropriate action.

So here researchers carry out an analysis to find out what the customers in question are using the pension funds for. Are these funds managed and utilized well? This research uses a qualitative approach. data was collected using the interview method. After all the data has been collected, data analysis is carried out. The data analysis used is non-statistical data analysis. In this research, what is analyzed is the data collected in interview transcripts. Based on the research results, it is known that customers can use pension funds for various purposes, such as living costs. when retiring, investing, purchasing property, or supporting the education of children or grandchildren. Apart from that, customers also manage pension funds by carrying out financial planning, selecting investment portfolios, carrying out evaluations and monitoring, making wise expenditures, carrying out and considering insurance and protection, then consulting with financial experts.

Technology development in the digital era has brought significant changes in various aspects of life, including in business and marketing. E-commerce is one form of technology utilization that is growing rapidly, providing new opportunities for business actors, including farmers and fishermen in Randutatah Paiton Village. However, obstacles such as limited internet access, lack of e-commerce knowledge, low marketing networks, and intense competition on e-commerce platforms are the main challenges.To overcome these obstacles, a training program on e-commerce utilization was conducted.  This training program involves business owners and workers, with an implementation method that includes planning, implementing activities, and monitoring and evaluation. The purpose of the implementation of this community service is to apply e-commerce to the sale of various MSME products in Randutatah Village with the intention of introducing and increasing their sales turnover, while the method used is to use participatory methods, counseling, mentoring and training. The results obtained from the implementation of this community service are that with the help of training and e-commerce applications, it can reduce the sales turnover of MSME products in Randutatah Village.

The goal to be achieved is to find out the use of spin wheel learning media on heroism material on class learning outcomes. This research is class action research (action research). This research was conducted in the form of cycles, each cycle consisting of several components, namely the stages of preparation, planning, implementation of action, observation and monitoring, reflection, evaluation and revision and conclusion of the results. The data validation process is carried out by asking for an assessment of experts and practitioners regarding the content and outline of the written test which is used as a data collection tool, so that the tool is used to measure student abilities. The use of the spin wheel learning model is proven to improve student learning outcomes. The learning process on the subject matter of heroism from the aspects of teachers and students can be achieved because from cycle to cycle there is reflection and improvement through good collaboration between researchers and observers. This result can be achieved because of this cooperation in designing, implementing, observing, and reflecting on cycles for two cycles. Improving mathematics learning outcomes through the spin wheel learning model in heroism material can be achieved.

Strategic collaboration with activity partners and analysis of new business opportunities are the foundation for developing business models that are not only innovative but also sustainable. Technology enablement and implementation of digital marketing strategies were key steps in improving ONC's operational efficiency and increasing their visibility in the tight local market. outreach on business sustainability provides better understanding for ONC members, helping them reduce environmental impacts and increase resource efficiency. As an integral part of this program, monitoring and evaluation are carried out strictly to measure the impact of each step taken. Thus, the community service program not only provides an immediate solution to the challenges ONC faces, but also forms the basis for long-term investment, supporting the growth and sustainability of their business in the future.

This community service program aims to improve the life skills of PKK mothers in Bulumeduro Village to be more productive through training in processing fish waste into high protein pellets and to reduce fish waste that is not properly utilized in order to create a better environmental ecosystem in Bulumeduro Village. The implementation methods used include extension or lecture method, carried out using direct practice or training methods, and assistance or monitoring for program sustainability. The results of community service activities using these three methods are that PKK mothers have a good understanding of how to process fish waste and how to make pellets and PKK mothers also know the benefits of processing fish waste into pellets, this can be seen from the pre-test and post-test results which show that there was an increase in PKK mothers' knowledge after counseling and training. The conclusion from the results of implementing the community service program is that PKK mothers become more productive in increasing income and improving life skills, in addition to increasing insight or knowledge regarding processing fish waste into high protein pellets.

Data from the World Health Organization (WHO) estimates that currently the global prevalence of hypertension is 22% of the total world population. Based on data on hypertension in the elderly in the Tangan-Tangan Community Health Center, Southwest Aceh Regency in 2021, there were 517 people, in 2022 there were 668 people, while in 2023, starting from January-August, there were 712 people. The aim of the research is to determine the factors that influence the quality of life of elderly people with hypertension in the Tangan-Tangan Community Health Center Area, Southwest Aceh Regency. The research design uses the Analytical Survey method with a Cross Sectional approach. The population in this study were all elderly people who experienced hypertension in the Tangan-Tangan Health Center Working Area, Southwest Aceh Regency, totaling 712 people. The sample consisted of 88 people using Quota sampling technique. Data analysis uses univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis. The results of the research show that there is an influence of physical activity, diet, medication adherence, motivation and family support on the quality of life of elderly people with hypertension in the Tangan-Tangan Health Center Area, Southwest Aceh Regency, while the dominant factor is family support. The conclusion of this research is that there is an influence of physical activity, diet, medication adherence, motivation and family support on the quality of life of elderly people with hypertension in the Tangan-Tangan Health Center Area, Southwest Aceh Regency. It is recommended that the Tangan-Tangan Health Center create a program as a forum for hypertensive patients to always carry out efforts to control blood pressure as a form of monitoring and maintaining the patient's quality of life.

The implementation of laboratory information systems, modern equipment, and related applications is suggested to advance service quality. The establishment of a regular monitoring and evaluation system, including internal audits, routine performance reviews, and patient feedback collection, is crucial for continuous improvement. The experience of the Covid-19 incident has encouraged us to carry out food security activities. To increase the food security of the villagers assisted by the PPM AAL Community Service Team at Rumdis Pesapen Surabaya, this was done by developing plantations and hydroponics with the NTF system. The development of this plantation was carried out from the start, namely the plantation from abandoned land to becoming a garden. At the same time, the hydroponic one went from non-existent to existing until harvest. Implementation of Food Security by: 1) Socialization and training, 2) Formation of farmer groups, and 3) Monitoring and assistance in the Assisted Villages. Plantation and hydroponic systems are very potential and useful solutions for increasing income, and food availability, opening up new business opportunities, and can preserve the environment, and being part of efforts to realize sustainable agriculture and improve community welfare

Education plays a central role in community development and the enhancement of human resources. In the rapidly evolving digital era, information and communication technology has significantly transformed the education landscape. Technology has become an integral part of the teaching and learning process in schools, bringing both challenges and significant opportunities. Particularly at the Junior High School (SMP) level, subjects like Mathematics, Natural Sciences (IPA), Physics, and Chemistry play a central role in shaping students' foundational knowledge. However, students often have varying levels of understanding and different learning styles. This poses a challenge for teachers trying to meet the diverse learning needs of their students. The use of the same linear teaching methods for all students is often ineffective in such a context. In this research, we employed a literature review methodology. This approach helps summarize and synthesize existing knowledge on the role of technology in enhancing student motivation in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) education. By analyzing trends, findings, and patterns emerging from related literature, we can establish a strong knowledge base for this research. The adaptive learning approach, leveraging technology, has emerged as an intriguing solution. This approach allows for real-time analysis of student learning data and the adjustment of content, material, or teaching methods to suit individual needs. The research highlights the primary benefits of adaptive learning, such as personalized content adjustment, enhanced student motivation, more efficient monitoring and evaluation, and time savings in achieving better understanding. However, the research also acknowledges several challenges, including uneven technology infrastructure, the need for teacher training, and student data protection. Nevertheless, this research emphasizes the importance of adaptive learning in the context of STEM education at the SMP level in the digital era, while recognizing the need for further research to explore the potential of technology in enhancing the quality of education at this level.
