The ability to read and foster an interest in reading in children is an effort to improve educational standards while at the same time forming a child's personality with character. The purpose of this study was to determine the significant impact of the storybook-assisted KWL (Know Want to Know Learned) strategy in terms of the learning motivation of class XI students of SMAN 2 Merauke. This type of research uses the Non-Equivalent posttest only control group design. A total of 50 students were sampled in this study, 25 students in the experimental class and 25 students in the control class. Research data collection was carried out by non-test method using observation sheets. Manova as a data analysis method used in this study. The results showed that the KWL (Know Want to Know Learned) strategy, with the help of story books, had an impact on reading interest and learning motivation. The results of the study showed a significant difference. The results of the analysis also show that, when compared with reading interest, learning motivation is the variable that is more influenced. Therefore, the KWL (Know Want to Know Learned) strategy with the help of story books can be suggested as an innovative way of learning to increase reading interest and motivation to learn

National development requires strengthening the quality of human resources (HR) as a fundamental pillar for sustainable development, particularly in facing the challenges of the Society 5.0 era characterized by rapid advances in information and communication technology. Youth, as a productive age group, play a strategic role as agents of social change and drivers of economic development through entrepreneurship. However, low entrepreneurial awareness, limited managerial skills, and insufficient business mentoring remain major obstacles to youth business development at the local level. This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to enhance youth understanding, motivation, and entrepreneurial capacity through an educative and participatory approach based on business incubation. The program was implemented for young people in RT 013, Lubuk Gaung Village, Sungai Sembilan District, on June 18, 2023, using counseling sessions, interactive discussions, and entrepreneurial mentoring methods. The results indicate an improvement in participants' understanding of entrepreneurial concepts, the role of business incubators, and the importance of digital literacy and business collaboration in the digital economy era. The program also fostered collective awareness among youth to become innovative and sustainable entrepreneurs. Therefore, this PKM activity confirms that community-based business incubation has strategic relevance in improving youth human resource quality, promoting economic self-reliance, and supporting sustainable local economic development.

Reativity and skills in the field of technology are a unit that go hand in hand and are indispensable in the world of work. For this reason, it needs to be instilled early on in directing and developing the skills and creativity of a student. Given the large number of companies engaged in graphic design, advertising and multimedia, it affects the development of the times and everyone's knowledge. In the very rapid development of technology like now we are required to be able to become people who have more creativity. This Community Service is carried out at the Al-Wasliyah Hamparan Perak Vocational School, where the author will help younger siblings to be able to make simple games from power point. But it doesn't demand the possibility for them to recreate it into games that are more creative, innovative and useful.

Increasing the creativity of Christian religious education teachers through the development of digital learning materials is urgently needed because without developing digital learning materials, PAK teachers will experience a lag in digital information. This study aims to investigate the development of digital learning materials that can increase the creativity of Christian religious education teachers. In the digital era that continues to grow, the use of technology in Christian religious education has great potential to create a more interesting and effective learning experience. This study uses a type of qualitative research and involves literature studies to gain an in-depth understanding of the integration of Christian religious values in digital learning. The results of the study show that the development of digital learning materials can provide significant benefits in increasing the creativity of Christian religious education teachers. By integrating Christian religious values, teachers can create more innovative and creative teaching methods. The use of technological resources such as multimedia, video, and interactive software allows teachers to extend learning materials and create more engaging learning experiences for students.

Organizational Culture (X1) partially affects employee performance (Y) with a t count of 3.369 > t table of 1.98447. Work Discipline (X2) partially affects Employee Performance (Y) with a t count of 6390 > t table of 1.98447. X1 and X2 variable simultaneously have a positive effect on variable Y with a calculated f value of 138.779 > f table 3.09.

The aim of this study is to describe the development of an innovative art-based analytical method in portrait methodology. This article exemplifies how forms of multimodal analysis can be integrated into portraiture frameworks and provides a fluid qualitative "recipe" for researchers interested in applying the portrait method. The study described in this article examines the teaching of vulnerability and resilience using poetry and the visual arts as integral elements of the portraiture process. Portraiture is a qualitative, feminist, artistic method based on ethnography and phenomenology for depicting, understanding and interpreting complex human experiences. This study leads to the methodological development of the three steps of analysis in the portrait process: Sketch, poetic expression and artistic expression. This study aims to analyze various types of learning media in shaping the character of children in RA Normal Islam Rakha. This study used a qualitative method by taking the research location at RA Normal Islam Rakha. This type of research is descriptive research. Data collection was carried out using observation, documentation and interview methods. The results of the study show that teachers have a big role in children's character education. As role models as well as mentors in building children's character, teachers provide references or tools that can foster curiosity and not get bored in learning. The concept of playing while learning that children like is very effective when using a variety of learning media. The results of the research findings at RA Normal Islam Rakha carried out the formation of children's character through various learning media through educational toys and teaching aids.

The purpose of this study was to determine entrepreneurial learning at SMK NU Sunan Ampel Poncokusumo, the values ​​of entrepreneurship education at SMK NU Sunan Ampel Poncokusumo, and the values ​​of entrepreneurship education at SMK NU Sunan Ampel Poncokusumo to form young entrepreneurs. This research has the aim of knowing and studying religious moderation for the unity and integrity of the Indonesian state. This research uses a qualitative approach by describing the importance of religious moderation to maintain the unity and oneness of the Indonesian nation. This study uses the library study method where the results obtained will be described. From this study it was found that religious moderation in maintaining the unity and integrity of the Indonesian nation has a fairly important role. From the results of this study it was also found that forms of religious moderation to maintain the unity and integrity of the Indonesian nation can be implemented in everyday life including bringing an attitude of tolerance to each individual, holding deliberations to achieve common goals, having tolerance, having different thoughts. innovative and dynamic.

This study aims to develop a leadership theory that builds innovative capabillity for organizations in the modern era. Innovative Capabillity is the mechanism that underlies the effect of transformational leadership on creativity. Innovative Capabillity aims to improve the performance of lecturer human resources who work in the education industry such as lecturers. This study involved 100 lecturer human resources. Data was collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using Smart PLS analysis. The results showed that there is a significant positive influence between Transformaional leadership on lecturer human resource performance and individual performance. In addition, Innovative Capabillity is also proven to moderate the relationship between transformational leadership and lecturer human resource performance. The implication is that transformational leadership will be proven to increase the performance of lecturers' human resources, if organizational leaders are able to build lecturers' innovation capabilities.

Efforts to improve the health status of the elderly in the community are through Posyandu services for the elderly. Utilization of Posyandu for the Elderly is low even though it provides the benefits needed for the health of the elderly. This study is an analytic observational study with a cross sectional approach to analyze whether or not there is a relationship between knowledge and attitudes of the elderly with the use of posyandu for the elderly. The elderly population in Ujung Labuhan Village, Namorambe District, Deli Serdang Regency in 2021, as many as 72, the sample was taken by purposive sampling with a total of 45 elderly. Data analysis using chi square test. Most of the respondents have a low level of knowledge, namely 26 respondents (57.8%), a small proportion have good knowledge, 19 respondents (42.2%). Most of the respondents had a positive attitude towards the elderly posyandu as many as 23 people (51.1%), a small number of respondents had a negative attitude as many as 22 people (48.9%). Based on the results of the chi square test, it is known that the value of p = 0.000 <0.05 means that there is a relationship between attitudes and the use of posyandu for the elderly. There is a relationship between knowledge and attitudes of the elderly with the use of posyandu for the elderly. The elderly population in Ujung Labuhan Village, Namorambe District, Deli Serdang Regency in 2021. It is hoped that health workers will take a more innovative approach in providing health services to the elderly while still implementing health protocols.

Role of Entrepreneurship in Eastern Seroja very important in the realization of an increase in economic welfare. The purpose of this study is to see how far the entrepreneurial role in improving the economic welfare of residents in the Village East Seroja Mergosono Kedungkandang District of Malang. This study uses the Cognitive Evaluation Theory which aims to examine the effect of inclusive leadership on innovative work behavior mediated by psychological empowerment. This study involved 229 educational staff spread across several cities in Indonesia using the convenience sampling method. The results in this study show that inclusive leadership and psychological empowerment are able to provide a positive and significant influence on innovative work behavior so that psychological empowerment is able to mediate the effect of inclusive leadership on innovative work behavior.
