This research discusses how the activity of drinking becomes a space that differentiates between the home and the workplace, serving as a means of release from hierarchical structures present in the working world. The objective of this study is to understand the role of drinking activities in the lives of Japanese workers. This qualitative research was conducted using the thematic analysis approach. The data for this study were derived from two Japanese dramas titled "Platinum Town" (2012) and "Hanzawa Naoki" (2013), with a focus on scenes depicting social drinking gatherings. Data collection involved identifying relevant drinking scenes, followed by data cleansing and subsequent analysis. The concept of this "third space" serves as a medium for employees in Japan to release status and hierarchy constraints within their work environment. Additionally, this third space also functions as a means of maintaining harmonious relationships in Japanese society, supported by the cultural factors of "Uchi" and "Honne."

Degenerative disease is a health condition of an organ or related tissue whose condition can deteriorate over time due to changes in body cells that affect organ function as a whole. The factor is due to unhealthy life changes such as lack of activity and frequent exposure to harmful substances into the body. Degenerative diseases include hypertension, diabetes, cholesterol, cancer, and death. Harmful substances or free radicals can be inhibited by antioxidants. One drug that has antioxidant activity is ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) which functions as an immune booster and is used by the public because it is effective as an antioxidant and health therapy but there are side effects in the form of gastrointestinal. The research aimed to find candidate drug ingredients from compounds contained in black pepper seeds (Piper nigrum L.) as in silico antioxidants. The methods used are molecular docking and molecular dynamics. The results showed BLH19 had better toxicity than the comparator drug and had hydrogen interactions that could be stabilized by the amino acid Gln139. The results of molecular dynamic calculations for BLH19 have an RMSD value of 1.5 Å with a ΔGTotal of -33.50 Kcal/mol. While the comparator drug has an RMSD value of 1.6 Å with ΔGTotal -3.39 Kcal/mol. The results showed that the affinity level of ascorbic acid compared to BLH19 for the 4RP9 receptor was predicted to be a candidate for a new antioxidant drug.

Perineal rupture is a common complication of normal delivery, especially in primigravida mothers, which can cause postpartum hemorrhage and increase the risk of maternal morbidity. One non-pharmacological method that can be used to prevent perineal rupture is perineal massage, which functions to soften the pelvic floor muscle tissue and increase the elasticity of the birth canal. This study aims to analyze the effect of perineal massage on the incidence of perineal rupture in third-trimester pregnant women. This type of research is quantitative with a Quasi Experiment design using a post-test only approach with a control group design. The study was conducted at the Penawar Bidan Yulidina Clinic, Central Aceh Regency from April to June 2022 with a sample of 30 third-trimester pregnant women divided into two groups, namely the intervention group and the control group. Data analysis used the Mann Whitney test with a 95% confidence level. The results showed a p-value = 0.020 (p <0.05) which means there is a significant effect of perineal massage on the incidence of perineal rupture. Most mothers in the intervention group did not experience perineal rupture after routine perineal massage. These results indicate that perineal massage is effective in reducing the risk of perineal rupture and can be recommended as a preventive obstetric intervention to prepare pregnant women for a safe and comfortable delivery.

Work motivation tends to be high and employee performance is high, so work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the higher the motivation, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Archives and Library Service. 3). Competence and work motivation tend to be good and employee performance is high, so that competence and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Kalirungkut Village is an area located in Rungkut District, Surabaya City. The village has a variety of potentials that can be developed, especially the MSMEs sector as a leading potential. Based on village apparatus data, there are more than 50 MSMEs operating in the area. However, many Kalirungkut MSMEs are not well coordinated because there is no community as a forum. This has an effect on economic conditions, both for the MSMEs actors themselves and for the Kalirungkut Village. Thus, the purpose of the community service activity is to create a forum in the form of the Kalirungkut MSMEs Association which functions as a means to gather, foster, manage, and coordinate all MSMEs actors in the local village. The service method used is Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) which consists of three stages, namely selecting the association chairman, developing the association's management structure, as well as inaugurating and developing the association's operations. The results obtained from the service activities were the formation of the Kalirungkut MSMEs Association chaired by Ismudji Rahayuningsih and accompanied by four other administrators.

Science, technology and strategy which currently control the progress of mankind are still determined in this world as carriers of various kinds of inequality and pollution, both physical, social, biological and cultural. This study aims to find out how the analysis of HR competency characteristics in improving employee performance at RSUD SMC Kab. Tasikmalaya. This study uses a qualitative approach that is descriptive. The data used in this study uses primary and secondary data. The objects in this study were ASN employees at RSUD SMC Kab. Tasikmalaya. This data collection technique is by interview, observation, and document study. The results of the analysis of the characteristics of HR competencies based on knowledge, employee knowledge of the SMC District Hospital. Tasikmalaya in carrying out its duties has increased. Analysis of HR competency characteristics based on skills, employee skills in carrying out their duties at RSUD SMC Kab. Tasikmalaya is increasing because employees feel motivated in completing the tasks given, this is due to supervision from each superior over employees in carrying out their duties. However, supervision alone is not enough because it is important for each employee to receive training in order to hone their skills or abilities so that they can maximize their performance. Analysis of the characteristics of HR competencies based on self-concept and values, self-concept and employee values ​​in this case education which greatly influences the productivity of an employee in carrying out his duties. From the results of the study it can be seen that the educational background of employees at the SMC District Hospital. Tasikmalaya is different, but the work assigned can still be carried out as long as the job responsibilities given are in accordance with the education taken by the employees. Al Amin Science and Industrial Park (Living Lab) is an area projected to become a center for field laboratories and workshops that accommodate all study programs at UNPAB. This area is also planned to be an Ecotourism. One of the functions that will be developed in this area is the livestock area. Facing the AEC (ASEAN Economic Community) 2015 in the field of food, especially livestock products in particular, strict standardization is needed so the concept of Good Animal Husbandry Practices (GAHP) needs to be applied. Thus, it is necessary to plan the concept of a livestock drive in the Al Amin Science and Industrial Park (Living Lab) livestock area by considering GAHP (Good Anima Husbandry Practice). The application of GAHP aims to ensure that the livestock products produced are safe for consumption with the right quality and suitable for consumers, while also ensuring that livestock products are produced in the right way without causing harm to the environment, health, safety, and welfare of workers in the livestock sector. The purpose of this research is to produce a design of supporting buildings in the Al Amin Science and Industrial Park (Living Lab) livestock area based on GAHP. The results of this design are expected to be a direction for the development of supporting buildings in the livestock area of the Al Amin Science and Industrial Park (Living Lab)

This study aims to describe and describe 1) the causes of changes in the role and function of dancers' positions by using women in Galombang Kreasi dance. 2) the role and function of female dancers in Galombang Kreasi dance performances. This type of research is qualitative research with descriptive methods. The instrument of this study is the researcher himself and assisted by supporting instruments such as stationery and cameras. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of literature studies, observations, interviews and documentation. The steps of analyzing or analyzing are data reduction, data presentation and inferring data. The results showed that the Galombang Kreasi dance is usually performed by men who can number up to dozens of people and then divided into two groups, where each group seems to be a group of bodyguards. Galombang Kreasi dance has a little element of pencak silat in its movements, so that when it is performed there will be a little martial arts attraction in the series of dances performed, in contrast to pasambahan dance which highlights elegance in every movement and can also be performed by women. The combination of these two dances serves to welcome and pay homage to the bride and groom, also paving the way for a line of virgins carrying carano offerings containing traditional betel. In addition, this new creation of traditional dance also serves as a fence for the entrance of the ninik mamak troupe that accompanies the journey of the bride and groom.

The Al Amin Science and Industrial Park (Living Lab) is a projected area intended to become a center for field laboratories and workshops accommodating all study programs at UNPAB. In the face of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) in 2015, especially in the food sector, specific standardization is required for livestock products. Thus, there is a need for planning the design concept of supporting buildings in the livestock area of the Al Amin Science and Industrial Park (Living Lab) that considers GAHP. The implementation of GAHP aims to ensure that the livestock products produced are safe for consumption with appropriate quality for consumers. Additionally, it ensures that livestock products are produced correctly without causing environmental, health, safety, and welfare losses/damages to workers in the livestock sector. The objective of this research is to produce a design for supporting buildings in the livestock area of the Al Amin Science and Industrial Park (Living Lab) based on GAHP. The results of this design are expected to guide the development of supporting buildings in the livestock area of the Al Amin Science and Industrial Park (Living Lab).  

This study aims to know the cost of designing maintenance using the Reliability Centered Maintenance method. Based on the results of the flexural strength test of concrete after 28 days of age, the highest test results obtained for the flexural strength of concrete were the addition of 100 grams of granulated sugar worth 3.00 MPa for the second was the addition of 50 grams of granulated sugar worth 0.515 MPa and for the third was the addition of sugar sand 70 grams 0.454 Mpa. This composition cannot be said to have decreased due to immersion in sea water, because there is no proven comparison with immersion using ordinary water.

Diuretics act on the kidneys to increase the excretion of water and sodium chloride. IDBB was obtained from the infusion technique with distilled water and then the infusion was used on 25 diuretic rats which were divided into 5 groups. Group I (negative) Na-CMC 0.5%, group II, III, IV, IDBB doses of 10, 20, 40%, and group V (positive) Furosemide 3.6 mg/kgBW were given orally. Rats were given aquadest orally at a dose of 15 ml/kgBW. Mice were placed in metabolic cages, then a physical examination of urine was carried out every 1 hour for 6 hours. The results showed that the IDK with the best dose was 40% which gave an increase in urine volume, had an effect on urine pH, had an effect on urine specific gravity, had an effect on urine color, and had an effect on urine clarity.

Skin is the largest organ in humans, it functions as the outermost protector of the organs inside. Therefore, the skin is often attacked by various diseases, especially cancer. Skin cancer is divided into two, namely benign and malignant. Malignant has the potential to spread and increase the risk of death. Skin cancer detection traditionally involves time-consuming laboratory tests to determine malignancy or benignity. Therefore, there is a demand for computer-assisted diagnosis through image analysis to expedite disease identification and classification. This study proposes to use the K-nearest neighbor (KNN) classifier and Gray Level Co-occurrence Matrix (GLCM) to classify these two types of skin cancer. Apart from that, the average filter is also used for preprocessing. The analysis was carried out comprehensively by carrying out 480 experiments on the ISIC dataset. Dataset variations were also carried out using random sampling techniques to test on smaller datasets, where experiments were carried out on 3297, 1649, 825, and 210 images. Several KNN parameters, namely the number of neighbors (k)=1 and distance (d)=1 to 3 were tested at angles 0, 45, 90, and 135. Maximum accuracy results were 79.24%, 79.39%, 83.63%, and 100% for respectively 3297, 1649, 825, and 210. These findings show that the KNN method is more effective in working on smaller datasets, besides that the use of the average filter also has a significant contribution in increasing the accuracy.

This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The data source in this research is the lyrics of the album Happy Birthday and Lose Betting by Nadin Amizah. The data in this research is in the form of types and functions of comparative language styles contained in the lyrics of the album Happy Birthday and Losing Bets by Nadin Amizah with the form of data in the form of words, phrases, clauses and sentences contained in lines and verses in the lyrics of the album Happy Birthday and Losing Bets by Nadin Amizah which deals with the types and functions of comparative language styles. Data collection techniques were carried out using library techniques, listening, taking notes and entering them into data cards. Data analysis uses qualitative content analysis techniques. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that in the lyrics of the album Happy Birthday and Losing Bets by Nadin Amizah, there are types and functions of comparative language styles used by the author in the album's song lyrics. The types of comparative language styles found in the lyrics of the album Happy Birthday and Lose Betting by Nadin Amizah are in the form of similes, metaphors, personification, depersonification, allegory, antithesis, pleonasm, periphrasis, prolepsis or anticipation, and correction or epanorthosis., while the function of language style The comparisons contained in the lyrics of the album Happy Birthday and Losing Betting by Nadin Amizah are in the form of information function, expressive function, aesthetic function, directive function and phatic function.

Elderly is a process of experiencing anatomical, physiological and biochemical aging in organ tissues which can affect the state of function and ability of the body as a whole (Fatmah, 2019). This article explores the role of Bayt Al-Hikmah as a monumental intellectual center during the Abbasid Dynasty. Built during the time of Caliph Abu Ja'far al-Mansur, this center developed into a famous library during the reign of Harun al-Rashid and Al-Ma'mun. It functions not only as a library, but also as an educational institution, astronomical observatory, and translation center, housing a collection of more than 60,000 books from various languages and regions. Important factors influencing the development of Bayt Al-Hikmah included the caliph's love of science, extensive translation activities, use of paper, the presence of scientists from various regions, material support, and enthusiasm for studying Islamic teachings. Despite achieving glory, the summary of the Abbasid dynasty started from internal political conflict to the Mongol attack which resulted in the fall of the city of Baghdad and the destruction of Bayt Al-Hikmah. Even though this intellectual center collapsed, the scientific legacy it produced remains a testament to the glory of science at that time, even though it experienced a tragic end.
