East Nusa Tenggara (ENT) is a province in Indonesia with diverse flora, including the diversity of local legumes. It has been extensively explored and reported in various scientific publications, especially the types of legumes, their nutritional composition, and their uses in local communities. However, few literature studies still comprehensively review the types of legumes, their nutritional composition, and their utilization in the local community of ENT. So, this literature review aims to briefly review the diversity, chemical composition, and use of local legumes from the dry lands of ENT. Various studies reported that Glycine max, Arachis hypogaea, Vigna radiata (L.) R. Wilczek, Cajanus cajan, Vigna unguiculata, Phaseolus lunatus, Vigna umbellata, Lablab purpureus (L.) Sweet, Mucuna pruriens (L.) DC, Phaseolus vulgaris L, Psopocarpus tetragonolobus (L.) DC, and Pueraria montana var. lobata (Willd.) Sanjappa & Pradeep nuts are commonly found in the ENT region, either cultivated by the local community or grown wild. Generally, local legumes in ENT have a relatively complete nutritional composition, which varies depending on the type of bean. The ENT's local people use local beans as a mixture of rice/corn and function as sources of protein. Future research is needed to explore the functional characteristics of each ENT local bean. In addition, it is necessary to develop formulations and other food products to utilize ENT's local legumes to diversify legume-based local food.

The purpose of this research was to study the manufacture of milkfish and carrot sausages by treating the proportion of tapioca flour: taro starch and the addition of egg white on physicochemical and organoleptic properties. The use of taro starch is because contains amylose and amylopectin which can bind air more strongly and can make the texture more springy. Carrots are used for coloring sausages because they contain carotenoid compounds. Egg whites are used to increase protein levels. This study used a completely randomized design with two factors, namely the proportion of tapioca flour to taro starch (75:25; 50:50; 25:75) and the addition of egg white (3, 6, 9%). The results showed that the proportion of tapioca flour: taro starch and the addition of egg white had a significant effect on moisture and ash content. However, it did not significantly affect the levels of fat, protein, starch, emulsion stability, and hardness. The best treatment was obtained from the combination of the dimensions of the proportion of tapioca flour: taro starch (25: 75) and the addition of 9% egg white which obtained a moisture content of 72.69%; ash 2.45%; fat 2.31%; protein 12.16%; starch 7.14%; emulsion stability 99.06%; hardness 2.59 kg.m/s2; and hedonic color 3.76 (neutral); fragrance 4.00 (like); taste 4.28 (like); and texture 4.48 (like).

Many studies have described meta-analysis on the overall effect of e-learning influence in learning. However, there has been no meta-analysis of the overall effect of STEM-based e-learning on Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS).  The purpose of this study investigates the effect of STEM-based e-learning on students' critical thinking skills in Indonesia. This type of research is a Systematic Literature Review (SL) and meta-analysis. Data sources came from 10 national and international journals published in 2018-2023. The process of searching for data sources through Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, Wiley, Eric, and Springer. Data analysis used the Hedge formula to calculate effect size with the help of the JSAP application. The findings show that the effect size value (ES = 0.793) is medium. This explains that STEM-based e-learning provides a very high positive impact and is effective in improving students' Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS). Furthermore, HOTS characteristics do not cause heterogeneity in the results of STEM-based e-learning research on students' Higher Order Thinking Skills. The findings suggest that educators should choose STEM-based e-learning as one of the learning models to improve students' Higher Order Thinking skills in Indonesia.

Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a metabolic disease with hyperglycemia characteristics that occurs because abnormality of insulin secretion . Diabetes mellitus can cause eye damage . Study this aim to know the correlation of stability of blood sugar levels with decreased visual acuity in type II diabetes mellitus. This study use analytical study design correlation with approach cross sectional. The technique used purposive with 52 respondents who meet the criteria. The analysis of the data used test Chi-Square. The results of study showed that for stability rate sugar blood of 29 respondents are unstable. Decrease in visual acuity of 23 respondents were in moderate category. The results of the chi-square test of the stability of blood sugar levels with decreased visual acuity in Diabetes Mellitus type II obtained p value = 0.00 0 so that the p -value < = 0.05 . The results of this study indicate a relationship between the stability of blood sugar levels with decreased visual acuity. It can be concluded that unstable blood sugar levels can affect the decrease in visual acuity in Diabetes Mellitus. Fine motor development is a movement that only involves small muscles in the body, such as skills in using fingers and wrist movements. Delays in fine motor development are caused by the lack of opportunities for children to play, the stimulation that children receive is good by parents. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of playing collage and plasticine therapy on fine motor development in children 4-5 years old at Zainul Hasan Genggong Kindergarten, ProbolinggoThis type of research is pre-experimental with a two group pretest-posttest research design. The population was 46 respondents who met the inclusion requirements of the study were selected using a total sampling technique. Children's fine motor development was measured using an observation sheet, and information was gathered using editing, coding, scoring, and tabulating procedures. In both groups, the data were evaluated using the Wilcoxon test hypothesis. The results showed that the value of ρ Value α = 0.000 in the collage playing group and the value of ρ Value α = 0000 in the plasticine playing group. The significant level of ρ Value < α 0.05, it is stated that both therapies are effective in developing children's fine motor development. However, judging by the results of the observation, the post-test value of playing plasticine therapy was more with the results of the BSB category being 20 children. Due to the age characteristics in group 2, there were more 4 years of age at that age, children's fine motor development was more rapid.Collage and plasticine games are a series of therapies to develop fine motor development in children. For further researchers, it is recommended to add variety of images in collage play therapy, to approach children more when given play therapy.
