Since the implementation of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) at the end of 2015, it should encourage all economic actors, including SMEs and Micro Enterprises, to improve themselves in order to improve the quality of production of both goods and services. If this is not done, then Indonesia will be an "soft" market for other ASEAN countries because Indonesia has the largest population (population size) in ASEAN, namely no less than 270 million people. SMEs and Micro Enterprises, which are the embodiment of people's economic democracy, will be very hard hit if the heavy flow of goods and services from various ASEAN countries invades the Indonesian market. Realizing this, strengthening (empowering) SMEs and Micro Enterprises is a necessity and necessity to be able to find a national identity that has comparative advantage and competitive advantage. This activity begins with identifying existing problems and then finding a method for solving them. The method used is by providing training and mentoring. The results that have been achieved are the ability of the Traditional Cake business to optimize its sales by using local raw materials. This community service program focused on enhancing branding and digital marketing strategies for Salina Kitchen, a culinary business in Jakarta. The primary objectives were to optimize packaging sticker design and to boost engagement through the business's Instagram account. Conducted from September 23 to December 15, 2023, the program involved consumer surveys and SWOT analysis. Results indicated a significant improvement in customer satisfaction with packaging design and digital marketing performance. Effective use of hashtags on Instagram expanded the reach to non-followers. The program successfully identified key strategies in branding and digital marketing that can be implemented to enhance the performance of culinary businesses.

Indonesia has enormous marine and fisheries potential because of its vast sea area. Human resources in managing fishery products have not maximized the potential of fishery products. Therefore, in order to maximize the potential of fishery products, quality human resources are needed. Of course, as a pioneering company, it requires a number of optimizations in its business process activities, one of which is reporting and recording. Because assets are one of the important elements in the Company's productivity, it is necessary to monitor the condition of assets regularly. The company still uses a manual asset damage reporting system using Whatsapp. Of course, this is less effective and efficient in the process, especially in recording activities to report damage to existing assets. Therefore, this study was conducted to help optimize the existing asset damage reporting system. From the results of the research, it can be seen using current technology, it can help optimize the reporting of damage to the Company's assets with the help of Google Sheets as its main database and Appsheet as a simple application for filling out reports.    

This research aims to investigate and optimize drilling strategies as an effort to increase production efficiency in the geological context of oil and gas production. Effective drilling is a key element in the exploitation of hydrocarbon resources, and this research combines geological analysis and drilling techniques to achieve optimal results. This study begins with an in-depth characterization of the physical and chemical properties of the reservoir rocks to understand the geological challenges faced. Next, existing drilling techniques are evaluated and analyzed in the context of a particular production field. The results of this analysis are the basis for developing an integrative model that combines aspects of geology and drilling techniques.Through this approach, this research aims to identify potential improvements in drilling strategies that could significantly increase production. Simulation and modeling results illustrate the positive impact of implementing optimized drilling strategies on production efficiency and hydrocarbon recovery. The conclusions of this research provide a new perspective on the importance of integration between geological science and drilling techniques in achieving efficient production goals. It is hoped that these findings will provide practical guidance for the production geology industry to increase the sustainability of oil and gas production.

The results of the study show that: (1) The strategy for collecting zakat funds carried out by the Jambi Branch of the Amil Zakat Daarut Tauhiid Peduli Institute is to optimize collection through digital channels online and offline. The era of globalization demands the ability to read quickly as a crucial skill in facing the rapid growth of information. Speed reading is not just about speed, but also maintaining understanding of the reading content. This journal reviews the concept of speed reading, inhibiting factors, benefits, and strategies for increasing reading speed. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a focus on data collection and analysis. The results show that speed reading involves speed without compromising content understanding. Inhibitory factors involve vocalization, lip movements, head movements, finger pointing, regression, and subvocalization. Strategies to overcome inhibition include reducing physical movements, minimizing vocalizations, and strengthening self-confidence. The goals of speed reading involve efficiency in getting a general impression, finding specific information, and saving time. Increasing reading speed can be achieved through applying methods, focusing on relevant aspects, and avoiding inhibiting habits. This journal presents a comprehensive view to help individuals optimize their speed reading skills.  

An effective marketing strategy plays an important and diverse role in a company's operations. Understanding marketing strategies and their impact on business objectives is very important for companies. The research problem focused on ineffective marketing communication strategies that impacted property sales at Elite Pro Green Lake City. The purpose of this study is to explore the marketing communication strategies used by companies and their impact on property sales. This research adopts a constructivist paradigm and uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design. A case study method was used, with primary data collected from Creative Managers and Marketing Staff at Elite Pro Green Lake City. Secondary data from the literature and previous research provide additional support. The study was conducted at the company's location in Green Lake City, Tangerang. The study revealed that Green Lake City's Elite Pro has yet to fully optimize its marketing communication strategy. The company mainly focuses on the product, price, and promotional components of the marketing mix, neglecting other important elements. This resulted in a decrease in property sales. These findings point to the need for Elite Pro Green Lake City to improve its marketing communication strategy to increase property sales. The study underscores the importance of leveraging various online and offline promotional activities, developing strong relationships with develovers and banks, and maximizing social media platforms for marketing.

Until now, many warehouses in companies are still not neatly arranged, this is because the storage layout is not perfect, making it difficult for employees to reach the materials that will be taken for use in production activities. PT. XYZ is the largest shipbuilding company in Indonesia. PT XYZ also has several warehouses, one of which is Warehouse 03 electrical. This research aims to help optimize the efficiency level of Warehouse 03 Electrical PT. XYZ uses the 5S method and Pie Chart. The implementation of the 5S culture in Warehouse 03 electrical is implemented according to the applicable SOP, but the implementation is not yet optimal. Application of the 5S method in warehouse 03 electrical PT. XYZ It is felt that XYZ is not yet optimal because only 2S (Seiso and Seiketsu) is running optimally. while 3S (Seiri, Seiton, Shitsuke) has not run optimally. Therefore, this research was conducted to evaluate the application of the 5S method in the 03 electrical warehouse of PT. XYZ. The evaluation results using the 5S method and Pie Diagram aim to support and increase productivity in the Warehouse 03 electrical area as well as company performance    

Andika Cell`s retail counter marketing strategy in attracting customers. Based on interviews conducted at the Andika Cell counter in December 2023, social media marketing and advertising programs were identified as the most important strategies. Social media marketing uses platforms such as Facebook and Instagram to reach a wide audience, while the discount program includes special offers such as free data exchange with the purchase of at least 3 data packages and additional gifts such as the purchase of free tamperglass accessories. Based on analysis, this strategy was successful in increasing sales and improving customer loyalty. To strengthen Andika Cell's position in the market, recommendations were made to optimize social media presence, maintain and improve advertising programs, and develop cross-selling and up-selling strategies.

Posyandu cadres have a crucial role in preventing stunting, and this study was conducted to investigate their involvement at the Turen Community Health Center. The findings revealed that the posyandu cadres at the center were actively collaborating with the Family Assistance Team (TPK) formed by the BKKBN, as well as various other stakeholders, to collect data and screen for stunting prevention from preconception until toddlers reach 2 years old. However, a major obstacle in this program is the lack of reward system arrangements for the cadres. Despite their significant contribution to the success of the stunting prevention program, some cadres receive unequal workload and rewards. These findings can be utilized to further optimize cadre performance, and could serve as a valuable input for future research regarding the cadre reward system.

This journal analyzes the economic dynamics of 4 sectors with a focus on the influence of exports and imports. Through sectoral data analysis, this study identifies the role of each sector in driving export activity and its impact on the national economy. The findings highlight the complexity of the relationship between exports, imports, and economic growth, while exploring strategies to optimize the contribution of these sectors. The policy implications of the findings look towards sustainable economic development by taking into account the dynamic interaction between exports and imports in a 4-sector economy. The impact of exports and imports on economic growth in Indonesia is very large because exports are one of the sources of state income and from import activities the state can get goods that do not yet exist or are lacking in the country to meet the needs of the community. The analysis highlights the positive contribution of exports to economic growth, while the impact of imports is complex and requires careful handling. The policy implications of these findings are discussed in light of efforts to increase exports and manage imports to support sustainable economic growth in Indonesia.

There are still many teachers who carry out learning activities that only pursue the quantity aspect of the material. Teachers usually try to convey all the subject matter even in a limited time, thus ignoring the learning process carried out by students. This is not recommended. Learning should not be limited to emphasizing the fulfillment of the quantity of subject matter but must strive to achieve the quality side. Thus the PGSD Adi Buana lecturer team provided assistance to teachers in Gresik district to optimize their competence in designing and compiling learning hots based on independent learning. The method used in the implementation of this community service is a problem-based approach. The results of training and capacity show an increase in the knowledge of skills and abilities of teachers in designing and compiling learning hots based on independent learning. This is indicated by the learning tools collected by the teacher after the mentoring is complete. Teachers are able to arrange learning activities that are able to activate students, provide learning alternatives for students and optimize the competencies possessed by students.

With the adoption of digital technology, internal audit transformation can increase audit accuracy and thoroughness, reduce the risk of human error, and enable fraud identification more effectively. In addition, technology also facilitates the implementation of more proactive and adaptive risk-based audit practices, allowing internal audit to focus on the most critical areas and provide significant added value. However, this transformation also brings new challenges, including the need to develop new skills among auditors, manage information security risks, and ensure compliance with regulations related to data privacy and security. This article details effective implementation strategies, as well as providing views on how organizations can optimize the potential of digital technology to improve the quality of financial reporting treatment. Thus, this article aims to provide in-depth insight into the role of digital technology in the transformation of internal audit and its impact on the treatment of financial statements, identify the associated benefits and challenges, and provide guidance for companies wishing to adopt such technology effectively.

Introduction : Smart hospital is an emerging and fast-developing innovation in the context of a rapid increase of internet users, an increasing demand for high-quality medical resources, and an aging population worldwide. It generally involves the use of the optimized and automated processes built on an information and communications technology (ICT) environment, especially based on the Internet of things (IoT), to offer assessment, consultation, direct treatment, services, and integrated care. This innovation has the potential and has already gained initial evidence to improve healthcare access, efficiency, or even effectiveness. Yet, along with these positive impacts and promises, a number of issues and challenges also appear.Methods: Study This is study quantitative with design survey research. Study This done on the month of June 2023. Instruments used in study This use questionnaire with the HOT-Fit method consisting of the 47 questions divided in 6 groups question namely: Human, Organization, Technology, Knowledge Users Regulations and Benefits. Subject for this study is hospital managers, administration staff and health workers. Data analysis using analysis multivariate .Result: 22 hospital state that digitization service health to a very smart hospital important one of them is applied For increase quality service House hurts and improves satisfaction patient. In application of smart hospital Sick need integrate between technology, service and regulation.Conclusion : Smart hospitals can influence health and medical policies and create new medical values by defining and quantitatively measuring detailed indicators based on data collected from existing hospitals. The inventory problem that still occurs at PT Indonesia Plafon Semesta is the accumulation of resin and calcium raw materials which results in considerable losses. PT Indofon began to experience a buildup of resin raw materials in August amounting to 16,100Kg and for calcium amounting to 15,200Kg so that each month it soared until its peak in October, namely a buildup of 23,500Kg of resin, and 23,200Kg of calcium. The use of the right method for inventory control problems is Just In Time , which is a management strategy used to optimize the production process and product delivery by buying and producing only when needed and at the right time. Silver Meal Heuristic, a heuristic approach used in inventory control to determine the optimal lot size. The quantity of raw material orders using JIT is relatively more than the silver meal, but with JIT the supplier only needs to send 4-5 times, meaning that the company can save costs. The quantity and frequency obtained from data processing using silver meal is more optimal. However, the cost of raw material inventory incurred is quite large. For a decrease in efficiency costs by implementing a policy of making purchases with Just In Time  (JIT) and is expected to save on raw material inventory costs. So that these cost savings can be allocated by the company to other costs.

The rapid development of e-commerce technology demands the adoption of efficient and reliable payment systems to enhance user experience. This research aims to analyze the quality of smart payment system performance in the context of e-commerce business. The analytical method used includes evaluating the reliability, responsiveness, transaction speed and security of the smart payment system. This study involved a survey of a number of e-commerce customers who use the smart payment system, with a focus on their perception of the quality of system performance. In addition, data collection is carried out by analyzing transaction times, failure rates and transaction security through smart payment systems used by several leading e-commerce platforms. The research results show that the reliability of the smart payment system has a significant impact on e-commerce user satisfaction. Additionally, responsiveness and transaction speed play an important role in ensuring optimal user experience. The security factor is also a critical aspect in increasing user trust in the smart payment system. This research provides valuable insights for e-commerce service providers and payment system developers to improve and optimize the performance quality of their smart payment systems. The implications of these findings can be used as a basis for developing better strategies in improving the efficiency and reliability of electronic payments in e-commerce businesses.

The research aims to determine the policy of madrasah principal in improving the performance of their employess, which in this case is the performance is the result of the work process. This research was carried out using observation, analysis, interview techniques and understanding from the two different sources, then the researcher also referred to journals, books, as well as other previous research literature. The results of the research show that there are several policies made by the principal at MTs YPI Subulul Huda Saentis to improve teacher performance management strategies and practices schools can optimize teacher and student performance, achieve better educational goals, and contribute to improving the overall quality of education.

This research aims to provide a clear picture regarding the lack of cultural and civic literacy which can reduce the value of national character. Indonesia is a country that has a diversity of cultures, religions, customs and so on. The developments of the times and technology that have occurred have made it easy for foreign culture to enter and be absorbed by society, this has caused quite a few Indonesian people to shift their lifestyle to follow foreign and alien cultures to their own culture. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods by collecting data from library sources. The results show that the implementation of cultural and civic literacy in Indonesia is still relatively low, which can reduce national character values such as religiosity, nationalism, independence, the spirit of mutual cooperation and integrity. Therefore, it is necessary to increase public awareness and the active role of education to increase cultural and civic literacy in order to optimize national character values.

Optimized marketing and quality productivity are keys to the achieving company success or in other words, finding the efficiency point in the marketing strategy that is most suitable for brokerage companies. Through this journal article, there is a discussion that can be used to provide insight into brokerage companies that survive in today's digital era, as well as quality productivity by marketing and sales in brokerage companies with marketing optimization.
