This research uses three (three) different approach models, namely statutory approach, case method, and conceptual approach. There are still many FEBI students UIN STS Jambi who do not understand Financial Literacy, so they often allocate their money for things that are not needed. Lifestyle patterns lead to consumptive behavior. Self-control is still relatively low so it is easy to be influenced to buy something that is not needed. Research objectives determine the effect of financial literacy, lifestyle and self-control on consumptive behavior in Islam. This research used quantitative research. Quantitative research method is a method based on philosophy that is used to research certain populations and samples, data collection uses research instruments, analysis is quantitative or statistical, with the aim of testing the hypotheses that have been set. Lifestyle influences consumptive behavior. But financial literacy and self-control have no effect on consumptive behavior, which means that even without financial literacy and self-control, students still behave consumptively. but simultaneously Financial Literacy, Lifestyle and Self-Control affect Consumptive Behavior. FEBI students UIN STS JAMBI are expected to improve their financial literacy, lifestyle and self-control so they can avoid consumptive behavior. Future researchers are expected to be able to use other variables besides Financial Literacy, Lifestyle and Self-Control to show other things that also influence the level of Consumptive Behavior.

Khotib and Bilal Training for Youth in Sukolilo Labang Village. The formulation of the problem raised in this community service activity relates to the function of the khutbah and Bilal which are very important in the da'wah of Muslims, so the sermon must be delivered in a language that is easily understood by the congregation (perhaps the local language), except for the pillars of the sermon. To find alternative solutions to the above, a khatib and bilal training was held for youth in Sukolilo Labang Village. The objectives of this PkM activity are: 1. To equip youth with knowledge about khatib and Bilal, 2. To equip youth as preachers in a better change, and 3. To increase knowledge and morals in society through Friday sermons that touch the hearts of the congregation 'Ah. The problem-solving framework designed in the PKM activities in the form of implementing these training activities is: 1. Explanation of the concept of khatib and Bilal, the philosophical basis of which is good, followed by exercises to find the root of the problem according to conditions, 2. Designing and implementing Khatib and Bilal Training accompanied by supervision and guidance of youth in designing sermon scripts, 3. Practicing Khatib and Bilal Activities, 4. Evaluation of training results. Based on interviews, questions and answers and direct observation during the activity, this community service activity yielded the following results: first, increased knowledge and understanding of youth about procedures as khatib and bilal, and second, increased youth skills regarding procedures as preachers and bilal so that it is possible can participate as khatib and bilal in Friday prayer activities, as well as Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha prayers.

Implications A closed or open proportional system cannot be said to be ideal for several reasons, namely, (1) In an open proportional system many candidates engage in money politics by secretly distributing money to the public. However, in a closed system, one cannot guarantee that this practice will be prevented and gain internal support within one's party. (2) Very suitable, each party can provide the best candidate in accordance with the development and progress of community needs. However, it is possible for the party to create other objectives for its own interests. (3) The principle of open proportionality, anyone who has fame and popularity but without proper background can easily be elected to a seat in parliament.

The purpose of this theoretical review is to find out how the functions and roles of education and training affect the improvement of employee performance skills in companies. The method used is a theoretical review by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The results of this theoretical review are in carrying out the roles and functions of education and training to improve employee performance skills by increasing human resources, advancing science and technology, and increasing the quality development of company quality. It can be concluded that the role and function of education and training is an activity of a company that intends to be able to improve and develop attitudes, behavior, skills and knowledge of employees in accordance with the wishes of the company in improving employee performance. For agencies or companies, it is also necessary to encourage the development of the basic capabilities of existing employees. The objectives to be achieved in this study are to determine and analyze the influence of work discipline and career development on employee performance at the Central Tapanuli Regency Transportation Service? The hypothesis in this study is that work discipline and career development have a simultaneous positive effect on employee performance at the Department of Transportation, Central Tapanuli Regency. population amounted to 117 people and a sample of 54 people. The type of data in this study is primary data obtained from field research and literature studies. The results obtained work discipline and career development simultaneously have a positive effect on employee performance at the Department of Transportation of Central Tapanuli Regency, where Fcount (44.747) is greater than Ftable (3, 13) or (44.747 > 3.13) Partially, the work discipline variable has the most dominant effect on employee performance, where the t-count value is 4.056 > t-table value is 2.004. Partially the career development variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where the t-count value is 2.823 > the t-table value is 2.004. The results of calculating the coefficient of determination R Square of 0.554 means that 55.4% of employee performance can be influenced by work discipline and career development. While the remaining 44.6% can be influenced by other factors not discussed in this study.

The method in this study used a quantitative approach and the number of samples taken in this study were 104 respondents, the data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire. Data analysis used multiple linear regression tests with the SPSS 25 program, so that research shows that work discipline partially affects employee performance.

This article discusses the internalization of religious values for students, research studies through literature review, with research design as a guideline in conducting research to achieve research objectives. The results of this study indicate that the principal's leadership style applied by the principal is generally responded to by good cooperation by his subordinates, who use a democratic-participatory leadership style. With this leadership that has an impact on educational staff because of democratic leadership the freedom to develop potential is enormous, good working relationships are established between superiors and subordinates, creating a comfortable work environment and understanding how important it is to invite all school parties to realize this vision in accordance with their duties and responsibilities. each. Thus the author can conclude that in this study principals are generally carried out with the cooperation of leaders and their members and how a leader motivates morale, fosters discipline, shows exemplary attitudes and behavior that school principal leadership in improving the performance of educational staff greatly contributes which is good for the progress of the quality of learning so that it can encourage the quality of education where the performance of educators and education staff is the key to success in the world of education. Research implication: The author suggests that the Principal maintains the main duties and functions of leadership that have been well developed, and continuously improves educational performance according to the needs of the institution and maintains time discipline and responsibility with each task as planned by the institution and prosper educators by carrying out assignments according to their respective pokies.  

Background: Diabetic ulcer is a complication of peripheral neuropathy in people with diabetes mellitus which often ends in disability or death. Proper handling of infection is closely related to the rational use of antibiotics to avoid the occurrence of resistance. The emergence of resistance to antibiotics has an effect on the risk of increasing infection status, increasing the length of stay in the hospital, the risk of amputation and even death. Objectives: This study aims to determine the type and percentage of bacteria present in diabetic ulcers and to test the sensitivity of antibiotics prescribed in diabetic patients with ulcers in the inpatient room of RSUD Kraton, Pekalongan Regency. Methods: The research model used was descriptive to describe the profile of bacteria and the sensitivity of antibiotics prescribed to bacterial findings from diabetic ulcer isolates in inpatients at Kraton Hospital, Pekalongan Regency. The research method was carried out by biochemical identification and sensitivity testing of the Kirby Bauer technique on 2 samples of diabetic patients with ulcer complications taken by total census during March-April 2022. Results: Staphylococcus aureus, Enterobacter aerogenes, Pseudomonas aeruginosa were found with a percentage of 50% each. The sensitivity test showed that Ampicillin was resistant to Staphylococcus aureus, Ciprofloxacin was resistant to Enterobacter aerogenes and intermediate to Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The percentage of effectiveness of Meropenem and Metronidazole antibiotics had the highest sensitivity values, namely 100%, 50% Ampicillin and 25% Ciprofloxacin. Conclusion: From the research that has been done, it can be concluded that Ampicillin is resistant to Staphylococcus aureus, Ciprofloxacin is resistant to Enterobacter aerugenes, Ciprofloxacin intermediate is resistant to Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Meropenem and Metronidazole are sensitive to the three bacterial findings namely Staphylococcus aureus, Enterobacter aerogenes, Pseudomonas aeruginosa

The results in this study can be concluded that Religion must be a social glue, which plays a role in bridging tensions, maintaining the survival of society when faced with life challenges. This study aims to find out and describe how the implementation of learning traditional Minangkabau music material at UNP Laboratory Development High School. This type of research is qualitative research using descriptive methods. Data collection techniques are carried out through literature studies, interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are collecting data, classifying data, analyzing data, describing data and inferring data. The results showed that the lack of appropriate strategies and learning methods used by teachers. The strategy used by teachers in the learning process is an expository strategy, in the implementation of this expository strategy teachers use textbooks, references and other auxiliary media, but this strategy is not effectively used in learning because not all students are comfortable for learning that is only spoken. The method used in this learning is the lecture method, where learning is delivered by telling stories so as to make students feel bored and sleepy during learning, and it seems that the teacher has not been able to vary the method that is suitable for the implementation of traditional Minangkabau music learning which in fact in the delivery of learning can use several methods for the smooth achievement of the desired learning objectives.

The study focuses on the Influence of Emotional Intelligence, Compensation and Competence on Employee Commitment (Case Study of the Ciamis Regency Education Office) the problems that arise in the company are caused by this. The problems faced in this study include: 1) How does emotional intelligence affect employee commitment at the Ciamis Regency Education Office? 2) How is financing for employee commitment at the Ciamis Regency Education Office? 3) How is competence related to employee commitment at the Ciamis Regency Education Office? 4) How does emotional intelligence, competence and competence affect employee commitment at the Ciamis Regency Education Office? The objectives of this study are 1). To find out how emotional intelligence affects employee commitment at the Ciamis Regency Education Office, 2). To find out how compensation affects employee commitment at the Ciamis Regency Education Office; 3). The study uses a descriptive design analysis method with a survey technique. To process the data used Correlation Coefficient Analysis, Multiple Correlation Coefficient, Determination Coefficient. Emotional intelligence towards employee commitment at the Ciamis Regency Education Office with the results of multiple regression tests for the emotional intelligence variable obtained a regression coefficient or β1 of 0.893 which has a positive relationship level to employee performance. This is in line with the results of the hypothesis test, it is known that the correlation can be said to be significant if the Sig. Value <a (alpa) the calculation results above with a (alpa) = 5% or 0.05 while the Sig. value for the emotional intelligence variable (X1) is 0.000. So from the results of the calculation it turns out that emotional intelligence has a positive effect on employee commitment.

The implementation of public order for street vendors (PKL) is still a problem, due to the lack of handling carried out by the local government, causing the community to deliberately violate the trading place. The background of this research is to find out the obstacles in carrying out the duties of the civil service police unit in the Karimun sub-district in controlling street vendors. The method used in this research is to use a qualitative descriptive approach with data sources in observation, interviews, and documentation. The theory used in this study is the theory of the four main elements of performance evaluation measurement according to Mahsum (2013: 26) namely (1) the goals and objectives carried out by SATPOL PP have been carried out in accordance with established regional regulations even though there are several street vendors in the Puan market Maimun who has not optimally understood the regulations from SATPOL PP. (2) the performance measurement of SATPOL PP as public control can be said to be quite effective even though not as a whole in socializing the ban on selling on public roads. (3) in measuring the level of achievement of SATPOL PP targets, it can be said that the level of achievement is in the category of success in providing solutions related to selling on the roadside, it's just that there is a lack of strategy in spatial planning. (4) in evaluating the performance of SATPOL PP it has been optimal but there is still a lack of routine supervision and maximum sanctions, this is due to the lack of firm attitude and commitment from officers who violate the rules so that the handling of street vendors is not optimal. The conclusion of this study is that the Karimun Regency SATPOL PP has carried out public control of street vendors at the Puan Maimun market in accordance with regional regulation No. 1 of 2019 concerning public order. suggestions that SATPOL PP should provide regular outreach regarding the orderly regulations for street vendors, supervise officers who are undisciplined, give directions evenly and stipulate strict sanctions against street vendors who violate the rules.

Management is always interpreted as the process of organizing, regulating, managing human resources, to controlling in order to achieve the objectives of an activity. In everyday life, of course, we cannot avoid management science (POAC). The concept of management is a particular process consisting of planning, organizing, transferring and directing, which is carried out with the help of people and other resources to establish and achieve certain goals. IT infrastructure is a long-term asset which is often referred to as an asset that creates value for an organization. This article thoroughly examines the theory of information technology infrastructure management, by writing this article using the literature research method, it is expected that we can better understand and apply it properly related to information technology infrastructure management.    

This classroom action research was conducted because the level of student learning completion in the Fiqh subject was still low, namely only 59% of students achieved the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM). By implementing the Problem Based Learning (PBL) method in Fiqh learning, it is expected to improve student learning outcomes in accordance with the expected learning objectives. The formulation of the problem in this study includes: how to implement Fiqh learning using the PBL method, and how to improve student learning outcomes after implementing the method at MI Muhammadiyah Basin. This study follows the stages in the classroom action model, namely: planning, implementing actions, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were grade VI students of MI Muhammadiyah Basin in the Fiqh subject. The results of this study indicate that the application of the PBL method with stages such as compiling problems or questions that must be solved by students, can encourage improved learning outcomes. This can be seen from the data obtained in cycles I and II. In cycle I, the percentage of students who achieved KKM was 70.59%, while in cycle II it increased to 94.18%. Based on these improvements, it can be concluded that the application of the Problem Based Learning method in Islamic Jurisprudence learning has succeeded in improving student learning outcomes at MI Muhammadiyah Basin.

Effective learning is reflected in the extent to which learning objectives can be achieved. This study aims to examine how the planning, implementation, and evaluation of Fiqh learning using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model in measuring the critical thinking skills of students in grades VII to IX at MTs Salafuyah Purwakarta. This study uses a qualitative approach involving teachers and students as the main subjects. Data were obtained through field observations, documentation, and interviews with teachers and students, which were then analyzed using domain, taxonomy, and componential analysis techniques. The results of the study indicate that the Fiqh learning planning in grades VIII and IX has been prepared in accordance with the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) which refers to the steps of the PBL model. The learning implementation process also follows the stages in the model, with the teacher acting as a facilitator, including providing internet access to support learning activities. Learning evaluation includes cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. The results of students' critical thinking skills show that grade VII students are in the fairly critical category, while grade VIII and IX students are included in the critical category.

Based on the results of a survey which shows that Christian youths view church and spiritual activities as no longer attractive, such as prayer, worship, quiet time, reading the Bible and other spiritual activities. This causes Christian youth to experience an identity crisis, moral degradation and is easily influenced by today's juvenile delinquency. Even though they are important assets for the church, nation and state. This also happens to Christian youth at PPA GBT Kristus Ajaib Tulungagung and the reason is because they do not have a good spiritual life and even underestimate their spiritual development. This study used a qualitative field method with an observation and direct observation approach. So that the results of direct observation and observation can describe about attainment an overview of the research objectives, namely to provide a series and presentation of authentic data on the implementation of the application of Christian youth spirituality development at PPA GBT Kristus Ajaib Tulungagung using Donald S. Whitney's theory of Spirituality Development.
