The development of technology and information has given rise to more and more startup businesses popping up. This is also accompanied by the existence of intellectual property as a startup business asset which is very important to be protected by law. Intellectual property can be in the form of copyrights, patents, trade secrets and trademarks owned by a startup business. This study aims to find out what legal protection for intellectual property will be in startup businesses, as well as the challenges and obstacles that startup businesses will face to protect their intellectual property. This research is normative with a qualitative approach to several startup business actors and legal policy makers who are involved in the legal protection of intellectual property in startup businesses. The results of the study show that legal protection of intellectual property in startup businesses can be done through registration of copyrights, patents, trademarks, and taking legal action against intellectual property violations. However, startup businesses experience problems in terms of costs and time to register intellectual property rights as well as a lack of legal awareness and knowledge of intellectual property protection. Therefore, there is a need for more intensive outreach and education about intellectual property law protection in startup businesses.

Abstract. The purpose of the financial reporting system described above refers to conventional BTN financial reports as a whole because the financial reports at BTN Syariah KCS Banjarmasin still return to their parent bank where all BTN Syariah throughout Indonesia are business units of BTN Conventional. The research method in this study was carried out qualitatively with a descriptive approach. This research data uses primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques use observation and interviews. Meanwhile, research techniques use data presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the research, it shows that the processing of earnings management at BTN Syariah KCS Banjarmasin is quite efficient due to good working capital turnover as a means of generating profits. Judging from the net profit margin, it is quite efficient with an average percentage of 78.02%. The rate of return on assets is also efficient, although it continues to decline with a percentage of 1.41% and the rate of return on capital is considered effective with an average percentage of 13.15%. The author provides input to the bank so that the management of the financial reporting system at BTN KCS Banjarmasin is managed by the bank at each branch office or unit so that each financial report and profit management at the bank is more specific. Islamic banking academics should always participate in the development of sharia banking by providing input to financial institutions and also providing understanding to the public so they can differentiate between the bank interest system and the profit sharing system in banking. And also provide knowledge so that people do not get involved in the practice of interest which can actually lead to usury.

The development of technology is something that cannot be separated from humans at this time, it is based on technology that is increasingly growing. But on the problems faced in the search for facilities and services private tutoring is still an information manual so that it is difficult for the community to find facilities and services for private tutoring especially in non-academic fields. Then it needs to be specifically designed as a search system for facilities and private tutoring services through web-based media. Thus the community is not difficult to find a place or non-academic field private tutoring services because in this system there is a latitude of maps that will show the location and there are display fees and online payments via a bank account. In designing the system the author observes the company and the community as well as a bibliography that aims to be a benchmark. The author uses the Business Model Canvas (BMC) method with the support of system requirements elicitation, as well as modeling the Unified Modeling Language (UML) system to visually implement the Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) program language with the MySQL database as a database server. With the design of a search system for facilities and private tutoring services, it can make it easier for people to find effective and efficient facilities or services in non-academic fields.
