Abstract. Delays in project completion can be caused by ineffective project management, modifications to specifications made by planners, and delays in material procurement. SP road preservation construction project completion. ITCHI – SP. 3 Riko Segment II could be delayed as a result of alterations to piling specifications by the planner and delays in the procurement of piles. An effective and efficient network and the acceleration of project activities are required to prevent project completion delays. In this study, activities on the project's critical path are analyzed using the Critical Path Method and Microsoft Project 2013 software. The purpose of this research is to analyze the activities on the project's critical path, as well as the cost and duration of work items on the project's critical path. Additionally, the duration of the SP road preservation construction project will be analyzed. After expediting work along the critical path, ITCHI – SP. 3 Riko Segment II was completed. The original project completion time of 344 calendar days can be shortened to 240 calendar days for a fee of IDR 51,153,849,429.30. Keterlambatan penyelesaian proyek dapat disebabkan oleh manajemen proyek yang tidak efektif, modifikasi spesifikasi yang dilakukan oleh perencana, dan keterlambatan pengadaan material. Penyelesaian proyek pembangunan preservasi jalan SP. ITCHI – SP. 3 Riko Segmen II dapat mengalami keterlambatan akibat perubahan spesifikasi tiang pancang oleh perencana dan keterlambatan pengadaan tiang pancang. Jaringan kerja yang efektif dan efisien serta percepatan kegiatan proyek diperlukan untuk mencegah keterlambatan penyelesaian proyek. Pada penelitian ini, aktivitas pada jalur kritis proyek dianalisis menggunakan Critical Path Method dan software Microsoft Project 2013. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis aktivitas pada jalur kritis proyek, serta biaya dan durasi item pekerjaan pada jalur kritis proyek. Selain itu, durasi proyek pembangunan preservasi jalan SP akan dianalisis. Setelah mempercepat pekerjaan di sepanjang jalur kritis, ITCHI – SP. 3 Riko Segmen II selesai. Waktu penyelesaian proyek yang semula 344 hari kalender dapat dipersingkat menjadi 240 hari kalender dengan biaya Rp 51.153.849.429,30. In the development of increasingly developed technology and the demands of the community's needs for infrastructure facilities, it also affects the development of a construction field. This is also no exception in the manufacture of mortar which is used as a non-structural material in buildings. In making mortar itself, it is also influenced by developing technological developments, one of the types affected is pozzolan mortar. Pozzolan mortar has added materials derived from nature or industrial waste. In Indonesia, waste from eggshells is increasing every year, because eggshells are one of the people's favorite food ingredients. The eggshells have contain calcium carbonate (CaCO3) compound which is an element than cement. The materials of making the mortar itself are water, cement, and sand.  This research aims to utilize egg shell waste as an added material in mortar with variations in the percentage of 0%, 5%, 10%, and 15% eggshell powder. From the results obtained, the addition of eggshell powder at maximum compressive strength lies at a percentage of 15% of 300 MPa.

Concrete is a material that is commonly used when doing construction work today. Because concrete has several advantages when compared to other materials, such as being easy to form, resistant to weather changes, has high compressive strength, and is durable. In this study the use of Silica Fume as an additive to flow concrete has the function of improving the quality of flowing concrete. Silica Fume has an important role in affecting the chemical and mechanical properties of concrete. Judging from its chemical properties, Silica Fume geometrically fills the voids between cement materials, and causes the pore diameter to decrease and the total pore volume to decrease. Meanwhile, from its mechanical properties, Silica Fume has a pozzolanic reaction (a material containing silica/silica dioxide and alumina compounds) which reacts to the limestone released by the cement. The aim of the research is to increase the maximum compressive strength of flowing concrete by using Silica Fume added with varying percentages of 0%, 5%, 6%, 7.5%, 9%, 10.5% and 12% and using a superplasticizer of 1.5 %. From the results of the research conducted, it was found that flowing concrete with added silica fume on concrete compressive strength was able to reach 7.5% at 7 days of age of 25.91 MPa and at 28 days of concrete age was obtained at 26.19 MPa.

People with disabilities often get low social stigma in the social environment. Persons with disabilities are often marginalized from the general public, this is because persons with disabilities are considered to lack abilities that are equal to non-disabled people. As people with disabilities, they also have the same rights as society in general, namely the right to get access to education, access to infrastructure and access to other public services that can be accessed easily. but on the other hand until now there are still many persons with disabilities who still do not get their rights. one of them is the right to get access to infrastructure such as road access, easy access to open facilities, this is caused by several factors, one of which is the design made on infrastructure that is less accessible for persons with disabilities. in this study aims to see how accessibility is fulfilled, especially in public facilities provided to persons with disabilities in the city of Jember. This research method uses descriptive qualitative using social construction theory. As for data collection in research through field observations and also interviews besides that it is also supported by literature studies. The results obtained in this study show that public facilities for blind persons with disabilities in the city of Jember are still not friendly for blind persons with disabilities to access.

The construction in a country essentially to give the welfare live of society. The current growth in Indonesia has been achieved by one of the batik industrialization sectors. Batik becomes an industrial potential that can be developed as an form of creative economic growth and thus become a village development community empowerment activity. This inscription to know how effectively empowering societies are in rural development, especially in development at Kampoeng Batik Jetis. This study uses qualitative descriptive analysis method. The Credit Guarantee in the Syndicated Credit Agreement that I will use is a credit guarantee with concession rights which includes toll road concession revenues, escrow accounts, and insurance claims. The Credit Guarantee is important to cover or guarantee the Creditors in the Syndicated Bank in the event of a default or bad credit or default from the Debtor. Collateral as regulated in Law number 7 of 1992 concerning Banking as amended by Law number 10 of 1998 concerning Amendments to Law number 7 of 1992 concerning Banking, guarantee is defined as "faith in faith and ability and ability of the customer or debtor to pay off the debt or return the financing as agreed. Credit guarantees (debts) as regulated in article 1131 of the Civil Code are "all objects of the debtor, both movable and immovable, both existing and those that will exist in the future, become dependents for all individual engagements". The credit guarantee that will be discussed in this legal writing is the credit guarantee in the Syndicate Credit Agreement or syndicate loan in the form of concessions. Concession is the granting of rights, permits, or land by the Government, companies, individuals, or other legal entities. The granting of concession rights is generally applied to the development of partnerships between the government and the private sector. Syndicated credit is one of the types of credit, but the difference in Syndicated Loans is related to the number of creditors. In the Syndicated Credit Agreement, the creditor is more than one creditor. The discussion of Syndicated Credit Guarantee that will be discussed in this legal writing is the Credit Guarantee in the Syndicated Credit Agreement between PT. JJP with PT. BNI Bank, PT. Bank Mandiri, PT. Bank BRI and PT. Bank BPD Central Java in terms of the construction of the Semarang Toll Road. This study aims to determine the influence of work environment and skills to job satisfaction at PT Jaya Pratama Motorindo Medan. The approach used in the study This is quantitative research. The research was conducted at PT-Jaya Pratama Motorindo, at Jalan Tilak No. 43 D/73 Sei Rengas I Medan Kota. Amount respondents used in the study This that is totaling 70 people. This study uses primary data with a shared questionnaire to whole employees at PT. Jaya Primary Motorindo. Research showed that environment work and skills Are influential positive, and significant to satisfaction work at PT Jaya Pratama Motorindo. Environmentally comfortable work and employees with high skills work will also be constructive in increasing employee satisfaction.  

Community service programs have been implemented at the head of the Muhammadiyah Sawit Boyolali branch. The purpose of the community service program is to plan the development of da'wah through the development of Muhammadiyah business charity  within the PCM Sawit Boyolali company. From the results of discussions held by the service team and management of the PCM Branch Leadership, it was agreed that the development of Muhammadiyah business charity was realized by planning the PCM Multipurpose Building. The problem that arises is that the land that will be used as the location for the construction of the Multipurpose Building is not yet available. The effort made is to invite all company residents to participate in the construction building. From the joint efforts of the Muhammadiyah Sawit branch leader, Boyolali received waqf land from company residents in the PCM Sawit environment. With the waqf land from the company's residents, the problems faced related to the location of the building placement have been solved.  

Aims to determine the effect of financial literacy (X) on the financial management of millennial generation workers (Y) at the Makassar city Construction Services Office using descriptive quantitative methods. The source of the data used is primary data obtained through a questionnaire with a population of respondents, namely millennial generation workers at the Makassar city Construction Services Office. While secondary data is from previous research journals. Data analysis used is hypothesis testing, correlation test and simple linear regression test using SPSS. The results of the study show that the financial literacy variable has no effect on the financial management of millennial generation workers.

The Office of the Airport Authority Region III is one of the government agencies that provide public services to the public, namely airport PAS services, therefore the Office of the Airport Authority Region III participates in the government program to build a good and clean government by designing the construction of an integrity zone towards a Serving Free Bureaucratic Area (WBBM) to improve the quality of its services. The purpose of this research is to determine the effectiveness of the WBBM predicate and the supporting and inhibiting factors in improving the quality of airport PAS services at the Office of the Airport Authority Region III. The research method used is mixed methods, which means combining quantitative and qualitative research simultaneously with the chosen strategy, namely sequential explanatory. The data sources obtained are primary and secondary data with the data collection techniques used are interviews, documentation, and direct observation at the Region III Airport Authority Office. The results of this study indicate that the WBBM predicate is effective in improving the quality of airport PAS services as evidenced by the SKM results which continue to increase from 2020 to 2022 and changes in the airport PAS service system to online services. Factors that support the improvement of the quality of airport PAS services are the six areas of change in WBBM and the existence of inhibiting factors, namely websites that have not been properly managed, human resources that have not provided excellent service, and lack of work ethic in providing services

Riau is one of three provinces with dominant peatlands. Indragiri Hulu Regency is the sixth largest district with the largest area of ​​peatland with a value of 222 thousand hectares. Particularly in Sekip Hilir Village, Rengat District, Indragiri Hulu Regency, there is quite extensive peatland and in this location there is infrastructure in the form of Jalan Rengat – Bukit Meranti. The construction of road infrastructure on peatlands has experienced many problems. This is because peat soil has a very low carrying capacity so that the settlement that occurs is large and unable to support the work load. Stabilization efforts are needed to improve the carrying capacity of peat soils. Stabilization on peat soil will be carried out chemically using lime as a stabilizing mixture with variations of 5%, 10% and 15%. From the results of the tests carried out, namely the addition of lime variations to the peat soil stabilization mixture is proven to increase the CBR (California Bearing Ratio) value. The CBR value of peat soil mixture with the addition of 5% lime was obtained at 17.28%. At the addition of 10% lime the CBR value increased to 21.81% and at the addition of 15% lime it increased to 30.04%. From the CBR value of peat soil with variations in lime mixture obtained, the authors prove that an addition of ≥ 5% has been able to achieve a laboratory CBR standard value of 17.28% and has met the Bina Marga specifications for road pavement subgrade, namely ≥ 6%. .

This study aims to provide an overview of the analysis of reputation risk management at PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk. The results of the discussion analysis can be concluded that in the period 2018 to 2020 PT Jasa Marga has experienced reputational risk and has been responsively handled by reputation risk management. The existing problems tend to be related to negative publicity and misunderstandings with the media regarding news of construction services, toll road operations, as well as the extent to which projects operate and services are successfully implemented. Mitigation efforts in risk management as a whole intersect with increasing clarification, updating information, as well as building a communication network with the media, optimizing the role of the media, and building a media partnership network. The basic industry in Pasuruan is developing well. The industry's growth can reach 100 % compared to the previous year. This paper examined and analyzed factors that make Pasuruan's basic industry grow well. This paper tried to give constructive suggestions for industrial development in Pasuruan. Based on our research, there is a need to ensure the economic impact of Pasuruan's industry reaches widely to people. It not only gets more people but also increases the quality of people's lives and sustainable development. Later for the orientation strategy, Pasuruan's target to develop an industrial area will impact greater for the community of Pasuruan.  

Writing This article tries to explain the main tasks and functions of educator management which are part of national education standards. This research is applying a qualitative descriptive method with the type of research used, namely the study of literature from various sources such as books and journals. The research findings show that the management of the duties and functions of educators and education staff is carried out in accordance with statutory regulations with the aim of increasing national education standards, advancing science, technology and the arts, as well as providing physical education for the local population. Six elements make up the implementation of the responsibilities and functions of educators and education management: planning, recruitment, placement, coaching, employment and evaluation. Management functions and tasks are useful for schools in overcoming the shortage of teachers and education personnel through recruitment. Individual learning, training and further education are also used in construction and development; both are run by working groups of instructors, schools, and the education office.

The existence of tourism in Indonesia is one of the main attractions for tourists to visit Indonesia to enjoy the natural beauty of Indonesia's earth. In Indonesia there are many tourist objects that have high selling power besides Borobudur, there is also the Sibolangit nature tourism in, North Sumatra, which is also the focus of the study being studied by researchers. Efforts to build tourism are certainly not only the duty and responsibility of the government, but local governments, village governments, local communities and youth youth organizations must have a high sense of concern and empathy for the existence and development of tourism above. The results in this study indicate that the existence of youth has a very strategic role in the progress or not of a tourist attraction, because youth plays a role in terms of marketing with their abilities and skills in using social media so that the existence of tourist objects becomes increasingly known by many people, especially foreign tourists. The two youths can also be a bastion of security and comfort for visitors and thirdly the involvement of youth in building and developing tourism is also a positive value from an economic perspective which leads to the welfare of the surrounding community. So in a simple conclusion, youth must be involved and involved in the development and construction of tourist objects, especially in Sibolangit tourism in Deli Serdang, North Sumatra.

The risk society, also known as the Risk Society, is a term associated with the famous sociologist Ulrich Beck. According to him, we are still in a new era, even in a new form of modernity. There are still many sociological publications that still refer to the main idea of ​​a risk society. The concept of uncertainty follows a societal perspective that develops through a narrow perspective of the risk society regarding environmental hazards. The role of technology is often underexplained in sociological theory. So that technological risk is not taken into account in Beck's risk community concept. There are three basic characteristics that overlap from the first modernity in pursuing society of risk as an important concept. Disaster is an event or phenomenon that has the potential to cause damage resulting in loss of life and cause destruction of property. There are three types of disasters according to their causes. In risk research on sociological discourse, media and communication play a role in the construction of risks that get recognition about risks. Disaster management can be understood as a set of policies to make efforts related to disasters before, during and after a disaster, which include prevention, mitigation, preparedness, emergency response, healing and repair through appropriate and effective organizing activities. This can be criticized in two ways, namely, in terms of studies regarding the perspective of a socio-cultural approach to a risk and surveys regarding general risk awareness.

Omnibus law has generated controversy in society as it overcomes most of the previous legislation with the new one. This new act. This research is based on the problems found based on the results of interviews with mathematics teachers and students at SMPN 1 Lareh Sago Halaban that the media used in the learning process only uses the blackboard with lecture and discussion methods, there is no technology-based learning media, especially educational games that are used by teachers to students related to mathematics lessons caused a lack of interest and activeness of students in mathematics subjects. Based on this, the solution given is to design a learning media. The purpose of this research is to produce learning media products in the form of educational games with the help of software Building 2 mathematics subjects at SMPN 1 Lareh Sago Halaban. The design of mathematics education games uses the construct 2 design application at SMPN 1 Lareh Sago Halaban with the Research and Development (R&D) research method using the MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) development model from Luther Sutopo the development model is explained in 6 stages, namely Concept, Design, Materials Collection, Assembly, Testing and Distribution. The product test used in the research is the validity test, practicality test, and effectiveness test. The product test results show that the educational games designed are valid, practical and effective. For the results of the validity test of three validators, the score was 0.88, the practical test by 3 practi- tators was 0.97, and the effectiveness test of twenty people was 0.92.

Many games are starting to appear that are less educational and less suitable to be played which have a bad impact on children, as well as the lack of parental supervision of children in excessive use of gadgets. the need for a media that can unite two elements, namely game play and learning, therefore an educational game application is made that uses construct 2 and coreldraw which serves as the interface design processor, objects, buttons, and players. This educational game raises the theme of introducing the names of animals in the form of pictures, which will later become an alternative learning that provides a more useful education, has a positive impact on children, and can reduce children playing games that are not suitable for their age. With this application, it provides broad insight to children about recognizing animal names and understanding them, and can fill children's free time which is usually spent just playing less useful games by playing and learning with this educational game application.

The rapid development of information and communication technology produces a multifunctional internet. This development brings us to the threshold of the fourth revolution in the history of human thought, when viewed from the construction of human knowledge which is characterized by a borderless way of thinking. The acceleration of technology is increasingly increasing which is the material cause of continuous change in all interactions and activities of the information society.
