Brand Image or can be called Brand Image is a perception of a brand Brand about the brand associated with brand associations that appear in the minds of consumers. One of the factors that can affect the brand image of  a company's product is quality. Quality related to product quality offered by manufacturers with a particular brand. The purpose of this study was to determine whether brand image and product quality variables significantly influence purchasing decisions of Rabbani members in the city of Jombang. This research uses quantitative research using descriptive statistics, validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, partial and simultaneous hypothesis test, and coefficient of determination with the help of the IBM SPSS Statistics 20 program. The number of samples is 110 Rabbani members in Jombang. Data collection uses a non-probability sampling technique by means of purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The results showed that (1) brand image has an effect on purchasing decisions (2) product quality has an effect on purchasing decisions (3) brand image and product quality has an influence on purchasing decisions. This study's main objective is to determine the effect of Public Relations, Brand Image, and Customer Value on Customer Loyalty at Leon's Barbershop which is located in Brebes District, Brebes Regency. The method used in this research is quantitative research. The research sample consisted of 222 respondents who were consumers of Leon's Barbershop, from a total population of 500 consumers. Data collection using a closed questionnaire was distributed to respondents through an online platform using the Google Form. Data collected from this questionnaire were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling technique to measure the relationship between variables such as Public Relations, Brand Image, and Customer Value on Customer Loyalty. The results showed that the Public Relations variable had a positive effect on customer loyalty with an estimated value of 0.266, a CR value of 2.137 (CR>1.96) and a probability of 0.033 (p<0.05). The brand image variable has no positive effect on customer loyalty because the estimated value is -0.082, the CR value is -0.549 (CR <1.96) and the probability value is 0.583 (p>0.05). The variable Customer value has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty with an estimated value of 0.802, a CR value of 6.877 (CR>1.96) and a probability value of 0.000 (p<0.005). The variable that has the most influence on customer loyalty based on the estimated value is the Customer value variable.

Eating and drinking are the most basic needs of all living creatures, including humans. because eating and drinking is one of the primary needs or basic needs that must be met every day and is a top priority that must be fulfilled by every human being. Therefore, many entrepreneurs have established restaurants, one of which is the Nurul Qomar Islamic Boarding School which has established a seafood culinary restaurant called Pondok NQ Seafood Restaurant. The aim of this research is to find out how the selling price and food quality influence customer satisfaction at the Pondok Seafood NQ (Nurul Qomar) Restaurant, Palembang City. This type of research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were consumers of Pondok NQ Seafood restaurants, which according to data numbered 11,000. Sampling was taken using the Slovin technique as many as 100 respondents. This research uses primary data and secondary data, as well as distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale. Based on the research results, the selling price influences customer satisfaction. Food quality influences customer satisfaction. And the selling price and food quality simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at the Pondok NQ Seafood restaurant in the city of Palembang.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of product diversity and service quality on consumer buying interest of Singaparna Area Clothing Store , Tasikmalaya Regency. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach to 100 respondents who are consumers of Singaparna Area Clothing Stores. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this test prove that product diversity and service quality have a significant effect both partially and simultaneously on consumer buying interest in Singaparna Tasikmalaya Area Clothing Stores.

The aim of the research was to determine cosumer respons and and the effect of service quality and brand image on customer satisfaction at PT Permodalan Nasional Madani Cibadak Branch simultaneously and individually. The method used in this research is the survey method. The type of research is descriptive and verification. The sample size used in this study was 100 consumers. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and simultaneous and partial hypothesis testing. The results showed that simultaneously and individually service quality and brand image have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani branch Cibadak.

A marketing strategy consisting of product, price, promotion and distribution is a strategy that can increase company revenue and attract consumer buying interest. The aim of this research is to explain the marketing strategy of CV Indo Jaya Bersatu and its implications in increasing company profits and attracting consumer buying interest. This research is research conducted using qualitative research methods with a qualitative descriptive approach. The main data sources in this research are CV Indo Jaya Bersatu employees and CV Indo Jaya Bersatu consumers. The results of this research indicate that the 4P marketing strategy implemented by CV Indo Jayaable to increase the company's profit by increasingThe company's revenue, which was originally at IDR 5,101,243,500.00 with net income of IDR 3,197,670,700.00 in 2017, increased to IDR 7,740,548,500.00 with net income reaching IDR 6,712,445,600.00 in 2022. Growing interest among CV Indo Jaya Bersatu consumers, there is a transactional interest, namely CV Indo Jaya Bersatu consumers tend to like making transactions with CV Indo Jaya Bersatu because of the good quality and service.

Monopolistic competition is a profound issue in civil law and has the potential to threaten the business ecosystem and consumer rights. This journal aims to investigate efforts to control monopolistic competition through a civil law perspective, with an emphasis on the protection of consumers and small entrepreneurs. The study utilizes an analytical and comparative law approach to identify the applicable legal framework in various jurisdictions, focusing on recent cases involving monopolistic competition. The findings of this study show that civil law has a significant role to play in the control of monopolistic competition by protecting consumer rights and regulating business practices that may hinder competition. The research also highlights the challenges faced in applying civil law in monopolistic competition cases and striking the right balance between consumer protection, small entrepreneurs, and economic sustainability. Legislative and judicial efforts undertaken by various countries are also analyzed to assess the effectiveness of monopoly competition control in supporting a fair and competitive economy. The results of this study provide a deeper understanding of the role of civil law in the control of monopolistic competition and its implications for the protection of consumers and small businesses. The practical implication of this research is the importance of strict supervision of monopolistic practices, strong consumer protection policies, and cooperation between various related parties to maintain a healthy business ecosystem.

In the current era of globalization, the success of a business requires creative ideas from business owners. Companies are required to produce creative ideas to provide value and positive experiences for consumers with the aim of increasing and retaining customers. This research aims to determine the influence of customer value (X1) and customer experience (X2) on repeat purchase decisions (Y) at Warung Lesehan Pak Brodin. Using a quantitative approach, the sampling technique used a non-probability sampling method in the form of accidental sampling of 88 Warung Lesehan Pak Brodin respondents. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature studies, with the help of IBM SPSS version 25. The research results show that the Customer Value variable (X1) has a partial and significant effect on the Repurchase Decision (Y) with t count 4.280 > 1, 98827 and a sig t value of 0.000 < 0.05 and the Customer Experience variable (X2) has a partial and significant effect on the Repurchase Decision (Y) with a calculated t value of 4.640 > 1.98827 and a Sig t value of 0.000 < 0.05. Meanwhile, simultaneously, Customer Value (X1) and Customer Experience (X2) have a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Decisions with an F count of 49.563 > 3.10 and a Sig. F 0.000 < 0.05.

Work ethic is the totality of an individual's personality in the context of work. Working is a form of self-dedication as a servant of Allah by obeying all His commands and avoiding all prohibitions. For this reason, Allah has provided facilities in the form of surface resources for human use in achieving their well-being. A strong work ethic can fulfill economic needs and desires within the family. Islam encourages its followers to work diligently and not to be lazy, as laziness can lead to poverty. The formation of a work ethic (including Islamic work ethic) is a complex process, involving various factors such as physical, biological, mental-psychological, socio-cultural, and possibly transcendental spiritual conditions and preconditions. This research adopts a qualitative approach and was conducted at the Padang Lamo Street Market, Pulau Temiang, Tebo Ulu District, Tebo Regency, in January 2023. The respondents in this study consisted of 27 individuals, including fish traders, consumers, and religious scholars. The findings of the research on fish traders in the Pulau Temiang Subdistrict Market, Tebo Regency, indicate that fish traders possess crucial work skills, exhibit diverse motivations such as earning a livelihood and pursuing hobbies, their work ethic is driven by the desire to meet their family's needs, and their economic conditions impact their well-being. Challenges include limited education, environmental conditions, and limited alternative job opportunities.

This research was conducted on Tehbotol Sosro consumers in the city of Cimahi. The purpose of this study is to determine how much the influence of brand image and brand awareness on purchasing decisions both partially and simultaneously. The research methods to be used in this study are discriptive and associative methods. In this study, the unit of analysis is individuals, namely consumers of Tehbotol Sosro in the city of Cimahi. The sample in this study was 97 respondents. Sampling with certain considerations or criteria is a sampling technique used in this study. The analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis, in addition to testing the validity and reliability of the research instrument. Based on the results of the study shows that there is an influence both partially and simultaneously on exogenous variables (brand image and brand awareness) on endogenous variables (purchase decisions).

One of the problems faced by cafes is how to keep consumers satisfied and increase their level of loyalty. This research aims to determine the effect of product quality and price on consumer satisfaction, the type of research used is quantitative. The population in this study was 480 cam cafe consumers. The sampling technique used the Solvin formula with a margin of error of 5% and obtained 218 respondents. The types of data used are secondary data and primary data. The data can be carried out using validity and reliability tests, followed by classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression tests. Hypothesis testing is carried out using the t test, f test and coefficient of determination. The results of this research state that the product quality and price variables have a significant and positive effect on consumer satisfaction. This can be seen from the results of the t test on the product quality variable, namely t count 4,470 > 1,971 t table with a significance value of 0.00 < 0, 05 and the price variable also has a significant and positive effect on consumer satisfaction, namely getting a calculated t value of 7,263 > 1,971 t table value with a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05. The f test obtained a calculated f value of 44,553 and an f table value of 3.04 so that 44,553 > 3.04 concluded that product quality and price jointly influence consumer satisfaction. The magnitude of the influence of product quality and price on consumer satisfaction is 55%

This research is about the influence of price, product quality and brand image on purchasing decisions for cosmetic products. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of price, product quality and brand image on purchasing decisions for cosmetic products. The urgency of this research is seen from consumers who determine purchasing decisions. The population in this study was Pasarbatang Subdistrict with 100 respondents using the Solvin formula. The technique used in sampling is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling method. This type of research is quantitative. The data collection method uses questionnaires. The results of the research can be concluded that price wardah partially does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions and brand image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. For the Emina brand, price has no significant effect on purchasing decisions, product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions and brand image has a positive effect on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, for the Viva brand, price does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions and brand image has an influence on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, in simultaneous testing the three brands had a significant effect. The suggestion in this research is that Wardah, Emina and Viva companies should always pay attention to product prices before marketing their products.

The development of the business world is currently experiencing quite high development, not only in the manufacturing industry but many are entering the world of service markets, by presenting similar or even the same service products, thus making service businesses compete to provide service quality and satisfaction in order to gain customer loyalty. . This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. Samples were taken using a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling technique with the criteria of consumers who had ordered more than 3 times which resulted in a sample of 90 people, the method of data collection was through distributing google form questionnaires with a Likert scale of 1-5 as a measuring tool. Data analysis techniques in this study used simple linear analysis and partial regression test (t test). Data processing was carried out using the SPSS 25 program. The results of this study indicated that service quality had a significant effect on customer loyalty, service quality had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction had a significant effect on customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction was proven to mediate the effect of service quality on consumer loyalty.

Competition in the laptop industry today is getting tougher. Each of these laptop manufacturers creates laptop products that have good quality, to be able to have a competitive advantage in the laptop industry. This study aims to explain the influence of brand image, price, and product quality in influencing purchasing decisions from ASUS brand laptops and which ones have the greatest influence on purchasing decisions on ASUS brand laptops. Brand image is a requirement of a strong brand. So if the manufacturer creates a brand image, that image will be difficult to erase from the memory of consumers. In creating a brand image, manufacturers must slowly and carefully so that the brand image they create can attract and make consumers always remember the brand.

Very tight competition in the culinary world makes entrepreneurs have to think about what consumers want, including looking at the variety of menus, prices, and locations. The researcher chose Yamyam Restaurant based on several considerations. The purpose of this research is to explain the effect of menu diversity, price, and location partially and simultaneously on purchasing decisions at Yamyam. The research uses quantitative methods. The population taken was 1,277 consumers using Non Probability techniques. The Slovin formula was used for the sample obtained which was 93 respondents. Data processing was conducted with the SPSS program. The results of this study show that menu diversity, prices, and locations have a significant simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions at Yamyam.

This study aims to determine the effect of Price and Service Quality on the Decision to Use the Services of a Wedding Organizer Ratu Rias. This type of research uses quantative. Data collection methods with direct observation, interviews or interviews, questionnaire data through google forms and data collection with documentation. The population is consumers who have used services, with a research sample of 64 respondents. The data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 22. The tests of this research are Validity and Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test such as Normality Test, Multicolonierity Test and Heteroscedasticity Test. Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test using T Test and F Test.The results of the data analysis obtained that: 1) price has no effect and is not significant on the decision to use the services of a wedding organizer Ratu Rias Sidate. It is known that the significance value for the effect of X1 on Y is 0.215 > 0.05. And the calculated t value is 1.254 < t table is 1.670. 2) While the Quality of Service has a positive and significant influence on the decision to use the services of a wedding organizer Ratu Rias. It is known that the significance value of X2 to Y is 0.000 < 0.05. And the calculated t value is 4.903 > t table is 1.670. 3) simultaneously the Price and Quality of Service significantly and positively affect the Decision to Use Services. It is known that the significance value for the effect of price and service quality simultaneously on the decision to use services is 0.000 < 0.005 and the calculated f value is 12.629 > f table 3.15.

This study aims to determine the effect of promotion and price on consumer purchasing decisions at Dexalove Collection Stores. To determine the number of samples in the study, researchers used the Slovin formula, where the Slovin formula was used when calculating data in the form of a survey with the population in this study taken from consumers who shopped at the Dexalove collection in April 2023 as many as 1,816 consumers. So, it can be concluded that the sample in this study was 95 respondents with a sampling technique using purposive sampling. The test methods in this study are validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis test, correlation determination test, f test, and t test. The results obtained in this study showed that the f test results were sig 0.000 <0.05 and the t test results were sig (0.000 <0.05). that there is an influence of promotion and price on consumer purchasing decisions at the Dexalove Collection Store where this can be proven by the results of the data quality test, namely the value of r count is greater than r table. And the correlation value in this study shows that the relationship between the effect of promotion and price on consumer purchasing decisions at the Dexalove Collection Store concludes that the results of the degree of correlation coefficient are high.

The development of the cosmetic industry is increasing so that companies must innovate and must provide appropriate prices and maintain the quality of their products. Price is indeed the first measuring factor that is assessed by consumers as well as for the quality of the product. This study aims to determine the Price and Quality of Lipcream Wardah Products on Purchasing Decisions partially and simultaneously. The object of this study is Wardah Lipcream Products. In this study, primary data was collected by 100 respondents buying and using Wardah Lipcream products. The sampling method in this study was non-probability sampling with accidental sampling technique. The test phase was carried out with the results of the Validity and Reliability tests stating Valid and reliable, and normality test results 0.200 , multicollinearity test tolerance values 0.700 and VIF 1.429 and heteroscedasticity test spread randomly, autocorrelation test, multiple linear analysis, t test, f test and test coefficient of determination. This study used a questionnaire instrument with the help of Google Form and valid data which was collected by 100 respondents. This test used the SPSS Version 24 tool.The results of this study indicate that the variable price and product quality have a positive effect on purchasing decisions.

Sticks are delicious, crunchy, savory, long, thin, and brownish yellow snacks with various flavors.  The main ingredients of this product consist of wheat flour, , eggs, garlic, pepper, and salt.  Celery leaves were chosen because they are easy to obtain and to optimize local ingredients. Mung bean (Phaseolus radiates) itself is a vegetable food that is high in protein and fiber where the protein contained is 20-25%. This study aims to determine the effect of sticks mung bean flour and the addition of celery.  The design used was a 2 factor factorial completely randomized design (CRD).  Factor 1 is the ratio of wheat flour : mung bean flour  (75:25, 50:50, 25:75) and factor 2 is the concentration of celery porridge (10%, 20%, 30% in 30 ml of water).  The best results of chemical analysis based on the highest protein content were the ratio of wheat flour : mung bean flour 25:75 with concentration of celery porridge 20% with 2.22% water content, 1.74% ash content, 23.58% fat content, 17.75% protein content, 8.28% crude fiber and 46.41 for carbohydrates by difference, color sensory test value 3.73 (greenish brown), crunchy texture 3.40 (crispy), celery taste 3.60 (taste celery flavor) mung bean taste 2.67 (a bit of green bean flavor), celery aroma 3, 33 (smelling of celery), and 3.27 (preferred) for overall liking. The most preferred formulation of celery sticks by consumers is the comparison of wheat flour : mung bean flour 75:25 with the addition of 10% celery porridge concentration with a value of 3.47 (preferred). Sticks made from green beans and celery can be an alternative food that is high in protein and fiber.
