This study aims to describe and analyze: The Implementation of Restaurant Tax Collection in Increasing Regional Original Revenue (PAD: Pendapatan Asli Daerah)) of Malang Regency and the Obstacles to the Implementation of Restaurant Tax Collection in Increasing the PAD of Malang Regency.  The research is a qualitative descriptive analysis. The data analysis technique uses a technique developed by McNabb (2002), namely Grouping the data according to key constructs, identifying bases for interpretation, developing generalizations from the data, Testing Alternative interpretations and Forming and/or refining generalizable theory from case study. The results of the study show that the Policy on Regional Taxes (specifically Restaurant Tax) in Malang Regency is inseparable from the pattern of fiscal relations between the Central and Regional Governments. This kind of relationship pattern is none other than related to the decentralized policy model that tends to use a top-down approach. The contribution of Restaurant Tax to Regional Taxes during the period 2021-2024 as a whole only reached an average of 5.53%. Although overall from year to year during the 2021-2024 fiscal year period, the contribution of Restaurant Tax to Malang Regency Regional Original Revenue revenue fluctuates, the increase in the realization of Restaurant Tax has been able to help the implementation of local government activities, both routine and development activities. Obstacles to the implementation of restaurant tax collection in increasing the PAD of Malang Regency can be in the form of: a. Low taxpayer awareness: Many restaurant entrepreneurs do not pay taxes or are in arrears of taxes.  b. Lack of supervision: Many restaurants or restaurants operate without a license or register. c. Lack of socialization: The public does not know the benefits of paying taxes. d. Lack of bookkeeping: Small and medium-sized restaurants often do not keep bookkeeping.  e. Manipulated transactions: Taxpayers deposit, calculate, and pay taxes themselves, resulting in data manipulation

Understanding this algorithm is crucial for content creators to increase visitor numbers and audience engagement. This socialization activity aims to educate beginner content creators on video optimization strategies to enhance discoverability and recommendation by YouTube’s system. The socialization was conducted online via Zoom, utilizing presentations, interactive discussions, and simulations of YouTube Studio features. The results of this activity indicate an improvement in participants’ understanding of key factors influencing the YouTube algorithm, such as watch duration, user interactions, and metadata optimization. Some participants who implemented the taught strategies experienced up to a 30% increase in video views within a month. However, challenges remain in maintaining content consistency and utilizing YouTube analytics effectively. Therefore, continuous mentoring is necessary to help participants refine more effective strategies. This socialization is expected to enable content creators to maximize the YouTube algorithm to enhance their channel visibility and growth.

Clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) is a crucial strategy for enhancing health status, as many diseases can be prevented by adopting healthy lifestyle habits. School-aged children are particularly vulnerable to health issues because they spend a significant amount of time outside the home and away from parental supervision. This counseling activity on clean and healthy living behaviors aimed to educate children at Wadi Fatimah Kindergarten, helping them to practice daily habits such as maintaining personal hygiene (including proper bathing techniques). The activity utilized a counseling method, supported by tools such as laptops, projectors, door prizes, PowerPoint presentations, and bathing props. A total of 76 children, aged 5-6 years, participated in the program. The counseling session was successful, with the children showing great enthusiasm while watching educational videos on bathing and actively engaging in discussions. They demonstrated an understanding of the PHBS concept and knew how to apply it in their daily lives. The discussion results revealed that 80% of the children were capable of bathing themselves, while 20% were still assisted by their parents

Tuberculosis (TB) is one of the ten diseases that most frequently causes death worldwide. This disease is caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis and lasts a long time. Indonesia ranks third in the world in terms of the number of people suffering from tuberculosis, behind India, China and India. In East Nusa Tenggara, the most cases of tuberculosis are found in Kupang City, and Oesapa Village is one of the places where cases are still quite high. With so many TB cases still occurring, public knowledge about the symptoms, transmission and treatment of the disease is still lacking. It is hoped that empowering teenagers as health drivers will increase public awareness, especially teenagers, about prevention, symptom monitoring, and discovery and treatment of tuberculosis. Tuberculosis education can help teenagers understand the importance of maintaining a clean and healthy lifestyle to reduce TB transmission (1). This community service activity aims to increase youth knowledge and attitudes about pulmonary TB through comprehensive counseling, structured information, and youth empowerment. They also monitor communities for TB symptoms, especially children(2) The results of the activity show that the level of understanding among teenagers about TB disease has increased from 35 percent to 85 percent. There were no TB symptoms at the monitoring stage in the community, especially teenagers, and everyone was in good health. It is hoped that peer cadres (adolescents) can adopt a clean and healthy lifestyle and become pioneers in monitoring the symptoms of tuberculosis in the community to make it easier to find, handle and treat. Peer cadres can transfer information about pulmonary TB to the community, especially teenagers, by implementing Clean and Healthy Living Behavior

Land registration is an important part of Indonesia's land system that aims to provide legal certainty over land ownership rights. Although this system has been widely implemented, land disputes remain a significant problem in various regions, including in Bangka Belitung. This study aims to examine the role of land registration in providing legal security for land ownership rights in Bangka Belitung as well as the factors that cause land disputes despite land registration. Based on this research, it can be concluded that although land registration provides strong legal protection, there are still various factors that cause land disputes, such as inaccurate registration data, unauthorized transfer of rights, claims based on customary rights, and lack of public understanding of the importance of proper land registration. In addition, the implementation of a more transparent, accurate, and technology-based land registration as well as increased education to the community can help reduce land disputes in Bangka Belitung. This study suggests the importance of improving the land registration system and inclusive dispute resolution efforts, to ensure that land registration can be more effective in providing legal certainty and preventing future conflicts.
