Multiple nutritional problems include undernutrition and over nutrition at the age of five. Proper feeding by mother through responsive feeding can support the fulfillment of nutrition and give an impact on the nutritional status of children. The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between mother's knowledge about responsive feeding and the nutritional status of toddlers aged 12-36 months. The research was a quantitative study using a cross-sectional research design. The research sample is 68 respondents. The instrument used a questionnaire. Methods of data analysis used univariate analysis on education, occupation, age, level of mother's knowledge about responsive feeding, and developmental status of toddlers as well as bivariate analysis to analyze the relationship between mother's knowledge about responsive feeding and nutritional status of toddlers aged 12-36 months. The results of the research that has been done show that mother's knowledge is in the good category of 52.9%, sufficient 23.8% and less 13.2%. An overview of the nutritional status of toddlers in the good weight category is 70.6%, the risk of being over weight is 19.1%, and the underweight is 10.3%. The results of the Somers’ d analysis showed that there was a relationship between mother's knowledge about responsive feeding and the nutritional status of toddlers aged 12-36 months which was indicated by a p value <0.05. Research recommends the need for responsive feeding education for toddler mothers.

Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Jember adalah unit pelaksana teknik bidang pendidikan dalam lingkungan kementrian agama yang berada di bawah dan bertanggung jawab Kepala Kantor Wilayah Kementrian Agama. Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Jember berdiri sejak tahun 1978. Sekolah ini dalam mengelolah datanya dikelola oleh bagian Tata Usaha sekolah  dengan menggunakan pencatatan buku, Microsoft Office dan Microsoft Excell. Namun, dengan sistem tersebut masih banyak kendala  yang dihadapi oleh pihak seperti pengolahan data pegawai yang belum terstruktur, pencarian dokumen atau berkas kepegawaian yang menghabiskan waktu yang lama dan sering ditemukan data yang ganda atau redudansi data. Situasi ini dapat memperlambat dan menghambat prosespembuatan laporan kepegawaian. Metode pengembangan sistem ini mengacu pada SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) merupakan pengembangan alur dari perangkat lunak secara beurutan yakni inisiasi, pengembangan konsep sistem, perencanaan, analisis kebutuhan, desain, pengembangan, integrasi dan pengujian, implementasi, operasi dan pemeliharaan,dokumentasi dan penyusunan laporan.Berdasarkan dari hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa adalah dengan adanya Sistem kepegawaian di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Jember ini dapat memberikan manfaat bagi bagian tata usaha mengenai pengolahan data pegawai, meliputi Memudahkan dalam proses pendataan pegawai, Selain itu dokumen yang telah diupload dapat disimpan dalam database berdasarkan jenis dokumen yang tersedia pada sistem.

Soft skills are non-technical skills that relate to how people operate, engage with coworkers, solve problems, and manage the task for which they are responsible. Soft skills are required for future leadership jobs and will influence their effectiveness in managing teams to execute diverse initiatives. Furthermore, the capacity to show attentiveness and empathy to clients indicates a dedication to solving problems or meeting their requirements. To strengthen the ability to work with others and positively impact one's profession, a soft skills development program was held for the community in Wonoplumbon Urban Village, Mijen Sub-district, Semarang City, and its stakeholders comprising of RW leaders. This activity aims to achieve one of the Sustainable Development Goals, namely that governments, workers' organizations, and employers all over the world work to improve workers' employability, place young people in decent productive jobs, and increase company productivity through higher quality and relevant training.

This study aims to determine the application of simple accounting carried out by the Pematangs erai tourism village community who have a business. This research approach with qualitative descriptive method. The sample of this research is a business actor in the village of Pematang Serai which is as many as 8 business actors. The data analysis technique used is direct observation using interviews and documentation. The results of this study are Pematang serai is a village in langkat district that has potential in the development of village tourism, the development of this tourist village is supported by the langkat government, people who have a business in the village have not applied simple accounting records.    

The mail management system is a much-needed development in the current era of information technology development, especially in an agency. However, at the Tourism, Youth and Sports Office of Ngawi Regency, the management of correspondence which can manage incoming mail and outgoing mail numbers is still done manually, namely by recording it in a large book because it collects data every year.The problem that occurs is the difficulty in finding recorded data, which must be searched manually in a book with the risk that the book will be damaged due to search activity. Furthermore, when making outgoing letter numbers, there is also a problem when you need a letter number on a date that has already passed.This research was carried out by using the extreme programming method which is a derivative of the Agile method which uses an object-oriented approach. The stages involved in the extreme programming method are Planning, Design, Coding, and Testing. The results of this study are Information System for Management of Incoming Mail and Outgoing Mail Numbers Web-Based at the Tourism, Youth and Sports Office of Ngawi Regency.

E-government which can be broadly defined as the utilization of information and communication technology and the internet which has the ability to transform relations with citizens, business people and other government institutions. The development of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is currently very rapid and of course it must be addressed positively to increase community participation in realizing the principles of good governance (Good Governance). This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. Sources of data in this study are observation, literature, articles, journals, scientific research and sites on the internet. The Ministry of Home Affairs has a public service unit, one of which is the Directorate General of Population & Civil Registration, of course it is required to provide optimal service to the community. The implementation of e-government, related to service and dissemination of public information at the Ministry, especially at the Directorate General of Population and Civil Registration is already good and in the medium category, and still needs to be repaired and improved. The Ministry of Home Affairs in implementing e-government fulfills the first stage, namely information publishing and the two "official" two-way transactions based on the Deloitte & Touche framework and from the Government to Citizen (G2C) sector are included in the category, namely e-governance, e-service, and e-knowledge

Reproductive health is one of the national and global development targets based on the 2030 sustainable development goals. The prominent problems among adolescents are grouped into three risks or the KRR Triad. Correct knowledge and good understanding of reproductive health can direct a teenager towards responsible sexual behavior. The purpose of this study was to describe the level of knowledge about adolescent reproductive health among students at SMPN 1 Batang Kapas. The research design uses a purely descriptive study using a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were 26 students of SMPN 1 Batang Kapas who fit the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Questionnaires are used as research data collection tools. The data were then analyzed univariately using the SPSS application. The average age of the respondents was 13.23 years with the youngest being 12 years and the oldest being 15 years. Respondents consisted of 8 men (30.76%) and 18 women (69.24%). The level of knowledge about reproductive health is good at 73.08% or 19 people. While the remaining 7 people (26.92%), have a sufficient level of knowledge. The majority of respondents have a good level of knowledge about adolescent reproductive health. This is because respondents have received information about reproductive health before. Provision of information sources is significantly related to adolescent knowledge regarding fertility, sexual intercourse, marriage plans, and the lowest safe age for childbirth so that it will encourage the formation of positive sexual behavior. The level of knowledge about reproductive health in this study is in the good category. It is hoped that this level of knowledge can lead to good reproductive behavior and function.  

This research is intended to reveal colonialism in Forster’s A Passage to India. This is a qualitative research project since the data are in the form of words rather than numbers. The data were taken from the work itself and other relevant books supporting the analysis. In analyzing the data, the writer used a mimetic approach. The results show that the British colonize Indians by controlling them politically, that is, by gaining positions of power and authority. It is clearly seen that every important governmental position in India is occupied by British people. It is also undeniable that every public policy made is only for the benefit of the British government in India. It causes many effects to the colony and even the colonists. For the colony people, colonialism forms for them an antipathy toward the entire membership of the colonists and becomes a factor for them to stand together and legitimize themselves as a nation that is separated from and appreciated by other nations. On the other side, the colonists always think that they have a higher position than the colony people. Since the colonists have better technological development, they consider that they are superior to them and deserve to colonize them. Their superiority mindset has led them to harbor racial prejudice toward the colony people. The colonists think that the colony people have a negative attitude just because they are the colony.

Therefore, new employees should receive training in the form of training that leads to an introduction to corporate culture and values, regulations, and policies, as well as their main tasks, which support the achievement of the vision and mission of the organization or company. Human resources who lack self-confidence are unlikely to carry out their duties and obligations to the fullest, especially in educational institutions. In addition, human resources professionals who have worked in organizations and companies for a long time also need to receive training to improve their skills, insights, and motivation in supporting the achievement of the organization's vision and mission.

The purpose of this study is to provide convenience during the processing of sales, purchase transactions, goods data, supplier data and customer data, minimizing errors in recording. The research method used in this research is using the R&D (Research and Development) method. This method is used to produce a certain product that is analytical and can be tested for effectiveness so that it can be used in the wider community. In designing the system the tools used are Flowcharts, Entity Relationship Diagrams and Context Diagrams, while for data collection using observations, interviews, and literature studies. The database application development tool uses MySQL and the programming language uses Visual Basic 6.0. With this information system transaction data processing can be done computerized so as to reduce errors in reporting.

Beauty Vlogger existence can be a form of information exchange that can affect the sales of a product. Miss “X” becomes one of beauty vlogger in Indonesia who also makes review of cosmetic brand, including cosmetic brand “S”. Purpose of this research is to find out how much a beauty vlogger’s credibility can affect the decision purchasing of “S” cosmetic products. This research used Trustworthiness, Expertise, and Attractiveness as independent variables. The research methodology used in this research was a quantitative method that calculated by SMARTPLS 3.0. The population of this research was the subscribers of Miss “X”’s YouTube channel. In collecting data, the writer used non probability sampling with some criterions. The study sample of this research was 100. The result of the study shows that beauty vlogger Miss “X”’s credibility affects the purchasing decision of “S” cosmetic products by 33,8%. Trustworthiness has a positive and significant effect towards Purchasing Decision. However, Expertise and Attractiveness do not have significant effect towards “S” cosmetic products despite being positive.

This performance improvement can be done through job analysis and career development of each member of the Cilacap Tengah District Office Employees. This study aims to determine 1). Analysis of the influence of positions on the performance of Cilacap Tengah District Office Employees, 2). The influence of career development on the performance of Cilacap Tengah District Office Employees, and 3). Analysis of the influence of positions and career development on the performance of Cilacap Tengah District Office Employees. Therefore, this study uses quantitative research which then interprets the data to produce descriptive data. While the data collection technique uses a questionnaire, and data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that job analysis and career development have a positive effect on the performance of Cilacap Tengah District Office Employees. If job analysis and career development are better, then the performance of the members will also be better, and vice versa if job analysis and career development are worse, then the performance of the Cilacap Tengah District Office Employees will also decrease.

The aim of the research is to determine the level of capability of the Human Resources (HR) apparatus at the Maros Regency Youth Sports and Arts Service (DISPORI). And to find out the policies for developing human resources for personnel at the Maros Regency Youth Sports and Arts Service (DISPORI). The research methods used are quantitative and qualitative research methods. The results of the research are that the Human Resources development policy for the apparatus at the Maros Regency Youth, Sports and Arts Service has been running well in accordance with applicable personnel procedures and regulations. This can be seen from the implementation of the HR development policy for personnel at the Maros Regency Youth, Sports and Arts Service. The policy of developing human resource capabilities for the apparatus has goals and objectives, namely development and improvement as well as carrying out the main tasks and functions as government officials so that they can meet predetermined standards while being able to make decisions independently and professionally based on a spirit of service and changes in attitudes that lead to further development. openness, attitude of serving and protecting the public as the main duties and responsibilities.  

The development of information technology provides opportunities for educators to create more efficient and interactive learning evaluation media. This study aims to design and develop a computer-based test media using Wondershare Quiz Creator as a tool to support online learning. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with a waterfall model, which includes the stages of needs analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation. The results show that the developed test media is capable of providing various types of questions, such as multiple choice, short answer, true-false, and matching, and is equipped with features such as automatic feedback, time settings, and exportable test results. User testing indicates that the media is easy to use, responsive, and effective in supporting the learning evaluation process in online learning. In addition, educators can quickly create, manage, and distribute tests through digital platforms without requiring advanced technical skills. Thus, the use of Wondershare Quiz Creator has proven to be an alternative solution for providing practical and interactive computer-based test media that supports improving the quality of online learning. This research is expected to serve as a reference for educators in utilizing technology to enhance the effectiveness of learning evaluation

This study aims to determine and describe the strategy model for increasing the Village Development Index (IDM) in Ciamis Regency, with a focus on environmental resilience, economic resilience, and social resilience. The method used is qualitative descriptive research. The results of the study indicate that the strategy model for increasing IDM in Ciamis Regency still needs improvement in several aspects. In terms of environmental resilience, although there is no pollution, both underdeveloped and developing villages have the potential to be prone to landslides, with developing villages having disaster response efforts, while underdeveloped villages do not. In terms of economic resilience, developing villages show better livelihood diversity compared to underdeveloped villages, although both have sufficient access to trade facilities, but access to financial institutions is limited. In terms of social resilience, although access to education and health is relatively good in both types of villages, the BPJS membership rate is still low, and access to clean water, sanitation, and electricity has reached 100% in developing villages. Access to information and communication already exists, but is not optimal in both villages. This study concludes that increasing IDM requires strengthening environmental, economic, and social resilience that is more integrated and targeted.
