The management of production and operations in factory machinery is an optimal management effort in the use of resources consisting of labor, machinery, equipment and raw materials. The production and operations manager directs various inputs in order to produce various outputs or results in units of quantity, quality, price, specific time and location according to consumer demand. Efficiency and effectiveness of the production process to be achieved requires proper scheduling management so that the production output produced can be completed according to target. Management of production and customer orders is still simple, besides that the status of raw material inventories that cannot be directly known can often result in delays in the production process and even production cannot be done as soon as possible. Scheduling orders that enter using the system first in first out where the first order that comes is done, but has not considered the number of orders, priority of customers, maturity of workmanship and engine capacity so that the estimated completion of the order can not be known. To make it more efficient and directed, the Earliest Due Date method is used by sorting the production work based on the closest due date. This method can be used for scheduling on one machine or for scheduling on several machines (parallel machine) so that the scheduling management information system can manage effective production scheduling and produce production reports automatically as needed.

The growth of financial technology is filled by digital wallet competition in the industry, one of the most known digital payment in Indonesia is OVO. Even so, the obstacles that OVO has can make users switch to another mobile payment provider. This research aims to analyze the impact on continuance usage intention by customers’ trust, and examine factors that influence trust in terms of gender moderation, the theories developed in this study are Innovation Diffusion Theory and Trust Building Framework. The method used to process data in this study are SEM and PLS. The findings of this research state that continuance usage intention is positively influenced by trust. Trust is significantly influenced by reputation, followed by customization, security, and mobility.

Improvement of Textile Industry system design with Six Sigma and FMEA to improve process quality. Six Sigma is a method of continuous quality improvement, by minimizing the number of defects. FMEA (Failure Mode Effect Analysis) tool is used to help determine the appropriate action, eliminating priority failure modes. The next step to improve to determine the most influential factor to the occurrence of color defects, so that the influence of the interference factor is minimum. If the control function is carried out and the factors causing the defect do not appear again there will be an increase in sigma value. FMEA analysis results obtained by machine temperature and material factors that most influence the occurrence of color defects, with RPN values of 210 and 120 respectively, the Six Sigma calculation results an increase in sigma value from initial conditions of 3.78 sigma to 4.93 sigma, or an increase in process capability of 1.15 sigma. Proposed improvements with DOE so that color defects do not appear are suggested by setting the thermosol engine temperature control device and mixing the optimized NaCl. In industrial processing, side products are produced in the form of liquid waste containing heavy metals, including Cr (III) which can have a negative impact on the environment. Some egg shell characteristics containing  high concentrations of CaCO3 and have a natural pore structure can be used as adsorbers (biosorbents) of heavy metals produced by the processing industry. The purpose of this study was to obtain the optimum conditions of absorption (adsorption) of Cr (III) metals carried out by egg shell biosorbents. The research method was carried out experimentally which included the preparation of egg shell waste biosorbents, determining the optimum time, as much as 1.0 gram of eggshell biorsorbent was put into 25 ml of heavy metal waste solution with a concentration of 50 ppm, then adsorption was carried out with time variations of 5, 10, 20 , 30, 40, 50, 60 and 120 minutes. Variation of  Cr concentration  were 50,0 ppm; 100,0 ppm,  150,0 ppm; 200,0 ppm; 250,0 ppm; 300,0 ppm; 350,0 ppm, 400,0 ppm; 450,0 ppm; 500,0 ppm; dan 1000 ppm. After that the mixture is filtered and the filtrate is read on the Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (AAS) to find out the maximum adsorption. The results showed the optimum conditions of adsorption of Cr (III) metals obtained an optimum time of 40 minutes with an absorption capacity of 1242.46 µg Cr (III) / g biosorbent, and optimum concentration with optimum treatment time and weight at 200 ppm with an absorption capacity of 4984 , 99 µg Cr (III)/g biosorbent. The adsorption isotherm adopts the Freundlich isotherm or physically (physical) type, because the linearity of the Freundlich isotherm obtained from the calculation results is R2 = 0.7312 or 73.12% higher than the Langmuir isotherm ie R2 = 0.0335 or 3.35%.  Keyword : Cr (III) heavy metal, eggshell biosorbent, optimum adsorption conditions

Currently the industry is trying to improve its competitiveness. This makes the manufacturingindustry needs to adapt the Lean-Kaizen concept. Lean-Kaizen means eliminating waste through small improvements made on an ongoing basis. This research takes a case study at PT Inoac Poltechno Indonesia, which is engaged in foam production. The current production target is only 56% of the planned target. Besides that, there are found many defective products and activities that have no added value. Furthermore, a map of the current condition is made to find waste and know the kaizen that will be carried out. Furthermore, a future map was developed with work standardization and Value Stream Mapping to determine activities that have no added value. Calculation of Waste Assessment Model (WAM), shows the biggest waste is defect (26.73%), inventory (15.79%), and waiting (13.35%). This study found that by adding trolley, adding operators, making SOPs, scheduling engine maintenance would make non-value added (NVA) activities decrease from 29.95% to 20.5%. Process Cycle Efficiency increased from 22.31% to 28.25% (thus fulfilling international PCE requirements for the manufacturing industry). Keyword : Lean-Kaizen, productivity, waste

(024) 3584074 - 3584075. This company has a wide enough working area covering Central Java and DIY. Because the working area is quite extensive and the number of processes in and out of goods, the company must be more careful in calculating inventory. In the process of recording and counting inventory at this time the company is still using Microsoft Excel so there are still many obstacles. In the process of recording and counting inventory at this time the company still uses Microsoft Excel. One of the difficulties experienced is the frequent occurrence of errors in making inventory reports. Besides making reports takes longer because there is no computerized database system. With the development of technology, especially in the field of computers, the authors try to create a computer-based inventory program using Visual Basic 6.0. This is expected to help companies in making goods inventory more quickly and accurately.

Market basket analysis to determine the relationship between products sold simultaneously is used to explore association rules (Association Rule Mining) which will produce products that are purchased simultaneously as a consideration for product arrangement in Anterah Retail storefront. Meanwhile, the best-selling products will be explored using the Frequent Pattern Growth method in order to obtain a ranking list of the most purchased products by consumers. This analysis is used as a basis for considering product promotion. The test results on the sales sample data obtained an average value of minimum support = 0.0025, minimum confidence = 0.610, LaPlace = 0.9985, Gain = -0.006, p-s = 0.003, Lift = 103.82, Convicting 2.5285 with a processing time of 41.456 seconds.

Classification is one of the most widely used techniques in machine learning. Text classification is the process of classifying data according to pre-determined groups or classes. Where in most cases, text classification uses labeled training data to obtain the rules used to classify test data into predefined groups. In this study, it is proposed to use CountVectorizer for Indonesian text classification which will be compared with TF-IDF Term Weighting and its three feature levels, namely Character Level, Word Level and N-gram Level as feature extraction which is implemented together with Naive Bayes classification and the BPPPTIndToEngCorpusHalfM dataset. To compare the classification performance, this study uses 10-Fold Cross Validation and Split Data using a ratio of 90:10, while to evaluate the accuracy of the authors using the F1-Score and AUC with the hope that this study will get good accuracy results so that it can be used as a reference to be developed using another method. The F1-Score accuracy obtained in this study was 0.93 and the AUC score was 0.95.

This system has many weaknesses where the information needed cannot be presented quickly and accurately, requiring a fairly complicated process for a longer time to check certain cash flows.

Backgroud: Nausea and vomiting (emesis gravidarum) are symptoms that often occur in 60-80% Primigravida and 40-60% Multigravida. The causes of nausea and vomiting vary, among others, due to hormonal changes in the body, psychological, to lifestyle. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of knowledge of trimester 1 pregnant women about emesis gravidarum. Methods: This research design uses descriptive research type. The sample of this study was the first semester pregnant women who came to have their pregnancy examined at the Rasoki Labuhan Public Health Center in August 2018, amounting to 30 people. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling. The research instrument was in the form of questionnaire sheets and mother's MCH handbook. Results: Data processing techniques starts from editing, coding, tabulation and finally data analysis. From the total of 30 respondents, 7 (23.3%) data have good knowledge, 16 (53.4%) respondents have sufficient knowledge and 7 (23.3%) respondents who have less knowledge about emesis gravidarum. It is expected that first trimester pregnant women will seek more complete information on emesis gravidarum.

Accounting information has an important role in achieving business success, including for small businesses. Accounting is one way to produce financial information that can be used by management as a basis for making strategic decisions. Reports produced include balance sheets, profit/loss reports, changes reports and cash flow reports. All of these reports can be used by information users. For small business actors in villages, it is minimal to have accounting records, most of them make business decisions based on experience alone. Small business development is needed to make it strong, both related to development both external to the company and in managing the company's internal. If from an internal perspective, the management of small businesses still considers that the accounting process is still not very important to implement. Empowerment of business management management is very necessary. Good financial reports can provide useful financial information for making strategic business decisions. This community service is expected to increase the ability of business actors in the villages of Bancak District, Semarang Regency so that they can provide information on the financial condition of businesses that are being run for each reporting period. The community service team of ITB Semarang Accounting Study Program lecturers conducted community outreach activities in the form of simple lectures and training. The results of this community service were well received by participants in the Financial Accounting socialization and training for business actors in Bancak District, Semarang Regency.

The purpose of training therapy and functional activities in the elderly is to increase understanding of how to do exercise therapy and increase functional activities in the elderly in Raya Kahean Village, Simalungun Regency. The implementation method carried out in this community service activity is by conducting two-way discussions or communication and by conducting demonstrations by strengthening the process of internalizing knowledge because of direct practice carried out to the community, especially the elderly. The activity plan carried out is by conducting surveys, analyzing the needs of the elderly, socializing exercise therapy programs and functional activities to the elderly, as well as carrying out exercise therapy programs and functional activities, as well as evaluating whether the program is able to improve the health of the elderly in Raya Kahean Village, Simalungun Regency

This study aims to apply Lean Manufacturing to Reduce Waste in the Production Process (Pole Posh) of Guardrail Products. The object of research is the result of the production of posh pole PT. XXX. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative approach. Descriptive qualitative research is meant about understanding phenomena that occur in the object of research. The snowball sampling method which is a sampling technique based on interviews or correspondence by asking for information from the first sample to get the next sample until research needs are met, in this study the snowball sampling method is used to select the correspondence at PT. XXX to find out the type of waste that occurs during production process in order to conduct further analysis in this study.
