Perspektif: Jurnal Pendidikan dan Ilmu Bahasa 2024 STAI YPIQ BAUBAU, SULAWESI TENGGARA

This study examines the effectiveness of professional development programs for Indonesian language teachers at SMA 2 and SMA 9 Sijunjung in improving their teaching competence. The focus of the research includes analysis of improving teaching competence, student involvement, and creativity in teaching after participating in the program. The research method used included observation and interviews with the five teachers involved. The results of the study show that professional development programs have a significant positive impact. Teachers have experienced an increase in the application of innovative teaching methodologies and the use of educational technology. Student involvement in the learning process also increases, characterized by active participation in class discussions and assignments. The use of digital media such as learning videos and podcasts helps increase teachers' creativity in delivering more interesting and relevant material. In conclusion, professional development programs play an important role in supporting the improvement of the quality of Indonesian education, with positive implications for developing students' potential and preparing them for an increasingly complex future..

Assessment is an integral component of learning in schools, playing a crucial role in measuring student achievement and enhancing the overall educational process. This article discusses challenges and strategies to improve teachers' understanding and skills in effective assessment implementation. Key challenges include the availability of adequate resources, teachers' readiness to use various assessment types, and societal expectations regarding evaluation standards.The research aims to explore how educators can enhance their assessment practices through continuous professional development. The research methodology employed includes literature review to identify best practices in assessment approaches, along with case analysis to understand implementations across different school contexts.The conclusion highlights the importance of enhancing teachers' understanding and skills in assessment as key to improving student learning quality. Teachers proficient in using diverse assessment types, providing meaningful feedback, and making instructional decisions based on assessment data can help create an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Therefore, focused professional development in assessment is a critical strategy in preparing educators to address future challenges in an increasingly complex and diverse educational landscape.

Local food is often fresher and has a higher nutritional content. Local foods have usually adapted to local soil and climate conditions, which makes them easier to grow and process by local people. Local food consumption is often in harmony with the culture and traditions of local communities, which usually have recipes and processing methods that support nutritional balance. The purpose of writing the article is to understand the growth and development of babies and toddlers to grow into healthy children by providing a balanced diet. Community service activities are carried out by professional nurse lecturers who teach community and family nursing courses. Community service together with professional nursing students who are practicing community and family nursing. The counseling and simulation will be held on Friday 12 June 2024 at 09.00 – 12.00 WIB in the Madrasah Marga Jaya room RT 02 RW 05 Kertamaya Village, Bogor City. Local plant ingredients are very useful for maintaining nutritional balance in babies and toddlers. Increasing public interest in using local food ingredients as a source of nutrition requires a multifaceted and integrated approach.

Konseptual dalam arsitektur merupakan suatu gagasan awal yang digeneralisasikan yang harus diperluas dan dikembangkan lebih lanjut dan terperinci. Tiap rancangan bangunan dapat tersusun dari banyak konsep melalui proses desain dan penyelesaian desain dari permasalahan yang ada akan membentuk suatu hasil karya yang akan terus berkembang hingga proses pembangunan. Konsep terbagi menjadi lima macam yaitu metafora, analogi, hakekat, pragmatik dan utopia. Pembahasan dari data primer dan sekunder sebagai kajian konsep dalam pengaplikasiannya. Data primer didapatkan dari wawancara kepada arsitek professional dan data sekunder didapat dari internet dengan karya – karya dari arsitek professional. Penggunaan konsep dalam setiap karya tergantung dengan permasalahan dan bagaimana pemecahan solusinya. Dalam data primer ini  karya dari Ridwan Kamil yang menggunakan konsep metafora konkrit dan analogi romantik dalam konsep perancangan Museum Tsunami Aceh. Sedangkan data primer hasil wawancara menggunakan konsep pragmatik dengan pendekatan konsep rencana (plan) dalam hasil karyanya. Dalam proses realitanya keuangan sangatlah berpengaruh dalam perancangan dari project yang diinginkannya.

Moreover, the study delves into environmental psychology's role in shaping concentration, creativity, and comfort within reading spaces. It analyzes the psychological effects of design elements like color, nature, and organization on cognitive processes. Understanding these responses empowers designers and individuals to tailor spaces for better focus and well-being. The integration of technology within reading spaces is explored, assessing digital platforms, interactive displays, and personalized content curation's benefits for efficient information consumption. It addresses challenges in balancing printed materials and digital resources. Additionally, the study considers personalized reading spaces' impact on diverse demographic groups, accounting for age, cognitive abilities, and preferences in design and customization. It emphasizes adaptable spaces catering to various needs and learning styles. This research offers a comprehensive view of reading spaces and productivity enhancement. The development of digital technology has significantly influenced the advancement of science and various other aspects. The realm of architectural design, both in the professional and educational fields, is not exempt from the influence of digital technology. Despite the fact that some architects still utilize traditional methods, digital technology has shifted traditional methods in architectural design. This writing aims to examine the role of digital technology in the world of architectural design. The method employed in this writing involves a literature review of several related studies. From the conducted review, it can be concluded that digital technology has made the architectural design process more efficient and straightforward. Additionally, with digital technology, architects can explore geometrical forms with high complexity. This is possible because computers nowadays are not merely used as tools to produce drawings or expedite the design process (computerization), but they actively play a role and are integrated into the architectural design process (computation).

This study explores the rights and responsibilities of teachers as defined by various Indonesian laws and regulations, particularly Law No. 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers. The research underscores the significance of understanding these aspects to ensure the quality of education. The objective is to identify and analyze teachers' rights, responsibilities, and duties in fulfilling their professional roles. The methodology employed is a literature review or library research, involving data collection from diverse library sources including books, encyclopedias, documents, and scholarly journals. The findings reveal that teachers' rights encompass adequate income, career development, welfare benefits, legal protections, and freedoms of organization and expression. Meanwhile, teachers' responsibilities include planning, implementing, assessing, and evaluating quality learning, as well as continuous enhancement of academic qualifications. The study concludes that a comprehensive grasp of teachers' rights and responsibilities enhances professionalism and educational standards in Indonesia. The implications highlight the need for robust regulatory frameworks and policies to support teachers in performing optimally and competing globally.

This research aims to identify and analyze the leadership style of school principals in improving teacher performance in MAN 1 Sukabumi City. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, observation and document analysis. Research participants consisted of school principals, teachers and administrative staff. The research results show that the transformational leadership style applied by school principals plays a significant role in increasing teacher motivation, involvement and performance. The principal also uses a participative leadership approach by involving teachers in decision making, which has a positive impact on teachers' sense of ownership and responsibility for their duties. In addition, the emotional and professional support provided by the principal creates a conducive and collaborative work environment. The conclusion of this research confirms that the principal's effective leadership style is a key factor in improving teacher performance, which in turn has a positive impact on the quality of education at MAN 1 Sukabumi City.

As for the focus of this study is: 1) mental health according to zakiah daradjat. 2) islamic religious education according to zakiah daradjat. 3) mental health implications in islamic religious education according to zakiah daradjat.

Education plays a crucial role in the development and survival of a nation. Teachers as the main actors in the educational process have a big responsibility in achieving successful quality education. This research aims to examine the impact of awards and recognition on the achievement motivation and professionalism of Indonesian language teachers. The research method is a qualitative approach with in-depth interview techniques, a hypothetical case study conducted on five Indonesian language teachers from two different schools. The research results reveal that awards increase work morale, encouragement to innovate, and teachers' intrinsic motivation. Recognition also has a significant impact on professionalism by increasing commitment, performance standards, and collaboration between teachers. Effective forms of reward include financial rewards, public recognition, and personal development opportunities. However, challenges such as consistency, fairness and sustainability in reward systems still need to be addressed. This research confirms the importance of rewards and recognition in increasing teacher motivation and professionalism, as well as contributing to improving the overall quality of education.

The purpose of this article is to determine the development of teacher professionalism in curriculum-based independent learning. The method used in this research is qualitative. Data was collected through observation and interviews with teachers. The independent curriculum implemented in various schools emphasizes subjects, including Indonesian. The support of professional organizations really supports teachers in their academic preparation to carry out independent learning. Teachers are trained in independent curriculum learning, the core of the independent curriculum, especially the Independent Curriculum, is present to complement the implementation of the Curriculum. The implementation of independent learning programs in various schools allows teachers to catch up in reading, writing and arithmetic. For students, an independent program can provide a solution to complete the program, before the program can be implemented in stages depending on the level of readiness of each school.

This research aims to explore how transformational leadership is implemented in Islamic boarding schools and how it contributes to improving the quality of education. The research results show that Islamic boarding schools implement transformational leadership by inspiring and motivating all members of the Islamic boarding school community to achieve common goals. This is done through various strategies, including the first, namely human resource development: Islamic boarding schools hold regular training for Asatidz administrators and councils to increase their professionalism in managing Islamic boarding schools and educating students. They are also given the opportunity to attend seminars and workshops outside the Islamic boarding school. The second is motivation and inspiration for students: Islamic boarding schools design various programs to inspire students, such as inter-student mentoring programs and activities inviting inspirational figures. They also provide various extracurricular activities to help students discover and develop their interests and talents. The third is increasing participation in the Islamic boarding school community: Islamic boarding schools hold regular discussion forums involving students, Islamic boarding school administrators and parents. This forum is a forum for sharing ideas, input and concerns that affect the Islamic boarding school as a whole.These strategies have proven effective in improving the quality of education in Islamic boarding schools. Santri show increased academic and non-academic achievements, and they are more motivated to achieve their potential. The Islamic boarding school community is also more involved in supporting Islamic boarding school programs. Transformational leadership is an important factor in improving the quality of education in Islamic boarding schools. By implementing the right strategy, Islamic boarding schools can create an inspiring and innovative environment for all components within them, and help students to develop optimally in various aspects of life and education.

Jipang Village, located in Karanglewas Subdistrict, is an area rich in natural resources and has great potential for the development of home businesses. However, most of its residents, especially the women who are members of the PKK group (Family Welfare Development), have not been able to maximize this potential to improve their economic well-being. Several key factors hindering this include a lack of knowledge and skills in entrepreneurship, limited access to technology and information, and insufficient opportunities to receive adequate business training. Through this entrepreneurship training program, it is hoped that the PKK women will be empowered to develop their home businesses more professionally and effectively, thereby increasing family income and reducing poverty levels in Jipang Village.

Background: Telemedicine is a long-distance health service carried out by health professionals using information and communication technology, and this is also expected to include the exchange of information for diagnosis, treatment, prevention of injury and research as well as evaluation of education. Research objective: is to determine the analysis of the level of community satisfaction with the implementation of the Telemedicine technology health service application (Mobile JKN) in Sanggrahan Village. The specific objective of this research is to find out: To determine the percentage of community satisfaction and dissatisfaction with the implementation of the telemedicine technology health service application ( Mobile JKN) in Sanggrahan Village. To find out the percentage of good or bad implementation of the Telemedicine technology health service application (Mobile JKN) in Sanggrahan Village. Method: This research is quantitative research with a survey approach. This research aims to collect numerical data to measure an analysis of the level of community satisfaction with the implementation of the Telemedicine technology health service application (Mobile JKN) in Sanggrahan Village. Results: Based on data analysis and discussion, the results of the research can be stated. It can be seen from the values ​​presented, the researcher found that good service quality will provide satisfaction for users. Conclusion: An overview of the level of community satisfaction in Sanggrahan Village is high for 50 respondents (100% ).The description of the implementation of the Mobile JKN application in Sanggrahan Village is mostly high with 40 respondents (80%). There is a relationship between community satisfaction with the implementation of the telemedicine technology health service application (Mobile JKN) in Sanggrahan Village, with a p-value of 0.000 (<0.05 ).

This research aims to analyze personality and communication styles in business negotiations. By examining various personality types such as extraverted, introverted, agreeable, conscientious, and neurotic, this study explores how personality characteristics influence communication strategies in the negotiation process. Through surveys and in-depth qualitative analysis of business professionals, the research found that individuals with extraverted personalities tend to be more proactive in taking initiative, whereas introverts are more inclined to deliberate carefully before acting. The communication styles employed also vary based on individual personalities. This research indicates that a deeper understanding of the role of personality in business communication can enhance negotiation effectiveness and improve final outcomes. The practical implications of these findings underscore the importance of adapting communication strategies based on the personality characteristics of negotiation participants to achieve success in dynamic and complex business environments.

Public service is crucial for fulfilling community basic needs, particularly in healthcare. Puskesmas Porong, a healthcare institution in Sidoarjo District, serves as the primary focus of this study. With a vision to provide quality and professional healthcare services to the community, Puskesmas Porong plays a pivotal role as the primary healthcare center in Porong Subdistrict. Despite adequate facilities including 46 inpatient beds and coverage of 10 surrounding villages, challenges persist. High patient influx poses significant issues such as long waiting times for services, attributed to insufficient staff and resources. Moreover, limited community participation in providing feedback is a concern, hindering the identification of issues and optimal solutions for healthcare service improvement.This qualitative research aims to analyze healthcare service quality at Puskesmas Porong, employing interviews with key stakeholders including the head of the health center, medical staff, administrative personnel, and patients. Additionally, observation and documentation methods were utilized to gather comprehensive data on service provision, patient satisfaction, and facility conditions. Results reveal that while operational procedures are generally adhered to, discrepancies exist between management perceptions and patient experiences. Patients highlight shortcomings in BPJS utilization, medical equipment adequacy, and diagnostic accuracy, underscoring the need for targeted improvements to enhance service quality and community trust.

Accounting procedures have proven their importance for all economic units, through the quality of information they provide and their commitment to instructions and laws or through providing consultations to avoid making mistakes by decision makers. The spread of the phenomenon of corruption has become a clear phenomenon in varying proportions in many economic units, and therefore its effects Corruption on economic and social life has led to obstructing the wheel of progress and construction, loss and waste in financial and technical terms, and moving away from achieving the goals and development plans drawn up for the progress of the Iraqi environment and moving it towards the framework of the public interest and activating the wheel of progress. The research aims to demonstrate the ability of accounting through its procedures and the auditing process followed and the professional ability of the accountant through his acquired experiences to limit this phenomenon and work to reduce and limit it, since the accounting profession is the basic foundation that can access real and confidential numbers and documents and ensure the extent of management’s commitment to instructions. The laws and regulations in force are within the legislation and laws to limit any deviation in work that could lead to loss of opportunities for progress in completing work, and moving away from personal interests to reach the public interest.The research also focused on the methods that can be followed to reduce the administrative and financial corruption gap. The researcher relied on a questionnaire distributed to a group of accountants and auditors, academics and professionals, and relying on SPSS statistical analysis to reach the research requirements and reach the most important conclusions and recommendations. Among the most important Conclusions: There is a relationship between the accumulated experience of those working in accounting and oversight to reduce the phenomenon of administrative corruption. The researcher also recommended the importance of relying more on those with accumulated experience at work, especially in the field of oversight within the formations of economic units.

This study aims to identify and analyze language errors in beauty product advertisements on the Instagram account of MS Glow Beauty. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through screenshots of various advertisement posts from the account. The analysis focused on identifying spelling errors, grammatical inaccuracies, and language interference within the advertisement content. The findings revealed significant language errors, including inappropriate word usage, incorrect sentence structures, and inconsistent mixing of Indonesian and English. These errors can reduce the professionalism and effectiveness of marketing communications and influence consumer perceptions of the product and brand. The study highlights the importance of proper and consistent language use in digital marketing content to enhance communication quality and brand image. Recommended language improvements are expected to help beauty brands increase the appeal and effectiveness of their social media advertisements, contributing to better practices in digital marketing.

Hospitals establish Minimum Service Standards (SPM) for medical records, specifically emphasizing the requirement for completeness in filling out medical records within 24 hours of service completion and achieving a 100% completeness standard for informed consent after receiving clear information. This study aims to develop a compliance model for Professional Care Providers (PPA) in filling out medical records, incorporating motivation as an intervening variable based on knowledge and attitude variables among inpatients at Cilincing Hospital. The sampling method employed is saturated sampling, with a total sample size of approximately 82 respondents. Path Analysis is utilized for data analysis, employing AMOS software. The research findings indicate a significant influence of knowledge, attitudes, and motivation of Professional Care Providers (PPA) on the overall compliance with the completeness of medical record filling, both collectively and individually. Moreover, the study reveals a significant impact of knowledge and attitudes on the motivation of Professional Caregivers (PPA). Additionally, motivation, acting as an intervening variable, demonstrates its ability to mediate the influence of knowledge and attitudes of Professional Care Providers (PPA) on compliance with the completeness of medical record filling.

This research aims to gain a deeper understanding of the East Sepatan District's efforts in realizing excellent service in issuing E-KTP, which is based on the principles of good governance. Using a descriptive and qualitative approach, data was collected through field observations through interviews with informants consisting of Heads of Sections, Secretaries and Employees in East Sepatan District, as well as notes. Next, the data obtained was analyzed from the data reduction process, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. E-KTP services in East Sepatan District must meet the principles of good governance standards, namely including the principles of professionalism, transparency, supervision, responsiveness, democracy and participation, efficiency and effectiveness, foresight, and law enforcement, all of which comply with good governance standards. is trying to improve all these aspects and can be said to be almost on the verge of being good, but there are still several shortcomings and weaknesses in its implementation. The results of interviews and observations show that the e-KTP making service in East Sepatan District meets all the specified indicators. Solution So that good governance can be implemented optimally, governance principles such as legal regulations and justice need to always be considered and evaluated.
