The Office of the Airport Authority Region III is one of the government agencies that provide public services to the public, namely airport PAS services, therefore the Office of the Airport Authority Region III participates in the government program to build a good and clean government by designing the construction of an integrity zone towards a Serving Free Bureaucratic Area (WBBM) to improve the quality of its services. The purpose of this research is to determine the effectiveness of the WBBM predicate and the supporting and inhibiting factors in improving the quality of airport PAS services at the Office of the Airport Authority Region III. The research method used is mixed methods, which means combining quantitative and qualitative research simultaneously with the chosen strategy, namely sequential explanatory. The data sources obtained are primary and secondary data with the data collection techniques used are interviews, documentation, and direct observation at the Region III Airport Authority Office. The results of this study indicate that the WBBM predicate is effective in improving the quality of airport PAS services as evidenced by the SKM results which continue to increase from 2020 to 2022 and changes in the airport PAS service system to online services. Factors that support the improvement of the quality of airport PAS services are the six areas of change in WBBM and the existence of inhibiting factors, namely websites that have not been properly managed, human resources that have not provided excellent service, and lack of work ethic in providing services

The novel Bibi Gill by Tere Liye is the data source for this research. Documentation is the data collection method used by researchers in this investigation. Three (3) methods were used in the data collection process using this documentation: literature review, reading strategies, and note taking. The results of the research showed that there was inner conflict experienced by the main character in the novel Bibi Gill. there are changes in the psychology of Bibi Gill as the main character which is influenced by other characters and the environment.

This study aims to explore the experience of pregnant women in consuming Fe tablets and the role of husband support in the prevention of anemia in Bukittinggi City. The problem faced is the high rate of anemia in pregnant women in this region, which is caused by the low compliance of mothers in taking Fe tablets regularly. With a qualitative approach, in-depth interviews were conducted with pregnant women undergoing the Fe tablet supplement program to understand how their husband's support affected their compliance. The results showed that husband support had an important role in improving pregnant women's compliance, especially through emotional support, reminders, and encouragement in overcoming side effects that mothers often experience during Fe tablet consumption. Husband's support plays a significant role in maintaining the consistency of pregnant women in consuming Fe tablets, which has a positive impact on efforts to prevent anemia. The existence of a husband as a companion provides additional motivation for mothers to be disciplined in undergoing this health program. To increase the effectiveness of the anemia prevention program, it is recommended that health workers involve their husbands in health education for pregnant women regarding the importance of consuming Fe tablets. Maternal and child health programs should include a family approach, especially by increasing husbands' participation in pregnancy classes and counseling sessions, so that support for pregnant women can be maximized.

This service was motivated by the existence of problems among students at SD Negeri Kedai Runding Class V, namely that some students had difficulty solving mathematics problems and their learning outcomes were still low. Drawing cube roots is usually quite difficult material for elementary school children. This happens because the teacher only uses the prime factorization method in learning, not encouraging students to actively participate in learning. To overcome this, PAPA ANGGA is used because by using PAPA ANGGA students can be actively involved and can help students who have learning difficulties. The approach or method that I use in this socialization is Participatory Action Research (PAR) which is a research approach that involves active participation from community groups who are research subjects. This method aims to produce knowledge that is relevant, useful, and can be applied in everyday life. day. This activity was carried out at SD Negeri Kedai Runding Class V. With the PAPA ANGGA mathematics teaching aids which contain cube roots, students can easily understand and solve cube roots using props.

This service is motivated by problems found in the field regarding the low level of understanding of students in mastering the concept of measuring units of weight for Class III students at SD Negeri Malacca, namely that some students still do not understand mathematical concepts in the material about units of weight. This happens because teachers are still not precise in choosing media and models in learning, and teachers do not play an active role, therefore it is seen that students lack enthusiasm in learning. Teachers must choose media and models that are interesting, creative and innovative. Therefore, teachers take steps using Smart Unit Ladder Media to improve students' understanding in mathematics learning. The approach or method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR) which is a research approach that involves active participation from community groups who are research subjects. This method aims to produce knowledge that is relevant, useful and can be applied in everyday life. This activity was carried out at Malaka State Elementary School Class III. With the existence of smart ladder media with weight units, students will be motivated and happier and will increase or improve their learning outcomes by using the media.

Culture-based education has become a movement to raise public awareness to continue lifelong learning in overcoming all the changing and increasingly difficult challenges of life. In addition, education provides answers and solutions to the creation of culture based on the needs of the community in accordance with the values ​​and systems that apply in it. There are various cultures that can be used as educational media, one of which is a'rupama which is a character education medium for the younger generation, especially elementary school students in the Ammatoa customary area. The role of a'rupama as a medium for character education in the Ammatoa customary area which later became the background for this research. This study uses a mixed method research type, namely research that combines qualitative and quantitative research. This research was carried out in the Ammatoa customary area, the informants and samples in this study were the community and the younger generation, especially school students in the Ammatoa customary area. Data was collected through observation, in-depth interviews, literature study and questionnaires with a total sample of 56 of the 131 population. The data were then analyzed using spiral analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that a'rupama actually has a role as a medium of character education for the younger generation in the Ammatoa customary area in educating the younger generation through instilling positive values ​​that are considered to be able to shape the character of the younger generation to become a much better generation. The values ​​contained in A'rutama's stories are responsibility, hard work, honesty, communicative, creative, caring for the environment, discipline and curiosity. The presence of a'rupama can be an answer to the increase in educational media that can be used as a medium for character education in elementary schools. In its development, a'rupama experienced a number of obstacles which were feared to threaten the existence of a'rutama. community, indigenous peoples only focus on improving the family economy, a'rupama is not yet part of character education in elementary schools and technological development factors.      

The use of slang on social media has become common among Indonesian teenagers. However, the use of this slang raises concerns about the existence of the Indonesian language as a national cultural property. This article discusses how slang on social media can be a threat to Indonesian language culture in adolescents. In this article, the authors update that the continuous and increasingly widespread use of slang can reduce the quality of Indonesian used by teenagers. In addition, the use of slang can also change the mindset and attitude of teenagers towards Indonesian as the official language of the state. This article also discusses how teenagers can strengthen the existence of the Indonesian language by avoiding the use of slang on social media, enriching their knowledge of the Indonesian language, and increasing awareness of the importance of the Indonesian language as a national cultural treasure. Thus, this article can provide insight and better understanding of the influence of slang in social media on Indonesian language culture in adolescents.

This research is motivated by the effect of securities on financial market development and investment preparation. Securities have a role to determine how to develop financial markets. Talking about securities cannot be separated from trade transactions, because the birth of securities is intended to improve, facilitate and secure transactions in the world of commerce. Based on these problems, the authors conducted research on how securities can be used in developing financial markets and preparing for investment. This research method through the collection of case studies and data from previous journals. The conclusion of this study is that the existence of securities can regulate and control financial markets through existing laws.

The existence of Community Learning Activity Centers (PKBM) aims to form managed learning media that is centered on empowering local potential in increasing the knowledge, skills and attitudes of the community in the economic, social and cultural fields. In developing a community, community participation must be actively linked and participate in processes and activities that exist in society in order to create maximum goals. The feeling of sharing between individuals in social groups will form social solidarity so that a sense of solidarity arises between these individuals. In this study using descriptive qualitative research methods using an ethnographic approach, this study aims to find out how forms of solidarity arise between individuals in creating a community. This research is located in Gesang Village, Tempeh District, Lumajang Regency. The informant himself is the founder, administrator and member of Omah Sinau Gesang. Researchers only took 6 people to be used as informants. The informants that the researchers took consisted of one founder, one administrator, and 4 members from Omah Sinau Gesang. Data collection was obtained from the results of interviews and observations which were included with the documentation. The results of this study indicate that within a community there is a division of labor as a cause for the emergence of organic solidarity. This interdependence increases with the division of labor and with increasing specialization and differences among individuals in the community.

The existence of tourism in Indonesia is one of the main attractions for tourists to visit Indonesia to enjoy the natural beauty of Indonesia's earth. In Indonesia there are many tourist objects that have high selling power besides Borobudur, there is also the Sibolangit nature tourism in, North Sumatra, which is also the focus of the study being studied by researchers. Efforts to build tourism are certainly not only the duty and responsibility of the government, but local governments, village governments, local communities and youth youth organizations must have a high sense of concern and empathy for the existence and development of tourism above. The results in this study indicate that the existence of youth has a very strategic role in the progress or not of a tourist attraction, because youth plays a role in terms of marketing with their abilities and skills in using social media so that the existence of tourist objects becomes increasingly known by many people, especially foreign tourists. The two youths can also be a bastion of security and comfort for visitors and thirdly the involvement of youth in building and developing tourism is also a positive value from an economic perspective which leads to the welfare of the surrounding community. So in a simple conclusion, youth must be involved and involved in the development and construction of tourist objects, especially in Sibolangit tourism in Deli Serdang, North Sumatra.

The formulation of the problem in this study is what is the role of the school principal and the supporting and inhibiting factors of the principal's role in disciplining students of SDI Nurul Bayan Kebunagung Sumenep. This study aims to find out how the roles and supporting and inhibiting factors play the role of school principals in disciplining students at SDI Nurul Bayan Kebunagung Sumenep. To better understand the role of the school principal in shaping the discipline of SDI Nurul Bayan students, the researchers used a descriptive qualitative research approach. The method used is the method of interviews, observation, and documentation. From this method, then manage and analyze to obtain data or information. The subjects of this study were taken from school principals, teachers, and students of SDI Nurul Bayan. The results of the research in this thesis are that (1) the principal at SDI Nurul Bayan Kebunagung Sumenep has become a headmaster who has set a good example for his school staff, ( 2) The role of the school principal at SDI Nurul Bayan Kebunagung Sumenep in forming student discipline is quite good, namely by disciplining himself, namely by setting an example, directing and coaching carried out on teachers/staff and students, (3) Factors supporting the role of the principal in SDI Nurul Bayan Kebunagung Sumenep is the existence of support from teachers/staff, support from parents, the existence of rules written in each class, and awareness of the students themselves, while the inhibiting factor for the role of the principal is the delay of students coming to school.

The purpose of this research is to find out how bonds are regulated in the Indonesian capital market from legal protection and corporate responsibility that defaults on bond investors. This study uses a normative legal research method that focuses on the study of legal perspectives and/or perspectives that explain a set of legal principles, legal norms, and legal regulations both formally and materially. The approach used in research is a conceptual approach (Conceptual Approach) where by examining through legislation and theories. Based on the research results, it is known that bond investors protect capital from the risk of company default, namely periodic reports and transparency of information, as well as guarantees (collateral) included in the issuance of bonds and the existence of sinking funds (reserve funds). Preventive legal protection for investors after a default occurs, the company continues to pay bond principal and interest (coupons) to investors in accordance with the bond agreement agreement. Companies can also be subject to civil witness administrative sanctions and even criminal sanctions.

Garbage is defined as waste that has a solid form originating from human and animal activities that are not utilized. This study aims to find out how the waste management system is with the existence of a waste bank in the Kedungsoko Village, Tulungagung Regency. The research technique used is by means of observation, field surveys, interviews and literature studies. The result of this research is that waste management at the Temporary Disposal Site (TPS) of Kedungsoko Village is carried out properly through the Makmur Banksa Garbage Bank. The management stage is divided into the Waste Collection Stage, the Waste Processing Stage, and the Product Marketing Stage. Management constraints are limited tools so it is necessary to cooperate with partners. Overall management at the Makmur Banksa Garbage Bank is running effectively and is able to provide benefits to the surrounding community. The Makmur Banksa Garbage Bank can be used as a guideline for waste management for the community because of good and effective management.

State institutions have an important role in eradicating corruption. There are several state agencies that have a major role in eradicating corruption, one of which is the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK). The KPK is an independent institution, namely the agency responsible for eradicating corruption. The existence of the KPK in fighting corruption is very important. However, it is necessary to improve the performance of these institutions so that the eradication of corruption can run more smoothly. Political support, good coordination, and adequate resource allocation must be a priority in efforts to eradicate corruption. In this article we will discuss the duties and powers of the KPK state institution in eradicating corruption, the challenges encountered in eradicating corruption in Indonesia, the strengths between state institutions and the KPK, efforts to strengthen the credibility of the KPK in eradicating corruption in Indonesia and, the impact of corruption eradication efforts by the agency. the state towards increasing the integrity and public trust in the government and state institutions in Indonesia. Stroke is a major health problem in the world. Stroke is the third cause of death in the world after coronary heart disease and cancer. Stroke, both ischemic and hemorrhagic, can have an impact on the sufferer. The aim is to determine the relationship between family knowledge and behavior and early management of stroke events. The research design is a correlative descriptive study with a cross sectional approach. This research was carried out in the Internal Room of HCU lt1 and G3 Neuro lt1 Prof. Hospital. Dr. Aloei Saboe. The number of samples is 67 people. The results showed that the average family knowledge of stroke patients was sufficient with a total of 45 respondents (67.2%), the initial treatment of families in most stroke patients was insufficient with a number of 41 respondents (61.2%). The results of the chi-square analysis test obtained a p-value = 0.000 <? 0.05, so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between family knowledge and the initial treatment of stroke patients. The existence of this research is expected to add to and increase family knowledge in the initial management of stroke patients.  

Angkot is one of the conventional forms of transportation that is often used by the public for mobility because the prices are affordable with a variety of routes and a lot of cargo. We can find Angkots easily in various city centers with units that are often many so they can be easily found. But at present, conventional transportation and online transportation, giving rise to many policies and also considerations from various parties involed in contributing betwen online and conventional parties. In all aspects, online transportation is far superios in all aspect, online transportation is far superior in all respects and in line with the deveplopment of the current era of globalization. So that the party that suffetrs the most is conventional transportation because with the times that continue to roll, angkot drivers need to survive and find solutions by taking rationalist actions to maintain the existence of angkot. Actions ned to be taken not only by the angkot driver as a party involed in this dynamic, but the intervention of the local goverment and also the trasportation agency is very important for the contribution of the angkot to balnce the social system in society. So that rationalist actions and also the role of local goverment are very important in supporting conventional transportations operations.

Indonesia is a country that upholds people's sovereignty, which means that all political and governmental activities in Indonesia, both directly and indirectly, are regulated by the people. It is the people who choose who is entitled to occupy government positions using the election mechanism. This election itself was followed by more than a dozen political parties. The purpose of conducting this research is to further discuss whether the dissolution of political parties has violated the existence of freedoms that guarantee human rights in them or whether these rights have limitations in certain respects. As well as another objective is to examine the reasons and mechanisms in a dissolution within a political party carried out by the Supreme Court. This research uses normative qualitative methods where the results of the research will be in the form of a comprehensive review based on law no. 24 of 2003 and Law no. 2 of 2008. The result is that the dissolution of political parties does not violate human rights at all because the right to associate has certain limitations and the reason political parties can be dissolved is that it is contrary to the 1945 Constitution and Pancasila ideology.

The purpose of this research is to find out about the study of social society in the perspective of social groups and social stratification, humans are social beings, which means that they cannot be separated from other creatures or cannot be separated from other social beings. In this world humans live with groups as they are called social groups. And within a social group there are many different layers of society, this is usually called social   stratification. The existence of differences in the layers of society has an impact on the life of the community itself. society has a very big role so that it can be said the success or failure of a role of social strata in achieving goals.    

National treatment is one of the fundamental standards in the implementation of foreign direct investment. An important element determining the applicability of national treatment standard is the existence of ‘like circumstances’ between foreign and domestic investors. However, the application of ‘like circumstances’ concept is often inconsistent, due to the absence of touchstones necessary to determine the ‘like circumstances’ itself. This study analyzes the significance of the application of ‘like circumstances’ concept in national treatment standard and its regulation in national treatment clauses in international investment agreements, showing that the absence of provisions on the touchstones to determine ‘like circumstances’ might contribute to the inconsistency of the application of national treatment standard, thus the insertion of the touchstones to determine ‘like circumstances’ is necessary.
