The development of technology is something that cannot be separated from humans at this time, it is based on technology that is increasingly growing. But on the problems faced in the search for facilities and services private tutoring is still an information manual so that it is difficult for the community to find facilities and services for private tutoring especially in non-academic fields. Then it needs to be specifically designed as a search system for facilities and private tutoring services through web-based media. Thus the community is not difficult to find a place or non-academic field private tutoring services because in this system there is a latitude of maps that will show the location and there are display fees and online payments via a bank account. In designing the system the author observes the company and the community as well as a bibliography that aims to be a benchmark. The author uses the Business Model Canvas (BMC) method with the support of system requirements elicitation, as well as modeling the Unified Modeling Language (UML) system to visually implement the Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) program language with the MySQL database as a database server. With the design of a search system for facilities and private tutoring services, it can make it easier for people to find effective and efficient facilities or services in non-academic fields.

Young entrepreneurship has become a trend among students with the development of technology and social media today. The aim of this activity is to increase the knowledge and enthusiasm of students in the city of Pematangsiantar so they understand the concept of entrepreneurship and its management strategies. Activity theme: The Role of the Young Generation in Developing a Creative, Independent and Competitive Entrepreneurial Spirit. This activity was attended by 200 students and displayed the results of group product trials. Participants came from invitations from several universities in Pematangsiantar City. The activity was held in collaboration with Murni Teguh PSDKU Pematangsiantar University, the Kelompok Tani Nelayan Andalan (KTNA), Pematangsiantar Tax Office. The results of the activity showed that 90% were satisfied with the material presented and there was an interactive discussion that provided solutions to problems faced by students so far through the distributed Google form

The Community Empowerment (PKM) activity carried out in Kaladawa Village is a creative economy training for youth organizations, aiming to apply a creative economy model so that youth youth organizations in Kaladawa village to create productive and creative people. The development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the current digital era requires product branding through social media. Strengthening MSMEs product branding by providing business assistance through the Business Work Lecture (KKU) program conducted by YPPI Rembang University. In this case, the MSMEs assisted is MSMEs Anis Tempe which is located in Meteseh Kaliori Village, Rembang Regency, Central Java. The problems experienced by MSMEs Anis Tempe are at the marketing (branding) stage, lack of ability in digitalization, not having a business license and not having a business logo. The solution to this problem is to carry out a community service program with development and assistance in strengthening product branding through social media as a marketing strategy and expansion, as well as creating attractive logos and product labels. The results of this service activity are creating attractive logos and product labels, having a social media account, including the location of MSMEs on Google Maps, and having a business license continue their business. The construction of the Bypass Road is one of the factors in facilitating regional development, besides that it will also facilitate the flow of traffic which of course will have both positive and negative impacts related to the land around the road. Symptoms that occur indicate that with the construction of the Balige Bypass road is in addition to spurring the growth and development of the areas around the road but also spur speculators, migrants and investors to reside and invest to open businesses along the Bypass road, which in turn is expected to improve the welfare of the people around the Balige Bypass road. The purpose of this study was conducted to determine and analyze the impact of the construction of the Balige Bypass road on the welfare of the Tambunan Balige community. This research is expected to add knowledge in knowing the impact of the construction of the Balige Bypass road on improving the welfare of the Tambunan Balige community and can be one of the reference materials for the government and related parties for improvements in improving community welfare, as well as information and reference materials for parties in need. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection is done through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the construction of the Balige Bypass road has opened up employment opportunities.

Agriculture is a crucial sector in development because it serves as the primary sector for meeting national food needs and security. Due to its significant role, farmers as the main actors in agriculture need to possess good financial literacy, which ultimately impacts the performance of agricultural businesses. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine the impact of financial literacy on the performance of rice farmers. This study was conducted in Pamona Puselemba District, Poso Regency. The researcher used a quantitative approach with a survey method. The sample size of the study was 100 rice farmers, obtained using simple random sampling technique from a population of 2,226. Simple regression was used as the data analysis technique. The results of the study indicate that financial literacy has a positive and significant impact on the performance of rice farmers. Thus, financial literacy plays an important and multidimensional role in enhancing the performance of rice farmers.

This training on SWOT Evaluation for Cooperative Development is intended to increase the enthusiasm, knowledge, skills and capabilities of the Management, Head of Business Units and Chair of the Simprug Garden Cooperative in managing and developing cooperative businesses. The approach to implementing this activity includes material presentations, question and answer sessions, and group discussions (FGD) regarding business development strategies by applying SWOT analysis. Training material includes SWOT analysis, cooperative management, cooperative business management, cooperative management values, and business development strategies. A total of 20 training participants, consisting of the Management, Head of the Simprug Garden Cooperative Business Unit, and cadre members, participated in this activity. Evaluation is carried out through pre-test and post-test material as well as assessment of the results of Group Discussions related to "formulating cooperative business development strategies using SWOT analysis." The results of the training showed that 83 percent of participants reported a significant increase in their knowledge, while 17 percent felt a sufficient increase in knowledge, enthusiasm, skills and capabilities related to management and cooperative business development strategies. Participants responded positively to the material, especially on business development strategies through SWOT Analysis. The results of the group discussion show that the business development strategy involves: SO strategy (market renewal, business expansion); WO strategy (development and cadre formation, applying for KUR); ST strategy (participating in training, taking advantage of post-pandemic opportunities, seeking additional funding sources); and WT Strategy (promotional intensification). Participants showed enthusiasm in increasing their understanding of setting strategic priorities through group business development and proposed holding further training related to SWOT Analysis and other materials related to cooperative activities

The dynamics of contemporary development are correlated with integrated technological progress innovations in human activity, both in aspects of education, business, communication, and so on. The communication strategy is the choice of Instagram owner @Farizas_kyas as a marketing promotion for Muslim fashion products towards teenagers. Because, today's teenagers have followed trends as a reflection of modernity while remaining within the corridors of sharia principles. This research aims to examine and describe the communication strategy for promoting Muslim fashion products among teenagers by the Instagram account @Farizas_kyas. The research method uses a description method with a qualitative approach. The research subject is Farizas Kyas, while the research objects are material objects and formal objects. The data source was obtained from the Instagram account @Farizas_kyas through product posts and stories. Data collection was carried out through virtual observation, interviews and documentation. The research results confirm that the communication strategy for the Instagram account @Farizas_kyas in promoting Muslim fashion products among teenagers is done by creating attractive visual content, using hashtags, educational and informative content, live Instagram, and being consistent in posting content. By using an Instagram account, the account owner gets more benefits through the effectiveness of the product marketing strategy used.

Introduction: The rapid development of Information Systems (IS) and Information Technology (IT) has influenced all business sectors. One of the business sectors that is influenced by the application of IS/IT is the manufacturing industry as carried out by the company PT.OCT. This article aims to analyze information systems strategic planning Method: using the Ward & Peppard method, there is also PESTEL, Value Chain, SWOT, CSF analysis, application mapping with McFarlan Grid, and IS analysis, this method is useful for designing appropriate information system architecture, and integrating information technology into overall business strategy . Analysis: analysis of the internal business environment using Value Chain analysis, then Porter's Five Forces analysis was chosen as the analysis of the external business environment. Conclusion: The results of the analysis show that the application of the Ward and Peppard method provides the final result which is an IS/IT strategic document that is effective in helping business processes at PT. OCT is engaged in manufacturing.

Current economic developments have been encouragingcompany growth to enlarge and expand spacescope of business. Likewise, current information systems havemakes it easier for companies to deal with problems that may occur in the payroll process. Objective This research is to find out how the system is implemented payroll accounting at the Medan Haji General Hospital and for find out whether the payroll accounting system is implemented by Companies can help management in decision making towards salary. This type of research is a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach that uses primary data such as results of interviews with the company and secondary parties such as structureorganization. Data collection techniques were carried out using techniques observation, interviews, and literature, data analysis methods used is a descriptive method. This research was conducted in Medan Haji General Hospital which is located on Jl. Hajj Hospital – Estate terrain and research time starts in January 2024 until the completion of this thesis. The results of this research show that the accounting system implemented by the Hajj General Hospital to handle payroll has been quite adequate in helping company management in making decisions regarding salaries, p This is good because the company employs employees from a wide range levels and in very large numbers and provide rewards for their services in the form of salaries, so the company must have effective accounting system.

The Bolotomo cattle breeder group in Wingkosigromulyo Village, Nkombol District, Purworejo Regency, has been established since 2010 with the help of subsidies from the local Livestock Service. Initially, they focused on producing organic fertilizer, but switched to the feeder cattle and meat business because the selling price of fertilizer was low. Livestock management is still traditional, and concentrate feed is rarely used because it is expensive and difficult to obtain. In the dry season, food availability is limited, and rice straw and field grass are the main food sources. The service activity by Tidar University students aims to help farmer groups overcome the feed crisis with technology for making pellets from local materials. Demonstration of making pellets using a mixture of calliandra leaf flour, rice bran, pineapple peel, molasses and tapioca flour. Pellets have the advantage of improving feed quality, consumption efficiency and shelf life. Farmers also shared their experiences and expressed the need for processing livestock waste, such as biogas plants, to reduce pollution and increase income. Integration between the agriculture, fisheries and livestock sectors is the focus for sustainable development.

The method used in this research is normative law using secondary data in the form of journals and books related to the chosen research theme. The results of this research show that international law is a benchmark in covering various business actions which contain various ethics that must be adhered to by various countries. international law that regulates which is contained in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as an international law that emphasizes the preservation of future generations where this leads to extinction which can result in losses for the next generation

In the development of financial technology, many payment system innovations have emerged, one of which is the Indonesian Standard Quick Response Code (QRIS). This research aims to determine the implementation of QRIS for business actors in the Kupang City Traditional Market. This research uses a qualitative approach, with data collection methods conducting interviews, observation, documentation. The results of this research show that the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) is an electronic payment tool to make it easier for people to carry out transactions. Through QRIS, people can feel the ease of making transactions anytime and anywhere, even outside bank operational hours. However, in its implementation there are several obstacles, namely a weak internet connection so that the transaction process carried out by traders is hampered, the cellphones owned by traders are not yet sophisticated so they cannot make transactions, lack of knowledge and a 0.3% deduction from the transaction value.

The aim of this research was to determine the level of lecturers' satisfaction with the quality of the Undergraduate Development Economics Study service program, Faculty of Economics, Trisakti University, and to look for the determining factors of lecturer satisfaction, so that they can find out the dominant factors in the quality of the Undergraduate Development Economics Study service program, Faculty of Economics, University. Trisakti. Research data was obtained by distributing a lecturer questionnaire with 32 questions via online media (Google Form). The results show that the service satisfaction of the study program for Lecturers and Education Personnel of the Development Economics Undergraduate Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Trisakti University is on average good and very good from these aspects: (1) competency development, (2) career development, ( 3) development of research and scientific work, (4) development of community service, (5) additional development and welfare. The implications of these results indicate that lecturers within the scope of the Development Economics Study Program are satisfied with the services provided by the study program, however, because the level of satisfaction is not all very good, the study program in the future needs to improve services.

Until now, there are still many who are afraid to start a business, including online business, so a real manifestation of a successful businessman has high self-efficacy/ability in starting a business. Apart from having the ability, a businessman must also be able to understand marketing planning and strategy. well in developing a business so that the business succeeds as expected, therefore the purpose of this research is to find out: 1) How is the self-efficacy of entrepreneurs in online business for FEBI students, 2) What is the strategy for developing entrepreneurship in online business for FEBI students, 3) What are the obstacles faced in developing entrepreneurs in the online business of FEBI students. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach, and the methods used in data collection are observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects in this study were students who had been running their online business for more than 3 years. The number of subjects in this study were 10 people. The results of this study note that FEBI students have high self-efficacy in online business or entrepreneurship, students are confident in their abilities and have expectations for their abilities in doing business online, in building confidence students obtain from several sources, namely personal experience, other people's experiences, verbal persuasion and emotional state. In the student business development strategy it is still not running well and efficiently, and there are obstacles to student businesses such as suppliers, competitors, capital and customers.

 Learning media is one aspect of increasing the success of learning. Using creative and interesting learning media will certainly make it easier for students to accept lessons. Kahoot! is a learning media in the form of a game that can be accessed on the website. The purpose of this outreach is to see whether the learning media Kahoot! useful for increasing students' interest in adding vocabulary. The methods used in carrying out this socialization are lecture methods, application use demos and question and answer sessions. The series of socialization activities include: (1) Students do practice questions regarding vocabulary manually (without game teaching media) (2) Then go to the step of providing an explanation about the Kahoot! learning application! (3) During this explanation session students will be explained the steps for using the Kahoot! application, (4) Followed by a question and answer session, (5) After the question and answer session several students are selected to come forward to try the Kahoot! (6) Students download the Kahoot! on their smartphone/laptop and work on the questions given. (7) Students do practice questions regarding vocabulary in the Kahoot! application. This socialization was carried out at the Pekanbaru Professional Development Vocational School. The subjects of this socialization are students of class X Tourism Travel Business with a learning time of 2 hours.

Micro and Small Businesses play an important role in the progress of a region because the existence of MSMEs can absorb labor, thereby contributing significantly to reducing unemployment. Bengkulu Province has many MSMEs operating in various fields, but there are still many deficiencies in MSMEs in Bengkulu Province. One of them is that small business owners still underestimate the importance of bookkeeping and do not separate personal assets from business assets. Most of them tend to make decisions based on intuition and experience. The aim of Community Service Implementation (PKM) activities through simple bookkeeping training for small business actors is so that they can make systematic and orderly bookkeeping, so that income, expenses and profits can be measured, and business development can be known. The service implementation method was carried out three times with each meeting with different MSMEs. Each meeting consists of 30-40 MSMEs so that in total 100 MSMEs receive training. The results of this activity show an increase in the knowledge and skills of business actors in running their businesses through simple bookkeeping that is easy to implement, thereby increasing their motivation to work.

The traditional cake trading business is a type of business in the culinary sector that sells food in the form of cakes with certain cultural characteristics, both on a small scale (MSMEs) and on a large scale (parties). To be able to maintain the sustainability and development of the traditional cake trading business, a way is needed to distribute raw materials and make a profit. Therefore, an appropriate technique or method is very necessary in managing the raw materials for the products to be produced. In this research, the simplex method was used and by utilizing current AI technology, namely the use of TORA tools and comparing it with manual calculations to predict the maximum profit that can be obtained from each production by traditional cake traders within a period of one day, so as to have an accurate calculation estimate. . The result of calculating the maximum profit in a day is IDR 2,950.00.
