In the increasingly advanced digital era, gadgets can have a positive impact on students. However, the use of gadgets can also have a negative impact on their understanding and poor practice, therefore PAK teachers need to play a role in overcoming the irresponsible use of gadgets. PAK teachers have a key role in teaching responsible gadget use. They should have a role to play in building awareness of the negative effects of using gadgets; and encourage critical discussion and moral reflection related to gadget use. In addition, Christian religious education teachers strengthen moral education and Christian religious values in learning. They provide creative alternatives that don't rely on gadgets, so students can experience experiences that support their moral development. Collaboration with parents and the church community is also an important part of ensuring messages that are consistent and in line with Christian religious values. By implementing this strategy, PAK teachers can have a proactive role in shaping the moral development of students. With a deep understanding of the influence of gadgets and Christian religious values, students can develop moral attitudes and behaviors that are in accordance with the teachings of Christianity.

This study aims to determine the environmental impact and natural damage from the production activities of the industrial sector grouping the areas of Ngoro District, Mojokerto Regency for public health in managing environmental cases of alleged waste pollution and natural damage in Mojokerto Regency. The method in this study uses a qualitative approach through observational data collection techniques and also uses a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. According to (Kitchenham & Charter, 2007) SLR is the process of identifying, evaluating, and interpreting all research evidence to answer certain research questions. The results showed that grouping industrial production activities had an impact on the provision of jobs and also infrastructure development in Ngoro Subdistrict and also had an impact on the environment such as waste that was disposed of polluting the watershed and causing fish to die due to contamination of the waste content and polluted residents' well water. In handling these impacts, it is expected that industrial companies in Ngoro can carry out routine monitoring and evaluation activities to see developments in environmental and community conditions, in this case the implementation of policies related to handling the impacts of industrial production activities carried out by companies for public health, especially around Ngoro District, Mojokerto Regency.

The development of information and communication technology is increasing rapidly from year to year, especially in the field of telecommunications. Communication technology via fiber optic is one of the technologies that is widely used as a data sender, between senders and receivers in one network, users can communicate with each other at very high speeds. This is in line with the community's need for fast communication services. FTTH (Fiber To The Home) is a telecommunications service infrastructure that supports transmission on large bandwidths and can solve bandwidth access problems so that PT. Telkom designs fiber to the home network access using GPON technology by determining its usage.    

The study of Indonesian society is always related to the condition of a pluralistic Indonesian society, both in terms of race, ethnicity and religion. In addition, the study of Indonesian society also has several sections including studies of traditional, transitional, modern Indonesian society, and studies of rural and urban communities. Traditional communities are usually referred to as rural communities, with a population of less than 2.500 people. A transitional society can be described as a society that is just experiencing growth, because in this transitional process, society is expected to be at a faster pace in understanding technological growth, which inevitably has to be able to master this technology. And in modern society, every level of society can be influenced by means of communication to convey information, such as radio and television. Meanwhile, rural and urban communities have a relationship of interdependence. With an illustration, urban communities need labor from rural communities, while rural communities need jobs created by urban communities. With the sections from the study of Indonesian society, the pluralism that has been formed long ago, can be seen clearly. Because each part of the study of society, has its own characteristics.Between village and traditional communities have the same characteristics. Because in the village community, there must be a strong sense of bond as well as traditional society. Whereas urban society has the same characteristics as modern society, because every urban society has an open view of new things, so it is not difficult for them to move forward to become a modern society. However, before achieving this, they must go through several phases, among which the first phase is called the colonial phase because it places leaders as foremen, the second phase is referred to as the developmental phase of administration and management because of the emergence of administrative and secretarial academics, the third phase is referred to as This phase is referred to as the global leadership phase, because leadership studies have begun to appear in specific fields.

Problems in learning writing did not seem to find a bright spot in education. Teachers tried to find solutions by evaluating learning materials and learning media. Recently, the solution of the writing problem had become a major concern. Thus, this research aimed to design technology-based learning materials referred to interactive videos with target learner seventh graders. This methodology used design development research (DDR). Data were sourced from junior high schools in Jabodetabek. The main data for designing were the results of the analysis learning materials, learning objectives, and interview result with teacher. The design of interactive video paid attention to the main aspects including the characteristics of interactive video, learning objectives, and students' needs. In addition, time efficiency was also important to maintain students' motivation in learning. Through interactive video, students' engagement in interacting with the learning content was the key to successful learning. Therefore, the result of this design showed this media has high potential to be implemented in writing class.

Rule of Law is a basic principle in a legal system where the law applies equally to everyone, including the government and citizens, and no person or party is excluded from the law. It also emphasises that legal decisions must be based on existing laws and must be implemented fairly and consistently. The law is the highest norm that binds all other legal norms, thus becoming the foundation for state power and legal regulation within a country. The rule of law and the law are closely interrelated in a country's legal system. In a well-functioning legal system, the rule of law and the law work together to create justice and security for all citizens. The rule of law helps ensure that the government does not abuse its power or violate the rights of individuals. The purpose of this research is to analyse Law No. 11 of 2008 which has been amended into Law No. 19 of 2016 regarding Electronic Information and Transactions (ITE Law) which is not in accordance with the principles of The Rule of Law and how this ITE Law can reflect the principles of The Rule of Law. This research method is library research. The results of this study are the development of technology and information today makes the government then issue Law Number 11 of 2008 (ITE Law) concerning the use of technology as well as information, ITE Law prohibits all forms of criminal acts that violate using technology and information, such as information disseminated will get bad treatment for the community. In practice in Indonesia, there are several cases that contradict the principle of The Rule of Law, for example, the ITE Law can cause confusion due to the increasing total every year of technology and information users, so the use of technological facilities is also increasingly widespread plus the ITE Law until now has not been widely socialised to the public.

Cyberloafing behavior is a form of withdrawal deviance in the workplace which is increasingly surfacing along with technological developments. Cyberloafing behavior not only has a positive impact but also has a negative impact on the company. To maximize the positive impact and minimize the negative impact, this research has an urgency to examine predictors that can explain the occurrence of cyberloafing behavior. The study was conducted using employees from various companies in various industries as research samples. The results of this study indicate that cyberloafing behavior is explained by role ambiguity, role conflict and role overload.

Democracy as the basis of state life allows recognition that, at the last level, the people regulate the main issues that concern their lives, including evaluation of state policies because they determine their lives. ) to the Constitutional Court regarding Law Number 7 of 2017 concerning General Elections regarding an open proportional system. The purpose of this study is to examine the closed proportional system discourse which is suitable to be reapplied in the 2024 General Election from a democratic perspective. The research methodology used is a normative juridical approach. Implications A closed or open proportional system cannot be said to be ideal for several reasons, namely, (1) In an open proportional system many candidates engage in money politics by secretly distributing money to the public. However, in a closed system, one cannot guarantee that this practice will be prevented and gain internal support within one's party. (2) Very suitable, each party can provide the best candidate in accordance with the development and progress of community needs. However, it is possible for the party to create other objectives for its own interests. (3) The principle of open proportionality, anyone who has fame and popularity but without proper background can easily be elected to a seat in parliament.

This study aims to determine the role of Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) in managing the eruption of Mount Sinabung. The eruption of Mount Sinabung in 2010 and another eruption in 2013 had a major impact on the people living around Mount Sinabung. The role of various parties was carried out, including the presence of an international Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) in Karo Regency. This paper will describe the role of NGOs using the concept of disaster management which consists of pre-disaster, emergency response, and post-disaster stages. In this study, it was found that during the pre-disaster stage the international NGOs present were FM Yoboseyo Yumen (FMYY) Japan and Mercy Malaysia. During the emergency response stage, the World Food Program (WFP) was present in Karo District. At the post-disaster stage are the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), the International Labor Organization (ILO), and the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO). This research method used a qualitative approach with descriptive research types, and data collection through interviews and secondary data.

Green Economy is an economic approach that focuses on sustainable development and utilization of resources, by integrating economic, environmental, and social aspects by involving changes in mindset and lifestyle. With the expectation that people are expected to adopt sustainable behaviors and consumption such as reducing waste, supporting environmentally friendly products, and recycling. The main goals of a green economy are to reduce negative impacts on the environment, including reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, protection of biodiversity, conservation of water resources, and effective waste management.  Green economy not only focuses on environmental protection, but also involves social and economic aspects. This includes improving social welfare and improving quality of life through sustainable job creation, increased access to basic services, and community empowerment in decision-making that impacts the environment. There are several important aspects in realizing a green economy through policies and regulations to encourage the transition to a sustainable economy that considers environmental and social aspects that support the green economy in realizing the transition to a sustainable economy. The second is investment in renewable energy that uses energy such as solar power, wind power, hydroelectricity, biomass and geothermal energy. At this time, the development of various kinds of cosmetic brands is increasing and very diverse from time to time and products circulating are increasing rapidly, causing market competition. Everyone has their own choice in making a purchase decision. Brand equity and halal labels are one of the factors influencing purchasing decisions. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of brand equity and halal labels on purchasing decisions for wardah products in the people of Muaro Jambi Regency, especially consumers at the 6666 beauty cosmetic shop. The number of samples in this study were 88 people using a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. Data collection through questionnaires, observations, interviews as well as documentation. The results of the study show that brand equity has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for wardah products. The halal label shows that there is a negative and insignificant effect on the decision to purchase wardah products. Brand equity and halal labels together have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for wardah products. This illustrates that the value of Adjusted R2 Square is 0.165, that the contribution of the independent variables and the dependent variable is 16.5% and 83.5% is influenced by other factors that are not part of this study.

This research is entitled The Role of Administration in Archives Management in Gebang Private Vocational High School (SMK). The formulation of the problem in this study include: how is the role of administration in the management of school archives in Gebang Private Vocational School, Gebang District and how are the obstacles faced in managing school archives at Gebang Private Vocational School in Gebang District and the solutions. The expected benefits of this research include: adding insight and knowledge, especially in the field of education and knowing how the role of the administrative section in managing school archives at the Gebang Private Vocational School, Gebang District with the actual conditions in the field. This research uses the Field Research research method (field research) using a descriptive qualitative research approach. The research results obtained in this study include: The role of administration in the management of school archives is very good. The role of school administration includes, firstly, the head of administration as the person in charge of administrative operations in charge of coordinating all administrative activities, serving, assisting, and fulfilling or providing matters relating to educational information in schools. Second, is as a school education staff. The head of administration is very competent in his field and is responsible for his duties. The head of administration is already professional in carrying out his duties in the administrative section so that it is much more effective. In terms of staff development, school principals and administrative heads of Gebang Private Vocational Schools have done various things, namely involving staff in activities, such as training, upgrading, seminars and workshops. The most important administrative role is as an educational staff and as a provider of information regarding the management of records in schools, as well as being able to work together with all staff in preparing plans for managing school records. The problems that exist in the administrative section in managing school archives at Gebang Private Vocational Schools, first, lack of facilities and infrastructure for archive storage because the number of archives is increasing continuously. Second, schools use a lot of non-permanent education personnel. As has been explained, the head of school administration is the one who helps carry out the main work to achieve school goals. The solution needed from problems in managing school archives is first, by carrying out maintenance and prevention of damage to archive storage devices. secondly, the required facilities must have met the requirements, such as a large room, complete archive storage equipment and sufficient for storage of archives that are increasing in volume from time to time. third, the staff who manages the archives have met the requirements so that they are responsible for carrying out their work in accordance with their respective duties.

The purpose of this writer is to know the history of Islamic civilization as a science. This writer uses library research (library research). Financing is an important component in providing education. Education costs are the amount of money generated and spent on various educational equipment which includes teacher salaries, facilities and infrastructure, administrative activities, education management activities, procurement of tools and textbooks, extracurricular activities and so on. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of utilizing financing sources in Ta'miriyah High School Surabaya. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by interviews and observations. Financing is the most crucial thing that must be faced by education providers. In order for educational goals to be achieved, the management of education funds must be carried out properly and appropriately. This research was held at Ta'miriyah High School Surabaya, because researchers wanted to know the sources of education financing in private schools and their utilization. The results showed that the utilization of funding sources for Ta'miriyah High School Surabaya, both from School Operational Assistance funds, Operational Support Costs for Education Implementation, and Education Development Contribution funds were quite effective both in terms of personnel and non-personnel

The Tedhak siten tradition is one of the typical traditions of the Javanese people. Tedhak siten is a series of traditions from the birth of a baby. An expression of gratitude for the birth, safety, and growth and development of babies is embodied in this tedhak siten tradition. The tedhak siten tradition is also carried out to get rid of convulsions in babies. There are many social and cultural values ​​in the tedhak siten tradition that can form the basis of human behavior and can be used as role models in everyday life. The subject of this research is the people of Kalangan Village, Ngunut District, Tulungagung Regency. This is because the village is rich in culture and still preserves the tedhak siten tradition. This study discusses how the procession of the tedhak siten tradition and the cultural and social values ​​contained in a series of tedhak siten traditions is carried out by the people of Kalangan Village, Ngunut District. This study aims to find out about the tedhak siten procession in Kalangan Village and the meaning of its socio-cultural values. The method used in this journal research is descriptive qualitative research, where this research was conducted by interviews, field observations, and literature studies from various related journals. The tedhak siten procession in Kalangan Village includes, being ordered to step on the 7-colored jenang, climb the cane ladder, enter the chicken cage, choose a favorite object, grab coins or coins, bathe in flower water, and wear new clothes. Some of the values ​​contained in the tedhak siten tradition are self-confidence, generosity, always maintaining family honor, and diligent work.

Sumber daya air merupakan sumber daya alam yang penting bagi keberlangsungan hidup manusia dan lingkungan, namun pengelolaannya masih belum efektif dan efisien. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah memaparkan dan menganalisis gap analisa tren penelitian di bidang lingkungan sumber daya air, serta membantu identifikasi kerentanan dan kesenjangan penelitian yang masih ada. Penelitian ini menggunakan basis data scopus dengan jumlah 92409 artikel dan terekstraksi menjadi 12 artikel. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan analisis prisma, kemudian dikembangkan menggunakan bibliometrika menggunakan Vosviewer dan Biblioshiny. Hasil penelitian ini adalah visualisasi dan penjelasan bibliometrika dalam topik lingkungan sumber daya air menurut Co-Authorship, Co-Occurance belum mengalami pembahasan yang relative tetap berdasarakan referensi dan kata kunci dalam penelitian dari berbagai negara belahan dunia ini. However, there is still a lack of effectiveness and efficiency in this area. The purpose of this investigation is to describe and analyze disparity in research trends regarding environmental water resources, while also identifying existing research weaknesses and gaps. A total of 92,409 articles from the Scopus database were analyzed, and 12 articles were selected for this study. The prism analysis method was employed, and bibliometrics were utilized through Vosviewer and Biblioshiny. The findings of this study provide a visualization and bibliometric explanation of the topic of environmental water resources, demonstrating that Co-Authorship and Co-Occurance have not been thoroughly explored based on references and keywords from various countries around the globe. The objectives to be achieved in this study are to determine and analyze the influence of work discipline and career development on employee performance at the Central Tapanuli Regency Transportation Service? The hypothesis in this study is that work discipline and career development have a simultaneous positive effect on employee performance at the Department of Transportation, Central Tapanuli Regency. population amounted to 117 people and a sample of 54 people. The type of data in this study is primary data obtained from field research and literature studies. The results obtained work discipline and career development simultaneously have a positive effect on employee performance at the Department of Transportation of Central Tapanuli Regency, where Fcount (44.747) is greater than Ftable (3, 13) or (44.747 > 3.13) Partially, the work discipline variable has the most dominant effect on employee performance, where the t-count value is 4.056 > t-table value is 2.004. Partially the career development variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where the t-count value is 2.823 > the t-table value is 2.004. The results of calculating the coefficient of determination R Square of 0.554 means that 55.4% of employee performance can be influenced by work discipline and career development. While the remaining 44.6% can be influenced by other factors not discussed in this study.
