This research refers to the decision of presidential regulation number 80 of 2017 concerning the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency and based on the approval letter of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform Number B/411/M.KT.01 2018 dated June 8, 2018 concerning the Arrangement of Technical Implementation Units of the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency. /In this study, the problem for researchers is to find out how the socialization of the POM Workshop in Tanjungpinang is to help the consumer community to choose products that already have a distribution permit in order to protect consumers from dangerous cosmetics by introducing the Bpom Mobile application as a very useful application to help the public in purchasing cosmetics that are safe and have a distribution permit. the research used in this research is to use a descriptive qualitative approach with primary and secondary data sources and use data collection techniques by observation, interview, and documentation. The theory in this study refers to Budiani's theory (2007: 53), namely the accuracy of program targets, program socialization, program objectives, program monitoring. The results showed that the first indicator, namely the accuracy of program targets, still had to set age limits to be able to use the Bpom Mobile application so that people could find out the rules for using the Bpom Mobile application. The second indicator is the socialization of the program, the Pom Workshop in Tanjungpinang makes a lot of socialization both for the community, students of school children who make Bpom Mobile material an important material in every socialization / counseling and even open a stand to explain the Bpom Mobile application. The third indicator is the purpose of the program, has the aim that the public knows that there is an application that is very helpful for buying a product to ascertain whether the product used has a distribution permit and is safe for use in everyday life. The fourth indicator is monitoring program results, the POM Workshop in Tanjungpinang sees that the results of the Bpom Mobile application program are beneficial to the community even though it is difficult for people who cannot use cellphones to use the Bpom Mobile application. The conclusion of this study is that the socialization of Bpom has not been effective because there are still many people who do not know that the Bpom Mobile application exists.

Stunting is a lack of nutritional intake with a long duration, starting from pregnancy to 24 months. The prevalence of stunted children recorded at the Tanjungpinang City Health, Population Control, and Family Planning Office increased by 1.3% in 2020 to 3.49% in 2021 and 3.91% in 2022. Based on these data, it can be seen that there has been an increase in stunting cases in Tanjungpinang City. The problem that will be the focus of discussion in this study is how to implement stunting prevention programs in the Tanjungpinang City Health, Population Control and Family Planning Office. This study aims to analyze the implementation of stunting prevention programs in the Tanjungpinang City Health, Population Control and Family Planning Office. The research approach used in this study is explained using a qualitative approach. The theory used by researchers in implementation uses Soren C. Winter's theory which includes indicators: the behavior of relationships between organizations, the behavior of lower-level implementors (apparatus / bureaucrats) and the behavior of target groups. The implementation of the stunting alleviation program at the Tanjungpinang City Health, Population Control and Family Planning Office has been going well, but it is still not optimal. This is because there are still people who do not know about stunting, socialization carried out by puskesmas officers and posyandu cadres has not been thoroughly carried out. However, the response from the community itself is very good or positive, this is because puskesmas officers continue to provide assistance and check regularly. The commitment made by the health Office in collaboration with the Ministry of Religious Affairs made an MOU so that these brides-to-be get IEC (Educational Information Communication) and with the formation of the Stunting Reduction Acceleration Team at the Tanjungpinang City level, this is nothing but an effort to reduce stunting rates in Tanjungpinang City.

For employees and clients, assistance is provided through technology transfer, socialization, training, and technical support. The outcomes of this assistance indicate advancements in consumer data management and the implementation of more effective technology. The PKM implementation team at INSTIKI discovered that active participation from partners and customers contributed to the success of the program. Partner participation helps identify actual needs and issues in the use of information systems, enabling mentoring programs to be tailored to user requirements and optimize service quality in the digital era.

This innovation is also included in the innovation of service methods where changes in service delivery. This innovation includes strategy or policy innovation because it has a vision, mission and goal of forming an innovation from the existing reality. In addition, this innovation is also included in system innovation, namely the existence of novelty in the interaction of implementing actors in managing innovation, but the implementation of innovation and its utilization by the community is not optimal because there are still many prospective brides who do not know about this innovation. The lack of socialization of innovation by implementers to the community so that there are still many people who do not know about this innovation. Then the difference in the domicile of the bride and groom as a requirement in obtaining this innovation has caused not all bride and groom to receive the One For Eleven innovation service. Lack of coordination between implementing agencies causes executors not to understand their duties.

Manakarra Unggul Lestari and the impact of this empowerment. The research method used was phenomenological qualitative. The data obtained were analyzed using interpretive phenomenological analysis (IPA). Those who are already members of independent farmer groups are given the opportunity to order oil palm seeds at a low cost. So that many people who previously did not have a job, now work as oil palm farmers. (2) The positive impact of this independent farmer group is the ability of the community to get more optimal results and income than usual. While the negative impact is the emergence of environmental pollution caused by four-wheeled vehicles used as transporters of oil palm crops, the presence of air pollution such as the amount of dust that appears during the dry season can cause people to experience a decrease in body immunity.

The current development of information technology issued by both individuals and business entities through social and electronic media when it has been sent and read by many people can affect the emotions, feelings, thoughts and even the actions of a person or group. It is very unfortunate if the information conveyed is inaccurate information, moreover the information is false information (hoax) with very provocative titles leading readers and recipients to negative opinions. Negative opinions, slander, hate speech that are received and attack parties or make people afraid, threatened and can harm the party being reported so that they can damage reputation and cause material losses (Aan erlansari, 2020). Many people use the internet as a daily necessity in finding information on social media, especially children who are still in their teenage phase. On the other hand, the spread of HOAX on social media has resulted in hate speech and negative elements in people's social life. In this case the government formed the Anti-Hoax Momentgas, but to counter HOAX the government is not strong enough to work alone, so in this service the author wants to make socialization to prevent HOAX information on people's social life, (SMAN 3 Tidore Kepulauan).

This study aims to determine the state of political literacy of the Keboansikepl community, as well as to understand the role of the KPU in the context of the state of political literacy. This study uses a qualitative-descriptive approach, to reveal phenomena related to political literacy based on the results of research documents conducted by the Sidoarjo Regency KPU. as well as information from informants from the KPU of East Java Province. The results of the study conclude that the state of political literacy in the Keboansikep community is still very limited only to literacy related to the electoral process and does not reflect education that is oriented towards strengthening the system of understanding and actualizing the rights and obligations of citizens. The new political education is carried out by the KPU through socialization activities, technical guidance (technical guidance) and voter education which it will carry out in the context of the agenda for the stages of the election that will be held as election organizers. The state does not yet have an educational program to improve systemic and sustainable political literacy. The disappointment of the voting community towards the attitude and performance of the leaders and representatives of the people from the general election results in an anomalous phenomenon where the public is known to have knowledge and understanding of politics but it is not consistent with their attitudes and behavior. In political education, the KPU plays a role in conveying information about the election events it holds and providing political education to the public which is only limited to the electoral context for the sake of increasing the percentage of voters turned out and decreasing the percentage of invalid votes

The government made a policy where MSME actors were expected to have complete and legal licensing documents. Of the 10 MSME actors listed by the UMKM coordinator in Sumurmati Village, all of them have not been registered and have a Business Identification Number (NIB). Therefore, with the KKN-T MBKM Group 62 UPN "Veteran" East Java in Sumurmati Village, as a form of service to the community, KKN-T MBKM Group 62 created a program where these students will help MSME actors in Sumurmati Village to have a Business Identification Number (NIB) by conducting socialization and also helping these MSME actors to register their businesses through Online Single Submission (OSS). By having complete and legal permits, MSME actors can be protected by law so as to prevent them from legal disputes that can be detrimental to their business, facilitate business development, provide opportunities for them to obtain business assistance or training from the government, and make it easier to obtain venture capital because their businesses already have complete and legal permits.
