Sleep is a crucial part of the human circadian cycle. The quality and quantity of sleep significantly influence various aspects of health, both physical and psychological. The hormone melatonin, which plays a vital role in sleep regulation, is produced as the intensity of light received by the eyes decreases. Currently, the use of lights and electronic devices emitting blue light is widespread, especially among teenagers to adults. This blue light can interfere with the production of melatonin, potentially disrupting sleep quality and patterns. In this age group, most are active students with busy schedules. This study uses a sequential explanatory design approach, combining quantitative and qualitative questionnaires to collect data and measure the impact of light on sleep duration and patterns. The respondents of this study were 71 people, coming from various universities and different study programs in Bandung City, ranging in age from 18 to 25 years. The research data results show that 38.6% of respondents experience sleep disturbances when the light is on, impacting sleep quality. Conversely, sleep quality improvement occurs in 81.4% of respondents when sleeping with the light off. The use of night mode on electronic devices, designed to reduce blue light emissions, positively impacts sleep quality, as felt by 38% of the 67.1% of respondents who use the night mode feature.

Unequal and efficient distribution of crop yields is a challenge that is often faced in the corn farming industry. This can be detrimental to farmers because it results in a buildup of unsold corn crops in several areas. To overcome this challenge, a technology-based solution is needed so that it can reach customers easily by creating a website that aims to help equalize the distribution of corn harvests, with a more efficient system for managing corn supply and demand. By using an Agile approach in website development, It is hoped that it can produce a system that suits user needs in a short time. The design stage will be carried out using the Unified Modelling Language (UML) approach. In black box testing, it was proven that the use of websites to equalize agricultural products has been proven to be able to build a more efficient system for managing corn supply and demand. In addition, the services provided through the website can reduce product distribution costs and speed up the buying and selling process with customers.

Product packaging has a very important role in attracting consumers, making consumers select the goods and serving as a tool for brand promotion. Using images, colors, and text, graphic designers can apply design principles to produce visually appealing packaging, highlight the benefits of a product, and give it a unique personality. Dodok Lawang runs a business in the form of services, namely making dowries, gifts, ring boxes and gift boxes. In this research, we developed packaging making/with the aim of renewing old packaging so that it appears more attractive. The form of packaging for the wedding planner is in the form of boxes and paper bags, as well as leaflets with a simple but still elegant design concept. validation from media experts and material expert have a result that the product is valid to be used as a protecting/wrapping of product properly. From the user's side, this design is effective because the information and visuals acquired from the packaging design are better understood by the user.

Peanuts are a typical snack from the city of Bagansiapiapi, the basic ingredient of which is made from peanuts. The aim of this research is to carry out an in-depth analysis of the role of peanuts as a method used in an effort to create the best results in order to get quality improvement, for this research the author using research methods (qualitative methods). This research involves a survey of industrial practitioners who apply the hitting nut technique in the context of improving product quality. The research results show that hitting nuts has become a significant approach in quality improvement strategies. The author wants this research to provide in-depth insight into the potential of peanuts as a strategic tool to achieve quality improvement goals. The practical implications of this research may be useful for organizations to better understand the dynamics of hitting nuts and design more effective strategies in improving product quality. Not only that, the author wants to make an important contribution to the quality management literature and provide a basis for further research in the development of innovative quality strategies.

This journal discusses the strategies applied to develop branding for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) UD ALINDRA by updating the design of catalogs, label stickers, and Instagram content. The aim of this research is to enhance the effectiveness of promotion, marketing, and product sales for these MSMEs. The method employed involves interviews with the owners of MSME UD Alindra to gain in-depth knowledge about consumer perceptions and the current branding strategies, analyzing existing challenges, and planning for production, promotion, and design updates. Through a creative approach in designing product catalogs, eye-catching label stickers, and Instagram content that aligns with trends and consumer needs, it is expected that this research will significantly contribute to increasing product sales margins, optimizing MSME owners' understanding of strong and effective branding strategies, and reinforcing their awareness of the positive impact gained from product branding, including enhancing consumer appeal and the product image for MSMEs. The results of this study indicate that the implemented developments positively contribute to the promotion of products from MSME UD ALINDRA and offer valuable insights for MSME owners to improve and enhance their product branding strategies.

Until now the Serasan Jaya 3 Building Materials Timber Depot only uses a manual sales and transaction system, which in this case requires a new breakthrough to keep up with technological developments that are developing in the current era because basically almost all ages demand something practical and easier. By looking at some of the existing problems, the researcher tries to design and build an information system for selling goods at the Serasan Jaya 3 Building Materials Wood Depot based on Android, therefore, the author chose this topic for a thesis entitled "Android-Based Sales Information System at Wood Materials Depot Serasan Jaya 3 Building With the Extreme Programming Development Method” which of course provides speed and convenience for the public to make transactions using mobile phones or mobile-based communication devices such as smartphones, tablets, gadgets, and so on. So that it can make it easy for the Serasan Jaya 3 Building Materials Timber Depot to promote products, product prices and make it easier for people to buy products and find out the prices of building material products from mobile devices. Android-Based Sales Information System at the Serasan Jaya 3 Building Materials Wood Depot was built using UML (Unifield Modeling Language) as its design mode and Extreme Programming as a system development method..

Improving the competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is a primary focus in this digital era. This research explores efforts to enhance the branding of Puspazary MSMEs through packaging innovation and digital marketing strategies. The collaborative approach involves updating packaging design through re-branding photoshoots and digital marketing via Instagram. Through a two-month internship, the team focused on introducing the MSME, accessory production, marketing strategy analysis, content creation, and participation in innovation development. During the internship, re-branding photoshoots were implemented, packaging innovation by transitioning from cardboard to transparent ziplock, and digital marketing through Instagram. The results of these activities created a more attractive branding and increased competitiveness for Puspazary MSMEs, emphasizing the importance of innovative branding strategies in supporting MSME sustainability amid global market dynamics. The conclusion highlights the positive outcomes of implementing packaging and digital marketing innovations, while recommendations involve the continued development of digital-based branding strategies to expand market reach and enhance the resilience of Puspazary MSMEs in this digital era.

To deal with the problems faced, we provide input and recommendations for website design at PT. Jamkrida East Kalimantan. The method that will be used in developing this website is to use the prototyping method. The result of this service is to produce a user interface design and prototype of company profile website of PT. Jamkrida East Kalimantan.

The evolution of social media has transformed it into an effective promotional platform for companies to convey product information. This research aims to analyze the design of Instagram content, focusing on Colar Living products. The methodology involves discussions, interviews, and observations to comprehend the design concept. Research findings reveal four key aspects influencing the visual appeal of Instagram content: color selection, typography, product photography, and layout composition. The importance of color consistency with the brand image, clear typography, high-quality lifestyle product photography, and layout arrangement following design principles. With the right design strategy, Instagram content can enhance brand awareness and influence audience purchasing decisions. Recommendations are provided to optimize Instagram as a tool for digital promotion, particularly through the Instagram feed in the era of the creative industry.

Acne vulgaris is an androgen-dependent disorder of Pilosebaceous follicles (hair follicles and attached sebaceous glands). The areas of the body with the highest density of pilosebaceous follicles are the face, neck, upper chest, shoulders and back. Acne vulgaris is one of the most common skin disorders to be treated by a dermatologist, mainly affecting teenagers, although it may be present at any age. Acne Vulgaris by definition is a multifactorial chronic inflammatory disease of the Pilosebaceous unit. The various clinical presentations include seborrhoea, comedones, erythematous papules and pustules, less commonly nodules, deep pustules or pseudocysts, and primary scarring to name a few. Acne Vulgaris has four main pathogenetic mechanisms - increased sebum production, follicular hyperkeratinization, Propionibacterium acne (P.acne) colonization, and inflammatory products. In recent years, due to a better understanding of the pathogenesis of Acne Vulgaris, new therapeutic modalities are being designed. The availability of new treatment options to complement the existing armamentarium should help achieve successful therapy of more Acne Vulgaris patients, ensuring improved tolerability and meeting patient expectations. Successful management of Acne Vulgaris requires careful selection of anti-Acne Vulgaris agents according to the clinical presentation and individual patient needs.

Technology that continues to develop makes profile books an effective communication tool. Profile books are designed to provide external parties with a general overview of a company's identity, goals and capabilities. This activity was carried out at the Outbound Base which is located in Ngingas Hamlet, Simpang Village, Prambon District. Alas Outbound Education offers various innovative educational programs. However, to achieve the current vision and mission, an important step in increasing community participation is to expand outreach and outreach activities. Therefore, designing the Alas Outbound profile book is an important step in marketing tourist attractions. This profile book design activity uses problem analysis methods and design analysis methods. This method is useful for determining the topic of the problem that will be studied and discussed. This method is carried out by interviewing Alas Outbound business owners. The design analysis method is useful for analyzing the flow in designing a profile book. This activity can be used to carry out field observations (site surveys) and also interviews with several Alas Outbound employees. Bina Desa is a form of community service carried out by students by plunging directly into the community environment so that students learn to socialize and know the problems faced in the environment, the PKKM Bina Desa Program is expected to be a learning medium for students and the problems faced by the community can be helped and get solutions from the knowledge applied by students. PKKM Bina Desa Tawas 2023, which is located in Penanggungan Village, Trawas District, Mojokerto Regency, has been running a work program for 3 months from August 21 - November 24, 2023, One of the work programs that I worked on was a visual identity design and branding program for Penanggungan village MSMEs, The problem experienced by owners and managers of MSMEs in Penanggungan village is the lack of education about the importance of visual identity and branding in their snack products, so that they have not been able to reach markets outside their regional area. Therefore, this visual identity and branding design program is sought to help MSMEs so that they can be better able to develop their products in a more organized manner and can reach a larger market in the future. This program has been completed on time and pursued as best as possible.

The aim of this service is to provide guidance to the community in Pallangga Village, Pallangga District, to increase their understanding of the economic value of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), especially in the context of the traditional food "gogos". Even though they are already familiar with the use of the internet as a tool to introduce their products, this activity also explains the concept of the 4P marketing strategy (Product, Price, Place, Promotion). Special emphasis is placed on understanding that careful implementation of appropriate marketing strategies will empower people to evaluate their performance by comparing it with pre-established marketing targets. To achieve this, concrete steps in strategic marketing are prepared for each stage designed. This effort includes examples of marketing strategies for various businesses, which include SWOT analysis, such as understanding the market, formulating marketing objectives, setting the marketing mix, increasing brand awareness, and targeting mobile device users.

Manggihan Village, Getasan District, Semarang Regency, which is at the foot of Mount Merbabu, is close to the Kopeng tourist destination area. This village has a population that has professional business owners in the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) category in the culinary sector which makes cracker rambak, processed dry food with various types of chips And processed catfish food. The problem faced in their business is that they do not yet have a product identity in the packaging such as sticker labels, packaging that attracts potential buyers, so the message of the product has not been conveyed. This community service activity aims to provide knowledge and awareness for MSMEs about the importance of product packaging that attracts potential buyers thereby providing added value and competitive advantage for the products produced. The method used in this service is holding socialization activities on the importance of product branding, training, and assistance in making sticker labels and food product packaging design. In the mentoring process, a needs analysis is first carried out including the type of packaging material, packaging shape, packaging identity color, and product logo. It is hoped that the output targets that will be achieved through this program will help partner MSMEs increase the amount of income from sales by using new packaging and product logos designed in such a way that they are attractive to buyers. The product packaging and labels produced as the output of this activity can become an identity. a typical Manggihan Village product that differentiates it from similar products in other areas

The aim of this MSME training program is that the aim of entrepreneurial training is not to direct people or SMEs to create new businesses, but to help SMEs to see business opportunities and new markets by looking at them from a different angle. This different angle is more directed at the need for new innovations from businesses that are currently being run and ensuring business continuity. This activity can increase sales and profits, expand target markets, deepen customer loyalty, and increase competitive advantage (Perwita, 2021). The benefits obtained from this activity are for participants to gain knowledge and product promotion. Increased product orders from a wider target market will also be obtained. Apart from that, this activity also provides social learning for the implementing team, namely students. Students interpret the knowledge gained on campus by providing benefits to many people. Students also carry out downstream research and interpret knowledge for the progress of SMEs. Increased product orders from a wider target market will also be obtained. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR). From the results of the service, it can be concluded that this MSME training was carried out so that Konveksi Aura consumers would increase and expand from various regions. This MSME training uses Instagram media which will be filled with content and product videos. This video content is in the form of product manufacturing procedures, types of products produced, and profiles, pachaking designs. The content video is published on the durian village Instagram account.

This research aims to develop literary comic media as a learning medium for middle school students, produce viable comic products, and determine the differences in the results of applying comic media in experimental classes and control classes. This research uses a Research and Development research design. The trial was carried out at SMPN 3 Medan and SMPN 5 Medan. This trial use used True Experimental Design class VII-D at SMPN 3 Medan and class VII-A at SMPN 5 Medan. The instruments given were a product needs questionnaire with 14 questions and a test with 2 questions. Data analysis used the independent t-test which contained a difference test between 2 independent samples and hypothetically used the Mann Withney test which found differences in the independent learning outcomes of junior high school students between using comic media and not using comic media. This is proven from the results of the Mann Withney test calculations, so it can be concluded that there are differences in learning outcomes for junior high school students, and literary comic media is suitable for use as a learning medium. It is hoped that the results of this research can be used by related parties, such as teachers, students and future researchers

The service activity was attended by 25 members of the Cibiru Village Tofu business in Bandung. The implementation of activities is divided into two activity steps: socialisation and demonstration. The first step is to educate people about the importance of the internet in boosting the economy in the home industry. The second is an example of how to create a product marketing innovation using social media that can be applied immediately to all participants in the socialisation activity.
