A phenomenon in Islamic boarding schools which has recently emerged to the surface, raises competition regarding the existence of a group. This group is called LGBT, in terms of sexual behavior that is not in general and is not common in the Islamic boarding school environment which upholds the Islamic religion. Therefore, this study aims to provide views from an Islamic religious, social, and health perspective on the LGBT phenomenon. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach with a phenomenological strategy. Research information includes observations of the author, LGBT individuals, in-depth interviews with his fellow students and analysis of documents. The results of the study show that religion views LGBT as deviant behavior that is not in accordance with Islamic religious principles. Many internal factors that influence a person to become LGBT are internal factors that are more dominant. The Islamic religion does not want this behavior by referring to the holy book and hadiths that marriage can only be carried out by a man and a woman, and if it deviates it is a big sin. On the other hand, there are efforts to restrain them from returning to their nature so that true human dignity and dignity are maintained and Islamic harmony with Islamic boarding school education.

Maintenance, namely God’s continuous action to strive for the preservation of the existence of His creation. Maintenance is very important for the attitude of Christian life, meaning that people who bealive in God are able to live in certainty where God is present and active in the lives of believers. Where when God’s maintenance occurs, there is no doubt, indecision in living life because believers live in God’s definite maintenance. Maintenance is also an action that occurs continuously from divine power in which the creator protects all of His creatures.

The author's reason for raising this issue into a scientific work in the form of a thesis is because there are differences of opinion among judges at the Padang Panjang Religious Court regarding the itsbat of marriage for underage marriages in determining number 4/Pdt.P/2022/PA.PP which is the woman's party. when he got married he was 16 years old. First, the marriage certificate must be rejected because it has violated the law on marriage registration and the minimum age for marriage is 19 years. Second, the itsbat of marriage can be accepted on the grounds that it is mashlahah murslahah. How does the mashlahah mursalah analysis of this determination be explored by the author in this study. The author gives limitations on the problem regarding the legal considerations of the Panel of Judges regarding Determination Number 4/Pdt.P/2022/PA.PP and the analysis of mashlahah mursalah in determining number 4/Pdt.P/2022/PA.PP regarding itsbat marriage for underage marriages. This research is an analytical descriptive research by conducting an analysis of the determination of judges in the case of itsbat marriage for underage marriages, the research uses a normative juridical research type. This is because this legal research aims to examine legal principles, using qualitative data, namely data presented in the form of verbal words, not in the form of numbers. Primary data sources were obtained from Decree Number 4/Pdt.P/2022/PA.PP, Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning marriage and the Compilation of Islamic Law. In collecting data, it is done by taking inventory of data, classifying data, and then analyzing it by conducting a study of cases related to the issues faced in the determination of number 4/Pdt.P/2022/PA.PP and the laws and regulations using maslahah mursalah to then draw conclusions from the results of the analysis. From the results of the research that the authors conducted, it was found that: First, the basis for the legal considerations of the Panel of Judges in granting the application for itsbat marriage for underage marriages contained in the stipulation Number 4/Pdt.P/2022/PA.PP is Article 8 Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning the prohibition of marriage between two people who are related by blood, are related to semenda and are related to breastfeeding. Article 14 KHI regarding the pillars of marriage, namely the existence of a prospective husband, prospective wife, marriage guardian, two witnesses and consent and qabul. And for the benefit of the parties and the child, this is also in accordance with the rules of fiqh which reads "rejecting adversity must take precedence over taking benefit". Second, the legal considerations of the panel of judges in determining Number 4/Pdt.P/2022/PA.PP found mashlahah mursalah because by granting the itsbat of marriage for underage marriages, the couple can register their marriage at the Office of Religious Affairs because marriage registration aims to realize The purpose of law is for society to create order, certainty and legal protection, so that the civil rights of husbands, wives and children can be fulfilled.

The electronic media discussed in this paper are temporarily only focused on the use of internet media and professions which are currently trending. This is because it is the use of the internet that is currently the most popularly used by many people, apart from being something that can be categorized as something that is 'booming'. It should be underlined, with the existence of technological developments in the future, it is possible to use other network media besides the internet in e-commerce. So our thinking should not only be fixated on the mere use of internet media. Community service this time is to provide training/debriefing for students aged 13-17 years. The negative impact arising from the effectiveness of TikTok's social media has also made it impossible for them to play TikTok. Teenagers often lose track of time and neglect other work or become obsessed with the TikTok application itself. There is still a lot of content on the TikTok application that is not appropriate for teenagers to see. The positive impacts of using social media are as follows: a. Can make social media a means or media used to communicate with other users. Through this communication individuals can have a motivation to develop themselves to be better. For example, having a desire to study hard is obtained from the results of interpersonal communication with other users. b. Develop yourself by honing capacity through videos watched on social media. For example, by watching a video that has a moral message for the lives of teenagers, they should not give up in carrying out the educational process they are facing and continue to be enthusiastic and persistent in achieving all their desires. c. Can express emotions owned by teenagers through a post on social media. Apart from that, the existence of positive content on social media makes individuals have positive reinforcement to form better character or self-development. Meanwhile, the negative impact obtained from the use of social media which is used as a medium for strengthening character for adolescents can be seen through accessing the negative content chosen by teenagers. In this research, the writer or researcher uses qualitative researchers in order to get the right sources to develop hypotheses related to the subject or research topic. A proper qualitative approach involves analyzing and describing every source, information, and data in the literature. Qualitative research emphasizes the depth of data obtained by researchers. The deeper and more detailed the data obtained, the better the quality of this qualitative research. So, qualitative research is a research approach used by the author to describe information and data analysis that is relevant to the topic of discussion.

Meranti sponge cake culinary, started by an ordinary housewife who has a hobby of making cakes so that it is liked by family and even neighbours, eventually became a small business flooded with orders from neighbours. Bolu gulung Meranti is growing rapidly and has even become one of the typical souvenirs of Medan. Product attractiveness is everything that traders/sellers can offer to be noticed, requested, sought after, purchased, consumed by the market as a fulfilment of market needs or desires. The purpose of this study is to examine the background of the existence of Meranti sponge cake culinary, to find out how much Meranti sponge cake is enjoyed, to find out how Meranti sponge cake marketing techniques. This is a qualitative descriptive study with a literature study research method through decision studies sourced from journals of previous research results. The results of the review study show that Meranti's enthusiasts are greatly increasing by around 5% - 10% per year. The marketing techniques carried out by Meranti are improving product quality by innovating, increasing or expanding branches/shopping access (shopeefood, grabfood), making interesting new products so that consumers are interested in trying, increasing the potential of employees to help smooth the selling of Meranti sponge cake.

Business identity is an important component for business progress. Many micro MSME actors underestimate the existence of a business identity. The existence of a business identity, indirectly the customer's business has a characteristic or differentiator with similar competitors' business products. In addition, having a business identity can indirectly promote and introduce products widely more quickly. During this assistance, micro, small and medium businesses are given knowledge about the importance of business identity and how to have a good and attractive business identity. This mentoring activity lasts for about 4 months and aims to develop micro businesses so that they can progress and develop. This activity was carried out in Jorong Uba, Tilatang Kamang District, the participants consisted of 2 people and 1 mentor who was experienced in their field. The purpose of this study is to: 1. (Al Isro:110. 2. Determine the relevance of ethics education in worship. 3. To clarify the background of the concept of ethics education in contemporary worship."This study is a descriptive study, which means that questionnaires or literature searches were used to collect data. both primary and secondary data were used to gather study material. The Qur'an Karim and some of our commentary serve as the primary sources of knowledge. Books, newspapers, journals, internet media, and other materials that are relevant to the thesis subject serve as secondary data sources. The Al-Quran, the Tafsir, and other significant texts are employed as documents as part of the documentation data collecting approach. Textual information is analyzed using both content analysis and discourse analysis. The goal of content analysis is to make the book's contents clear. Discourse analysis, a different approach owing to the constraints of content analysis, studies the meaning of communications with an emphasis on covert (latent) meanings.The following conclusions may be drawn from the author's research findings: (1) Moral instruction in worship is regarded as one of the most crucial aspects of human existence, according to the interpretation of QS. Al-Isra verse 110.(2) The idea of character education in worship refers to human customs or conduct based on the course of action or rules established by Allah SWT.(3) Setting the idea of education at the forefront of growth or the contemporary morals or ethics of the millennial generation,  

History of the Development of Philosophy We can conclude that Philosophy, as a scientific discipline that questions the nature of existence, knowledge, values, and reality, has gone through a long journey and is full of revolutionary thoughts throughout human history. The development of this philosophy not only reflects changes in human views of the world, but also emerges as a response to intellectual challenges, social changes, and scientific developments that have occurred from time to time. The earliest period in the history of the development of philosophy is the philosophy of ancient Greece. In ancient Greece, philosophers such as Thales, Socrates, Plato, and Aristotle introduced fundamental questions about the universe, ethics, politics, and knowledge. They try to understand the universe and human place in it through reason and reason. After the Greek classical period, philosophy underwent changes during the medieval period. During this time, Patristic and Scholastic philosophy became dominant. Patristic philosophy is closely related to early Christian thought and the influence of Church Fathers such as St. Augustine. At the same time, Scholastic philosophy, influenced by the work of Aristotle, attempted to integrate philosophy with Christian theology. The next period in the history of philosophy is the Age of Enlightenment, during which philosophy underwent major shifts. Philosophers such as Descartes, Kant, and Voltaire advocated ideas of rationality, freedom, and scientific progress. They challenge traditional dogma and authority and advance knowledge through rational thinking and the scientific method. The development of modern philosophy also includes schools such as German idealism led by figures such as Kant, Hegel, and Schopenhauer. They focus on thinking about consciousness, ideals, and oneness in search of an understanding of reality. In the 19th and early 20th centuries, important schools such as empiricism and utilitarianism emerged. Philosophers such as John Locke, David Hume, and Jeremy Bentham stressed the importance of experience and utility as the foundations of knowledge and ethics. Then, pragmatism and the analytic school, pioneered by figures such as William James, Bertrand Russell, and Ludwig Wittgenstein, put forward the practical use of knowledge and language in achieving a better understanding. Contemporary philosophy involves various schools of thought. Schools such as phenomenology (Husserl), existentialism (Sartre, Camus), hermeneutics (Gadamer, Ricoeur), and structure.      

Even though the Covid-19 pandemic has ended, awareness about cleanliness remains an important factor in people's lives. At the tofu factory in Karanglo Village there is no special hand washing area for employees, this certainly supports the spread of disease due to lack of cleanliness. This problem can be overcome by making special hand washing facilities for employees so that cleanliness can be maintained. The method used in this research is the observation method which is done by observing the behavior and activities of a person directly. With the existence of hand washing facilities at the tofu factory in Karanglo Village, it is hoped that it will be able to provide knowledge and insight regarding awareness of maintaining cleanliness and solutions in overcoming the hygienic problems of processed products. Evaluation is carried out by periodic checking to find out whether the tool can function properly. From the activity of making a hand washing station for the tofu factory in Karanglo Village, the factory employees can easily wash their hands both before and after work so that the hygiene of processed products is guaranteed.

In a multicultural life, Indonesia has very unique differences, both in terms of culture, customs, ethnicity, religion and language. It can be illustrated that culture can be viewed as a basis for behavior in the world to live in diversity. So in writing this article the author will examine the multicultural view Tologically from the perspective of Christian Religious education regarding multiculturalism, to be used as one of the solutions to minimize conflicts that often occur both in terms of culture, customs, ethnicity and language, which is centered on teaching the Bible, especially for PAK teachers to apply to pupils or students. In this article the author also uses qualitative methods to get the right sources to develop hypotheses related to the topic or topic of research. A proper qualitative approach involves analysis and description of all sources, information, and data in the literature. Qualitative research is information based on sources from various sources, both literature and other sources. Relevant data, number theory, scientific journals and other relevant literature.

Foreign investment in Indonesia is one of the efforts to develop the country's economy. Foreign investment is carried out by doing business in Indonesia, which is to invest in the form of foreign capital entirely or collectively with domestic investors. This practice is carried out by foreign investors with the existence of international treaty between Indonesia and its country as legal protection when investors invest in Indonesia, which can also choose a dispute resolution forum as a preventive action agreed by both parties. Through the Washington Convention, Indonesia ratified Law Number 5 of 1968 which is a form of Indonesia's commitment to resolved at the International Centre for the Settlement of Investment Disputes or ICSID. ICSID is an international arbitration institution that can be chosen based on certain provisions. This research was conducted using normative juridical method. The results are found that ICSID becomes a forum when Indonesia is in dispute with foreign investors who are also countries that ratify the Washington Convention. The Government of Indonesia has several times defended its international standing on the investment climate in the country through the ICSID forum. Therefore, this paper will examine ICSID as an investment dispute settlement institution and its practices.

In this day and age, we are no strangers to technology where this is very common among people in the world. In this process of globalization, which is increasingly increasing, it can cause changes in people's mindsets. Ordinary people who initially did not know what technology was, now everyone knows. The world which is surrounded by globalization can change the way of thinking of ancient society to become modern, where this can bring positive and negative sides. The negative side because of the development of globalization that gave rise to this technology is none other than the existence of social media content that is inappropriate for people or children to display on their social media homepages. And the positive side with this technology is that it can express people's creativity to be uploaded on social media, this can be seen from an economic perspective that can generate money. like selling ideas posted on social media, a YouTuber, etc.

Student discipline has a very important role in the learning process at school. Students who are not accustomed to discipline and are not handled by the school immediately, will develop habits in themselves so that they always commit violations of every existing rule. Efforts made by schools to discipline students are the existence of rules that are made so that these regulations can be obeyed. However, the existing rules at school are only used as a display without wanting to apply them concretely. So from this it is necessary to instill the value of discipline in schools, namely by giving light punishments so that students will not repeat the violation a second time. This research is a literature review research with a descriptive approach. The literature reviewed in this study comes from research journals. The conclusion in this study shows that the inculcation of discipline at SD Pertiwi Makassar has gone quite well, but still needs to be improved

The problem that often occurs is that some people do not understand the existence of exemplary values contained in the folklore of Bulusan. This study aims to describe exemplary values in the Bulusan folklore, namely the religious values and moral values contained in the Bulusan folklore. The method used in this study is qualitative with a qualitative descriptive analysis method and the data sources come from community leaders, village heads, local residents, and practitioners who are experts in knowing and understanding Bulusan folklore. In this study using data collection techniques by way of observation, interviews, recording, recording, photographing, and transcription. In this study, the validity of the data was used, namely triangulation of sources, time, and techniques. Based on the analysis of the data obtained in the Bulusan Folklore, there are also character values that can serve as guidelines and examples for the whole community, especially young people for the next generation. The origins of the Bulusan folklore have several religious values and moral values contained in it. The content of religious values in Bulusan folklore includes obedience, belief, and practice. The moral values contained in the Bulusan folklore are the values of mutual cooperation, obedience, and politeness.  

The fishing community in Kedungrejo Village, Muncar District, is close to the consumerist lifestyle. Each of the existing elements creates its own reflection, from skipper fishermen, labor fishermen to factory employees. In short, this research was conducted to describe the lifestyle that is formed in fishing communities, especially in Kedungrejo Village, Muncar District. This study uses a qualitative approach that explains the phenomenon descriptively using observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results obtained in this study indicate that the fishing community in Kedungrejo Village, Muncar District, has a consumptive lifestyle. This shows that the community buys products or luxury goods to maintain prestige in the surrounding environment. Moreover, they buy things based on their desires. The skipper fishing community, which is seen as being in the position of the upper social layer, will try to highlight the identity that is considered to have wealth and power. This study uses the theory of consumerism put forward by Jean Baudrillard which assumes collective individual identity based on commercial interests and not on utility. Just as society represents a need, consumerism makes individual/group behavior believe in the existence of a symbol of power in controlling a certain item.

This study aims to find solutions related to students' low interest in developing entrepreneurship. In fact, currently there are many fashion vocational education as entrepreneurs in Islamic boarding schools. Many government assistance such as sewing machines and other training rooms are disbursed in the assistance scheme for BLK Islamic Boarding Schools. Today's students are required not only to delve into religious knowledge but also to be able to be entrepreneurial. The existence of BLK is expected to improve the skills of students in the field of fashion design. However, the existence of a job training center and a number of sewing machine assets has not been optimized, especially to produce products that can be commercialized.  The solutions offered are in the form of entrepreneurship training and veil making training as an effort to optimize and commercialize the assets of the Job Training Center that have been owned.

The results of the study are that there is an accounting treatment that originates from outsourcing service revenue from PT. This study was conducted because several problems were identified where supervision carried out by the leadership was still not optimal. This is evidenced by the existence of violations committed by both those being supervised and those supervising. In addition, slightly loose supervision does not rule out the possibility of violations of the main duties and functions of inspectorate employees. Employee work motivation still fluctuates in the sense that it is not optimal. This can be seen from the attendance records and completion of work targets that are not in accordance with the time that has been determined. The performance of the Pangandaran Regency Inspectorate seems to be slowing down, many jobs are not completed on time and the targets that have been determined. Of course, it cannot be denied that with few personnel, and the implementation of supervision that must be carried out throughout the district, it certainly has an effect on all jobs that must be completed. The aim is to determine the effect of leadership supervision and work motivation on the performance of inspectorate employees in Pangandaran Regency. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive research. Based on the results of the research and discussion, the following conclusions were obtained. Supervision of the leadership of the Pangandaran Regency Inspectorate tends to be very high, as well as employee performance which tends to be high. This provides a fairly strong relationship between leadership supervision and employee performance. The calculation results show that leadership supervision has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The work motivation of Pangandaran Regency Inspectorate employees tends to be very high, as well as employee performance which tends to be high. The calculation results show that employee work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

The term history comes from Arabic, namely from the word syajaratun (pronounced syajarah), which means a tree of wood. The meaning of a wooden tree here is the existence of an event, development or growth of something (event) in a continuity (continuity). In another sense, history is not always defined by past (history is past actuality). Only in a general sense is the reality of the past. As for the social (social) itself can be interpreted with regard to interpersonal behavior, or related to social processes. The roles of the community in an event in the past are the focus of the discussion of social history. This study aims to examine the social development of Indonesian society throughout history. Use a qualitative approach and include information from secondary data sources, previous research or existing knowledge of organizations and institutions. Every citizen has the right to guaranteed access to quality and affordable health services. Initially, all administrative matters related to JKN can be carried out at the BPJS Kesehatan office. However, the covid 19 pandemic situation requires people to limit social interactions to prevent the chain of transmission of covid 19 infection. Therefore, digital innovations such as the JKN mobile application are needed by the public, especially JKN participants. The JKN mobile application is an innovation developed to make it easier for participants who initially carried out administrative activities at the BPJS Kesehatan office, to switch to applications that can be accessed anytime and anywhere. This research is a qualitative research that aims to explore in depth how the use of the JKN mobile application, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. The informants in this study consisted of 8 informants consisting of BPJS Kesehatan officers and 7 JKN participants who had used the JKN mobile application domiciled in Gianyar Regency, Bali. This study was conducted using the indepth interview method with purposive sampling technique. This research shows the results that the JKN mobile application is very helpful for participants in terms of checking or changing participant data, accessing contribution information and printing digital cards that can be used in health facilities. However, there are still many features that have not been utilized due to participants' ignorance of the existence of features such as online consultations and online queues. So that wider socialization is needed regarding the benefits of the JKN mobile application both on social media and electronic media.
