Political education is an important tool in increasing political awareness of the community, especially in the challenging era of globalization. This study aims to explore how political education at SMK N 1 Jayapura can contribute to increasing political awareness of students and the surrounding community. The method used is a qualitative approach with data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that structured political education can improve students' understanding of political issues and globalization, and encourage them to actively participate in the democratic process.

Public speaking skills are one of the most important soft skills in various aspects of life. This study aims to find out how far 12th-grade students at SMK Darussalam Cilacap understand the importance of these skills and how educationals programs can improve their abilities. Through this study, is expected to be a reference for schools in developing similar programs and improving the quality of graduates.

Teachers' literacy teaching creativity is the ability of teachers to constantly develop literacy materials or lesson materials and be able to create an interesting and active atmosphere and be able to modify lessons.  Creativity development in literacy learning is also very important and teachers are required to demonstrate and show the creativity process. One alternative that teachers can do is to create, compile and develop effective, efficient and creative literacy teaching materials.  This study aims to determine the development of teacher creativity in making reading, writing and counting teaching materials. The method used was descriptive qualitative method. The research subjects were teachers in Cimanggu sub-district. The results of this study indicate that: creative teachers are teachers who are able to develop pedagogical skills, namely being able to compile more varied teaching materials. In addition, they are able to improve pedagogical skills in developing reading, writing and counting literacy teaching materials so that learning becomes more innovative and effective. The development of quality literacy teaching materials can support human resources who are more competent, creative, productive and have high fighting values to face the era of globalization.

Laboratory examination is very important to diagnose a disease, one of which is the examination of total cholesterol to diagnose heart disease, this examination uses serum samples obtained from blood clots that have been centrifuged, various variations of freezing are carried out to accelerate the examination results ranging from blood that is immediately centrifuged and blood that is allowed to freeze for 5-10 minutes, while according to PERMENKES No. 43 of 2013 to get blood serum allowed to freeze for 20-30 minutes at room temperature which is then centrifuged. This study aims to determine the results of differences in total cholesterol levels in blood samples immediately centrifuged and blood samples that are allowed to freeze at room temperature 260C for 10 and 20 minutes before centrifugation. The method used in this study is an experimental research method, this examination uses the CHOD-PAP enzymatic colorimetric method. For data analysis using the SPSS program using the one way anova test. This study was conducted on 15 respondents obtained from students of An Nasher Health Analyst Academy Cirebon randomly. The results of the examination of total cholesterol levels in blood samples that were immediately centrifuged had an average value of 205.8 mg/dl with the lowest value of 112 mg/dl and the highest value of 314 mg/dl, while in blood samples that were allowed to freeze for 10 minutes had an average value of 188 mg/dl with the lowest value of 144 mg/dl and the highest value of 278 mg/dl, and in blood samples that were allowed to freeze for 20 minutes had an average value of 142.6 mg/dl with the lowest value of 95 mg/dl and the highest value of 186 mg/dl. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant difference in total cholesterol levels in blood samples immediately centrifuged and blood samples left to freeze at room temperature 260C for 10 and 20 minutes before centrifugation.

Pada ranah pendidikan, setiap sekolah mengharapkan memiliki sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas sesuai dengan bidang yang diampu. Kemampuan setiap pendidik tentunya berbeda-beda hal tersebut menarik untuk dikaji, khususnya di MI Kalifah Nusantara Denpasar. Peserta didik di MI tersebut sudah kuliafied dan mampu membimbing dan membina siswa-siswanya, namun masih terdapat beberapa siswa kurang aktif dan menurun dalam hasil belajar siswa. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, melalui kajian peran pendidik diharapkan dapat diketahui dan dijabarkan secara deskriftif kualitatif melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sehingga melalui analisis data berdasarkan teori-teori dan kajian terdahulu, diketahui bahwa peran pendidik sangat penting terhadap motivasi siswa melalui peningkatan kemampuan dan kinerja pendidik dengan mengikuti pelatihan, workshop, konseling siswa, dan pendekatan terhadap orangtua siswa.   AbstractIn the scope of education, every school expects to have quality human resources in accordance with the field being taught. The ability of each educator is certainly different, this is interesting to study, especially at MI Kalifah Nusantara Denpasar. The students are already educated and able to guide and nurture their students at MI, but there are some students who are less active and decline in student learning outcomes. Based on these conditions, aim of study in the role of educators, it is expected to be known and described in a qualitative descriptive manner through interviews and documentation. The data analysis based on theories and previous studies, it is known that the role of educators is very important to student motivation through improving the ability and performance of educators by participating in training, workshops, student counseling, and approaches to parents.

Through this research, the author conveys that through spiritual intelligence, God actually speaks and guides teachers in living their professional lives and responsibilities. The indicators of spiritual intelligence presented in this study help to understand how spiritual intelligence actually works. The research method used is qualitative. Collecting data using the method of observation and literature study. The results of the study concluded that when a teacher has spiritual intelligence, the ability to understand the nature of oneself is created, able to understand God's will so that the spirit to move his life is the Holy Spirit. Thus his existence both body and soul (all thoughts and feelings) is directed to become a teacher similar to the Lord Jesus Christ.

Inventory of finished goods is an important component in supporting the company's operational activities through sales activities. This research method uses qualitative methods by gathering various information and data needed to complete the inventory recording report. The procurement records inventory and invoices still using manual, which makes the process of releasing finished goods less effective. In this case so that the process of releasing goods can be done easily and quickly to avoid mistakes that occur in the process of recording and inputting, finished goods inventory using a web-based application.

The most effective and simple way to remove germs from your hands is to wash your hands with clean water and use soap. The method used in this community service activity is to provide education about washing hands with soap properly through seven steps for good and correct washing. The results of implementing service activities can be described through 2 (two) activity stages, namely preparation and implementation. Students listened to an explanation about the importance of washing hands properly using soap and running water, and 30 students were able to practice the correct way of washing hands, so that they can be applied in everyday life, such as washing hands with soap after playing, eating and after eating. Relationship skills can create a sales network and become an important part of a company to increase competitive advantage. The purpose of this study is to identify the inconsistency of the relationship between relational capability in competitive advantage and Pareto sales network assets as a mediator. The sample of this study came from food and beverage SME owners around the city of Semarang, Central Java. Respondent data was collected from 202 small and medium business sectors through questionnaires and interviews. This study used SEM-PLS for analysis. The results of the study found that (1) relational capability had a positive and significant effect on Pareto sales network assets; (2) relational capability has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage; (3) Pareto sales network assets have a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage; (4) the greater the influence of relational capability on competitive advantage through Pareto sales network assets. The role of Pareto sales network assets has the potential to be a high leverage for competitive advantage in SMEs.

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on all industrial sectors in Indonesia, and one of them is the country's tourism sector since the beginning of 2020 and consequently has had a tremendous impact on tourism villages in Indonesia. A survey conducted by the Desa Wisata Institute (2020) of 97 tourist villages throughout Indonesia noted that no less than 92.8% of villages (or around           population in these villages continued to maintain their profession. the original. It is  undeniable  that tourism  contributes  a large amount  of  income  so  that  this pandemic has caused the tourist villages to suffer losses of tens to hundreds of millions of rupiah. Nearly 99% of tourism villages in Indonesia were closed due to the implementation of social restriction policies which resulted in the cancellation of visiting guests and in the end it had a long-term effect on tourism entrepreneurs in tourist villages such as restaurant entrepreneurs, homestay owners, craftsmen, artists. For this reason, in order to help revive the existence of the Tourism Village in the community, in the community service of STIEPARI Semarang this time the goal is in Sikasur Village, Pemalang Regency, this program was held with the aim of helping tourist villages raise their ranks and providing a forum for community service for the academics involved. Background: Diabetes Mellitus is a significant cause of morbidity and mortality today. The risk of death on diabetes mellitus patients due to its complication is steadily increasing. A low level of knowledge about diabetes mellitus complications influences the behavior and prevention of further complications. A routine blood glucose control is an important prevention of diabetes mellitus complication, especially on patients with insulin therapy. Purpose:This descriptive study aimed to describe the knowledge about signs and symptoms of hypoglycemia among diabetes mellitus patients in the Public Health Centre of I East Denpasar. Methods: This was a descriptive study conducted in the Public Health Centre of I East Denpasar. There were 72 diabetes mellitus patients chosen by the purposive sampling technique that participated in this study. The Knowledge Attitude Practice (KAP) questionnaire employed to collect the participant's knowledge about hypoglycemia. Results: Statistical analysis showed that 69.4%, 25%, and 5.5% of participants were having a moderate, good, and poor level of knowledge, respectively. Conclusion: The majority of diabetes mellitus patients in the Public Health Center of I East Center Denpasar was having a moderate level of knowledge about the signs and symptoms of hypoglycemia (64.9%). ABSTRAK Latar Belakang :. Diabetes Mellitus merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan utama yang menyebabkan kecacatan dan kematian. Peningkatan angka kematian pada diabetes mellitus disebabkan pasien mengalami komplikasi karena pengetahuan pasien tentang Penyakit DM berdampak pada perilaku dan pola pencegahan komplikasi lanjutan, salah satu upaya penanganan yang dilakukan pasien DM adalah dengan pengendalian kadar glukosa darah secara rutin dan komplikasi Diabetes Mellitus yang menjalani terapi obat khususnya terapi insulin. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui Gambaran Pengetahuan Pasien DM Tentang Tanda dan Gejala Hipoglikemi di Puskesmas I Denpasar Timur. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskritif. Tempat penelitian dilaksanakan di Puskesmas 1 Denpasar Timur. Cara pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 72 orang dan cara pengumpulan data dengan pengisian kuesioner KAP (Knowledge Attitude Practice). Hasil : Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa sebagian besar memiliki tingkat pengetahuan cukup sebesar (69.4%), Baik (25%), Kurang (5.5%). Simpulan : Berdasarkan hasil dari gambaran pengetahuan pasien DM tentang tanda dan gejala hipoglikemi Puskesmas 1 Denpasar Timur memiliki tingkat pengetahuan Cukup sebesar (69.4%)

Dampak globalisasi  menyebabkan  persaingan  ketat  dalam  import  ekspor  barang  dan jasa, sehingga pertumbuhan perekonomian dan kemakmuran rakyat tercapai secara merata. Isue yang berkembang adalah upaya meningkatkan kemandirian UMKM masa yang akan datang, perlu strategi   baru   dalam   membangun   hubungan   antara   UMKM   dengan   Bank.   Agar   tujuan pemerataan ekonomi terlaksana perlu kebijakan pemerintah dalam mengatur regulasi pertumbuhan usaha UMKM dan percepatan perwujudan kemandirian usaha masyarakat, peran serta pemerintah dalam mendukung pertumbuhan UMKM modern perlu dituangkan dalam peraturan yang baru agar pemerataan ekonomi segera terwujud.

In this condition, it cannot be denied that labor or employees are the lifeblood and the most important element that is needed by the company/organization, without employees it is difficult to achieve the desired goals. Sutrisno (2012) that the biggest real threat to economic stability is a workforce that is not ready to face the challenges and changes that are happening around it. Thus, efforts are needed to be able to create and form employees who have a loyal attitude towards work, have creativity, are able to demonstrate work innovation, have forward orientation, and have the ability to think critically.
