Morbili becomes one of the leading causes of death of children under five years. One of the efforts reductions the mortality rate is health promoting through provision of health education on immunization. Mother as a target in this effort is very effective because it has an important role in making health care decisions on children and families. The aim of research was determine the effect of health education on the knowledge morbili’s mothers with children. This type of research has a quasi-experimental research design with pre and post test without control design. Population of this study was 63 mothers with children in RW 10 and 11 Babakan Village of Pakutandang PHC. The sample was 13 participants, while the technique of sampling was using a purposive sampling. Test the validity of the questionnaire ranged from .646-.905 with a .896 reliability. Data collection tool is questionnaire knowledge about morbili. The results of the study, analyzed by t-test showed that before being given health education almost half of participants (46.1%) had knowledge level is less than the average is 8.3, whereas after being given health education almost all knowledge of the participants (76.9%) experienced an increase in average 15.7. So statistically revealed significant difference between the knowledge before and after about morbili in mothers, with ≤ ρ = .000  = .005. Suggestion. Public health centre shoud be increasing the dissemination and promotion of health to mothers who have children on the importance of disease prevention through immunization periodically.

The use of masks during the Covid-19 pandemic is very important to protect yourself and others from the risk of transmitting this virus. As it is known that most of the transmission of Covid-19 is through droplets, it is felt necessary to protect yourself. Masks can be a barrier for droplets both coming from within and from others. The purpose of research was to determine the description of compliance with the use of masks in the community during the pandemic in Kota Tengah District. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach with a cross sectional design. Samples were taken using cluster random sampling technique, Data was collected using a questionnaire sheet and data analysis was carried out using a frequency distribution table. The results showed that most of the people of Kota Tengah district were obedient in using masks but there were still many who did not comply with using masks

Corporate financial management is one of the most important activity in keeping the sustainability of the corporate. Corporate prefers using internal financial sources, retained earnings, rather than external financial sources. However, if the internal financial sources cannot meet operating cost, then an alternative option of external financial sources is debt, and the last alternative is issuing new shares.  This research aims to examine and analyze the effect of dividend policy, profitability, assets structure, and corporate size on corporate debt policy. This research uses financial report of manufacturing companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2014 – 2018 as observation data. Sampling method used is purposive sampling method. The analytical method used in this research is multiple regression analysis, analyze using application SPSS version 21. The results of this study prove that corporate size has a positive and significant effect toward corporate debt policy, meanwhile dividend policy, profitability, and assets structure do not have effect toward corporate debt policy. The value of Adjusted R2 is 0.452, it shows that independent variables are able to explain dependent variable as much as 45.2% and the remaining 54.8% explained by other variables outside the model.  Key words : dividend policy, profitability, assets structure, corporate size, and debt policy

The purpose of this research is to analyze the efforts of the Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Brebes to obtain an Unqualified Opinion (WTP) on the Government Financial Report (LKPD). This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. This study used a SWOT analysis and data collection was carried out by in-depth interviews and was supported by observation, documentation and triangulation.  Based on the processed data, it can be concluded that in the strength factor, the highest average is the commitment and high integrity of the Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Brebes and the Board of Institution Leaders, with a value of 7.9. The lowest average value is on the weakness factor, the area of Brebes Regency so that the total assets are larger and more complex, with a value of 6.0. The highest average value is on the opportunity factor in (Bimtek) and socialization from the central government with a value of 7.7. The lowest average value on the threat factor (Threat), the culture of the community that does not consider education is important, with a value of 6.1. The SO strategy gets the highest score of 4.17, so it can be said that the SO strategy are the best alternative.  Keywords: Opinion, Regional Government Financial Statements, Unqualified Opinion (WTP)

Mathematics is an applicable science and very close to human life, so mathematics is very important to learn from elementary school. However, the mathematics competence of elementary school students in Indonesia is relatively low. One of them is SD IT Cahaya Ummat which is located in Karangjati, Kecamatan Bergas, Kabupaten Semarang, the grade 6 students' average mathematics score is lower than other subjects. So far, learning is still conventional in nature with learning resources in the form of printed books, thus it is necessary to have learning innovations to increase students' interest in learning mathematics.The design of interactive media as a learning aid can be a solution to attract students' attention to be more focused when the teacher explains math material in class. When students feel interested and focused on learning, learning will be more effective so that students' understanding of the material presented by the teacher will also increase.Interactive learning media made with Adobe Flash CS5.5 to combine text, images, sound, and animation will make the application more attractive, so that students are more interested in learning mathematics with statistics material. The results of the validation score obtained from media experts are 34, material experts 39, and users 35, so this learning media product is classified as a very good category, so it is valid to be used.  

The development of information technology is currently increasing rapidly from year to year. One evidence of technological development or advancement is the presence of the internet. The internet has many important benefits for human life. An example of the benefits of having the internet is its popular website. Website is one type of service or facility provided by the internet which is most widely used for various services in many fields, including education, namely schools. Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda, an Islamic-based high school, which is located in Kedungreja District. Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda uses the website as a medium for delivering information related to Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda to students and prospective students. The better the quality of a website, the more users are interested in accessing the website. The purpose of this study is to measure the service quality of the Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda website, a measurement of the measurement of website users on the level of performance and level of importance. The method in this research is the WebQual 4.0 method which consists of 3 variables, namely usability, information quality, quality of service interaction, this study also uses the IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) method. The population in this study were students, teachers, and the community with a sample of 80 respondents. The results showed that 89.03% of the Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda website services had met the respondents' expectations and the Cartesian Impotance Performance Analysis (IPA) results diagram showed that the variables that were of good quality and had to be maintained were US6, IQ1, IQ4, IQ7, and SIQ3. because it has met the expected performance of the respondent. Meanwhile, the variables that are important and are in priority for improvement are IQ3, IQ5, SIQ1, and SIQ6.

A surgical safety checklist is a communication tool for patient safety that is used by the surgical team in the operating room, including the sign in, time out, and sign out process. The time out process aims to prevent patient error, location, and surgical procedures. Therefore, compliance is required in conducting time out. The level of knowledge of nurses about time out is very important because it affects the behavior of nurses in doing time out. This study purposed to determine the correlation between the nurse knowledge level about time out and compliance in doing time out at the Bali Med Hospital, Denpasar. The design used was a descriptive correlation with the cross-sectional approach. The relationship test used the Spearman Rho test. This study involved 31 nurses as a sample with a total sampling technique. The results of research on nurse compliance were mostly 70.9% adherent category and the results for the knowledge level of nurses were mostly 77.4% with a good level. Based on the statistical test with ? = 5%, it was obtained p = 0.000 (p <0.05). It is concluded that there was a significant correlation. The direction of the correlation was positive (+), which means the level of knowledge was followed by the level of nurse compliance in doing time out. This research was expected to be an added reference for nurses in increasing compliance in doing time out.

Infrastructure is an important thing in an organization/company that is used to support activities carried out within the organization. Infrastructure that includes STMIK Rosma, including hardware, software, data, and information, and human resources that support information systems. Hardware resources include PCs that are used for clients with application program software. Windows 10 professional 32 and 64 bit as the operating system. While the software on the server uses Linux OS and PHP programming language. Data and information include infrastructure data, device data, server data and data on staff, students and lecturers at STMIK Rosma. So the need for the sustainability of this system is increasingly important. Problems that have existed in the STMIK Rosma infrastructure, such as those related to information security vulnerabilities. If this problem cannot be fixed in a sustainable manner, it will have an impact or risk on the sustainability of this infrastructure, especially the academic community. AbstractCommunication in disaster management uses a variety of media. In communication context, the media used as a channel for delivering messages that called the communication medium. This study aims to find the most effective disaster education communication based on a descriptive quantitative approach. Reserchers took samples aged 17-20 years old who had participated in disaster socialization activities that held by Meterorological, Climatological, and Geophysical Agency in Cilacap, Central Java, Indonesia and every respondent has had disaster experience. The number of research samples is 175 respondent. In the context of communication, the medium becomes important because it is a channel for delivering message.  An import function of communication is how medium can delivered message to be undesrstood together. The fuction of communication is providing information, education and persuasion. It was found that varioys activities have beed carried out such as Goes To School, which is used to deliver messages used some communication medium like pocket books, animated video, and power point template.  Fact findings related to the best communication medium  were sozialization (face to face meetings), films, public service advertisements, and roleplays. The infrared detector (or IR detector) is an optoelectronic component and represents the core element of gas analyzers, flame sensors, devices of spectral analysis, as well as non-contact temperature measurement. pyroelectric infrared detectors work with  stabilization time  in a wide operating temperature range (-55 ... 85) °C, capable of measuring the slightest amounts of infrared radiation (as little as a fraction of a nW) with wavelengths between 1 µm and > 25 µm. The difference of the good pyroelectric or No good (NG) devices shown by graph of voltage offset operating that can check by manual using Digital Multi Meter or semi auto by using microcontroller One of importance measuring of IRD sensors  is Offset Voltage, stabilization of offset voltage indicate the sensor is stable with certain level value. Stabilization value measurement during measuring time means the average value not so much different with fluctuation value.  10 bit ADC on Atmega 328 that main microcontroller on Arduino Uno is capable to measure the Offset Voltage of IRD sensor and check the measurement values is within specification of IRD sensor.

The capital market is one of the alternative sources of long-term funding among various other alternatives for companies that need funds for the sustainability of the company. The capital market has an important role for the economy of a country because the capital market performs a function, namely as a means for business funding or as a means for companies to obtain funds from the investor community.   For this reason, it is necessary to expand research that is supported by a basic theory, so the problem of factors capable of predicting changes in stock prices is proposed, where there are two variables that are thought to have an effect on changes in stock prices in this study. The two variables are asset structure and firm size. In addition, based on various previous research results, it was found that there were gaps or inconsistencies in the research results (gap research) conducted by researchers. On this basis, the title adopted from this research is "The Effect of Asset Structure and Company Size on Share Prices in Pharmaceutical Sub-Sector Companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange".

Education is very vital to improve the quality of human resource. Therefore moral and spiritual education is very important for men in order to change the mindset, character, and increasing intelligence. Jesus startyed his ministry educating or teaching (Matthew 4:23). Every one who heard his teaching and believed him always experiences a change of attitude from bad to good (the apostles, Zaccheus, Samaritan woman). The Lord Jesus understood very well that education consists of very important teachings for one’s life. Teaching the Word of God contributed to the growth of the faith of the early church. It even contributed to the growth in quantity (Acts 2:41-42). The first and major Education agent here is the family. Parents are the main teacher for their children. Not only family, but then there is the church for the believers. As one of the assignments of the church is teaching (didache). The church has to teach or educate the people according to the Bible. Christian education needs to have the basic understanding that God is the source of knowledge or the Truth.3 The most important purpose of a Christian education is helping the students to know God through Jesus Christ, through His Word. Political education is an important tool in increasing political awareness of the community, especially in the challenging era of globalization. This study aims to explore how political education at SMK N 1 Jayapura can contribute to increasing political awareness of students and the surrounding community. The method used is a qualitative approach with data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that structured political education can improve students' understanding of political issues and globalization, and encourage them to actively participate in the democratic process.

Public speaking skills are one of the most important soft skills in various aspects of life. This study aims to find out how far 12th-grade students at SMK Darussalam Cilacap understand the importance of these skills and how educationals programs can improve their abilities. Through this study, is expected to be a reference for schools in developing similar programs and improving the quality of graduates.

Teachers' literacy teaching creativity is the ability of teachers to constantly develop literacy materials or lesson materials and be able to create an interesting and active atmosphere and be able to modify lessons.  Creativity development in literacy learning is also very important and teachers are required to demonstrate and show the creativity process. One alternative that teachers can do is to create, compile and develop effective, efficient and creative literacy teaching materials.  This study aims to determine the development of teacher creativity in making reading, writing and counting teaching materials. The method used was descriptive qualitative method. The research subjects were teachers in Cimanggu sub-district. The results of this study indicate that: creative teachers are teachers who are able to develop pedagogical skills, namely being able to compile more varied teaching materials. In addition, they are able to improve pedagogical skills in developing reading, writing and counting literacy teaching materials so that learning becomes more innovative and effective. The development of quality literacy teaching materials can support human resources who are more competent, creative, productive and have high fighting values to face the era of globalization.

Laboratory examination is very important to diagnose a disease, one of which is the examination of total cholesterol to diagnose heart disease, this examination uses serum samples obtained from blood clots that have been centrifuged, various variations of freezing are carried out to accelerate the examination results ranging from blood that is immediately centrifuged and blood that is allowed to freeze for 5-10 minutes, while according to PERMENKES No. 43 of 2013 to get blood serum allowed to freeze for 20-30 minutes at room temperature which is then centrifuged. This study aims to determine the results of differences in total cholesterol levels in blood samples immediately centrifuged and blood samples that are allowed to freeze at room temperature 260C for 10 and 20 minutes before centrifugation. The method used in this study is an experimental research method, this examination uses the CHOD-PAP enzymatic colorimetric method. For data analysis using the SPSS program using the one way anova test. This study was conducted on 15 respondents obtained from students of An Nasher Health Analyst Academy Cirebon randomly. The results of the examination of total cholesterol levels in blood samples that were immediately centrifuged had an average value of 205.8 mg/dl with the lowest value of 112 mg/dl and the highest value of 314 mg/dl, while in blood samples that were allowed to freeze for 10 minutes had an average value of 188 mg/dl with the lowest value of 144 mg/dl and the highest value of 278 mg/dl, and in blood samples that were allowed to freeze for 20 minutes had an average value of 142.6 mg/dl with the lowest value of 95 mg/dl and the highest value of 186 mg/dl. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant difference in total cholesterol levels in blood samples immediately centrifuged and blood samples left to freeze at room temperature 260C for 10 and 20 minutes before centrifugation.

Pada ranah pendidikan, setiap sekolah mengharapkan memiliki sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas sesuai dengan bidang yang diampu. Kemampuan setiap pendidik tentunya berbeda-beda hal tersebut menarik untuk dikaji, khususnya di MI Kalifah Nusantara Denpasar. Peserta didik di MI tersebut sudah kuliafied dan mampu membimbing dan membina siswa-siswanya, namun masih terdapat beberapa siswa kurang aktif dan menurun dalam hasil belajar siswa. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, melalui kajian peran pendidik diharapkan dapat diketahui dan dijabarkan secara deskriftif kualitatif melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sehingga melalui analisis data berdasarkan teori-teori dan kajian terdahulu, diketahui bahwa peran pendidik sangat penting terhadap motivasi siswa melalui peningkatan kemampuan dan kinerja pendidik dengan mengikuti pelatihan, workshop, konseling siswa, dan pendekatan terhadap orangtua siswa.   AbstractIn the scope of education, every school expects to have quality human resources in accordance with the field being taught. The ability of each educator is certainly different, this is interesting to study, especially at MI Kalifah Nusantara Denpasar. The students are already educated and able to guide and nurture their students at MI, but there are some students who are less active and decline in student learning outcomes. Based on these conditions, aim of study in the role of educators, it is expected to be known and described in a qualitative descriptive manner through interviews and documentation. The data analysis based on theories and previous studies, it is known that the role of educators is very important to student motivation through improving the ability and performance of educators by participating in training, workshops, student counseling, and approaches to parents.

The concept of the presence of God in the midst of believers is very important, because when God is present all changes, the Book of Genesis records that before the world was created and the Spirit of God hovered in chaotic and formless world conditions. God's presence in Indonesia and especially for believers will have an impact and influence towards the better. Every believer must be a change agent and God's representative on earth, so that others can see and feel God's presence in real life. The church as an organization must also appear with all its existence for the life of the state and nation, the church must have "sensitivity" to see the surroundings, so that the church does not become an exclusive organization or a collection of saints who do nothing for their environment.

This study aims to describe the role of spiritual intelligence in increasing the professionalism of Christian Religious Education teachers. The professionalism of Christian Religious Educationteachers plays an important role in the success of giving birth to students with Christ's character. Spiritual intelligence is the result of an intimate and intense relationship with God. Through this research, the author conveys that through spiritual intelligence, God actually speaks and guides teachers in living their professional lives and responsibilities. The indicators of spiritual intelligence presented in this study help to understand how spiritual intelligence actually works. The research method used is qualitative. Collecting data using the method of observation and literature study. The results of the study concluded that when a teacher has spiritual intelligence, the ability to understand the nature of oneself is created, able to understand God's will so that the spirit to move his life is the Holy Spirit. Thus his existence both body and soul (all thoughts and feelings) is directed to become a teacher similar to the Lord Jesus Christ.
