The results of this activity show that assistance in the Member Loyalty Period activity is very effective in strengthening awareness of good attitudes in life. The specific positive impact of this activity was an increase in understanding of the culture of healthy living and the importance of organizing. A follow-up mentoring program is needed so that activity alumni can further develop their mindset and organizational spirit.    

One very important aspect in the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is the form of granting permits for carrying out business activities, which are given by the authorities to business actors. Legality in a business also has a very important role, because it is used as an indication that the business being established is feasible and running. NIB is a business identity number used by business actors to obtain business permits and commercial or operational permits. The community service activities carried out were creating Business Identification Numbers through Online Single Submission (OSS) and marketing to several small business partners, due to a lack of understanding of gadget applications and a lack of product marketing strategies in Sukamoro Hamlet, Puncu Village. The purpose of this service is to provide understanding to the public about the importance of having business legality and product marketing. The method used is observation. The number of umkm in Sukomoro Hamlet is 11 umkm, and 1 umkm does not yet have an NIB. The UMKM was pleased and succeeded in forming an NIB so that it was able to obtain an NIB legality certificate, namely the "Salsabila" banana chips business. The results obtained from this activity were an increase in product quality and customers for "Salsabila" banana chips.  

Digital marketing promotion media is expected to be an effective choice for UMKM in developing its business and reaching national and international markets. Conventional promotional media costs a lot and is far away more complicated by itself and is no longer a major concern for UMKM players because of digital marketing. The purpose of this activity is to help UMKM business actors use social media as a means for them to carry out promotions and so on. Provide an understanding of the importance of digital marketing in the introduction of their products widely. Can be used as a motivation for them to introduce their products widely. In general, the implementation of this community service activity has gone well. I would like to thanks to the cooperation between the committee and the support of various parties. However, there were a number of things to note after the activity took place, namely, the training participants needed continuous assistance after this activity, because there were still many training participants who were unable to design persuasive messages and utilize digital marketing and other media.

Habituation in education is very much needed because psychologically, students model more behavior or figures they idolize, including their teachers. Habituation is also no less important in learning activities. This is because any knowledge or behavior gained by habituation will be very difficult to change or eliminate it so that this method is very useful in educating children. Moral development activities for students are carried out at Dharma Wanita Sumberrejo Kindergarten through the habituation method of learning Islamic Religious Education (PAI). The research method used is a service method that describes the phenomenon that occurs as it is, data sources are obtained through school leaders, teachers and parents of children. The analysis is carried out with reference to the stages of tabulation, coding and giving meaning to the data. The results of the service show that the implementation of child moral development through the habituation method already contains the main teachings of Islam, namely Akidah (faith), Sharia (Islamic) and Akhlak (Ihsan). The method of habituation given by means of getting used to the behavior or moral attitude of the child repeatedly and continuously. In addition to the habituation carried out by teachers in schools, the role of parents is actually important for children's habituation in practicing Islamic teachings that have been taught through habituation in schools, but this role will not be maximized when parental involvement is not full on the development of children's behavior and morals.

This Business Program aims to provide skills to prepare and provide knowledge to guardians regarding correct Islamic parenting patterns for children in old age. Departing from this problem, then, at that time, what the guardians of santri needed to do to prevent and survive the bad consequences of the computerized world was to develop Digital Resilience in children. Advanced Resilience is its capacity to control the possible risks of an internet-based world by developing virtues in young people (Shotbolt, 2016, 2017). This work should be made possible by instilling great Islamic qualities and character in young people.

Corporate governance is an important aspect in the company. The impact and implementation of corporate governance has become interesting for various companies because it substantially controls the management of institutions. This study analyzes the impact of elements of corporate governance (CG) which includes the composition of the board on the performance of banking institutions listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research population involved 25 banking institutions which are commercial banks in Indonesia. The data taken has a span of 4 years (2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020). Spearman correlation is used to identify the relationship between corporate governance and banking financial performance. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive relationship or correlation between the number of board personnel and the financial performance of commercial banks. The number of independent directors has a positive significant relationship with ROA, ROE and EPS, job duality has a positive significant relationship with ROA and EPS, and board meetings have no significant relationship with financial performance.

This study finds evidence that accounting conservatism affects creative accounting, the audit committee plays a role in weakening creative accounting actions when influenced by accounting conservatism, however, the proportion of independent commissioners is unable to moderate accounting conservatism on creative accounting. The implication of this research is the importance of the audit committee as a supervisor in corporate governance and accounting conservatism to minimize creative accounting.

The health profile book for the province of East Kalimantan in 2016 Sickness Rate (Morbidity) describes the incidence of disease in a population over a certain period of time, which can be in the form of incidence rates or prevalence rates of a disease. The morbidity rate also plays a role in assessing the health status of the community. The morbidity rate in 2013 was 11.74 and decreased in 2014 to 9.18 and increased in 2016 to 11.90. (Dinkes: 2016) The implementation of PHBS is low, because there are still many students who eat snacks carelessly and there is still garbage scattered in the school yard. The UKS exists but the program does not run due to the lack of supporting facilities, and their lack of knowledge regarding how to wash hands properly and correctly. Blood donation activity is the obligation of every community as a form of concern for others. Many people do not know about the health benefits of blood donation. Christian education plays a very important role and is the main basis in the family to educate and develop children's character into individuals who fear God (Proverbs 1:7). Character is a way of thinking and behaving that is characteristic of each individual to live together, both within the family and society. Individuals with good character are individuals who can make decisions and are ready to be responsible for every consequence of the decisions they make. For this reason, the Christian education pattern is very important to be a foothold in training children's character. Specifically, the Christian education pattern is one of the education patterns that teaches the Word of God so that children have guidelines in their lives and ultimately they experience changes in terms of character, behavior and actions. There are various forms of education patterns used by parents in educating children. Among them are 3 forms of education patterns discussed in this thesis, namely authoritarian, democratic and Laisses Faire education patterns. Where this education pattern is used by parents to shape the character of children, but without Christian education, the character of children will remain rotten. For families, they must provide Christian education from an early age to their children so that their character is formed well. Because the family is the main institution in educating children, the most successful child education is if parents walk according to the standards set by God. For Christian parents, the result of education is that our children have respect for God, for us as parents, for the church, and for the country.    

Background : The benefits of breast milk will increase if the baby is only given breast milk for the first six months of life. Purpose : This study aims to study the factors associated with breastfeeding along with supplementary feeding in infants 0-6 months in the Work Area of ??Manna City Health Center in South Bengkulu. This research approach uses descriptive with cross sectional design. Methods :The population in this study were all mothers who had infants aged> 6-12 months in the work area of ??Manna City Health Center as many as 112 people, obtained 50 samples using Accidental Sampling. The data used are primary virgin and secondary data. Data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis with Chi-Square test (?2) and Contingency Coefficient Test (C). Results : The results of the study were obtained from 50 people, there were 33 people (66.0%) giving ASI together with additional meals, 22 people (44.0%) having secondary education, 22 people (44.0%) having less knowledge, 27 people (54.0 %) health workers support, Conclusion : there is a significant relationship between education and concurrent breastfeeding supplementary food in infants 0-6 months with a weak relationship category, there is a significant relationship between knowledge with concurrent breastfeeding supplementary food in infants 0-6 months with moderate relationship categories, there is a significant relationship between the support of health workers with breastfeeding together with additional food for infants 0-6 months with a weak relationship category. It is expected that health workers can increase counseling to increase the knowledge of pregnant and lactating mothers about the right time to provide additional food and the importance of conducting regular Classroom and Posyandu visits.

Pressures from population growth, land-use change, and climate change threaten the sustainability of many traditional agricultural systems. The purpose of this study is to show that the integration of local wisdom in the modern agricultural system has also begun to receive recognition in national policies. Qualitative research uses a descriptive approach to collect data systematically, factually, and quickly according to the description when the research is carried out. The results of this study show that with the right approach, recognition and protection of customary rights can be an important foundation in building a food security system that is not only productive, but also ecologically sustainable and socially just.

Quality control is one of the obstacles experienced by PT. Wahana Kasih Mulia on CV. KKN. Quality control is an important thing that must be done by companies to minimize defective products. To be able to analyze product defects, researchers use the six sigma model, by formulating the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control (DMAIC) stages. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of quality control using the DMAIC method with the Six Sigma model applied to manufacturing companies. The results showed that from the measurement of the number of Omiland brand baby mattress products in the January-October 2021 period, it was found that defective products came from three main causes of disability. The distribution data of the number of product quality characteristics and company performance are at the sigma level of 3.50 with a DPMO value of 27,082.275. This shows that the company has not been able to meet process quality standards. Based on this research, the recommendations for improvement given are that the company needs to provide periodic training to employees, perform maintenance on machines, apply a clearer and more detailed Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), conduct tighter supervision of newly arrived raw materials and the company needs to place quality control at every stage of the production process.

Traffic safety is influenced by several factors including Driver Discipline, Law Enforcement, Motorcycle and Road Conditions. Of the three, have an important role in improving traffic safety with satisfactory results. The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there is an effect of Driver Discipline, Law Enforcement, Motorcycle and Road Conditions on Traffic Safety on Jl. Holy-Pati Raya In this study, the research population is Traffic Safety on Jl. Raya Kudus-Pati with a sampling system with a total of 100 respondents (sample). The variables in this study consist of: the independent variable is Driver Discipline (X.1), Law Enforcement (X.2), and Motorcycle and Road Conditions (X.3) and the dependent variable is Traffic Safety (Y). The research model is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis with statistical tools SPSS V.16 program obtained multiple linear regression equation Y = 2.758 + 1.963 X1 + 0.171 X2 + 0.287 X3+ µ . The results of the multiple linear equations show that there is a positive and significant influence between Driver Discipline on Traffic Safety (t count 13.675> t table 1.98447), Law Enforcement on Traffic Safety (t count 1.292 > t table 1.98447), Motor and Road Conditions on Traffic Safety (t count 2.099 > t table 1.98447), individually, Rider Discipline, Law Enforcement, Motorcycle and Road Conditions affect Traffic Safety. The influence of the three research variables is very strong with the coefficient value (R Square) obtained by 71% on Traffic Safety and 29% is influenced by variables that are not detected in this study.

The activity of cadres is very important in posyandu activities because if the cadres are not active, the provision of health services and posyandu activity programs cannot run properly. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors related to the activeness of cadres in posyandu activities in the working area of ​​the Kenarilang Health Center, Alor Regency. This type of quantitative research uses a cross sectional study approach. The study population consisted of 210 cadres, with a total sample of 68 cadres using convenience sampling/accidental sampling. Data were analyzed using chi-square statistical test. The results showed that the variables of knowledge (ρ = 0.023), occupation (ρ = 0.022), incentives (ρ = 0.002), and support from community leaders (ρ = 0.043) had a relationship with the activeness of cadres in posyandu activities. Meanwhile, the attitude variable (ρ=0.492) had no relationship with the activeness of cadres in posyandu activities. Puskesmas Kenarilang should improve training on promotive efforts when providing cadres in increasing knowledge about the duties and functions of posyandu. Village and sub-district governments should always provide appropriate incentives as motivation in increasing the activity of cadres in posyandu activities, and it is hoped that community involvement will always support cadres in posyandu activities.

The tourist attraction is one important element in the world of tourism. Tourist objects and attractions can be natural, cultural, man-made, living arrangements and so on that have attractions and selling oints to be visited or enjoyed by tourists. In this study, the rainbow village is one of the artificial tours in the city of Semarang that must meet the 4A tourism component, namely Attractions, Accessibility, Amity, Ancillary. The purpose of this study was to determine the development of the 4A Tourism Components of Rainbow Village tourism as an artificial tour in the city of Semarang. This study uses a qualitative method with 9 respondents. Data collection techniques using interview, observation and documentation. The analysis uses data processing from the data findings and is developed to get conclusions.The results showed that the rainbow village fulfilled the 4A tourism component. It also found how to manage development efforts and provided suggestions for completion.

A common disease experienced by the elderly is hypertension. Cases of hypertension in Demak are quite high, one of them is in Mranggen village. This reality proves that many people still ignore hypertension. Because there are sufferers who feel no symptoms and there are symptoms such as headaches, weakness, fatigue, shortness of breath and blurred vision. If not treated immediately it will cause complications such as kidney failure, stroke, coronary heart disease and retinopathy. It is of course important to make efforts to control blood pressure. A combination of non-pharmacological management of deep breathing exercise and religious music is one of the efforts that can be made. The purpose of this study was to describe the administration of a combination of deep breathing exercise and religious music therapy to the blood pressure of elderly hypertensive patients. This research uses descriptive case study research with a nursing care process approach.The number of samples is 2 respondents, with the criteria of elderly clients who have hypertension, clients who do not take medication during hypertension in order to determine the effectiveness of the action, clients who can communicate well, and clients who are willing to be respondents. Deep breathing exercises and religious music are carried out once a day for 3 days in 1 week with a duration of 15 minutes. Blood pressure measurement using a sphygmomanometer and stethoscope. Blood pressure measurements were taken before and after the procedure. The results showed that the blood pressure of respondent 1 before and after being given deep breathing exercise therapy and religious music for 3 consecutive days with a duration of 15 minutes, the blood pressure on the first day before receiving therapy was 160/70 mmHg and after being given therapy for 3 days on the last day the blood pressure became 150/60 mm Hg. In respondent 2 before and after being given deep breathing exercise therapy and religious music for 3 consecutive days with a duration of 15 minutes the blood pressure on the first day before receiving therapy was 179/80 mmHg and after being given therapy for 3 days on the last day the blood pressure was 156/70 mmHg .

In this research, the researcher took only one thing, namely memory ability, the sample was carried out on psychology students in semesters 4, 6, 8, totaling 98 students. Using descriptive research methods. The aim of this research is to see a picture of the memory level of Psychology students at the Main Potential University in the morning and evening students because memory is very important for their ongoing learning process. Recall or memory is a mental process that an individual has to code, store, maintain and remember information, knowledge or past experiences in the brain which can be recalled for use some time later. This research approach uses a 6 minute test, then scoring based on morning and evening groups and based on semester level. Tests are given based on each class, the morning class is carried out during the morning class at 09.00 and the evening class is carried out at 18.00. The results obtained were that the superior level of memory was found in semester 8 students at 17.3%, semester 6 at 11.2%, semester 4 at 7.14%. High average memory level at semester 8 at 13.26% and semester 6 at 9.1% and semester 4 at 13.26%. 7 is 7.14% Average memory level is located in semester 6 with 14, namely 14.26% and semester 4 with 10, namely 10.20% and semester 8, namely 3, is 3.06%. Low Average level of memory is located in semester 6, namely 7, namely 7.14% and semester 6. of 6, namely 1.12% and semester 8 of 1 with 1.02%. The highest level of superior memory based on morning and evening classes is in semester 8 of the evening class, 17.34%. These results are useful in the future and need to be improved in upgrading memory to be able to carry out daily learning activities.

Accurate weather prediction information is important for various fields that are closely related to weather forecasting, such as agriculture, fisheries and many more. Because precise weather forecasts are very useful for various fields of carrying out various activities. Because of that, it is necessary to make an application to find weather or rainfall prediction information, so that the information can be utilized optimally by the community. In this journal the authors apply the k-nearest neighbors (k-NN) method based on rainfall data obtained from the Bogor climatology station from 2016-2017 and the test results show that the predicted rainfall for the Bogor area with the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm obtained a value of 0, 93148.
