Accounting information has an important role in achieving business success, including for small businesses. Accounting is one way to produce financial information that can be used by management as a basis for making strategic decisions. Reports produced include balance sheets, profit/loss reports, changes reports and cash flow reports. All of these reports can be used by information users. For small business actors in villages, it is minimal to have accounting records, most of them make business decisions based on experience alone. Small business development is needed to make it strong, both related to development both external to the company and in managing the company's internal. If from an internal perspective, the management of small businesses still considers that the accounting process is still not very important to implement. Empowerment of business management management is very necessary. Good financial reports can provide useful financial information for making strategic business decisions. The economic growth of Pekalongan Regency, which is getting better, is not followed by awareness of citizens in complying with tax payments in a timely manner and in accordance with their income. This can be seen from the level of taxpayer compliance in reporting annual tax return (SPT) taxes at KPP Pratama Pekalongan which is still lacking. Seeing the vision and mission of Pekalongan Regency, it gives encouragement to the community to continue to increase the potential of existing resources, for example in the fields of agriculture, trade, plantations, even in the field of education. Increased utilization of potential resources will lead to increased economic growth in Pekalongan Regency. Increasing economic growth is related to the awareness and compliance of Pekalongan Regency residents with taxes. This Community Service Activity (PKM) is expected to provide an introduction and encouragement for teachers to introduce and apply the importance of implementing tax compliance, both to fellow teachers, to students, and to the surrounding environment.

Kata Kunci :  Roti mocaf ; proofing ;  cara uap air ABSTRACT Mocaf bread is a bread product that uses mocaf as a substitute for wheat flour. The use of mocaf is intended as one of food diversification. One of the important steps in making bread is proofing. Proofing is the time needed for the mixture to expand, which can be done by covering with plastic or by providing water vapor in the resting shelves.Preliminary research has been carried out on the length of proofing time (10, 15 and 20 minute), which was needed until the bread can expand perfectly. From preliminary research it was found that the optimum proofing was carried out for 20 minutes. This research was conducted using a randomized complete design with 2 factors,  first factor was  the  use of  mocaf flour with ratio of 10: 20 and 30 precent, second factor was proofing treatment, that was using water vapor method and using covering plastic method.Mocaf bread produced  was tested for color, taste, texture and overall preference for bread both using panelists and using equipment. Data obtained was analyzed using analysis of variances with significance of 5%. If there is a significance difference then it was analyzed using Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT).Results of research showed that proofing treatment by water vapor method and plastic cover did not significantly affect on taste, texture, color and overall preference of mocaf bread, as evaluated by sensory and physical test.   Keywords : Mocaf bread ; proofing ;  steam methode

This study aims to examine the quality of public services in Pusakajaya District, Subang Regency, focusing on citizens' basic needs and civil rights. This study used qualitative and descriptive methods, with data collected through interviews and observations. Data analysis is done through data reduction, presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that the quality of service at the Pusakajaya sub-district office was not satisfactory, mainly due to limited physical infrastructure and service facilities, such as the absence of a comfortable waiting room, inadequate service room, and lack of air conditioning facilities. Despite these barriers, service processes generally conform to existing standards. Supporting factors for service quality are employee work motivation while inhibiting factors include employee shortages and inadequate infrastructure. This study suggests improvements in human resource management, acceleration of infrastructure development, and increased employee motivation as important steps to improve service quality. It is hoped that with this improvement, the quality of service in Pusakajaya District can meet the needs and expectations of the community more effectively.

In the daily use of technology, humans cannot be separated from the internet as a need to exchange information. People at this time spend more time in front of computer screens, laptops, even smartphones to find out information, send data to some of their friends. One of the information that is often sought or sent is a file. Apart from that, image files are files that are much searched for and sent, and many also contain important information in them. Image file security is of course very important so that unauthorized parties do not hack or manipulate information from the image. There is a way to secure information so that it does not leak to unauthorized parties, namely by using cryptography and steganography. By combining these two methods, you can maintain the confidentiality and security of a file, especially image files. In this study the algorithm and method used is the AES cryptographic algorithm (Advanced Encryption Standard) 256 and the LSB (Least Significant Bit) steganography method. Data integrity needs to be tested to ensure that the encryption and decryption processes are running properly. Data integrity testing uses the SHA-1 method. Likewise, the image quality after insertion will experience a decrease in quality. To evaluate this, it is necessary to test using the PSNR method. From the results of data integrity testing by comparing the hash value of the decrypted image file with the original image file, there is no difference. So this shows that the encryption and decryption process was successful. While in testing using the PSNR method, the average PSNR value is 44.14086 dB and with an average error value of 2.830403 dB, which means there is a small decrease in quality. From the implementation and testing results, it can be concluded that the AES 256 cryptographic algorithm and the steganography method LSB can be implemented in maintaining the confidentiality and security of secret messages.

Thomas Aquinas (1225/1224-1274) is one of greatest thinker in the history of Medieval philosophy. He wrote his par excellence work, called Summa Theologiae. It is a theological work but rich with philosophical arguments. He established his arguments by citing Greek thinkers such as Plato and Aristotle. One of Thomas’ important argument is the prove of God’s existence or what nowdays calls as The Five Ways. Thomas presents his readers that God exists and proves it philosophically than theologically. Richard Dawkins (1941 - ) revives The Five Ways to modern readers by critizing Thomas’ arguments in his The God Delusion. Dawkins bases his critique on the evident character of modern science. His critique is supported by his Darwinism background and his efforts to promote atheism. According to Dawkins, The Five Ways does not prove anything about God. This article tries to examine and interprateThomas’ arguments on The Five Way and how Dawkins reads and critizes it from atheism point of view.
