This study aims to explain the partial and simultaneous influence between work discipline variables and work facilities on employee performance in the Depok City Regional Secretariat. Problems that occur regarding work discipline, work facilities, so that it can interfere with employee performance. This type of research is quantitative research because it leads to measurement methods and samples to test variables and hypotheses. Data processing using the SPSS program version 27, researchers conducted several tests including validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, t tests, F tests, multiple linear regression analysis and determination coefficient tests. The population in this study amounted to all employees of the Depok City Regional Secretariat, the research sample was 50 people and all permanent employees were used as research samples (saturated samples). The results of this study obtained that work discipline has a partial and significant effect on employee performance. Work facilities have a partial and significant effect on employee performance. Work Discipline and Work Facilities simultaneously affect employee performance

This study aims to determine how the influence of influence and work discipline on the performance of employees at PT. Markasia Communications. PT. Markasia Communication is a full services marketing communication founded in 2008 with a company that has a proven track record of delivering the best results to its clients. PT services Markasia Communication consists of events, designs, and multimedia presented in a creative, unique and integrated approach to meet client needs. This research focuses on employees. PT. Markasia Communication located in South Jakarta. A company in achieving good performance and employee discipline to always be orderly, one of which can be influenced by compensation. This research method uses a quantitative. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this study used observation and questionnaire techniques. The data obtained from the questionnaire with the number of respondents as many as 35 employees. The research obtained is based on the simultaneous test (F) that the variables of pressure and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance, where the calculated F value is greater than F table (45.050 > 3.290 , with a significance value smaller than the significance level (0.00 Based on the t test for the coercion and work discipline variables, it has a significant positive effect on the acquisition of a positive beta value of  0.375 and a significance value of 0.006 which is less than 0.05 (0.005 < 0.05), and the t test results for the work discipline variable obtain a positive beta value of 0.553 and a significance value of 0.000 is less than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05).

This study aims to statistically prove the effect of Self Efficacy, Locus Of Control, and Work Environment on Warehouse Employee Performance. The sample method used in this study using this study is Non probability using Saturated Samples. The sample in this study was all employees of PT Cipta Krida Bahari Surabaya Warehouse totaling 84 respondents. The primary data obtained were analyzed by multiple regression analysis test through the SPSS 26 program. The results of this study show that partially Self Efficacy, Locus Of Control, and Work Environment have a significant effect on the performance of PT Cipta Krida Bahari Warehouse employees. Then simultaneously Self Efficacy, Locus Of Control, and Work Environment have a significant effect on the performance of PT Cipta Krida Bahari Warehouse employees.

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of Work Motivation and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on Employee Performance in the State Civil Apparatus of the Tasikmalaya City Health Service. The research method used in this study is to use quantitative research methods with descriptive methods. Respondents in this study were civil servant employees at the Tasikmalaya City Health Office as many as 90 employees. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained through questionnaires. The data testing technique used in this study uses the validity test, reliability test and classic assumption test. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis using SPSS software version 25. Data collection techniques used library research, interviews, and questionnaires. The results of the study show that work motivation and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation partially has a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance.

The lack of performance of kitchen employees at the Swiss-Belhotel Ambon Hotel is due to the lack of good cooperation, non-compliance with SOPs and also standard recipes that have been made, therefore the leadership role of the Executive Chef is needed to improve the performance of kitchen employees. The purpose of this study is to describe the role of the Executive Chef and to find out how the Executive Chef's leadership efforts improve the performance of kitchen employees at the Swiss-Belhotel Ambon Hotel. The data collection method used is a qualitative method using observation, interview, and documentation data collection techniques. The results of the research are first, the Executive Chef has carried out his role well, namely: as a planner, as a policy maker, as an executor, as an expert, and as a controller in carrying out its role as a leader in the food product department. Second, efforts to improve employee performance, namely: providing training, providing motivation, establishing friendship and providing career paths in order to improve the performance of kitchen employees.

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of reward and punishment on the performance of employees at CV. Widya Pustaka, Tasikmalaya Regency. The research method used is descriptive method with a quantitative approach to 31 respondents who are employees of CV. Widya Pustaka, Tasikmalaya Regency. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The test results prove that reward and punishment have a positive and significant effect simultaneously or partially on the performance of CV employees Widya Pustaka, Tasikmalaya Regency.

This research was related to the influence of organizational culture and compensation on employee performance PT. Armada Financial Magelang with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The purpose of this study was to: determine the influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction partially. Knowing the influence of compensation on job satisfaction partially determine the influence of organizational culture and job satisfaction on organizational commitment simultaneously, knowing the influence of organizational culture on employee performance partially determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance partially determine the influence of organizational culture and job satisfaction the performance of employees simultaneously, and knowing where greater direct influence organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee performance PT Mega Finance Mojokerto with indirect and direct influence of organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee performance PT Mega Finance Mojokerto through organizational commitment. Respondents in this study were 58 employees of PT Mega Finance Mojokerto. Data collection methods used are questionnaires and in analyzing the data using path analysis. The results of this study indicated that there was partial significant effect of organizational culture on job satisfaction, there was partial significant effect of compensation on job satisfaction, there was significant effect of organizational culture and compensation on job satisfaction simultaneously, there was partial significant effect of organizational culture on employee performance, there was partial significant effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, there was partial significant effect of organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee performance simultaneously, there was partial significant effect of job satisfaction to employee performance. Then simultaneously significant effect of job satisfaction to employee performance. In addition, the indirect influence of organizational culture on employee performance through job satisfaction PT Mega Finance Mojokerto greater than the direct influence of organizational culture on employee performance. Indirectly influence compensation on employee performance through job satisfaction PT Mega Finance Mojokerto greater than the direct effect of compensation on employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and employee commitment on the performance of civil servants at the village office in Cipedes sub-district, Tasikmalaya city. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data, with a sample of 41 respondents from civil servants at the Village Office in Cipedes District, Tasikmalaya City, and using the saturated sample method. The data analysis tool used in this study was SPSS Version 25. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. Leadership Style and Employee Commitment simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance in Civil Servants at the Village Office in Cipedes District, Tasikmalaya City. Leadership Style partially has a significant effect on Civil Servant Performance. Employee Commitment partially has a significant effect on Civil Servant Performance.

This study aims to determine, and obtain empirical evidence about the effect of public sector financing, good governance and internal control on government performance in OPD South Buru district on Maluku Province. The population in this study is the employees who work in Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD), in South Buru Regency,Maluku Province. This research models uses descriptive quantitative, with data sources in the form of primary data. The sample used in this study was selected through the purposive sampling method with a total sample of 100 respondents. Hypothesis testing in this study using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 16. The results of the study show that the results of the public accounting sector and good governance have a significant effect on the performance of government agencies in South Buru Regency. Whereas, internal control does not have a significant impact on the performance of government agencies in South Buru Regency, on Maluku Province.

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of work motivation factors consisting of compensation, promotion and work environment on employee performance at the Banjar City Transportation Agency. The formulation of the problem posed in this study is as follows: 1. How does compensation affect employee performance? 2. How does promotion affect employee performance? 3. How does the work environment affect employee performance? 4. How does the effect of compensation, promotion and work environment simultaneously on the performance of employees at the Banjar City Transportation Service? The method used in this study uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, literature, and documentation. With a research sample of 56 employees and data analysis used through statistical tests of correlation and multiple regression using SPSS version 26.00 for windows. The research results show: 1). Compensation tends to be good and employee performance is high, so that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the compensation, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Transportation Service. 2). Promotion tends to be good and employee performance is high, so promotion has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the promotion, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Transportation Service. 3). The work environment tends to be good and employee performance is high, so that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the work environment, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Transportation Service 4). Compensation, promotion and work environment tend to be good and employee performance is high, so compensation, promotion and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This research is motivated by the still not optimal performance of the Banjar City Regional Finance and Revenue Management Agency employees which is characterized by frequent recording and reporting errors involving administrative management, the completion of existing work that is not in accordance with work achievement targets, employees who arrive late from work hours entering work that has been determined, besides that employees often leave the effective time of working hours and delays in completing work. The formulation of the problems posed in this study are as follows: 1. How does competence affect employee performance? 2. How does work motivation affect employee performance? 3. How does work discipline affect employee performance? 4. How does competence, motivation and work discipline simultaneously influence employee performance at the BPKPD in Banjar City? The method used in this study uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, literature, and documentation. With a research sample of 50 employee respondents and data analysis used through statistical tests of correlation and multiple regression using SPSS version 26.00 for windows. The background of this research is that the performance of the employees of the Financial Management Agency and Regional Income Management in the City of Banjar has not been maximized due to the lack of training, one of which is asset management and service delivery by employees who tend to be less focused and slow resulting in organizational plans or targets not running optimally because of the cycle time is not quite right. The formulation of the problem posed in this study is as follows: 1. What is the effect of training on employee performance? 2. How does work motivation affect employee performance? 3. What is the influence of training and work motivation simultaneously on employee performance at the BPKPD in Banjar City? The research method used is quantitative. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, literature, and documentation. With a research sample of 50 employee respondents and data analysis used through statistical tests of correlation and multiple regression using SPSS version 26.00 for windows. The research results show: 1). Training tends to be good and employee performance is high, so training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the training, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Regional Revenue and Financial Management Agency. 2). Work motivation tends to be high and employee performance is high, so work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the higher the employee's work motivation, the higher the employee's performance at the Banjar City Regional Revenue and Financial Management Agency. 3). Training and work motivation tend to be good and employee performance is high, so training and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Competence and work motivation tend to be good and employee performance is high, so that competence and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Science, technology and strategy which currently control the progress of mankind are still determined in this world as carriers of various kinds of inequality and pollution, both physical, social, biological and cultural. (Abdurahmat Fathoni, thing: 01 of 2014). Some of these problems were identified as factors indicating that the characteristics of HR competencies in improving employee performance at SMC Hospital were not optimal, thus affecting employee work productivity. This can affect the performance of employees who are less effective so that the implementation of their duties often does not run optimally. This study aims to find out how the analysis of HR competency characteristics in improving employee performance at RSUD SMC Kab. Tasikmalaya. This study uses a qualitative approach that is descriptive. The data used in this study uses primary and secondary data. The objects in this study were ASN employees at RSUD SMC Kab. Tasikmalaya. This data collection technique is by interview, observation, and document study. The results of the analysis of the characteristics of HR competencies based on knowledge, employee knowledge of the SMC District Hospital. Tasikmalaya in carrying out its duties has increased. Analysis of HR competency characteristics based on skills, employee skills in carrying out their duties at RSUD SMC Kab. Tasikmalaya is increasing because employees feel motivated in completing the tasks given, this is due to supervision from each superior over employees in carrying out their duties. However, supervision alone is not enough because it is important for each employee to receive training in order to hone their skills or abilities so that they can maximize their performance. Analysis of the characteristics of HR competencies based on self-concept and values, self-concept and employee values ​​in this case education which greatly influences the productivity of an employee in carrying out his duties. From the results of the study it can be seen that the educational background of employees at the SMC District Hospital. Tasikmalaya is different, but the work assigned can still be carried out as long as the job responsibilities given are in accordance with the education taken by the employees. Analysis of HR competency characteristics based on motives, employee motives at RSUD SMC Kab. Tasikmalaya in carrying out her duties as a nurse the supporting factors in carrying out her duties and functions as an employee in the field are basically relatively the same and also greatly affect the performance of the employees.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workload, work environment, and work motivation on the performance of employees at PT. Satria Nusantara Sakti. This study uses a quantitative approach with the category of causal associative research. The population in this study are employees of PT. Satria Nusantara Sakti as many as 35 people, with the entire population being sampled. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 22 program. The results showed that workload had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the study also show that workload, work environment, and work motivation simultaneously influence employee performance.

The aim of writing this article is to discuss the role of colleagues in improving employee performance at the Padepokan Buffet Restaurant. This research uses a qualitative research method approach with primary data collection techniques through interviews and secondary data using literature studies. The analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that the role of coworkers has a significant impact on employee performance in restaurants. The effective role of coworkers can influence employee performance through several mechanisms. First, through good teamwork, colleagues can increase employee productivity and work quality. Synergistic teamwork enables the exchange of knowledge and experience that can improve individual skills.

The Effect of Work Motivation and Work Ability on Employee Performance at Hotel Lembang Rantepao, North Toraja Regency. The aims to determine the results of the influence of work motivation and work ability on employee performance at the Lembang Rantepao Hotel in 2022. The method used in this study was a survey and used data collection methods through filling out questionnaires and implement and develop data to be processed using SPSS. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The type of data used is primary data in the form of information from the object of research through the distribution of research questionnaires at the Lembang Hotel. The conclusion of this study shows that there is an influence of work motivation variable on employee performance but there is no effect of work ability on employee performance at Lembang Hotel.

The research method used is a quantitative method of 55 respondents who are employees of the Ciamis Spatial Planning and Land Public Works Office. The type of data used is primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to respondents and secondary data. Testing the data in this study includes validity test, reliability test, and classical assumption test. The data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, and determination coefficient using IBM SPSS (Statitical Product and Service Solution) Windows version 25 software. Based on the results of the study it can be seen that workload and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance Ciamis Spatial Planning and Land Public Works Office. Workload partially has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Ciamis Spatial Planning and Land Public Works Office. The work environment partially has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Ciamis Spatial Planning and Land Public Works Office.

This research was conducted with the aim to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of Workload and Competence on the Work Performance of the Public Housing Office of the Residential and Environmental Areas of Ciamis Regency. The research method used is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 165 employees and a sample of 55 employees.The sampling technique used is Non-Probability Sampling (Departmental Sampling). Test data in this study include validity tests, reliability tests, and classical assumption tests. The data analysis tool used is multiple regression, correlation coefficient, and determination coefficient. Based on the results of the study it can be seen that Workload and Competence simultaneously have a significant effect on Office Work Performance Public Housing Residential and Environmental Areas of Ciamis Regency. Workload partially has a significant effect on the Work Performance of the Public Housing Office for Residential Areas and the Environment in Ciamis Regency. Competence partially has a significant effect on the Work Performance of the Public Housing Office for Settlement Areas and the Environment in Ciamis Regency.

Performance is the output or final result of work done by employees in a certain period, the work done by employees must be in accordance with the provisions set by the organization for their employees. This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously or partially of the Communication variable and the Work Environment variable on the measured performance. The population used in this study was 50 employees of the Cikalong Health Center. The method used in this research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. Sample selection using saturated samples. The sample used is the entire population, namely 50 employees of the Cikalong Health Center. Sources of data in this study are secondary data and primary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 26. Based on the results of the study it is concluded that communication and the work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on performance. Communication partially has a significant effect on performance. The work environment partially has a significant effect on performance.
